本文用毛细管气相色谱-负离子化学电离源质谱法(GC-NICIMS)测定了空气颗粒物中的硝基多环芳烃(NO2-PAH),通过与标准的保留时间和质谱图的比较,确定了空气颗粒物中含有四种NO2-PAH,它们是29-硝基芴,9-硝基蒽,1-硝基芘和2-硝基萤蒽。用同一样品进行了毛细管气相色谱正离子电子轰击源质谱分析,并与GC-NICIMS进行比较  相似文献

H2O2对抗旱性不同玉米品种愈伤组织抗氧化系统的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
两个玉米品种愈伤组织经10-4molL-1、10-3molL-1和10-2molL-1H2O2处理3h后,电解质泄漏率加大;H2O2和MDA含量增加;AsA和CAR含量的减少.10-4molL-1的H2O2处理对愈伤组织产生的氧化伤害较小.抗旱性较强品种PAN6043愈伤组织的抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、AP和GR)活性高于抗旱性较弱品种SC701,AsA和CAR含量的下降程度低于SC701.PAN6043愈伤组织具有较强的抗H2O2能力,与含高活力抗氧化系统密切相关  相似文献

用平衡渗析法研究了有机高分子絮凝剂PAN-DCD与甲基橙(MO)在20,25,30,35℃下相互作用的热力学,求得结合常数K和热力学参数△G,△H,△S,在对不同絮凝剂结构进行表征的基础上,探讨了不同PAN,DCD配比对合成的絮凝剂与MO相互作用的影响,结果表明:PAN-DCD与MO的相互作用中能量作用是主要的:随PAN与DCD的比值增大,合成的絮凝剂PD1,PD2,PD3在常温下与MO的结合程试  相似文献

对北京中关村地区大气PAN的监测结果表明:在强日照条件下,PAN浓度随汽车等排放和NO2浓度的增加而增加,高PAN浓度水平与高O3浓度相关联;夏季的PAN浓度明显高于春季。模拟实验的结果证实:C3H6是大气中重要的PAN前体物,在一定范围内,其浓度越高,PAN浓度越大;C2H4生成PAN是困难的,H2O2的存在对C2H4反应生成PAN有促进作用;大气中SO2的存在可降低PAN的生成速率。在〈400  相似文献

本文以Ames试验的TA98菌株研究了2-硝基芴在其它多环芳烃共存时,其致突变性的变化,结果显示:它与其它硝基多环芳烃共存时,直接致突变性增强;而与其它无直接致突变性的多环芳烃共存时,其直接致突变性减弱,且多环芳烃的环数越多,减弱作用越强,这强能是因为硝基多环芳烃具有亲电子性,DNA的碱基有亲核性,易于结合,造成DNA的损伤;而多环芳烃是一般具有供电子性,阻碍了硝基多环芳烃与DNA碱基的结合。  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定了某化工厂火灾后周边土壤和底泥中的多环芳烃(PAHs)和硝基多环芳烃(Nitro-PAHs).结果表明,距离爆炸地点最近的几个采样点PAHs的含量均在16.61μg·g-1以上,其中厂东北采样点的PAHs总含量甚至高达417.4μg·g-1,污染最为严重;部分样品中检测到三环以下的硝基多环芳烃,三环以上的几乎均未检出.说明在燃烧爆炸过程中产生了多环芳烃,但没有显著产生高致癌性、致突变性的硝基多环芳烃.  相似文献

本文利用高效液相色谱法测定水中痕量多环芳烃(PAHs)。以二氯甲烷作溶剂,超声提取水中痕量PAHs;甲醇、水作流动相,梯度淋洗,用程序可变波长荧光检测器测定。PHAs浓度为0.007=0.6μg·ml^-1范围时,线性相关系数均在0.9999以上;峰高、峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=10)分别为1.01-1.85%,2.00-3.94%;检测限(S/N=2)为3.1-23.0pg;实际水样的加标回收率  相似文献

