采用批式实验,研究了(35±0.5)℃、搅拌速度65 r/min的厌氧消化体系中,pH值对玉米秸秆厌氧消化产甲烷的影响,分析了消化液相及固相特性的变化.结果表明,厌氧消化第7~9天时各系统VFA浓度均达到最大值,pH值为7和9时,挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度显著高于其他系统,SCOD向VFA的转化效率较高.pH值为9时累积产气量增加速度最快,最大累计产气量达到134.33 mL/g VS.pH值为7时累计产气量最大,高达149.2 mL/g VS,是pH值为5和11系统的3.23和6.71倍.pH值为7和9时,沼气中甲烷的平均含量分别为64.1%和62.5%,比pH值为5和11的系统提高了约10%.pH值为7和9时VS去除率达到67.68%和58.87%,显著高于其他系统.控制厌氧消化pH值在7~9范围内可以有效提高木质纤维素生物质的产气效率.  相似文献

针对城市垃圾高温厌氧消化处理中反应复杂、影响因素多的特点,采用正交试验,利用自行设计的厌氧发酵罐,以产气量为观察值,分析含固率(TS)、消化温度和碳氮比(C/N比)对厌氧消化过程的影响,并分析比较了高产气区与低产气区的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)以及比产气速率的变化情况.在相同条件下,高温可以提高系统的最大比产气速率,并且还可以有效抑制VFA的积累,提高总产气量.结果表明,温度对厌氧消化过程影响最大,TS次之,C/N比影响最小.  相似文献

在55℃条件下,研究了餐厨垃圾高温厌氧消化过程中pH、VFA、总磷、产气量以及COD、TS和VS的变化,结果表明:在消化过程中pH先下降后上升,总VFA浓度增大,而其中游离态VFA浓度先增大后减少。消化过程总产气量为43 211 mL,整个过程消耗TS的平均产气率为158.98 mL/g TS,COD去除率为38.76%,总磷去除率达到98.87%,底物TS和VS去除率分别31.71%和50.24%。经过厌氧消化处理,沼渣中不含对人体和许多动物有害的沙门氏菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌及粪大肠杆菌,而富含有机质、氮、磷和钾等的营养物质和芽孢杆菌、防线菌等有益菌种。  相似文献

生物可利用的微量金属元素不仅能够保证污染物以最大的速率转化,而且还可以使某些特殊的转化得以发生,并提高微生物对有毒污染物质的耐受能力。在研究厨余垃圾总固体浓度(total solid, TS)、接种量和C/N比对厨余垃圾厌氧发酵影响的基础上,重点探讨微量金属元素钴及其配合物丝氨酸对厨余垃圾厌氧发酵甲烷产量及关键酶含量的影响。结果表明,当TS为0.5%、接种污泥量为100 mL/L和C/N比为20∶1时,厨余垃圾厌氧发酵的甲烷产率较高,为367 mL/g COD;添加2 μmol/L的微量金属元素钴-配合物丝氨酸时,甲烷产率则提高到432 mL/g COD,相应地,辅酶M的含量由空白实验的41.21 μmol/g VSS提高到54.64 μmol/g VSS,辅酶F420的含量由0.31 μmol/g VSS提高到0.48 μmol/g VSS。  相似文献

以木糖为碳源采用间歇培养方式,对木糖厌氧发酵产酸进行研究。考察木糖浓度和初始pH值对木糖厌氧产酸的影响。结果表明,随着木糖浓度的增加,总产酸量得到提高,但木糖利用率却呈现下降的趋势。当木糖浓度为5 g/L时,其利用率为100%,15 g/L时利用率为73.9%,此时挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)为9.22 g/L。木糖的分批投加可有效促进产酸,尤其是促进乙酸浓度的提高。pH为5.0和6.0左右时,VFAs主要成分为乙酸和丁酸;而pH为7.0~9.0时,乙酸含量明显增高,在pH值为8.0的条件下乙酸含量占总VFAs的80.1%。在pH=8.0时经过8 d左右的发酵,VFAs浓度可达9.34 g/L。  相似文献

