以实际建筑物为例,介绍了用层次分析法建立绿色建筑评价模型的过程,并分别用层次分析法和人工神经网络法对实际建筑物进行了评价。评价结果显示,人工神经网络法与层次分析法相对误差不到0.5%,表明人工神经网络法作为一种客观科学的评价方法,应用于绿色建筑的评价,能有效降低主观因素带来的影响,会使结果更具有客观性。  相似文献

对苯并(a)芘作了五种不同的化学修饰,并与载体蛋白交联,制备出十四种单克隆抗体.经单克隆抗体的筛选和实验条件的优化,建立了测定苯并(a)芘的酶联免疫吸附分析法.以4,4'-二氯联苯为测定多氯联苯的酶联免疫吸附分析法的起始物,作了二种化学修饰,制备出九种多克隆抗体,建立了以羊抗多氯联苯抗体为基础的酶联免疫吸附分析法,并用于土壤中多氯联苯的测定.  相似文献

重金属污染土壤属性区间识别模型的赋权分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
土壤重金属污染评价为土壤重金属污染的及时防范和综合治理提供重要的理论依据。文章在属性区间识别理论的基础上,构建土壤重金属污染评价的属性区间识别模型:选取土壤重金属污染中普遍存在的Hg、Cd、As、Pb、Cu、Zn作为评价指标,采用均化系数将各评价指标的属性测度区间转化为综合属性测度;为避免主观因素,利用主成分分析法、熵权法、CRITIC法对各评价指标进行3次客观赋权;最后根据置信度准则和分级标准进行土壤重金属污染的综合评价。对3种赋权法得到的权重和评价结果进行比较,表明:属性识别模型在土壤重金属污染评价中适用且有利于评价结果准确性的提高;3种客观赋权法算得的权重合理,且其优异程度为主成分分析法〈熵权法〈CRITIC法。  相似文献

叶绿素a作为浮游植物生物量的表征,其在水体中的浓度常被用作评价水环境富营养程度的指标,但其测定方法多样,尚未形成统一的标准方法.回顾了水体中浮游植物叶绿素a测定方法的发展历程,对细胞破碎方法和提取液种类等方面的研究做了比较,结合不同测定方法的优缺点提出了目前最合适使用的方法——热乙醇法.该方法操作简便,提取效率高,稳定可靠,且对操作者的健康无危害.介绍了荧光法、高效液相色谱法和分光光度法3种常用测定方法的简要步骤、适用性和优缺点.经过对多种方法的比较,认为采用热乙醇法提取和分光光度法测定是一种值得推广应用的测定方法,以期为国内制定叶绿素a测定的标准方法提供依据.  相似文献

于2016年4月—2017年3月对洞庭湖区11个监测断面396个表层水样进行采集,选取8个水质指标进行因子特征分析,并采用单因子评价法、综合污染指数法和主成分分析法对洞庭湖水质进行综合评价.洞庭湖水体呈弱碱性,总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)为超标污染物.单因子评价法结果表明,TN和TP为洞庭湖水质的主要限制因子,TN参与评价时,洞庭湖水质为Ⅴ类或劣Ⅴ类.综合污染指数法结果表明,洞庭湖水质状况为中污染,平水期水质优于枯水期和丰水期,主要污染因子为TN、TP、五日生化需氧量(BOD5)和高锰酸盐指数(CODMn).主成分分析结果表明,洞庭湖水质主要受p H、溶解氧(DO)、氨氮(NH3-N)和TN等指标影响,西洞庭湖水质较好,南洞庭湖次之,东洞庭湖较差.3种方法是定性和定量评价的有机结合,评价结果不完全一致,故采用多种评价方法来开展水质评价十分重要.  相似文献

遥感和地理信息系统技术的发展为研究区域生态环境变化提供了有效的手段。针对红壤丘陵区这一特定区域,在地理信息系统的支持下,建立了红壤丘陵区环境信息系统数据库;同时结合特尔斐法、层次分析法及环境质量综合指数法,对红壤丘陵区的典型区域——长沙市的生态环境质量进行综合评价。研究结果表明,由于人类活动的强烈影响,长沙市环境质量状况良好以上级别的区域面积仅有827.64km^2,占总面积的7.0%;而生态环境较差的区域其面积达到6187.14km^2,占总面积的52.4%,这说明长沙市总体生态环境质量有待进一步提高。  相似文献

The entire northwestern coast of Portugal is undergoing severe erosion and there are several areas at high risk of erosion. Commonly considered as a problem—because it jeopardizes human development along the coast—erosion is indeed a natural process of sediment redistribution. This paper presents a brief analysis of erosion driving forces and the subsequent state of vulnerability that coastal segments between the mouth of the River Douro and Cape Mondego are facing. The paper also discusses erosion risk levels, low or high, and the subsequent questions whether there are populations, economical assets or natural habitats at risk and/or areas prone to coastal flooding. Main challenges and future trends along the study area are identified in the light of understanding the underlying causes of conflicts and what realistically can be achieved given the morphodynamics and hydrodynamic processes, human development established along this coastal segment and the existing policies.  相似文献