介绍和评价了NO_x分解还原的3类催化剂:贵金属催化剂、氧化物催化剂、金属离子置换的分子筛。在NO_x的碳氢化合物选择性催化还原反应(HC-SCR反应)中,同样有3类催化剂,即金属氧化物、贵金属和分子筛。由于Cu-ZSM-5是目前最有希望投入实际使用的一种,故本文重点介绍了它对NO_x的HC-SCR反应的催化机理,以及温度、O_2含量、Cu~(2+)的置换度、不同种类HC及HC含量等各种因素对Cu-ZSM-5的影响,并对其工作台试验进行了评价,指出了其存在的问题及当前的研究热点。  相似文献

随着我国核能及核技术利用产业的迅速发展,放射性物质运输对饮用水水源地的潜在放射性污染健康风险越来越大,阐明事故情况下放射性物质在地表水体中的迁移弥散行为可为居民饮水健康风险防范提供科学依据。针对含钴-60、铯-137、锶-90货包公路运输在事故工况下放射性物质释放造成黄河兰州段河流型饮用水源放射性污染,讨论了河流放射性物质弥散模型和居民饮用水的健康风险。结合国内现有放射源活度水平及国内外放射性物质事故资料,考虑泥沙的影响,设定铯-137不同活度水平、不同流量情形,根据饮用水中铯-137的死亡风险系数和患病风险系数对距离事故点为64 km、114 km的河流下游两个饮用水源地居民饮用受污染自来水存在的健康风险进行评估,同时选择钴-60、锶-90两种核素以30年间河水平均流量偏小值为例进行对比评估。放射性核素在黄河河流的稀释作用下,由饮用受钴-60、铯-137、锶-90污染的水随放射源活度、河水流量及泥沙含量的变化存在不同程度的死亡风险与患病风险。因此,应当对受到放射性污染的水源及时采取适当措施,预防放射性核素造成的风险。  相似文献

本文叙述了应用毛细管气相色谱测定饮用水中苯并(a)芘含量的方法,二氯甲烷用做提取剂,萃取1L水样,提取液在微沸状态下蒸干并定容,以不分流方式注入色谱仪进样口,样品在50M张的SE-54毛细管色谱柱上分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测后,进行定性定量分析,方法的检测下限达2.5ng/l,不仅能满足生活饮用水,也可满足天然饮用矿泉水,湖水,河水等水体中苯并(a)芘的检测。  相似文献

以C市市区内受污染的N河水为原水,在实验室内建立起生物流化床预处理--传统工艺的组合净水工艺。对原水,传统工艺,生物流化床预处理,组合工艺的出水及其相应的氯化出水Ames试验致突变性研究。以RM和水样比活性表示,非氯化水样的结果表明:传统工艺和生物预处理都会使原水的致突变性有所提高,后者的增幅大于前者;生物预处理能使两类致突变物尤其是碱基置换型致突变物发生有利于被后续传统工艺去除的变化,使组合工艺  相似文献

For study, the fluoride (F) content and distribution pattern in groundwater of eastern Yunnan and western Guizhou fluorosis area in southwestern China, the F content of 93 water samples [groundwater (fissure water, cool spring, and hot springs), rivers water] and 60 rock samples were measured. The result shows the F content of the fissure water and cold spring water is 0.027–0.47 mg/L, and river water is 0.048–0.224 mg/L. The F content of hot spring water is 1.02–6.907 mg/L. The drinking water supplied for local resident is mainly from fissure water, cool spring, and river water. And the F content in all of them is much lower than the Chinese National Standard (1.0 mg/L), which is the safe intake of F in drinking water. The infected people in eastern Yunnan and western Guizhou fluorosis area have very little F intake from the drinking water. The hot spring water in fluorosis area of eastern Yunnan and western Guizhou, southwest China has high F content, which is not suitable for drinking.  相似文献

以北京市3条具有不同功能的代表性河流(清河:纳污排洪;京密引水渠:供水水源;小月河:景观用水)作为研究对象,分析测定了33个水质指标,采用内梅罗指数法与大型蚤急性毒性测试法对3条河流的水质与毒性状况进行了评价,同时运用主成分分析法对毒性产生的原因和影响水质的因素进行了初步探讨.结果表明,1)3条河流已受到不同程度的污染,水质和毒性状况均不容乐观.作为纳污排洪的清河大部分采样点水质较差,生物毒性极高;作为景观用水的小月河水质一般,具有一定的生物毒性;作为供水水源的京密引水渠水质一般,但毒性较低.2)水样生物毒性与Cl-、Ca、K、Li、Mn、Na、Cr、Ni等指标有关;内梅罗水质指数与NO2-、Cl-、K、Na、Ni等指标有关.3)某些指标(如NO2-)超标会对水质分级产生较大影响,但对生物毒性贡献不大,而低浓度的重金属,不会对水质分级产生贡献,却会对生物的生理活动产生影响,综合化学指标和毒性指标共同评价水质更为合理.  相似文献

