Absorption cross-sections are reported for acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, isobutyraldehyde, n-butyraldehyde, acetone, 2-butanone, 2-pentanone, and 3-pentanone at wavelengths greater than 200 nm, a temperature of 300 K, and a spectral resolution of 0.50 nm. In general, the results are in good agreement with previous measurements of the spectra of these molecules, but are of higher precision than past measurements. For acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, isobutyraldehyde, and acetone the cross-section results are combined with previous experimental measurements of the primary quantum yield for photolysis to estimate photodissociation rate constants for a representative set of atmospheric conditions. For the other four carbonyl compounds, upper limits for the photodissociation rate constant are calculated assuming a primary quantum yield of unity at all wavelengths. For acetaldehyde, photolysis is slow in comparison with reaction with hydroxyl radical. For the larger aldehydes and for acetone, photolysis and reaction with OH radical take place at comparable rates. For larger ketones, if the quantum yields for photolysis are unity, as assumed in our calculations, the rate of loss of the compounds by photodissociation could be important compared to reaction with hydroxyl radical.  相似文献

随机采集北京地区200辆满足第5阶段排放标准在用车的车载诊断系统(OBD)的IUPR(OBD监测频率)数据,测试了4种典型车系的在用车在实际道路行驶工况下IUPR各监测项的特征分布,并和NEDC工况下的实验结果进行对比.结果表明:采集数据车辆的OBD系统均能实现对催化器和氧传感器的监控,对EGR和次级氧传感器的监控也可分别达到74%和91%;在用车平均点火循环3.9次才能满足一次目前IUPR的监测条件;各监测项IUPR均值均远大于国五标准限值0.10,但各IUPR监测值分布存在差异,催化转化器和氧传感器的达标率均为92%;实验室NEDC模拟工况基本能实现对各车系机动车尾气排放控制的监测,但4条实际道路测试结果则表明不同车系IUPR监测项分子+1的差异较大;拥堵路况的低速工况下OBD系统难以实现对车辆尾气排放控制系统各监测项的有效监测.因此,需结合北京实际路况进一步完善在用车辆OBD系统的监测条件,实现对北京在用车尾气排放控制系统的有效监控.  相似文献

环境经济政策是流域水质目标管理技术的重要组成部分.通过分析国内外的环境经济政策以及主要经济手段的实施现状与特点,指出我国环境经济政策的不足与问题.以流域控制单元为对象,提出水污染防治的环境经济政策的基本内涵和特点,以"分区、分类、分级、分期"为基本理念,研究了适合我国流域水质目标管理的环境经济政策框架与构建思路,并对环境财政、环境投融资、排污收费与污染税、生态补偿与污染赔偿等具体手段进行了阐述,提出环境经济政策的综合实施机制以及相关的政策保障.  相似文献

在实验室模拟培养条件下,研究Shewanella oneidensis MR-1和Shewanella putrefaciens在厌氧体系中对V(V)的耐性试验,探讨在不同的V(V)浓度、接菌量、pH值和不同蒽醌-2,6-二磺酸(AQDS)浓度下对V(V)还原的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进行表征.结果表明V(V)浓度低于10mg/L时对S.oneidensis MR-1和S.putrefaciens的生长影响较小,V(V)浓度超过20mg/L则会抑制其生长和V(V)的还原;随着接菌量的增加,2种微生物对V(V)的还原能力逐渐增强;2种微生物最适生长pH值均为7.0左右,弱碱性环境下2种微生物对V(V)的还原率高于弱酸性环境;添加1mmol/L AQDS会加快2种微生物对V(V)的还原.菌株培养3d后通过SEM分析,S.oneidensis MR-1和S.putrefaciens进行V(V)还原的同时也伴有少量的吸附作用.利用XPS能谱分析表明S.oneidensis MR-1和S.putrefaciens将V(V)还原为V(IV).  相似文献

Absorption cross-sections are reported for dimethyl sulfide (CH3SCH3), diethyl sulfide (C2H5SC2H5), and dimethyl disulfide (CH3SSCH3) at wavelengths greater than 200 nm, a temperature of 300 K, and a nominal spectral resolution of 0.10 nm. In general, the results are in good agreement with previous measurements of the spectra of these molecules, but are of higher precision and resolution than past measurements. New features in the spectra, including a previously unobserved vibrational progression for diethyl sulfide, are discussed. Finally, the data are used to calculate a photodissociation lifetime for dimethyl disulfide, the only one of the three molecules that absorbs light in the actinic u.v. region of the spectrum. Loss of dimethyl disulfide by photodissociation is expected to be 5 – 10 times slower than loss due to reaction of the compound with OH under atmospheric conditions.  相似文献
