一株高效异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌的分离鉴定及脱氮性能   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
从经驯化的污泥中筛选出一株异养硝化-好氧反硝化细菌,编号为TN-05,通过形态学特征观察,生理生化特征试验和核酸序列分析鉴定其为门多萨假单胞菌(pseudomonasmendocina)。同时对其进行脱氮性能研究,结果表明,TN-05具有较好的异养硝化能力,菌株在培养至48h时对总氮和氨氮去除率均能达95%以上。通过反硝化能力验证实验发现,菌株对NO3-N和N0f—N也分别具有较好的去除效率。将菌株应用于人工合成废水中,发现对废水中氨氮优先利用并能在24h时使去除率接近100%,对硝态氮和亚硝态氮也具有一定的去除效率。因此,菌株TN-05是一株同时具备异养硝化和好氧反硝化能力的高效菌株。  相似文献

针对高氨氮低碳氮比(C/N)黑臭水进行脱氮研究,通过硝化菌和反硝化菌共同作用,并在后期耦合铁碳微电解(IC-ME)强化脱氮。单因素控制变量实验表明,硝化菌和反硝化菌在30℃硝化/反硝化效果较优,平均氨氮去除率为71.62%,硝态氮去除率可达到67.52%;在溶解氧(DO)为3 mg/L时硝化效果较好,平均氨氮去除率达到了70.08%;在后期投加150 g/L铁碳填料时,反硝化效果最好,2#和3#反应器硝态氮去除率最高分别提高到了81.78%和91.17%。长时间运行反应器后,氨氮去除负荷达到0.193 kg/(m3·d),化学需氧量(COD)去除负荷达到1.786 kg/(m3·d)。单独的微生物菌种针对高氨氮低C/N黑臭水脱氮还有一定的局限性,通过后期耦合IC-ME,脱氮效率明显提升,总氮(TN)去除率可从45.65%提升到58.91%。  相似文献

以模拟城市污水为处理对象,采用循环式活性污泥法(CAST)反应器,对3种运行模式(M1:常规模式,M2:缺氧好氧模式、M3:缺氧好氧交替模式)下系统的脱氮性能进行了研究,比较了各模式下CAST反应器的氨氮和总氮的去除效率,并对各模式下典型周期内氮基质浓度变化进行了考察,以确定系统的脱氮模式。结果表明,在氨氮去除不成为限制条件(去除率90%)的条件下,3种运行模式下系统总氮的平均去除率分别为67.3%、70.6%和82.4%,以缺氧好氧交替模式下的最高;M1、M2和M3均可实现亚硝酸型硝化,但随着温度的升高,亚硝酸型硝化逐渐消失。静态实验分析表明,3种模式下系统的氨氧化速率大小次序为:vN:M1vN:M2vN:M3,反硝化速率大小次序为:vDN,M2vDN,M3vDN,M1。  相似文献

通过对复合垂直流渗滤系统中增加球型填料,利用生物强化提高系统对城市生活污水污染物去除能力的研究,优化了复合垂直流渗滤系统.并且通过研究,探索了系统非生物作用与生物作用对氮的降解机制.结果表明,通过生物强化系统生活污水中COD的去除率由原来的74.7%提高到85.3%;对NH3-N的去除率由原来的28.7%提高到52.9%;对TN的去除率从31.0%提高到41.7%;系统对TP的去除率由30.9%提高到49.3%.球形填料通过提高系统的硝化活性,增加对氨氮的降解转化效率,同时生物量的大小,也是影响氨氮的降解转化效率的重要因素.系统对污水中氮的降解是以生物作用为主,氮转化以硝化效果较强,反硝化效果比较弱.  相似文献

以好氧反硝化菌Pseudomonas sp.BN5开展去除硝态氮实验,同时研究其降解苯的特性。结果表明,在最佳转速180 r·min-1条件下,菌株在72 h内可完全降解80 mg·L-1苯;同时,硝态氮的去除率为93.2%。氮平衡分析表明:57.1%的硝态氮转化为胞内氮,32.7%以含氮气体形式被去除;细胞主要通过好氧反硝化和细胞同化作用脱氮。高浓度的苯对细胞生长和硝态氮的去除均有抑制作用,可通过固定化细胞提高降解性能。固定化菌在批式反应器中能高效降苯脱氮,且能够保证反应器的稳定。菌株Pseudomonas sp.BN5可以有效的去除苯和硝酸盐,为该菌的实际应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

