Waste plastics collected from municipality solid waste (MSW), were segregated, washed and dried. The fractions consisting predominantly of polypropylene were further segregated from the lot, cleaned and dried. These were chopped into pieces and then mixed in a Brabender Plasticoder with rubber dust from rubber textile cot industry at various proportions, till homogeneity is achieved. The tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strength of the blends were measured and observed that these properties increasing with increase in loading of rubber dust, reach a maximum at 10 wt% and then decreases. The dynamic mechanical properties of blends such as storage modulus, loss modulus and tan δ measured by DMA-2980 shows an increase in damping characteristics with an increase in the proportion of rubber dust. The rubber dust consists of blends of NBR and PVC used in making textile cots in the textile industry after vulcanization. It is observed that 10% of rubber dust imparts better strength properties with waste PP. The dispersion of the scrap rubber dust in PP has been analysed under SEM and its compatibility has been studied.  相似文献

为提高低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)阻燃性能和阻燃LDPE复合材料的力学性能与抑烟性能,采用原位聚合法制备三聚氰胺-甲醛(MF)树脂包覆二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)的MF@ADP微胶囊,再引入三聚氰胺聚磷酸(MPP)与MF@ADP进行协效复配,熔融共混制备阻燃LDPE复合材料。通过氧指数、热重分析、力学测试和烟密度测试等研究复合材料的阻燃、力学和抑烟性能。研究结果表明:MF@ADP微胶囊能改善阻燃剂与复合材料之间的相容性,与MPP复配构成的磷-氮膨胀阻燃体系能有效提高LDPE的抑烟性能;当MF@ADP∶MPP的质量比为2∶1时,材料的LOI达到了30.6%,垂直燃烧测试达到UL-94 V0级,拉伸强度为11.8 MPa,且形成的P/N/O高聚物炭层稳定性更高,可减少LDPE燃烧释放的烟雾量。  相似文献

为研究复合局部挠曲岩体强度特征以及破坏规律,采用岩石真实破裂软件RFPA2D,对水平层面挠曲30°,45°,60°,75°的复合岩体进行单轴压缩试验模拟。模拟结果表明:挠曲角为30°,45°,60°,75°的复合岩体破坏面几乎与挠曲段夹层重合,其挠曲端部均产生了垂直于挠曲段夹层的裂纹;复合单斜岩体与复合挠曲岩体破坏面的形成因素大致相同,夹层强度是2种岩体失稳的主要因素;复合挠曲岩体单轴抗压强度随挠曲角增大同样呈“U”型变化,与单斜岩体变化趋势一致;当水平层状岩体发生挠曲后,其单轴抗压强度减小,当挠曲角为60°时,强度降低25.19%,当挠曲角为75°时,强度降低0.17%。;随着均质系数m的增大,复合挠曲岩体单轴抗压强度以及轴向应变均出现逐渐递增的趋势,且不同m值,其岩体裂隙扩展方式具有明显差别。  相似文献

在万能力学试验机上测试由高频热压方法制造的桦木和椴木单板层积梁的密度、静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)和水平剪切强度等力学性质;讨论LVL(单板层积材)梁受弯曲、水平剪切载荷时的主要破坏形式并得出相关结论。测试结果表明,在该试验条件下,桦木和椴木LVL梁具有较大的密度、MOR和较高的MOE。其主要物理力学性能受树种的影响较大,桦木LVL梁的主要性能均优于椴木LVL梁。当LVL梁受弯曲破坏时,其主要破坏形式为整体断裂破坏、开裂破坏以及混合破坏等3种;受水平剪切应力破坏时,以基材剪切破坏和胶层剪切破坏两种形式为主。  相似文献

在役海底管道所处海洋环境恶劣,管道发生腐蚀后剩余强度降低。为了更加准确地计算管道的剩余强度,基于ANSYS非线性有限元模拟,采用参考应力法,研究了参考应力分别为(SMYS+SMTS)/2,1.1SMYS,SMYS+69,0.8SMTS,0.9SMTS,SMTS的海底管道剩余强度,将结果与爆破实验数据作对比,提出了参考应力和流变应力取值的推荐算法。研究结果表明,在海底腐蚀管道剩余强度有限元分析中,对于X46,X60和X80管道,建议分别使用(SMYS+SMTS)/2,0.9SMTS和SMTS作为参考应力;推荐使用(SMYS+SMTS)/2, SMYS+69和 1.1SMYS三者中的最大值作为流变应力。  相似文献

