| 摘 要： | 环境标准是国家环境政策的具体体现,是为防治污染和生态破坏、保护人体健康所做的统一的技术规定,是环境监督管理的核心。 我国已颁布了各类环境标准200余项,包括环境质量标准、污染物排放标准及配套的方法、基础、标样及其它有关标准。经过十几年的努力,已经初步形成了一个比较完整的环境标准体系。 本文对我国环境标准体系的形成和发展作了简要的介绍。

| Abstract: | Environmental standards are the technical embodiment of national environmental policies, the unified technical requirments for preventing and controlling environmental pollution and ecological damage, and for the protection of human health and the core of environmental supervision and management. More than 200 various environmental standards have been issued, including environmental quality standards, pollutant discharging standards, methods, basic standards, and the other seleted standards. A primary but relativeby complete environmental standard system has been formed due to great effort made in the past few years. |