固定化微生物法去除模拟渗滤液中氨氮的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用固定化微生物曝气生物滤池(I-BAF)技术成功处理了模拟垃圾渗滤液,探讨了pH和溶解氧(DO)对系统脱氮性能的影响。结果表明,固定化微生物曝气生物滤池反应系统启动迅速,运行稳定,可以有效去除模拟垃圾渗滤液中的有机物和氨氮,其去除率分别达到97.1%和99.9%。在pH为7.5~8.5之间,DO 4.0 mg/L左右的条件下对模拟垃圾渗滤液中氮的去除最为有利,同步硝化反硝化效率以及总氮去除率均达到最高,分别为96.2%和94.3%。这主要是由于I-BAF系统中大孔载体提供了厌氧-兼氧-好氧的微环境,使硝化和反硝化反应在同一个反应器内发生,共同作用实现模拟垃圾渗滤液中总氮的去除。  相似文献

采用固定化微生物曝气生物滤池(I-BAF),探讨了水力停留时间(HRT)、游离氨(FA)、pH、溶解氧(DO)对晚期垃圾渗滤液短程硝化的影响和碳氮比(C/N)对同步脱氮的影响。试验结果表明,在HRT为2 d,对应氨氮负荷为0.26~0.3 g/L·d,保持出水FA在1 mg/L以上,pH在79左右,DO控制在1.3±0.2 mg/L时,最利于实现短程硝化。DO是影响短程硝化的决定性因素,DO>1.6 mg/L时,短程硝化可能向全程硝化转化。投加碳源NaAc并控制C/N在1.6~2.2,可以使部分亚硝氮直接通过同步反硝化去除,提高总氮去除率。  相似文献

针对污水处理厂冬季反硝化脱氮效率不佳的问题,以常州市某污水处理厂A~2/O工艺为研究对象,模拟探讨了不同外加碳源、碳源投加量、溶解氧(DO)和硝态氮浓度对生物处理系统反硝化脱氮能力的影响。结果表明,外加有机碳源对系统的反硝化效能有明显的强化效果。3种外加有机碳源(乙酸、乙醇和乙酸钠)中,乙酸为最佳碳源。当乙酸投加量为40mg/L时,系统反硝化脱氮效率最高,比反硝化速率可达1.964mg/(g·h),反硝化碳耗最少,为7.14 mg/mg。DO与比反硝化速率成反比,DO≤0.20mg/L时,反硝化能力最强。硝态氮初始质量浓度为20mg/L左右时,反硝化能力最强。在实际工程应用中,可以通过提高硝化效果或直接调整回流比实现反硝化脱氮最优条件,将有助于提高系统的冬季脱氮效果。  相似文献

采用微氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器处理生活污水,进行同时去除有机物和氮的研究。结果表明,膜出水COD不受水力停留时间变化的影响一直稳定在较低值,为15~35mg/L,去除率在94%以上。氮通过发生同时硝化反硝化反应而去除。在水力停留时间为16h以上时, 系统总氮去除率为65% ~92%,平均去除率为77%。  相似文献

Concentrations of different chlorinated compounds were measured in mussels incubated in two polluted watercourses, a river (the River Kymijoki) and a lake (Lake Vanaja) for four weeks in summer 1995. The sum concentrations of polychlorinated phenols (PCP) and biphenyls (PCB) were both about 1 μg/g lipid weight (lw) in Lake Vanaja mussels, while in the River Kymijoki mussels PCPs were non-detectable and PCBs were measured 120 ng/g lIw. The concentrations of toxic polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin (PCDD) and dibenzofuran (PCDF) congeners ranged between <17 and 370 pg/g Iw in Lake Vanaja mussels and between <38 and 11,000 pg/g lw in the River Kymijoki mussels. Polychlorinated diphenyl ethers (PCDE) were detected in the mussels incubated in the River Kymijoki (0.4–1.1 ng/g Iw), but not in those incubated in Lake Vanaja. Polychlorinated phenoxyanisoles (PCPA) were measured 33 ng/g lw and polychlorinated phenoxyphenols (PCPP) 300 ng/g lw in the mussels incubated in the River Kymijoki. PCPAs were also detected in reference samples, which were sediment and pike from the River Kymijoki and Baltic salmon, seal and white-tailed sea eagle.  相似文献

