建立了气相色谱质谱法测定纺织品中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)的方法.纺织品中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮经丙酮超声萃取,用0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,将提取物进行GC-MS定性定量分析.结果表明,在0.1—10μg·mL-1线性范围内,DMF、DMAC和NMP线性方程分别是y=75041x+8039,y=71622x+12371,y=96278x+8548,相关系数均大于0.9995;方法检出限DMF和DMAC为5 mg·kg-1,NMP为3 mg·kg-1;平均回收率为86.3%—92.0%;相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.4%—5.0%.该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于测定纺织品中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮.  相似文献

The toxic effects of mercury are known to be complex with specific enzyme inhibitions and subsequent oxidative stress adding to the damaging effects. There are likely other factors involved, such as the development of impaired metal ion homeostasis and depletion of thiol- and selenium-based metabolites such as cysteine and selenium. Much of the toxicity of mercury occurs at the intracellular level via binding of Hg2+ to thiol groups in specific proteins. Therefore, amelioration of mercury toxicity by the use of chelation would likely be enhanced by the use of a chelator that could cross the cell membrane and the blood brain barrier. It would be most favorable if this compound was of low toxicity, had appropriate pharmacokinetics, bound and rendered mercury cation non-toxic and had antioxidant properties. Herein we report on such a chelator, N,N′-bis(2-mercaptoethyl)isophthalamide (NBMI), and, using an animal model, show that it prevented the toxic effects associated with acute exposure induced by injected mercury chloride.  相似文献

N,N′-bis(trans-cinnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and its derivatives were designed and synthesized. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) techniques were applied to characterize chemical structures, and the filter paper disk method was used to test for antifungal effect of the products against Aspergillus niger, Paecilomyces variotii, and Paecilomyces lilacinus. Chemical structure charaterization showed that the products are target compounds. Antimicrobial experiment results indicated that N,N′-bis(trans-cinnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane displayed reliable antifungal effects against three fungi, and its antifungal effect is close to that of cinnamaldehyde. N,N′-bis(p-methoxy cinnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and N,N′-bis(p-chlorocinnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane also showed antifungal effects at a low concentration. Of the two, N,N′-bis(p-methoxy cinnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane appeared to be more suitable as it was more effective at higher concentrations against Paecilomyces.  相似文献

论文以血清瓶为间歇反应器,以醋酸钙为基质,研究了厌氧消化过程中甲烷菌所需要的微量金属营养元素Fe、Co、NI(1.0mg/(L.d),0.1mg/(L.d),0.2mg/(L.d)对毒性物质NH4^+-N的拮抗作用,研究结果表明,Fe、Co、Ni对毒性物质NH4^+-N有明显的拮抗作用,而且NH4^+-N浓度越高,Fe、Co、Ni对其毒性的拮抗作用越明显。  相似文献

Two different Calanus finmarchicus (Gunnerus) cohorts originating from 60°N (Bergen) and 69°N (Tromsø) were investigated in equal environmental conditions to study their different physiological responses to the same environment. A two-plus-two-bag mesocosm study was carried out between March and July 1998, in Håkøybotn, Tromsø, in order to determine development and mortality rates of the two parallel cohorts of C. finmarchicus. For practical reasons, the cohort from Bergen was incubated 10 days earlier than the Tromsø cohort. Consequently, they were exposed to elevated food conditions as compared to the Tromsø cohort. A high initial mortality among the Bergen cohort could clearly be ascribed, by genetic discrimination, to "contamination" with C. helgolandicus. After this initial mass mortality, the mortality was constantly 0.03-0.04 dayу. In cohorts starting from naupliar stage I, there was no significant difference in development or growth, the median development time (NI-CIV) differing by only 7 days (~6%). The difference in development time can be explained to a large extent (~4 days) by temperature differences. This is substantiated with model simulations using a physiological model developed for C. finmarchicus. There was a time lag in incubation between the two cohorts, resulting in elevated temperature during incubation of the Tromsø cohort. A fraction of both cohorts differentiated sexually at stage CV, with males differentiating before females. Females from both cohorts produced eggs, but specific egg production differed significantly (P>0.001, t-test). This was supported by elevated RNA:DNA ratio in females from the Bergen cohort. Both cohorts demonstrated quite similar development and physiological growth rates and, consequently, are considered to belong to the same genetic population inhabiting the Norwegian Shelf. The study demonstrates that C. finmarchicus is capable of adaptation to changes in environment and, thereby, demonstrates a significant physiological plasticity.  相似文献

农田土壤是大气中N2O的重要来源,与1990年相比,2000年我国氮肥用量升高了40%,因此,迫切需要对我国农田土壤N2O的排放通量作出新的估算。土壤理化性状的空间变异和不同生态条件下进行长期的、多点的农田N2O原位监测数据的匮乏成为提高N2O排放测定精度的制约因素。目前,航空采样法-驰豫涡动技术(微气象学方法)能够成功克服空间变异,且已经被成功应用在农业生态系统N2O排放的定量化观测上;另外Century-NGAS和DNDC模型是目前应用较广泛的机理模型,但应用不同模型所获得的N2O排放量相差较大。因此,今后农业土壤N2O排放的工作重点应集中在如何提高N2O原位观测精度,寻找合适的机理模型和提出相应的减排措施。  相似文献

根据双区理论,对N,N-二甲氨基偶氮苯(DAB)及其某几种衍生物的结构与致癌活性进行了定量研究。运用HMO方法,在综合分析它们生物代谢的实验基础上,计算了分子在代谢中可能形成的阳离子亲电活性中心的离域能,并根据相对活性标度和五级标度得出两个适用于DAB类化合物的双区公式,对23个该类化合物进行了计算。两种活性标度的理论计算和实验结果都得到良好的符合,符合率近于100%。文中还讨论了“生物测不准”原理,认为对复杂的生物代谢过程,进行结构活性关系的定量处理只能得到统计的近似的结果,但当生物实验者以及实验条件不变时,也可能得到相对的更高精度的定量处理。  相似文献