This article is devoted to the study of cold flow properties of neat esters of branched chain alcohols with fatty acids and blends of these esters with fossil diesel fuel. According to determined CFPP values the influence of alcohol branching on the fuel filterability is negligible. Fossil fuel blending with fatty esters of branched alcohols up to 10 vol % does not substantially change the cold flow properties of fossil fuel. The low-temperature properties of fossil diesel and fatty acid methyl/ethyl ester (FAME/FAEE) blends with low ester content (up to 10 vol %), prepared mainly from oils/fats with higher share of saturated fatty acids namely palm oil, tallow and lard, were also measured. The obtained results show that studied esters do not change low-temperature properties of fossil fuel in the blends with the low esters content of 3–5 vol %, although their own CFPP is over the value permissible by the standard EN 14 214. However, current standard EN 590 specifies to meet all parameters of the standard EN 14 214 also for FAME assigned for blended fuels entirely. The proposal to repeal the CFPP limit for esters assigned for blending is fully justified, without any negative effects on fuel quality.  相似文献

Stabilization–solidification (s/s) method is widely applied to immobilize mining and industrial wastes. This technique uses cement chemical and physical properties to integrate trace elements (TE) during their hydration reactions. Prediction of cement phases and pollutants evolutions during weathering is needed to predict risk of pollution. TE can be integrated in cement phases like calcium silicate hydrate (CSH), Ca-Al hydroxy sulphate or Ca-zincate. The aim of this study is the determination of initial pollutant locations and TE-bearing phases in the cement matrix. A comparison of hydration reaction between synthetic sludge and mining waste is provided. Samples come from two sets of cement matrix, the first one is ordinary portland cement (OPC) only and the second one is a mix of OPC and fly ash (FA). Each set is subdivided as a function of the pollutant added that are either synthetic sludges (Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn) or tailings (from a copper and zinc mine at Winston-Lake, Ontario, Canada). Initial TE-bearing phases were determined using physical characterization (XRD, SEM, microprobe). Samples with FA were depleted in portlandite. Trace elements are incorporated in the gel for synthetic sludge samples, whereas pollutants from tailings are localized in sulphide minerals and iron oxides.  相似文献

为了研究火灾下钢筋混凝土(RC)简支梁的热力学性能,建立火灾高温下RC梁的数值分析模型,与火灾试验对比验证模型的有效性;分别对4根完全相同的RC梁进行不同受火试验,研究受火时间、混凝土高温爆裂及钢筋-混凝土黏结高温退化对RC梁截面温度场分布、钢筋应力与滑移量分布、残余抗弯承载力的影响规律。研究结果表明:截面温度梯度随受火时间增长而扩大,底部角筋比其他纵筋升温均快;混凝土爆裂对直接受火面10 mm厚度范围内温度影响较为显著,角筋升温速率随受火时间增长而增大;底部纵筋应力随受火时间增长而下降,中筋的应力高于角筋;钢混界面滑移量随受火时间增长而增大,底部中筋的滑移量小于角筋;残余抗弯承载力随受火时间增长而线性减小;爆裂深度对残余抗弯承载力的影响程度要高于爆裂面积,跨中1/5跨长位置爆裂对残余抗弯承载力影响最大。  相似文献

本文介绍采用热压成型工艺制备纳米SiO2混杂Kevlar/Surlyn复合材料,研究了纳米粒子混杂工艺、纳米粒子含量对复合材料动态防刺性能的影响。结果表明,采用喷涂工艺制备的纳米SiO2混杂Kevlar/Surlyn复合材料可改善复合材料的防刺性能,其中纳米SiO2的含量为5wt.%时,复合材料的防刺效果最佳。  相似文献

