探讨了日本半干半湿法脱硫除尘系统和中国环境科学研究院半干半湿法烟气脱硫除尘示范系统的主要差别 ,研究了半干半湿法烟气脱硫技术在出塔烟气温度、钙硫摩尔比和循环粉煤灰返灰等方面对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明 ,在脱硫塔出口烟气温度为 78℃、m(循环粉煤灰返灰 )∶ m(石灰 )为 1∶ 4、n( Ca)∶ n( S) <1.2时 ,脱硫效率达 85 .1%;在 n( Ca)∶ n( S) =1.4时 ,脱硫效率可达 88.3 %。  相似文献

建立了半干法气流床烟气脱硫实验反应装置。实验研究了温度、绝对含湿量和飞灰对烟气脱硫的影响。烟气温度在65~130℃之间,绝对含湿量通过改变蒸汽量调节,在0%~10%之间,并且采用飞灰一次加入来模拟返灰,石灰与粉煤灰的比例分别为1:3,1:5和1:8。结果表明,没有水蒸气加入时,温度的升高对脱硫效率影响不大,加入水蒸气后温度为68℃左右时,脱硫效率最高;65℃时,绝对含湿量在7.3%时脱硫效率最高;在T=68℃、Ca/S:1.2时,与不加粉煤灰的脱硫剂相比,利用石灰/粉煤灰=1:8的混合脱硫剂时,脱硫效率提高了12.8%。  相似文献

惰性材料、化学物质和工业废渣掺入磷石膏,低温制备改性β-半水磷石膏(MHG),并对其煅烧温度、抗压强度、凝结时间及固化铅污染土壤的效果进行研究。结果表明,磷石膏、矿渣、粉煤灰和生石灰按91∶4∶3∶2(质量比)制备的MHG性能最好,抗压强度达到6.47MPa,相对于β-半水磷石膏抗压强度提高了24.18%,凝结时间延长7~23min。MHG固化铅污染土壤,养护3d的铅浸出质量浓度为0.015~0.028mg/L,相对于水泥铅浸出质量浓度降低了43.90%~57.14%。  相似文献

研究了在碱性水热条件下添加粉煤灰、膨润土、高岭土等以提供硅铝元素稳定生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中的重金属。实验结果表明,水热反应中添加粉煤灰、膨润土合成了雪硅钙石和水钙铝榴石,添加高岭土合成了雪硅钙石和加藤石。水热反应中添加粉煤灰、膨润土、高岭土对降低飞灰中Pb、Zn等重金属的浸出毒性均具有显著效果,水热产物中Pb、Zn和Cu的浸出浓度与飞灰相比分别降低了87%~96%、87%~94%和57%~78%。硅铝添加剂还能抑制飞灰中Pb、Zn等在碱性水热条件下向液相的转移,使重金属稳定在固相中。  相似文献

粉煤灰对猪粪堆肥重金属形态及浸出特性的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本研究以猪粪为原料,粉煤灰为钝化剂进行好氧堆肥,通过Tessier连续提取法与pH-依赖性浸出实验,研究粉煤灰对堆肥前后重金属形态及不同pH条件下重金属的浸出特性的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰对Zn的钝化效果较Cu更为显著,与原料相比Zn的残渣态增幅为18.97%。堆肥的浸出实验表现出很强的pH依赖性,Cu、Zn和DOM的浸出浓度在中性条件下(pH 6~8)低,在酸性(pH6)和碱性(pH8)环境中高。在pH为3~9的范围内,添加粉煤灰的实验组中Cu和Zn的浸出浓度低于对照组。因此,添加粉煤灰可降低堆肥重金属的浸出风险。  相似文献

In this study, three municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) ash wastes-bottom ash, scrubber residue, and baghouse ash-were extracted using a toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) extractant. These so-called final TCLP extracts were applied to African green monkey kidney cells (Vero), baby hamster kidney cells (BHK-21), and pig kidney cells (PK-15), multi-well absorption reader analysis was performed to test how the cytotoxicity of the incineration ashes would affect the digestive systems of animals. Ion-coupled plasma analyses indicated that the baghouse ash extract possessed the highest pH and heavy metal concentration, its cytotoxicity was also the highest. In contrast, the bottom ash and the scrubber residue exhibited very low cytotoxicities. The cytotoxicities of mixtures of baghouse ash and scrubber residue toward the three tested cell lines increased as the relative ratio of the baghouse ash increased, especially for the Vero cells. The slight cytotoxicity of the scrubber residue arose mainly from the presence of Cr species, whereas the high cytotoxicity of the baghouse ash resulted from its high content of heavy metals and alkali ions. In addition, it appears that the dissolved total organic carbon content of these ash wastes can reduce the cytotoxicity of ash wastes that collect in animal cells.  相似文献

