| 摘 要： | 提出了建立污染物来源的识别模式的初步设想。论述了如何用该模式进行了污染物排放总量控制的监督管理和检测总量控制中负荷分配的合理性。为加强环境管理工作提供了一条新的思路。

| Abstract: | A conceptual design of the identification model for pollutant sources was proposed in this paper.The model will be helpful for the management of the total emission control of pollutants and for the examination of load distribution in total emission control.It is a new idea provided for strengthening environmental management. |