施N模式与稻草还田对土壤供N量和水稻产量的影响   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:13  
通过田间试验研究了2 a定位试验后不同施N模式和稻草还田对双季稻作系统土壤供N能力和水稻生产的影响。结果表明:施用N肥显著增加土壤NH4 -N和可矿化N含量,显著提高稻田系统生产力,且随着稻草配合施用,施N效果更加明显。移走稻草情况下N肥增产率为30.3%~31.3%;稻草还田情况下,N2(全年施N量240kg.hm-2)处理N肥增产率为36.7%,1 kg纯N增产谷粒12.1 kg,均显著低于N1、N3(全年施N量180 kg.hm-2)处理,后者增产率为40.4%~41.1%,1 kg纯N增产谷粒17.7~18.0 kg,且N1、N3处理(施N量相同,但各时期施N比例不同)间差异不显著。配施N肥后稻草还田可以提高土壤供N能力,连续处理2 a,土壤可矿化N比移走稻草处理提高32.1%~50.0%。稻草还田时适当配施N肥增产效果明显,N1、N3处理下稻草还田增产率分别达8.7%和8.4%,而N2处理下稻草还田的表观增产效果降低,稻草还田增产率仅为5.1%。年稻草还田量为7 500 kg.hm-2的红壤稻田系统,年适宜配施N量为180 kg.hm-2,各时期施N优化比例为基肥30%,分蘖肥30%,穗肥40%。  相似文献

Close to 50 species of marine Calanoid copepods have been reported to produce diapause eggs (Engel and Hirche in J Plankton Res 26:1083–1093, 2004); eggs that are viable but require a refractory phase before they hatch, sometimes after months. Diapause eggs are often described as morphologically different with respect to egg membrane ultrastructure and having a thicker egg shell with surface ornamentation as opposed to the smooth shell found in subitaneous eggs that hatch within days (Belmonte in J Mar Syst 15:35–39, 1998; Chen and Marcus in Mar Biol 127:587–597, 1997; Castro-Longoria in Crustaceana 74:225–236, 2001). Egg production rates, egg surface ornamentation, and hatching success were monitored in large aquaculture fish enclosures during winter with close to zero water temperatures (N57°). Surprisingly, all female copepods (Acartia spp.—presumably A. tonsa, and Centropages hamatus) produced eggs all through the winter with no obvious pattern with respect to light, temperature and food availability, and no diapause eggs were observed. However, individual females produced several categories of eggs with or without surface spines even within the same egg batch as evidenced by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Four egg categories were distinguishable: ‘no spines’, smooth eggs; ‘short spines’, 5–15 μm long; ‘truncated spines’, with the spine tips cut-off <10 μm long; and ‘long spines’, up to 30 μm long. All egg categories remained unchanged with respect to surface structures from when we took them out of the incubation bottles until they hatched. In general, the frequency of ‘no spines’ was 10–40%, and most eggs were ornamented with ‘short-’ or ‘long spines’. Further, a given egg can be ornamented with all types of surface spines simultaneously, which might even be a fifth egg category. The different egg categories were all able to hatch within days when exposed to normoxic conditions suggesting that they were subitaneous.  相似文献

报道了经恒定气相浓度N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)蒸汽曝露的雄性SD大鼠血液中以S-(N-甲基氨基甲酰)谷胱甘肽(SMG)为代表的N-甲基氨基甲酸硫酯的代谢生成及体内消长.实验所用封闭曝露系统内DMF蒸汽恒定浓度分别为φ=24×10-6(直至48h);φ=84×10-6及φ=213×10-6(均为72h).经(φ=24×10-6)×24h处理后,大鼠血清中N-甲基氨基甲酸硫酯达到稳态浓度47μmol/L,当DMF稳态蒸汽浓度φ=84×10-6时,体内血清N-甲基氨基甲酸硫酯稳态浓度为227μmol/L,在环境蒸汽浓度φ<84×10-6时,大鼠体内N-甲基氨基甲酸硫酯稳态浓度与环境中DMF蒸汽浓度呈线性关系.所产生的N-甲基氨基甲酸硫酯类物质体内半衰期在2.2~2.8h之间,体内半衰期值主要是由其生成速率决定的.高浓度DMF(φ=213×10-6)的曝露并未导致体内产生可检出水平的N-甲基氨基甲酸硫酯类物质,这可能是由于体内高浓度的DMF对其本身代谢的抑制作用所致.  相似文献

分别以模拟和实际丙酸发酵废水体系为研究对象,采用络合萃取法回收稀溶液中的丙酸,结果表明,对含2%丙酸的水溶液,以45%(体积比)的N1923为萃取剂,以煤油和正辛醇为稀释剂进行萃取,在油水相比1∶4的情况下,单级萃取率可达97%.对实际发酵废水中丙酸的萃取,在二级错流萃取的情况下,也能达到同样的分离效果.有机溶剂循环使用实验表明,经过10次重复利用后其萃取能力基本不变.  相似文献

用恒界面池法研究了N,N-二(1-甲基-庚基)乙酰胺(DMHAA,N503)萃取苯酚的动力学,试验表明,萃取速率随水相苯酚浓度,有机相N503浓度的提高而增加,当水相pH值≥10.5时,萃取速度明显下降,萃取反应的表观活化能为14.3kJ·mol^-1,萃取过程属扩散控制,水相中萃酚向两相界面的扩散是萃取速度的控制步骤。  相似文献
