爆破制浆造纸黑液经三效蒸发装置浓缩后,固形物含量可达34%~40%,利用内旋式不锈钢喷枪送入锅炉炉膛内燃烧,可将爆破制浆造纸黑液全部处理不外排。同时,每立方米浓缩黑液可平均节约燃煤91.06 kg,具有较好的经济、环境效益。 相似文献

麦草低污染制浆新工艺采用亚硫酸钠-甲醛-蒽醌(加入少量催化剂)制浆(SFP-AQ法),生产吨浆的COD排放总量下降30%,色度下降60%,悬浮物总量下降50%,制浆黑液的pH值下降至7~8。采用该新工艺同时还可产生表面活性好、便于利用的木素磺酸钠和其他产品,使纤维资源得到综合利用,为解决中小型草浆造纸厂的污染问题提供一条有效途径。j 相似文献

Bagasse pulping trials were carried out with NH4OH–KOH in the presence of anthraquinone for the purpose of reducing or eliminating the black liquor problem in pulping processes. The operating conditions, such as the composition of the cooking liquor, the liquid to bagasse ratio, the maximum cooking temperature and the cooking time at the maximum temperature during the pulping process were investigated systematically to establish optimal pulping conditions. The experimental results indicated that this pulping process is particularly well suited for the pulping of bagasse, where the bagasse was delignified to a low Kappa number value of 11.3, the percentage delignification was 80%, and the pulp yield was 65%. This newly developed pulping process provided a high tensile index of 51.6 N.m/g. The laboratory-scale experimental results were replicated on a pilot-scale process successfully, demonstrating the initial stages of scale-up and also demonstrating a degree of repeatability. There is a good prospect that this process can utilize black liquor, which contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and ammoniacal lignin, as a fertilizer for agricultural production. Hence the black liquor problem associated with the pulping industry can potentially be turned into a benefit through this environmentally friendly bagasse pulping process. 相似文献

Two different kinds of black liquor from the papermaking industry were treated by acidification and reuse. The experimental parameters and conditions were discussed in detail. The experimental results indicated that the treatment process mentioned in this article is an effective process for the treatment of black liquor from the papermaking industry. By the treatment, the solid materials in black liquor are transferred into two by-products and the other components are reused or evaporated. Thus, no wastewater except some condensation water would be discharged in pulping process and the problem of oollution of black liauor would be effectively solved. 相似文献

对预酸析多孔高分子载体固定化微生物厌氧流化床(AFB)处理碱法草浆黑液的效能进行了研究.结果表明,采用酸析预处理,去除了黑液中大部分难生化降解的高分子物质后,AFB的厌氧消化潜能得到充分发挥.预酸析AFB处理比直接AFB处理更为有利.对黑液中木质素的化学性质研究表明,厌氧处理前后的黑液中木质素分子的基本结构单元保持不变,但分子量大的木质素有向小分子转化的趋势.通过扫描电镜观察,除了产甲烷菌外,还发现了硫酸盐还原菌和硫细菌. 相似文献

本文利用多级水幕吸收塔,研究了循环液气比(L/G)、空塔气速、进口烟气SO2浓度以及进口烟气Hg浓度对麦草制浆黑液脱硫除汞效果的影响.实验结果表明:随着L/G增加、空塔气速增大、进口SO2浓度降低,脱硫除汞效果得到了不同程度的提升;随着进口Hg浓度升高,脱汞效率缓慢下降,脱硫效率基本不变.通过提高L/G、增加空塔气速、降低进口SO2浓度与Hg浓度提麦草制浆黑液高脱硫除汞效率,为麦草制浆黑液协同脱硫除汞奠定应用基础. 相似文献

Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) effect and phosphor removal were investigated in a one-staged aerobic submerged membrane bioreactor on pilot-scale with mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) 19--20 g/L. The effects of DO concentration, sludge floc size distribution on SND were studied. Test results suggested that SND was successfully performed in the membrane bioreactor (MBR) and about 70% total nitrogen removal efficiency was achieved when DO concentration was set to 0.2-- 0.3 mg/L. The main mechanisms governing SND were the suitable sludge floc size and the low DO concentration which was caused by low oxygen transfer rate with such a high MLSS concentration in the MBR. In the meantime, phosphor removal was also studied with polymer ferric sulfate (PFS) addition and 14 mg/L dosage of PFS was proper for the MBR to remove phosphor. PFS addition also benefited the MBR operation owing to its reduction of extracellular polymer substances (EPS) of mixed liquor. 相似文献
