无人机已被证明是适用于甲烷点源排放速率估算的一种新颖且有效的观测平台,然而对其估算的准确度与不确定度尚缺乏有效分析与量化。利用包含已知排放速率被动示踪物的大涡模拟,再现了1种强湍流混合环境下的甲烷羽流并对羽流进行了连续多次模拟飞行观测实验,通过逆高斯方法(IG)和质量平衡方法(MB)对排放速率进行了估算并量化了其准确度与不确定度,最后对不同的飞行时间安排及差异化的空间飞行策略进行了探究以提升估算效果。结果表明,对于研究所涉及的大气混合条件,通过IG和MB方法对多次模拟飞行估算的排放均值可达到既定排放值的95.3%和86.1%,不确定度为56.6%和56.9%;通过单架无人机多次重复飞行采样进行估算可显著降低不确定度,5次重复飞行可降至<30%;2架无人机在不同高度的同步飞行可使MB方法估算的不确定度降至35.2%~51.9%,IG方法则对该措施不敏感。研究仅考虑甲烷的传输扩散过程,结果也适用于其他被动示踪物的点源排放估算。  相似文献

无人机遥感是近年新兴的航空遥感技术,随着无人机平台与载荷的不断进步,其研究应用愈加深入,已广泛应用于各行业领域,并作为卫星遥感技术的补充,愈加发挥着重要作用。为拓展无人机遥感技术应用潜力,分析无人机在环保领域应用效果,以扬州市南水北调工程东线输水水域的水源地为研究区域,基于其污染源特征及周边生态环境状况,研究无人机平台与载荷搭配(可见光与热红外)技术,监测研究区污染源,分析其对水质的潜在影响。结果表明,研究区存在多处污染源,主要为点源污染(工业点源、水产养殖、生活污水),面源污染(河道码头、水土流失、农业)和内源污染(航运船舶、桥梁交通运输、渔民生活)等,同时,发现某助剂厂隐藏在水面下的4个排污口。该项技术的实验研究,发挥了无人机平台与载荷搭配应用效果,获取了污染源的类型、数量、空间分布及其扩散形态,为水源地无人机遥感技术应用奠定了工作基础。  相似文献

与传统的监测技术相比,走航监测技术具有监测范围大、响应快速、机动性强的特点,在工业园区及企业废气排放的监测监控、溯源定位方面应用较为广泛。被动式傅里叶红外(FTIR)走航监测技术可以动态、立体、实时地扫描周围一定空域气体中的污染物质。采用被动式FTIR走航监测车,对不同的工业园区企业进行监测,结果表明,被动式FTIR走航监测可对实时发现的超标或异常有毒有害、易燃易爆、异味因子排放装置进行及时的定位和溯源,为环保部门和企业对污染物进行进一步精细化管控提供了有力的科学依据。  相似文献

目前地面常规大气监测手段难以对垂直方向污染源监测,也难以应对环境突发事件,采用无人机大气监测与数值模拟结合的方法可以解决该问题。实验开发了基于无人机平台的空气质量监测平台,采用数值模拟方法确定平台搭载方案,再对无人机监测系统得到的监测数据与数值模拟计算结果作对比分析,得到各项污染物浓度。分析了该方法存在的问题,提出了提高数据链路传输能力,开展无人机遥感系统相关环境质量评价方法学研究,开发精度高、质量轻的无人机大气监测吊舱,开展地面静止比对和飞行测量比对实验等建议。  相似文献

建立了固定污染源排气中三氟甲烷、四氟甲烷、六氟乙烷和六氟化硫的采样和气质联用分析方法,检出限分别为0.06、0.15、0.21、0.71 mg/m3,精密度在3.2%以下,相关系数大于0.999 6,并对浙江省内2家典型企业排放的温室气体进行了监测,实际样品监测结果表明,该方法能够满足废气中4种温室气体的监测要求。  相似文献

根据非甲烷总烃排放标准、分析方法和实际监测情况,对非甲烷总烃定义、总烃峰型异常、氧峰干扰、方法检出限测定和采样容器选择等方面存在的问题进行了探讨。结果表明:气态烃的衍生物属于非甲烷总烃,烃的衍生物和色谱柱类型是导致总烃峰型异常的主要原因,使用除烃空气作载气可消除氧峰干扰,非甲烷总烃为差值结果,应按照EPA SW-846标准测定检出限,PVF气袋本底低、气密性和化学惰性好,是最佳的非甲烷总烃采样容器。  相似文献