针对现今餐厨垃圾单相厌氧酸化系统缺乏有效的恢复性监控指标,提出可有效表征酸化系统恢复的监控指标。在中温条件下,连续对餐厨垃圾单相厌氧消化系统进行负荷冲击及恢复,分别对p H、沼气产率及成分、挥发性脂肪酸组成成分、总碱度(TA)和碳酸氢盐碱度(BA)及其组合指标进行监测分析。结果表明,传统单因子参数不能有效地指示系统恢复,选取VFA/BA和丙酸/乙酸的比值作为餐厨垃圾单相厌氧酸化系统恢复指示性参数。在酸化系统恢复过程中,当丙酸/乙酸≤1.4、VFA/BA≤0.4时,表明系统中各种挥发酸浓度值已恢复正常,且具有足够的缓冲能力,可提高反应器负荷,保证反应器恢复启动运行。  相似文献

厌氧消化是剩余污泥处理的重要方法,消化过程中会产生大量的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)。讨论了气相色谱在恒温条件下对剩余污泥厌氧消化过程中产生乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、正丁酸、异戊酸、正戊酸测定的可行性。结果表明:各种酸出峰时间间隔清晰,易于识别;从数据平行测试的变异系数看,异戊酸的变异系数最大,也仅为3.23%,表明测试方法具有良好的可重复性;回收率实验表明,剩余污泥消化液中各种VFA组分的回收率在96%~105%之间,符合文献规定的测试要求。  相似文献

针对高固体鸡粪厌氧消化运行困难问题,利用完全混合式厌氧反应器(CSTR),通过逐级提高进料总固体浓度(TS)的方法,研究不同进料TS((5.20±0.56)%、(7.24±0.36)%、(9.30±0.26)%和(6.22±0.26)%)的鸡粪连续中温厌氧消化效果。实验结果表明,进料TS由(5.20±0.56)%提高为(9.30±0.26)%,挥发性固体(VS)产气率由(0.64±0.05) L·g~(-1)下降为0.07 L·g~(-1),有机物去除率明显减少,挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)由(0.53±0.02) g·L~(-1)累积至(1.62±0.02) g·L~(-1),总氨氮浓度(TAN)和游离氨浓度(FA)分别由(1.06±0.11) g·L~(-1)和(0.07±0.02) g·L~(-1)累积至3.40 g·L~(-1)和0.68 g·L~(-1),消化过程受到氨抑制。采用Boltzmann模型对不同氨氮浓度下VS产甲烷率和VS去除率进行模拟,拟合结果表明,TAN升高所引发的FA持续累积导致高固体鸡粪厌氧消化氨抑制逐步形成,与VS产甲烷率相比,VS去除率对氨氮的抑制响应具有滞后性。降低进料TS至(6.22±0.26)%,氨抑制得到有效缓解,但反应器处于"抑制稳定状态"。因此,为保证反应器长期高效平稳运行,建议鸡粪连续中温厌氧消化的进料浓度不超过7.24%。研究为高固体鸡粪厌氧消化的工程化应用提供参考。  相似文献

金属离子螯合剂氨三乙酸(nitrilotriacetic acid,NTA)可提高微量金属离子的生物可用性,促进厌氧消化产甲烷.借助气相色谱分析,在探讨系统酸性pH值对厌氧消化甲烷产量影响的基础上,重点研究了初始pH值对NTA促进产甲烷效果的影响.结果表明,系统初始pH值对厌氧消化产甲烷有一定的影响,其影响程度与溶液中游离乙酸的浓度密切相关.NTA对产甲烷的促进作用在pH值为6.5和7.0时较为明显,而在更低pH条件下,几乎没有促进作用.当pH为7.0、添加10 μmol/L NTA时,与对照样相比,累积甲烷产量增加了38.5%,而pH 6.0时,作用却不明显.  相似文献

研究了酵母菌对厌氧发酵过程中垃圾水解速率、挥发性有机酸(VFA)产量、乙酸产量的影响。结果表明:控制反应器中pH值为7时,接种酵母菌后,垃圾的水解速率明显提高,产酸速率和产酸量都明显高于不接种酵母菌的反应器,乙酸浓度能够达到9 458 mg/L,占挥发性有机酸总量的58.2%。垃圾本身含有的微生物对产酸也有促进作用,酵母菌和垃圾本身含有的微生物共同作用才能使得乙酸的产生最大化。  相似文献

