浊漳河山西省潞城市境内干流段及南源段河道生态环境目前最突出的问题在于水质恶化、水量减少以及生物多样性衰退。本文从水质、水量、生物状况三个要素出发,通过建立浊漳河潞城市境内河段的水生态健康评价体系,对浊漳南源及干流段进行了生态健康诊断。结果显示,浊漳干流段生态健康总指数36.74,呈生态病态状;南源段生态健康总指数60.03,呈基本健康状态。据此,浊漳河潞城境内段目前的核心问题是生态恢复问题,应当针对其存在的问题选择适当的生态修复模式,采取相应的生态环境管理方法,把生态系统的恢复和重建作为其流域治理的最终目标。  相似文献

为了充分认识再生水用于城市河道补水后的潜在正面环境价值,构建了案例区规划水系的水量水质模型,并筛选了7项景观生态河流的生态服务价值指标,对案例区的河流生态服务价值进行了评估。以规划补水量为基础条件,规划水系的潜在服务价值总量约为1.995亿元,每增加1倍补水量可增加约0.4~0.5亿元的服务价值。气候调节、洪水调蓄和水量存贮是总量中占比最高的前三位指标,在规划情景下分别占总量的43.2%、41.6%、15.0%。生态服务价值总量和前三位指标的计算结果均能与再生水补水量拟合形成较好的响应关系,因此研究结果可以为预测评估不同补水量条件下的潜在河流生态服务价值提供一定的依据。  相似文献

采用相对资源承载力的研究思路与计算方法,分别计算出1996—2005年河北省土地资源、经济资源的相对承载力和综合承载力,并分析了其动态变化过程。研究表明:①河北省综合承载力一直处于超载状态,经济资源承载力于2004年后呈现富余状态,经济资源成为河北省的主要承载资源;②与环渤海的其它4省市相比,相对土地资源承载力处于富余状态,相对经济资源承载力处于超载状态;③河北省内11个地市相对资源承载力存在着地区差异。通过河北省相对承载力方面的研究,提出了河北省实现可持续发展的对策与建议。  相似文献

本文针对厂外泵站和厂区进水水质水量不一致现象以及污水厂出水NH3-N指标较高的问题,进行了污水厂外泵站和厂区进水水质水量平衡与污水厂内氮平衡的分析研究.根据研究结果,通过改进泵站取样方式,对SS较高的脱水机冲洗水进行沉淀处理以及加强对排水用户的监管后,目前该污水厂运行稳定,水质水量能够保证平衡,出水NH3-N能够稳定达标.  相似文献

L火电厂中水处理系统于2014年7月投入运行,年处理中水量约1 000万t。近几年,系统运行中逐渐暴露出一些问题,导致中水处理系统出力受阻,影响制水量。2021年,该火电厂对中水处理系统进行优化改造,改造后系统出力大幅提升,设备可靠性提高,处理效果良好。  相似文献

选取甘肃省和武威市为参照区域,分析了1995-2009年民勤县相对自然资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力和综合承载力及其变化过程.结果表明,土地资源是民勤县人口的主要承载资源;1995年以来民勤县相对土地资源承载力富余且较稳定,而相对经济资源承载力超载且上升缓慢,综合承载力处于轻度富余状态;民勤县正处于土地资源相对丰富、人口密度小、经济发展不足的阶段.  相似文献

为指导正确评价多环芳烃污染农田土壤生态修复效果及环境风险,根据辽宁省农田土壤多环芳烃污染状况、多环芳烃污染农田土壤生态修复技术特点,参考国内外相关标准,应用生态风险模型,建立辽宁省地方标准(DB 21/T 2274-2014)——多环芳烃污染农田土壤生态修复标准,提出了生态修复完成后农田土壤中总多环芳烃浓度和苯并[a]芘环境当量总浓度限值。主要内容为:生态修复完成后农田土壤中总多环芳烃浓度低于2 mg/kg,生态修复完成后农田土壤中苯并[a]芘环境当量总浓度低于0.53 mg/kg。  相似文献

