衍生燃料RDF-5技术,是一种将垃圾经系列处理程序制成燃料的技术。即将生活垃圾经破碎、分拣、干燥、添加助剂、挤压成型等处理过程,制成固体形态(圆柱条状)燃料。其特点:大小均匀、所含热值均匀(约为标煤热值的2/3,5000kcal/kg左右),易运输及储备在常温下可储存6~12个月不会腐败。RDF-5可以作为主要燃料单独燃烧,亦可根据锅炉工艺要求与煤、燃油混烧。衍生燃料RDF-5符合“清洁生产”的流程,又是循环经济的典型项目。其优越性可见比较表。日本电源开发公司1998年实施燃烧试验,试验结果:发电效率达到35%,比焚烧原生垃圾提高了130%,并大幅… 相似文献

介绍了一项新型垃圾衍生燃料RDF制备技术。该技术通过改变现有焚烧炉工作状况入手,利用专有技术对南方高湿混合生活垃圾进行预处理制成衍生燃料后再进行焚烧,降低了垃圾焚烧处理对原料、热值及水分的要求,提高了焚烧法处理垃圾的适用范围,减少了能耗及成本,提高了处理能力和热能输出,极大降低了焚烧尾气所造成的二次污染,实现了重要技术突破。 相似文献

Deforestation and decline in agricultural productivity are major concerns over large parts of sub-Saharan Africa. One of the
principal causes for both these phenomena is the export of woodfuels from rural agroecosystems to urban markets. This process
is noteworthy because of the size of the trade. Wood fuels (fuelwood, charcoal, and agricultural residues) constitute the
most important source of energy in these countries, varying from 60% to 95% of total energy consumption. In terms of the environmental
impact of the fuelwood trade, solutions typically considered are the introduction of improved cookstoves, fuelwood plantations,
and fuel substitution by conventional fuels. This article examines the structure of the fuelwood problem, reviews the successes
and failures of past experiences, and focuses on the potential for fuel substitution as an option to reduce the urban demand

Many fuel installations and industrial operations often are associated with the release, whether deliberately or inadvertently, of fuel vapors into the surrounding atmosphere. Most of these releases may be considered to be relatively small on a thermal basis, but they do represent collectively a serious source of unburned hydrocarbon emissions into the atmosphere. Moreover, the emissions of methane from various sources of natural gas contribute significantly to green house gas emissions. The paper presents computed results of the transient dissipation of a fixed mass of methane when released within vertical cylindrical vessels containing air, which are open to the outside atmosphere under ambient conditions. Particular attention is given to the rates of emission of gas into the outside atmosphere and how it is affected by the composition and mass of the fuel released and the size and configuration of the fuel retaining cylindrical tank. The corresponding transient formation, growth and subsidence of flammable zones within such a vessel are also described. Some guidelines for reducing the hazards associated with such releases are presented. 相似文献

Abstract The modification effect of Nafion on the generation performance at different temperatures and methanol concentrations was investigated. The direct methanol fuel cell performances and electrochemical properties of the DMFC system using as-received Nafion117, a modified Nafion membrane, and using the Nafion117 MEA preparation by spray treatment on the surface of each catalyst layer for conductivity improvement. The open circuit voltage using the modified Nafion membrane was higher than that using Nafion117 at the cell temperature of 343–383 K and methanol concentration of 1.5–10 kmol/m3. The spray treatment of MEA was effective and improved the short circuit current up to 461 mA/cm2 at a 5 kmol/m3 methanol concentration in comparison with no treatment of MEA because of the low interfacial resistance. The power density of 75 mW/cm2 (no treatment Nafion117 MEA:40 mW/cm2) was obtained. The method of the spray treatment was found to be very effective for the DMFC system. The cell performance of Nafion117 MEA increased with the methanol concentration because of the reduction of the concentration overvoltage. 相似文献

经历了十几年的讨论,燃油税改革方案终于在2009年出台并实施,改革后燃油税究竟会对我国宏观经济及各部门产生怎样的影响,倍受关注.基于此背景,采用环境CGE模型对改革前后的两种不同燃油税税率进行了量化分析,总体研究得出:从长期发展来看,燃油税改革有利于我国经济结构调整,减少能源消耗和降低碳排放;短期内会增加企业生产成本,抑制宏观经济增长,其中交通运输业和石油加工业受到的冲击最大,应引起有关部门重视. 相似文献