We reported previously that trichodiene, a volatile trichothecene derivative, was produced by a Stachybotrys isolate, also known to produce highly cytotoxic, non-volatile, macrocyclic trichothecenes (satrotoxins). We investigated the relationship between the production of trichodiene and various non-volatile trichothecenes for several molds. Volatile metabolites were concentrated by adsorption on Tenax TA and analyzed by GC/MS, while non-volatile metabolites were separated by HPLC, derivatized and analyzed by GC/MS. Stachybotrys chartarum isolates producing macrocyclic trichothecenes secreted significantly larger amounts of trichodiene and other sesquiterpenes than isolates which only produced simple trichothecenes. The amounts of secreted trichodiene were relatively small in all cases. With the exception of Memnoniella, which excreted small amounts of sesquiterpenes, the other isolates produced varying amounts of sesquiterpenes, including trichodiene, as well as simple tricothecenes, no detectable trichodiene, but large amounts of griseofulvin derivatives. In Stachybotrys there is apparently a correlation between trichodiene and macrocyclic trichothecene production. In the remaining isolates, there was no simple relationship between trichodiene and non-volatile trichothecene synthesis. Trichodiene is produced in larger amounts by Stachybotrys isolates, which also produce satratoxins, but it will be difficult to utilize this metabolite to detect toxic isolates in buildings due to the relatively small amounts excreted.  相似文献

Abstract

The active ingredients in commercial formulations of malathion, oxamyl, carbaryl, diazinon, and chlorpyrifos diluted to “spray tank”; concentrations with buffered distilled or natural water of pH 4–9 were stable for at least 24 hr. Formulations of trichlorfon were not stable at pH 7 or above but disappearance rates were slower than for the pure chemical in homogeneous solution. Cupric ion was observed to be an effective catalyst for the hydrolysis of a variety of pure organophosphorus insecticides but did not catalyze hydrolysis of the active ingredients of the formulations examined. Increasing the dilution of the formulation increased the susceptibility of malathion, oxamyl, and carbaryl to hydrolysis.  相似文献

The concentrations of 15 organochlorine chemicals (PCBs and pesticides) were studied in a Central European oak wood food chain system: Great tit (Parus major), caterpillars (Tortrix viridana, Operophtera brumata, Erannis defoliaria), and oak-leaves (Quercus robur). Juvenile tits receive organochlorines from the mother via egg transfer and, eventually to a greater extent, from the caterpillar food source during nestling period. The concentrations of PCB 153 (2,2′,4,4′,5,5′-hexachlorobiphenyl, the most abundant in this study) was found in leaf material at ca. 1 ng/g, in caterpillars 10 ng/g, and in bird eggs 170 ng/g on an average and on a dry mass basis.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine radionuclide and trace element concentrations in bottom‐feeding fish (catfish, carp, and suckers) collected from the confluences of some of the major canyons that cross Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) lands with the Rio Grande (RG) and the potential radiological doses from the ingestion of these fish. Samples of muscle and bone (and viscera in some cases) were analyzed for 3H, 90Sr, 137Cs, totU, 238Pu, 239,240Pu, and 241Am and Ag, As, Ba, Be, Cr, Cd, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, and Tl. Most radionuclides, with the exception of 90Sr, in the muscle plus bone portions of fish collected from LANL canyons/RG were not significantly (p<0.05) higher from fish collected upstream (San Ildefonso/background) of LANL. Strontium‐90 in fish muscle plus bone tissue significantly (p<0.05) increases in concentration starting from Los Alamos Canyon, the most upstream confluence (fish contained 3.4E‐02 pCi g‐1 [126E‐02 Bq kg‐1]), to Frijoles Canyon, the most downstream confluence (fish contained 14E‐02 pCi g‐1 [518E‐02 Bq kg‐1]). The differences in 90Sr concentrations in fish collected downstream and upstream (background) of LANL, however, were very small. Based on the average concentrations (±2SD) of radionuclides in fish tissue from the four LANL confluences, the committed effective dose equivalent from the ingestion of 46 lb (21 kg) (maximum ingestion rate per person per year) of fish muscle plus bone, after the subtraction of background, was 0.1 ± 0.1 mrem y‐1 (1.0 ± 1.0 μSv y‐1), and was far below the International Commission on Radiological Protection (all pathway) permissible dose limit of 100 mrem y‐1 (1000 μSv y‐1). Of the trace elements that were found above the limits of detection (Ba, Cu, and Hg) in fish muscle collected from the confluences of canyons that cross LANL and the RG, none were in significantly higher (p<0.05) concentrations than in muscle of fish collected from background locations.  相似文献