回顾了烟气排放连续监测系统及其分析技术的发展与应用历程,对直接测量法、抽取测量法和遥感测量法等3种主要连续监测技术的应用情况、技术特点进行了介绍和对比分析。指出烟气连续监测技术有由抽取测量法向直接测量法发展的趋势,进而向遥感测量法发展;分析技术则以光学技术为主导,向全谱分析和线状光谱技术方向发展;测量范围逐渐向低浓度发展,追求更高的准确度和精密度;监测因子更多,除常规烟尘、SO2、NOx外,CO2、H2S、HC l、HF、Hg等物质也将逐步纳入监测范围;技术可靠、系统简洁、操作简便是连续监测技术的发展方向,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

气相色谱法检测废气中甲烷、非甲烷总烃的方法存在诸多问题。针对标准参考气体的选择、采样方式、样品保存、配气方式、仪器配置等方面做了重点研究。结果表明,使用甲烷作为标准参考气体最佳,根据污染源的实际状况,可选择动力采样或玻璃注射器手动采样。样品气保存在惰性气袋中比玻璃注射器更好,实验分析更推荐双柱配置的气相色谱,手工配制标准气系列、使用填充柱也可很好的满足检测的质量要求。  相似文献

甲烷(CH4)和氧化亚氮(N2O)是大气中重要的温室气体,对全球变暖和大气化学有重要作用。受人为活动影响较大的河流、河口是大气中CH4和N2O的重要源。于2019年春季、2020年秋季台风前后沿三亚河从下游到上游采集了11个站位的样品,测定三亚河水体中CH4、N2O浓度及相关参数,并估算了水-气界面释放通量。结果表明:春季、秋季以及台风后CH4平均浓度分别为(15.92±23.04)、(364.43±265.41)、(666.02±502.60) nmol/L,N2O平均浓度分别为(24.37±19.88)、(8.47±5.19)、(47.48±33.47) nmol/L,台风后大于台风前。水体中CH4、N2O主要受溶解氧(DO)和降雨影响,下游河段主要受潮汐作用影响。现场产生和沉积物释放是水体中CH4的主要源,硝化作用是水体中N2  相似文献

Dietary carbohydrate effects on methane emission from cows and their slurry were measured on an individual animal basis. Twelve dairy cows were fed three of six diets each (n = 6 per diet) of a forage-to-concentrate ratio of 1:1 (dry matter basis), and designed to cover the cows’ requirements. The forages consisted of maize and grass silage, and hay. Variations were exclusively accomplished in the concentrates which were either rich in lignified or non-lignified fiber, pectin, fructan, sugar or starch. To measure methane emission, cows were placed into open-circuit respiration chambers and slurry was stored for 14 weeks in 60-L barrels with slurry being intermittently connected to this system. The enteric and slurry organic matter digestibility and degradation was highest when offering Jerusalem artichoke tubers rich in fructan, while acid-detergent fiber digestibility and degradation were highest in cows and slurries with the soybean hulls diet rich in non-lignified fiber. Multiple regression analysis, based on nutrients either offered or digested, suggested that, when carbohydrate variation is done in concentrate, sugar enhances enteric methanogenesis. The methane emission from the slurry accounted for 16.0 to 21.9% of total system methane emission. Despite a high individual variation, the methane emission from the slurry showed a trend toward lower values, when the dietwas characterized by lignified fiber, a diet where enteric methane release also had been lowest. The study disproved the assumption that a lower enteric methanogenesis, associated with a higher excretion of fiber, will inevitably lead to compensatory increases in methane emission during slurry storage.  相似文献