This research investigated the effect of varying the starch-rich, industrial-wastewater component of mixtures with municipal wastewater fed to an anaerobic digester. A laboratory-scale, completely-mixed anaerobic digester was operated at an HRT of 30 h, an SRT of 10 d, and an ambient temperature of 21.5 +/- 1.5 degrees C. The industrial-to-municipal ratios tested were 1:3, 1:1, 3:1, and 100% industrial by volume. Steady-state, acidogenic conditions were achieved for all runs, except 100% industrial. The pH was observed to drop substantially as the industrial constituent of the feed increased. Net volatile fatty acids (VFA) production reached a plateau of approximately 800 mg/L at ratios of 1:1 and higher, while volatile suspended solids (VSS) reduction steadily increased as the industrial component rose. The specific VFA and soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) production rates leveled off at approximately 0.070 mgVFA/ mgVSS.d and 0.124 mgSCOD/mgVSS.d, respectively, for all the mixtures investigated, except for 100% industrial. In this latter case, both rates dropped dramatically. Finally, acetic and propionic acid concentrations fell as the industrial proportion of the mixture increased. 为了提高中温干式厌氧间歇发酵效率,研究了发酵过程中间产物———挥发性脂肪酸对产甲烷的影响。实验分2批进行,第1批在牛粪发酵过程中分别添加乙酸、丙酸和丁酸,第2批发酵添加易产生挥发酸的厨余垃圾混合发酵。结果显示,添加单一挥发酸的发酵过程中,添加丙酸的产甲烷速度较慢,因为丙酸降解生成乙酸的速度较慢,减慢了甲烷的形成;混合发酵过程厨余垃圾产甲烷速度比牛粪快,发酵过程产生2个产气高峰;牛粪和厨余垃圾固体物质含量比在11∶1到5∶1范围内较好,比牛粪单独发酵产气多,产酸高但不酸败,产生的挥发酸主要是乙酸和丙酸,其中比例为7∶1混合发酵的产甲烷速率最大,为4.89 mL/(g VS·d)。实验表明,牛粪厌氧干式发酵过程添加一定量的厨余垃圾可加快挥发酸的产生并提高挥发酸产量,从而提高甲烷的产量,但是总挥发酸长时间超过10 000 mg/L,pH降到不适于产甲烷菌生长的范围时,将抑制甲烷的生成,挥发酸积累导致厌氧发酵酸败。  相似文献

以厨余垃圾和活性污泥为原料,考察了不同接种比例对厌氧发酵产物的挥发性脂肪酸产量、pH值和COD去除率的影响.结果表明,当厨余垃圾和活性污泥接种比例为4∶1时,挥发性脂肪酸产量在第3天达到最大值为42.7 g/L,产率提高了40%,COD去除率达到了35.6%,pH值没有发生较大的差异,其变化幅度在4~6之间.  相似文献

比较了茅草添加在温度变化条件下对餐厨垃圾厌氧水解过程小分子有机酸产量的影响,提出一种新型餐厨垃圾的资源化方式。研究结果显示,餐厨垃圾在55℃条件下厌氧水解主要产物为乳酸,达到25.7g/L,其干物质转化率可以达到32.1%(gTS),而餐厨+茅草处理在同样条件下的乳酸产量为20.1g/L,干物质转化率为25.1%。温度下降为37℃后继续进行的的厌氧水解,得到的主要产物是乙酸、丙酸和丁酸,餐厨处理和餐厨+茅草处理这两者的峰值分别为6.5、2.8、8.0和6.1g/L、2.7g/L和5.9g/L。结果显示茅草添加可以在一定程度上调节水解产物的比例,而温度变化可以调控小分子有机酸的产量。本研究结果表明,厌氧水解是一种有潜力的小分子有机酸生产与餐厨垃圾资源化处理途径。  相似文献

在常温、pH值为7.0下,采用10 L玻璃瓶作为反应器对含固率(TS)分别为2%、6%、10%和14%的4组牛粪溶液进行厌氧消化实验,系统运行48 d,分析了厌氧消化过程中的COD(化学需氧量)、pH、VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)和产气量的变化。结果表明,进料TS是影响牛粪厌氧消化产气效果的重要因素,调节牛粪进料TS至10%,可以使其厌氧消化获得最佳的产气效果,COD去除率为24.6%,产气中甲烷含量为56.1%。  相似文献

