从220 kV高压架空输电线路工程的导线不同排列方式入手,分析不同导线排列方式下输电线路产生的电磁环境影响,通过对相同电压等级的同塔四回路输电线在导线水平排列和垂直排列两种方式下对周围电磁环境影响的比较分析,探讨此两种导线排列方式对周围环境的影响程度。同时,通过预测输电线路在导线相同排列方式下不同相序布置时对周围环境的影响,对今后的高压输电线路架线方式从减小环境影响角度考虑提出建议。 相似文献

Environmental risk(ER) factors come from ER source and they are controlled by the primary control mechanism (PCM) of environmental risk, due to the self failures or the effects of external environment risk trigger mechanism, the PCM could not work regularly any more, then, the ER factors will release environmental space, and an ER field is formed up. The forming of ER field does not mean that any environmental pollution accident(EPA) will break out; only the ER receptors are exposed in the ER field and damaged seriously,the potential ER really turns into an actual EPA. Researching on the general laws of evolving from environmental risk to EPA, this paper bring forwards a relevant concept model of risk forecasting and evaluating of EPA. This model provides some scientific methods for risk evaluation, prevention and emergency response of EPA. This model not only enriches and develops the theory system of environment safety and emergency response, but also acts as an instruction for public safety, enterprise‘ s safety management and emergency response of the accident. 相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the dissipation pattern and runoff of herbicides to the river basin from the paddy fields. Pesticide paddy field model(PADDY) was applied to predict herbicide concentration in paddy fields. A field study was conducted in a paddy farm of Higashi Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan in the year of 2003 paddy season. The herbicides were mefenacet, thiobencarb, and bensulfuron methyl. The sample water was analyzed by using gas chromatography and HPLC after solid phase extraction. Predicted dissipation rate of thiobencarb in paddy water was higher( DT50=4.36) than that measured, with a lower k value(-0.069). Two weeks after application no thiobencarb was detected in the drainage channel and down stream. In the down stream, thiobencarb was detected until 3d after application, with a range of 0.02% to 0.08% of applied herbicide. The predicted dissipation rate(k) and half-life (DT50) of mefenacet was not significantly different from that of measured. In the drainage channel, upstream and downstream mefenacet was found during the whole study period. In downstream, the maximum concentration of mefenacet was present 0.6l % of applied in the paddy field on 3DAH. The dissipation rate(k) of BSM varied from -0.0860 to -0.1059 to with half-life(DT50) 3.5 and 2.84 d. In upstream water, no BSM was detected except trace amounts(0.01μg/L) at 3d after application. However, in the drainag echannel 8%, 6% and 1.58% of applied BSM was present at 0, 1 and 3 d after application respectively. This paper is concerned with theoretical aspects of the methodology of iceload measurements on an overhead line conductor (OHLC) of finite span and finite torsional stiffness. The purpose is to establish the relationships between the iceload on a fixed rod or sampler and the spatial average iceload on an OHLC. A theoretical database, generated using dynamical models for rime-ice accretion on conductors, is carefully analysed to express iceload data as a function of meteorological conditions and the mechanical properties of the OHLC. These results provide the required ratios of the iceload on a sampler to that on OHLCs as a function of time during an icing incident. A transfer function, relating theoretically predicted iceloads on an OHLC to that for a sampler, is then constructed and should prove useful in the development of the corresponding methodology for relating sets of field measurements in this way. 流场均匀性对脱硝效率有重要影响,喷氨格栅(AIG)上游和催化剂入口标准速度偏差是衡量流场均匀性的重要指标。采用FLUENT6.3软件对某600 MW超临界燃煤机组的SCR烟气脱硝系统内流场进行数值模拟,主要针对空塔布置时,在烟道多变截面和弯头处出现的流场充满度差、低速三角区、高速冲刷区和低速回流区进行优化。模拟结果显示,采用不同倾角的"直板"、"圆弧"型、"平直—圆弧—平直"型和"圆弧—平直"型导流板可以有效抑制烟道弯头处烟气速度分离的现象。将AIG上游标准速度偏差从空塔时的58.60%降低到9.43%,催化剂入口速度偏差从空塔时的86.31%降到8.60%。提高了NH_3与烟气的混合效果,氨氮摩尔比维持0.81左右,脱硝效率从69.76%提高到92.37%,NH3逃逸率由1.9×10~(-5)降低到2.9×10~(-6)。 相似文献