One of the fastest growing areas of natural gas production is coal bed methane (CBM) due to the large monetary returns and increased demand for energy from consumers. The Powder River Basin, Wyoming is one of the most rapidly expanding areas of CBM development with projections of the establishment of up to 50,000 wells. CBM disturbances may make the native ecosystem more susceptible to invasion by non-native species, but there are few studies that have been conducted on the environmental impacts of this type of resource extraction. To evaluate the potential effects of CBM development on native plant species distribution and patterns of non-native plant invasion, 36 modified Forest Inventory and Analysis plots (each comprised of four 168-m2 subplots) were established in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming. There were 73 168-m2 subplots on control sites; 42 subplots on secondary disturbances; 14 on major surface disturbances; eight on well pads; and seven on sites downslope of CBM wells water discharge points. Native plant species cover ranged from 39.5 ± 2.7% (mean ± 1 SE) in the secondary disturbance subplots to 17.7 ± 7.5% in the pad subplots. Non-native plant species cover ranged from 31.0 ± 8.4% in the discharge areas to 14.7 ± 8.9% in the pad subplots. The control subplots had significantly less non-native species richness than the combined disturbance types. The combined disturbance subplots had significantly greater soil salinity than the control sites. These results suggest that CBM development and associated disturbances may facilitate the establishment of non-native plants. Future research and management decisions should consider the accumulative landscape-scale effects of CBM development on preserving native plant diversity.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of supplementing 40 g lauric acid (C12) kg-1 dry matter (DM) in feed on methane emissions from early-lactating dairy cows and the associated effects on methane, nitrous oxide and ammonia release from the manure during storage. Stearic acid (C18), a fatty acid without assumed methane-suppressing potential in the digestive tract of ruminants, was added at 40 g kg-1 DM to a control diet. The complete feed consisted of forage and concentrate in a ratio of 1.5:1 (DM basis). The manure was stored for 14 weeks either as complete slurry or, separately, as urine-rich slurry and farmyard manure representing two common storage systems. Methane release of the cows, as measured in respiratory chambers, was lower with C12 by about 20%, but this was mostly resulting from a reduced feed intake and, partly, from a lower rate of fibre digestion. As milk yield declined less than feed intake, methane emission per kg of milk was significantly lower with C12 (11.4 g) than with C18 (14.0 g). Faeces of C12-fed cows had a higher proportion of undigested fibre and accordingly methane release from their manure was higher compared with the manure obtained from the C18-fed cows. Overall, manure-derived methane accounted for8.2% and 15.4% of total methane after 7 and 14 weeks of storage, respectively. The evolution of methane widely differed between manure types and dietary treatments, with a retarded onset of release in complete slurry particularly in the C12 treatment. Emissions of nitrous oxide were lower in the manures from the C12 treatment. This partially compensated for the higher methane release from the C12 manure with respect to the greenhouse gas potential. The total greenhouse gas potential (cow and manure together) accounted for 8.7 and 10.5 kg equivalents of CO2 cow-1 d-1with C12 and C18, respectively. At unaffected urine-N proportion ammonia and total nitrogen losses from stored manure were lower with C12 than with C18 corresponding to the differences in feed and nitrogen intake. The present results suggest that manure storage significantly contributes to total methane emission from dairy husbandry, and that the identification of effective dietary mitigation strategies has to consider both the digestive tract of the animals and the corresponding manure.  相似文献

引入生态和气象研究领域的本底大气观测技术,提出一种便捷快速的温室气体本底浓度采样方法。该方法需要的设备简单,便于携带,能够快速完成采样。2011年5—7月,利用该方法,自西向东分别在处于我国三大阶梯的青藏高原东北缘、秦巴山区、长江中下游平原,选择不同类型的土地覆盖下垫面开展了地面采样实验,获得了33组以CO2和CH4为主的温室气体浓度数据。根据获得的采样结果,分别开展了人工采样数据分析及其与器测本底数据、卫星反演同期数据产品的对比分析,结果显示,几类数据趋势相符,数值相对偏差较低。总体认为,该方法获得的采样数据可靠、采样效率高,且成本低廉,这在我国温室气体自动监测站还比较少的现实情况下,不失为一种可选的快速便捷监测技术手段。  相似文献

Methane is primarily a biogenic gas, which is implicated in global climate change. Among all the sources of methane emission, paddy fields form the most dominant source. An experiment was conducted with a common paddy crop (Oryza sativa var. Vishnuparag) by amending the soils with different organic manures and biofertilizers with a view to find out an inexpensive strategy to mitigate methane emission from the rice-fields. The results revealed that there was a seasonal change in the CH4 flux, registering a peak at heading stage in all treatments. The application of rice straw before flooding and the biofertilizer after flooding enhances CH4 efflux from the rice-fields significantly, while composts of cowdung and leaves did not stimulate CH4 production and, rather, decreased CH4 fluxes. As soil pH and temperature were optimum for methanogenesis, it was likely that the organic C and the redox potential mainly modulated methane production and its emission through rice plants.  相似文献

采用全玻璃针筒取样/保存、双通道双毛细管柱测定非甲烷总烃分析方法,以甲烷标准气体样品、标准气体样品(TO-14、TO-15),以及3种实际环境空气样品为例,考察了全玻璃针筒注射器取样保存影响检测结果的若干因素。结果表明,样品的保存时间取决于以下因素:(1)样品性质,不同类型样品的保存时间差异大,化学反应活性强的样品,其总烃含量呈现先升高后降低趋势,甲烷则相对稳定;(2)样品浓度水平,相同条件下相同类型样品,浓度高的保存时间短于低浓度样品,如与环境空气浓度相仿的样品保存时间可超过60 h;(3)保存环境的避光程度,对于同一种VOCs标准气体样品,避光、半避光、非避光保存样品回收率迥异,趋势差别极大,对于部分样品即便是避光保存仍发现回收率变化极大;(4)全玻璃材质注射器的气密性,需对照技术规范要求,进行气密性的检查。  相似文献