A study of the anaerobic treatment of wastewaters derived from red (RWWW) and tropical fruit wine (TFWWW) production was carried out in four laboratory-scale fluidized bed reactors with natural zeolite as bacterial support. These reactors operated at mesophilic temperature (35 degrees C). Reactors R1 and R2 contained Chilean natural zeolite, while reactors R3 and R4 used Cuban natural zeolite as microorganism support. In addition, reactors R1 and R3 processed RWWW, while reactors R2 and R4 used TFWWW as substrate. The biomass concentration attached to zeolites in the four reactors studied was found to be in the range of 44-46 g volatile solids (VS)/L after 90 days of operation time. Both types of zeolites can be used indistinctly in the fluidized bed reactors achieving more than 80%-86% chemical oxygen demand (COD) removals for organic loading rates (OLR) of up to at least 20 g COD/L d. pH values remained within the optimal range for anaerobic microorganisms for OLR values of up to 20 and 22 g COD/L d for RWWW and TFWWW, respectively. Toxicity and inhibition levels were observed at an OLR of 20 g COD/L d in reactors R1 and R3 while processing RWWW, whereas the aforementioned inhibitory phenomena were not observed at an OLR of 24 g COD/L d in R2 and R4, treating TFWWW as a consequence of the lower phenolic compound content present in this substrate. The volatile fatty acid (VFA) levels were always lower in reactors processing TFWWW (R2 and R4) and these values (< 400 mg/L, as acetic acid) were lower than the suggested limits for digester failure. The specific methanogenic activity (SMA) was twice as high in reactors R2 and R4 than in R1 and R3 after 120 days of operation when all reactors operated at an OLR of 20 g COD/L d.  相似文献

Volatile fatty acids (VFAs) are key intermediates in anaerobic digestion. Enriched acetogenic and methanogenic cultures were used for the syntrophic anaerobic digestion of VFAs in a continuous fixed-bed reactor at mesophilic conditions. The interactive effects of propionic (HPr), butyric (HBu), and acetic (HAc) acids were analyzed. Furthermore, hydraulic retention time (HRT) and methanogen-to-acetogen ratios (M/As) were investigated as the key microbiological and operating variables of VFA anaerobic degradations. Experiments were carried out based on central composite design (CCD) and results were analyzed using response surface methodology (RSM). Effluent concentrations of HPr, HBu, HAc, and biogas production rate (BPR) were directly measured as responses. The optimum conditions were found to be HPr = 1122.9 mg/L, HBu = 1792.4 mg/L, HAc = 1735.4 mg/L, HRT = 21 hours, and M/A = 2.4 (corresponding to the maximum VFA removal and BPR). The results of verification experiments and predicted values from fitted correlations were in close agreement at a 95% confidence interval.  相似文献

在中温(35±1)℃、6%的料液浓度、pH为中性条件下,采用10 L玻璃瓶作为反应器对碳氮比(C/N)分别为15、20、25和35的4组鸭粪溶液进行厌氧消化实验,系统运行30 d,分析了厌氧消化过程中的COD(化学需氧量)、pH、VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)和产气量的变化。结果表明,碳氮比是影响鸭粪厌氧消化过程的重要因素,调节鸭粪碳氮比至25,可以使其厌氧消化获得最佳的产气效果,COD去除率为24.06%,原料干物质产气率为0.178 m3/kg,产气中甲烷含量为71.5%,产甲烷率为0.127 m3/kg。  相似文献

Anaerobic digestion of corn ethanol thin stillage was tested at thermophilic temperature (55 degrees C) with two completely stirred tank reactors. The thin stillage wastestream was organically concentrated with 100 g/L total chemical oxygen demand and 60 g/L volatiles solids and a low pH of approximately 4.0. Steady-state was achieved at 30-, 20-, and 15-day hydraulic retention times (HRTs) and digester failure at a 12-day HRT. Significant reduction of volatile solids was achieved, with a maximum reduction (89.8%) at the 20-day HRT. Methane yield ranged from 0.6 to 0.7 L methane/g volatile solids removed during steady-state operation. Effluent volatile fatty acids below 200 mg/L as acetic acid were achieved at 20- and 30-day HRTs. Ultrasonic pretreatment was used for one digester, although no significant improvement was observed. Ethanol plant natural gas consumption could be reduced 43 to 59% with the methane produced, while saving an estimated $7 to $17 million ($10 million likely) for a facility producing 360 million L ethanol/y.  相似文献
