摘    要:测定了不同浓度不同添加剂强化下的石灰石烟气脱硫浆液的固相沉降时间、上清液密度及滤饼固含量,实验结果表明:使用添加剂时,实验条件下滤饼固含量有所下降,但影响不大;浆液固相沉降时间的不同,可能与浆液中亚硫酸钙固相产物的含量及晶粒大小和晶型不同有关;添加剂不同,上清液密度也有差异.镁强化石灰脱硫浆液,沉降过程可分为快速沉降和慢速沉降两阶段;固相中亚硫酸钙的含量高则沉降速率较慢;与非强化石灰脱硫过程相比,滤饼固含量稍低.脱硫实验同时表明,使用添加剂有利于抑制设备结垢.

Abstract:For additive-enhanced limestone flue gas desulfurization(FGD)process,the slurry solids settling time,supernate density and filter-cake soilds content were measured at different additives and different concentrations.The experimental results showed that when additives were used,the filter-cake solids content decreased,but no significant effects were obtained under the experiment conditions;the differences of slurry settling time had relation to the difference of the calcium sulfite solid product content and crystal size and form;the supernate densities also varied with different additives.For magnesium-enhanced lime FGD process,the slurry solids settling process could be divided into rapid period and slow period;the settling rate decreased as the calcium sulfite content increased in the solid phase;the filter-cake solids content was slightly lower in comparison with that of lime process without magnesium sulfate.Desulfurization tests showed that using additives could also abate scaling in the equipment.