Aiming at the green and sustainable energy substitution and supply, biomass valorization has become a potential strategy to face the energy crisis and increasing demand all over the world from long-term perspectives. Among the bio-based chemicals, γ-valerolactone (GVL) production from hydrogenation of levulinic acid (LA) and its esters has attracted great interests due to its wide applications, such as fuel, solvent, and additives. However, the safety evaluation for this hydrogenation reaction has received few attentions. To fill this gap, thermal hazard evaluation for GVL production from LA hydrogenation by using formic acid (FA) as hydrogen donor was first performed. The process conditions were optimized by using orthogonal experimental method for further calorimetry study. Thermal stability of chemicals and thermal risk of reaction process under adiabatic conditions were investigated by applying differential scanning calorimetry and accelerating rate calorimeter Phi-Tec II, respectively. The results revealed that the chemicals were stable in temperature range from 30 to 250 °C except FA due to its evaporation and decomposition with endothermic behaviors. The reaction process under isothermal and adiabatic conditions demonstrates that the decomposition of FA was rapid and followed by the hydrogenation of LA to GVL. Based on kinetic model under adiabatic conditions and risk matrix, the thermal runaway risk was found to be medium, indicating that certain safety measures should be properly designed and taken for loss prevention. This work could benefit the safety design and thermal risk prevention for GVL production by using FA as hydrogen donor.  相似文献

为提高海洋油气管道外腐蚀速率预测的精度和效率,建立基于因子分析(FA)和天牛须搜索算法(BAS)的极限学习机(ELM)腐蚀速率预测模型。利用FA对影响因素数据集进行降维处理,确定预测模型的输入变量;建立ELM预测模型,并采用BAS对ELM模型的参数进行优化,避免参数取值随机性对模型预测性能的影响;以实海挂片试验为例,通过建模仿真评价模型的预测性能,并与其他模型进行对比分析。结果表明:FA-BAS-ELM预测模型的平均绝对误差(MAPE)仅为1.92%,决定系数R2高达0.9949,相比于其他模型,该模型具有更优的预测性能。  相似文献

The explosion hazard of flammable liquids leaking to form spray in storage and transportation at ambient temperature has not been systematically investigated. This work presents new results from experimental investigations of the atomization and explosion characteristics of methanol, and methanol-benzene blends forming near the azeotrope under different initial conditions (initial temperature (298.15–318.15 K), methanol concentration (198–514.8 g/m3) and benzene content (41–81%)) in a 20-L spherical vessel. The empirical formulas for Sauter Mean Diameter (SMD) of the droplets and the maximum explosion pressure with respect to the initial temperature and methanol concentration were obtained from the quantitative analysis. Compared to the explosion hazard of pure methanol and methanol-benzene blends spray, the results showed that the maximum rate of pressure rise and maximum explosion temperature of methanol-benzene blends were relatively low. Furthermore, the effect of carbon soot formation on the explosion hazard during explosion development was analyzed.  相似文献

Introduction: Exploratory data reduction techniques, such as Factor Analysis (FA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA), are widely used in questionnaire validation with ordinal data, such as Likert Scale data, even though both techniques are indicated to metric measures. In this context, this study presents an e-survey, conducted to obtain self-reported behaviors between Brazilian drivers (N = 1,354, 55.2% of males) and Portuguese drivers (N = 348, 46.6% of males) based on 20 items from the Driver Behavior Questionnaire (DBQ) on a five-point Likert Scale. This paper aimed to examine DBQ validation using FA and PCA compared to Categorical Principal Component Analysis (CATPCA) which is more indicative to use with Likert Scale data. Results: The results from all techniques confirmed the most replicated factor structure of DBQ, distinguishing behaviors as errors, ordinary violations, and aggressive violation. However, after Varimax rotation, CATPCA explained 11% more variance compared to FA and 2% more than PCA. We identified cross-loadings among the component of the techniques. An item changed its dimension in the CATPCA results but did not change the structural interpretability. Individual scores from dimension 1 of CATPCA were significantly different from FA and PCA. Individual scores from factor 1 of CATPCA were significantly different from FA and PCA. Practical applications: The CATPCA seems to be more advantageous in order to represent the original data and considering data constrains. In addition to finding an interpretable factorial structure, the representation of the original data is regarded as relevant since the factor scores could be used for crash prediction in future analyses.  相似文献