分别选取全国和甘肃省为参照区域,分析了甘肃省及其各地区2003-2007年相对水资源人口承载力、相对水资源经济承载力及其变化过程,得出甘肃省水资源相对较匮乏、人口密度较小、经济发展严重不足的结果.相对全国而言,在水资源总量上甘肃省水资源承载的人口严重超载,GDP相对满载;但在水资源利用量上,人口与GDP承载力双重富余;各地区水资源利用量承载的人口和GDP均相当富余的城市为酒泉、张掖和武威,而处于相当超载的城市分别为天水和兰州.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Current data collection technologies such as light detection and ranging (LIDAR) produce dense digital terrain data that result in more accurate digital terrain models (DTMs) for engineering applications. However, such data are redundant and often cumbersome for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling purposes. Data filtering provides a means of eliminating redundant points and facilitates model preparation. This paper demonstrates the impact of varied data resolution on a case study completed for a 2.3 mi2 area with mild slopes (about 001 ft/ft) along Leith Creek near Laurinburg, North Carolina. For the original data set and seven filtered data sets, filtering induced changes in elevation, area, and hydraulic radius were determined for 10 water depths at 23 cross sections. Water surface elevations resulting from HEC‐RAS (Hydrologic Engineering Center‐River Analysis System) models for each data set were then compared. A hydraulic model sensitivity analysis was also conducted to compare filtering error to error introduced by variation in flow rates and roughness values. Finally, automated floodplain delineation was performed for each filter level based on the computed hydraulic model results and the filtered LIDAR elevations. Data filtering results indicate that significant time savings are achieved throughout the modeling process and that filtering to four degrees can be performed without compromising cross‐sectional geometry, hydraulic model results, or floodplain delineation results.  相似文献

水资源危机已成为全球可持续发展的一个日益突出的问题。为创新水资源问题的研究思路和完善水资源管理,引进了国际水资源领域较先进的水足迹分析法,系统地介绍了水足迹分析法的基本理论和计算方法,并计算了世界20个国家和地区的水足迹。结果表明,大部分国家水足迹过高、水资源压力过大,虚拟水贸易增加、水进口依赖明显。最后分析了产生高水足迹的原因,提出了降低水足迹的措施,并对该方法及其应用前景进行了评价。  相似文献

运用水足迹方法,根据2000—2008年的统计资料,对湖南省城乡居民虚拟水消费结构和城乡居民用水效率进行综合评价。结果表明,近年来湖南省总水足迹和人均水足迹均呈下降趋势;城镇居民虚拟水消费结构多样性指数值高于农村,城镇居民消费观念和消费模式更为合理;虚拟水消费结构多样性指数整体呈上升趋势,居民消费结构逐渐转向多元化;社会水资源稀缺指数不高,水资源利用还有较大空间,利用效率有了明显提高。  相似文献

Water scarcity presents an obstacle to economic development in the western United States. Water rights markets help improve water allocation, allowing states to derive the highest economic benefit from available resources, and supporting new uses and economic development. However, the implicit (marginal) prices of water rights attributes are uncertain. To address this problem, we apply econometric analysis to a unique dataset to estimate the implicit values that market participants place on the attributes of shares of ditch company water rights in Colorado's South Platte River Basin. Our analysis demonstrates that ditch company share buyers value proximity of water diversion, reliability of water deliveries, and temporal flexibility of water use. To assess reliability we introduce the use of the coefficient of variation to capture, in one variable, the randomness of supply from ditch company shares that are not a single water right, but a portfolio of rights with different appropriation dates. Finally, we test and correct for spatial autocorrelation for the first time in a study of water market prices.  相似文献

Beijing's local water resources have been overexploited and the ecological and environmental pressures exceed the carrying capacity of this densely populated megacity. This article examines the current status of Beijing's water resources with respect to its industrial, residential, and eco‐environmental water usage and the challenges it may face in the near future. The article describes the context of water uses, the steps taken by Beijing to alleviate the water shortage problems, and challenges to Beijing's abilities to meet its urgent and future water needs. A multipronged strategy is proposed that aims at both the present problems and the anticipated future challenges. In particular, engineering and institutional approaches for Beijing's successful transition from overexploitation to sustainable utilization of water resources are explained. Actions include reasonable water utilization, water conservation, reclaimed wastewater, and importing water from neighboring areas. We conclude that Beijing must take additional steps in water resource management to ensure its sustainable development that involves continued urbanization sprawls and population growth. Future water resource management strategies should focus on strengthening water demand management through water conservation, efficient interbasin water transfers, use of nontraditional water resources, strategically reserving water supply, and promoting rehabilitation of the eco‐environments.  相似文献

Abstract: Water right transfers are one of the basic means of implementing changes in water use in the highly appropriated water resource systems of the western United States. Many of these systems are governed by the Prior Appropriation Doctrine, which was not originally intended for application to ground‐water pumping and the conjunctive management of ground water and surface water, and thus creates an administrative challenge. That challenge results from the fact that ground‐water pumping can affect all interconnected surface‐water bodies and the effects may be immeasurably small relative to surface water discharge and greatly attenuated in time. Although we may have the ability to calculate the effects of ground‐water pumping and transfers of pumping location on surface‐water bodies, mitigating for all the impacts of each individual transfer is sufficiently inefficient that it impedes the transfer process, frustrates water users, and consequently inhibits economic development. A more holistic approach to ground‐water right transfers, such as a ground‐water accounting or banking scheme, may adequately control transfer third‐party effects while reducing mitigation requirements on individual transfers. Acceptance of an accounting scheme can accelerate the transfer process, and possibly reduce the administrative burden.  相似文献