Increasing demand for water in domestic, agricultural, and industrial sectors necessitates exploitation of water either in the form of groundwater or from natural resources. To safeguard the long-term sustainability of water resources and their utilization, the quality of water has to be periodically monitored and determined for various characteristics, especially when the sources are polluted, such as Damodar river. Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research (CIMFR), Dhanbad, is carrying out research work on coal and its utilization and associated environmental concerns. The blood stream of life for the whole Jharia Coalfield is none other than the river Damodar. CIMFR's campus also depends exclusively on river Damodar for meeting its demand of drinking water. This study is a general survey toward the characteristics of Damodar river water, with special emphasis on the pollutant parameters, and evaluation of the treatment process being carried out at the institute for potability. Damodar river water is indeed affected by the disposal of the wastes without any pre-treatment by different coal-based industries established in its basin. The quantity of dissolved and suspended solids, total hardness, chemical oxygen demand, and coliform bacterial count are higher in Damodar water due to the disposal of the waste/effluents from coal-washing plants, coke ovens, cement, and other industries, but well within the permissible limit which is probably attributable to the high-carrying capacity of the river. The river is still not that much affected as it is usually apprehended, and it can be well utilized for potable and domestic purposes after simple treatment.  相似文献

Health risks associated with excessive intake of fluoride through drinking water are one of the geoenvironmental health problems observed in many parts of the world, mainly in countries of the humid tropical belt, including Sri Lanka. Fluoride-related health problems are widespread in the dry climatic region compared to the wet climatic zone of Sri Lanka. The potential health risks of fluoride for communities in a river basin which drains through two climatic zones, viz. wet and dry zones, were investigated in this study. Sixty-three groundwater samples were collected from wells in the Walawe river basin during pre- and post-monsoon periods. From collected samples, ten selected samples were analyzed for their tritium (3H) levels to find out the approximate resident time of groundwater. In the river basin, the dry zone segment is characterized by elevated levels of fluoride (>?1.0 mg/L) in groundwater. Groundwater fluoride in the region was primarily of geogenic origin. The tritium values showed older groundwater contained higher fluoride levels, showing a increased dissolution of fluoride-bearing minerals. The hazard quotient (HQfluoride) showed that about 45% of pre- and 55% of post-monsoon groundwater samples in the dry zone area were unsuitable for drinking purposes for school children who are vulnerable to non-carcinogenic risks and dental fluorosis. This study emphasizes the need for continuous water quality monitoring and mitigation measures to ensure the health of residents.

There are many acute and chronic adverse effects of lead on human beings. This is especially true for infants and children. In Germany, the intake of lead through drinking water is commonly due to metal corrosion of the user’s plumbing. In the last years and decades, many lead pipes in Germany were replaced by pipes made of alternative materials. The aim of this study was to assess the present state of drinking water contamination and the resulting lead exposure in infants, the most sensitive population group. For this purpose, mothers of newborn babies were offered a free examination of their drinking water. After a written declaration of consent had been received, two composite samples collected during the day were obtained from the families. The samples were analyzed for their lead concentration using atomic absorption spectrometry. A total of 2109 samples from house holds in the area of Berlin, Germany were collected. From the first composite samples 5.6% and 7.0% of the second composite samples demonstrated lead concentrations higher than 0.01 mg/l (recommended limit of the WHO). 0.95% of the first composite samples and 1.3% of the second composite samples had concentrations above the limit of the German drinking water regulation (0.04 mg/l). The highest measured lead concentrations is the first and second composite samples were 0.19 and 0.13 mg/l, respectively. By region, the suburbs of Charlottenburg, Neukölln, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf and Zehlendorf were particularly severley affected with more than 10% and their samples being elevated above 0.01 mg/l.  相似文献