Abstract

One of the dominant tree species growing within and around the eastern portion of Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Los Alamos, NM, lands is the pinon pine (Pinus edulis). Pinon pine is used for firewood, fence posts, and building materials and is a source of nuts for food—the seeds are consumed by a wide variety of animals and are also gathered by people in the area and eaten raw or roasted. This study investigated the (1) concentration of 3H, 137Cs, 90Sr, totU, 238Pu, 239, 240Pu, and241 Am in soils (0‐ to 12‐in. [31 cm] depth underneath the tree), pinon pine shoots (PPS), and pinon pine nuts (PPN) collected from LANL lands and regional background (BG) locations, (2) committed effective dose equivalent (CEDE) from the ingestion of nuts, and (3) soil to PPS to PPN concentration ratios (CRs). Most radionuclides, with the exception of 3H in soils, were not significantly higher (p < 0.10) in soils, PPS, and PPN collected from LANL as compared to BG locations, and concentrations of most radionuclides in PPN from LANL have decreased over time. The maximum net CEDE (the CEDE plus two sigma minus BG) at the most conservative ingestion rate (10 lb [4.5 kg]) was 0.0018 mrem (0.018 μSv); this is far below the International Commission on Radiological Protection (all pathway) permissible dose limit of 100 mrem (1000 μSv). Soil‐to‐nut CRs for most radionuclides were within the range of default values in the literature for common fruits and vegetables.  相似文献

Degradation and sorption/desorption are important processes affecting the leaching of pesticides through soil. This research characterized the degradation and sorption of imidacloprid (1-[(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)-methyl]-N-nitro-2-imidazolidinimine) in Drummer (silty clay loam) and Exeter (sandy loam) surface soils and their corresponding subsurface soils using sequential extraction methods over 400 days. By the end of the incubation, approximately 55% of imidacloprid applied at a rate of 1.0 mg kg?1 degraded in the Exeter sandy loam surface and subsurface soils, compared to 40% of applied imidacloprid within 300 days in Drummer surface and subsurface soils. At the 0.1 mg kg?1 application rate, dissipation was slower for all four soils. Water-extractable imidacloprid in Exeter surface soil decreased from 98% of applied at day 1 to > 70% of the imidacloprid remaining after 400 d, as compared to 55% in the Drummer surface soil at day 1 and 12% at day 400. These data suggest that imidacloprid was bioavailable to degrading soil microorganisms and sorption/desorption was not the limiting factor for biodegradation. In subsurface soils > 40% of 14C-benzoic acid was mineralized over 21 days, demonstrating an active microbial community. In contrast, cumulative 14CO2 was less than 1.5% of applied 14C-imidacloprid in all soils over 400 d. Qualitative differences in the microbial communities appear to limit the degradation of imidacloprid in the subsurface soils.  相似文献

Abstract

Five organophosphorous insecticides: Leptophos, EPN, Cyano‐fenphos, trichloronate and salithion proved to cause irreversible ataxia not only to chicken but also to mice and sheep. TOCP was included as a reference. Cyanofenphos blocked the catecholamine B‐receptor binding activity with 3H‐norepinephrine at a level similar to that of the specific inhibitor propranolol in the mouse heart preparation. In the lamb heart preparation, the B‐receptor was more sensitive to Leptophos, salithion and TOCP than to propranolol. The six compounds and their oxons were screened for their in‐vitro inhibition to monamine oxidase (MAO), acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) and neurotoxic esterase (NTE) in the brain of either mouse, lamb or chicken. It is believed that their AChE inhibition stands for their acute toxicity, while NTE inhibition is responsible for their paralytic ataxia.  相似文献