首先合成并表征了一种新的阻燃剂-次磷酸铈(CHP);然后采用熔融共混的方法制备了玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/CHP(PET/GF/CHP)复合材料;探讨了CHP对PET/GF复合材料热稳定性和燃烧性能的影响。材料的热稳定性是由热失重分析(TGA)进行表征的,燃烧性能是通过氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)以及锥形量热仪进行测试的,炭渣形貌由扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征。结果表明:CHP的引入保持了PET/GF的热稳定性。含有15wt%CHP的PET/GF材料(PET/GF/CHP15),其LOI为30%,且能达到UL-94V-0级别。此外,与PET/GF相比,PET/GF/CHP15热释放速率峰值和热释放总量分别下降了67%和27%。SEM分析表明CHP的加入使得材料在燃烧后有大量致密的炭渣覆盖在玻璃纤维的表面,这些炭渣不仅降低了玻璃纤维的导热性,而且切断了可燃物质的传送通道,从而提高了材料的阻燃性能。  相似文献

比较分析了五根混凝土连续梁在碳纤维布加固后的极限荷载、变形、裂缝、延性系数等指标.在实际加固工程中无法对钢筋混凝土连续梁梁项进行加固,因此在试验中采用CFRP来加固梁的跨中,增强其正截面的抗弯承载力,并利用梁支座处出现塑性铰,引起弯矩重分布的特性,来达到加固的目的.为使试验更加接近加固工程实际情况,试验中加固是在持载情况下进行的.试验研究表明:使用碳纤维布提高高温作用后的混凝土连续梁的方法,能有效地抵抗二次火灾的影响;基于试验结果,推导出高温作用后碳纤维布加固的实用设计方法,与试验数据可以较好地吻合.在不能找出加固后梁所有失效模式的情况下,利用分阶段平截面弹塑性分析法求出加固后连续梁的极限挠度,求出了梁的功能(挠度)可靠度.  相似文献

为提高粉体灭火介质的灭火性能,基于粉体灭火剂在火灾防治领域的重要性,通过减压吸附的方法,将洁净高效的气体灭火剂溴氟丙烯负载在13X沸石的孔洞之中,形成气-固复合粉体灭火剂。采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对复合粉体的结构和组分进行表征。通过模拟试验研究溴氟丙烯含量不同的复合粉体对汽油油池火的灭火效果,并和普通的干粉灭火剂进行对比。结果证明,溴氟丙烯和13X沸石所形成的气-固复合粉体灭火剂针对汽油油池火具有很好的灭火性能,在同样的试验条件下,其灭火时间和灭火剂用量远少于普通的干粉灭火剂,且随着复合粉体中溴氟丙烯的含量增加,复合粉体的灭火性能逐渐提高。  相似文献

As an alternative refrigerant, R1234yf shows great environmental friendliness. However, the flammability has a negative impact on its use and promotion. To lower the combustible risk, it's a proper way to mix with nonflammable refrigerants in applications, but the research on the flammability of these blends is still limited. Therefore, the influence of three typical nonflammable refrigerants CO2, R1336mzz(E) and R1233zd(E) as flame retardants on the flammability of R1234yf was experimentally studied in this paper. With the measurements of flammable limits of R1234yf/CO2, R1234yf/R1336mzz(E) and R1234yf/R1233zd(E) at different concentrations, the parameters of regression equations for their flammable limits were obtained. The critical suppression concentrations of retardant were determined as 0.575, 0.35 and 0.6, respectively. The results showed that their suppression abilities could be ranked as R1336mzz(E)>CO2>R1233zd(E). Then the inhibition mechanisms were analyzed, and the differences in flame colors at flammable limits were compared. With the establishment of estimation model for calculating critical suppression concentrations of ternary blends, the critical suppression lines of CO2/R1234yf/R1336mzz(E) and CO2/R1234yf/R1233zd(E) were obtained, by which the nonflammable zones of them were preliminarily determined. The results will provide practical guidance for the applications utilizing R1234yf and its blends in safety.  相似文献

碾压混凝土 (RCC)层面抗剪强度关系到碾压混凝土坝的安全。笔者采用随机骨料模型模拟碾压混凝土的细观结构 ,利用有限元方法数值模拟碾压混凝土试件的细观损伤断裂和抗剪强度 ,将所得数值结果与混凝土重力坝设计规范参考值比较 ,结果较为吻合。同时对直剪试验尺寸效应进行研究 ,并给出提高层面抗剪能力的措施。  相似文献