In this study, the effects of the temperature, oxygen content in the gas stream and carbon content in ash particles on PCDD/Fs formation on the fly ash surface were investigated. The optimum temperatures for dioxin formation were found at 350 degrees C for boiler ash, 300 degrees C for cyclone ash and 250 degrees C for ESP ash, respectively. Preliminary results indicate that the optimum temperature will decrease as the particle size decreases. When the O2 concentration is varied between 0% and 100%, the optimum oxygen content for PCDD/Fs formation is found to be at 7.5% for cyclone ash, and the PCDD/PCDF ratio increases with the increase of oxygen content. Dioxin formation is observed even for the gas containing no oxygen passed through the fly ash. Hence, other reacted routes that do not need O2 for dioxin formation take place on fly ash. The carbon content in fly ash is varied between 0% and 20% in this study, and the results have indicated that the maximum dioxin formation is to be found at 5%. The precursors are not injected into the fly ash or gas stream in all formation experiments, however, dioxin is still formed in fly ash. Consequently, other chlorinated routes besides Deacon reactions may take place on the fly ash surface.  相似文献

The incineration of solid waste produces large quantities of bottom and fly ash. Landfilling has been the primary mode of disposal of these waste materials. Shortage in landfill space and the high cost of treatment have, however, prompted the search for alternative uses of these waste materials. This study presents an experimental program that was conducted to determine the engineering properties of incinerator ash mixes for use as construction materials. Incinerator ash mixes were tested as received and around optimum compacted conditions. Compaction curves, shear strength, and permeability values of fly ash, bottom ash, and their various blends were investigated. Bottom ash tends to achieve maximum dry density at much lower water content than does fly ash. The mixes displayed a change in their cohesion and friction angle values when one of the two mix components was altered or as a result of the addition of water. The permeability of bottom ash is quite comparable to that of sand. The permeability of fly ash lies in the range of those values obtained for silts and clays. A 100% bottom ash compacted at the optimum water content has a lower density value and yields a higher friction angle and cohesion values than most construction fills. This would encourage the use of bottom ash as a fill or embankment material because free drainage of water will prevent the buildup of pore water pressures.  相似文献

Dust (fly ash) emissions are positively correlated to free calcium oxide content, whereas sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions are negatively correlated. As a result, at present, the Agios Dimitrios Power Plant operates very strictly within the legislative limits on atmospheric particulate emission. In the present study, the factors to be considered in assessing the impact of lignite combustion on the environment are presented and evaluated statistically. The ash appears to have a remarkable SO2 natural dry scrubbing capability when the free calcium oxide content ranges between 4 and 7%. Precipitator operating problems attributable to high ash resistivity can be overcome by injecting sulfur trioxide to reduce the ash resistivity, with, of course, a probable increase in operating costs.  相似文献

研究了粉煤灰烧制陶粒过程中烟气二氧化硫的释放规律,同时对烧结前后粉煤灰与陶粒中不同形态硫含量和硫平衡进行了分析,探讨了烟气中二氧化硫的来源和转化机理.结果表明,烟气中约55%的二氧化硫来源于硫酸盐的还原,其余主要来自有机硫燃烧和亚硫酸盐的分解.烧制每千克陶粒所产生的二氧化硫量约为7.8g.高温烧结过程中粉煤灰球内形成的还原性气氛导致了粉煤灰中硫酸盐向二氧化硫的还原转化.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to examine the role of ash in the compositional analysis of dried dairy manures. Ninety-nine dairy manures obtained from Connecticut, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia were dried at 60 degrees C, and ground to 20 mesh. Samples were analyzed for neutral and acid detergent fiber, acid detergent lignin, total carbon, total nitrogen, and ash. In addition, cellulose and hemicellulose were computed by difference. Results indicated that high ash contents (8-52% of dry matter) can dramatically and unpredictably alter various measures of fiber composition and are a significant source of error in the determination of manure composition and how it relates to mineralization or other compositional influenced factors. Also, while the ash content of the dried intact manure can easily be determined, it is difficult to estimate the ash contribution to the individual fiber determinations, especially if sequential assays are performed.  相似文献

Before wood ash can be used as a soil fertilizer, concentrations of environmentally hazardous compounds must be investigated. In this study, total and leachable concentrations of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined in four ash samples and one green liquor sludge. The ash sample with the highest carbon content also contained high levels of PAHs; three of the ash samples had total concentrations exceeding the limit permitted by the Swedish Forest Agency for recycling to forest soils. The leachable concentrations were higher for the non-stabilized samples; this was probably due to colloid-facilitated transport of the contaminants in these samples. However, the leachable concentrations were overall relatively low in all the samples studied. The amounts of PAHs introduced to forest soils by additions of stabilized, recyclable ash products will be determined primarily by the rate of weathering of the ash particles and the total concentration of contaminants.  相似文献