The frequent detection of antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin in surface and drinking waters around the world has attracted concern from various researchers. Such presence is an indication that the decontamination of water polluted by antibiotics is beyond the conventional treatment methods. However, among the different treatment methods that have been developed in the area of water purification, heterogeneous photocatalysis using semiconductor as a mediator has been rated as an efficient and a green wastewater treatment method. This is because, the process is effective in degrading and mineralizing organic pollutants, using UV or visible light. The present review paper covers a brief survey over a range of publications in the last decade, involving photocatalytic materials that have been employed in the purification of water contaminated by ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

随着城市的快速发展,城市热岛(UHI)问题越来越突出,如何缓解城市发展所带来的热岛效应加剧,提高居民健康生活质量,改善人居环境,已成为全民关注的重点生态环境问题。在高度发达的城市区域,绿地对城市热岛具有明显的降温效应,因此对其进行定量研究具有重要意义。文章基于遥感和 GIS 的方法,通过热环境反演和空间统计分析,以广州市主城区30块主要城市公园为研究对象,分别从城市绿地形态、城市绿地缓冲区和热环境三维分析3个方面研究了城市绿地对城市热岛的影响。结果显示:城市绿地形态(面积,周长,形状指数)与公园的温度具有较强的对数相关性,并且随着三者的增大,绿地内部均温和最低温度均降低,并且呈现“饱和”趋势;通过对城市公园斑块建立3个缓冲区(120、240、360 m),并进行缓冲区内的均温统计发现,30个城市公园的温度变化呈现出3种情形,即自内向外变高、变低和不变;最后,为了更好的解释上述3种情形,引入三维热环境分析,对3种情形分别选取代表性公园进行分析,总结其空间分布规律,结合相关数据对产生的这种结果进行了简要分析。本文的主要创新点,在对城市公园与热环境关系传统分析的基础上,引入三维的分析方法,能够更加清晰的展示二者的关系,为未来的相关研究提供一定的借鉴。  相似文献

In this paper, a quantitative life cycle model for carbon emission accounting was developed based on the life cycle assessment (LCA) theory. A residential building in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (Tianjin, China) was selected as a sample, which had been constructed according to the concept of green environmental protection and sustainable development. In the scenario of this research, material production, construction, use and maintenance, and demolition phases were assessed by building carbon emission models. Results show that use and maintenance phase and material production phase are the most significant contributors to the life cycle carbon emissions of a building. We also analyzed some factor influences in LCA, including the thickness of the insulating layer and the length of building service life. The analysis suggest that thicker insulating layer does not necessarily produce less carbon emissions in the light of LCA, and if service life of a building increases, its carbon emissions during the whole life cycle will rise as well but its unit carbon emission will decrease inversely. Some advices on controlling carbon emissions from buildings are also provided.  相似文献

Environmental quality indices (EQIs) have been developed for a variety of purposes ranging from enforcement of environmental standards, to analysis of trends of environmental degradation or improvement, to scientific research. EQIs currently in use are not organized within an integrated framework and thus it has been difficult to analyze adequately complex, multidisciplinary, large-scale, global phenomena. In this paper we compare four different approaches to developing EQIs within a systems perspective. Our analysis suggests that: (1) non-linear regression models that represent an ecosystem's response to different impacts within a stress-response framework (method of response functions) are useful tools for analysis of environmental data; (2) non-equilibrium thermodynamics models based on the concept of exergy, which represents the free energy a system possesses in relation to its environment, provide a common basis for representing many aspects of ecosystem development and response to environmental impacts as a single measure; (3) diagram models based on the concept of emergy, which represents both environmental values and economic values with a single measure, provide a common basis for integrating economic development and environmental protection values into one index; and (4) complex systems simulation models based on general systems theory, which use the methodologies of systems analysis and simulation to identify, quantify, and interrelate EQIs within a dynamic systems context, provide explicit linkages between causes and effects (vertical integration) and identify cross-linkages among different environmental issues (horizontal integration).  相似文献

城市生态经济的动态发展过程,可以看作多种生态关系要素相互作用的集合沿时序轴波动的轨迹.在这种多变量分析中,完全采用人工筛选变量的方法难以避免确定权重等过程所带来的主观干扰.PCA(主成份分析)采用一种特殊的转换降维方法,根据原始数据自身的特点综合成几个主导因子,并最大程度反应原始数据的信息量.本文根据天津市四十年18项生态经济指标,采用相关矩阵和PCA双重筛选过程,得到载荷量大于90%的前三个主分量,将其作为天津市生态经济动态评价的基础.结果表明:天津市解放后四十年每十年一次的经济周期上迭加了自然社会等非经济因素的影响,表现出城市生态经济动态发展的三大阶段,这种发展主要受到宏观经济管理模式及其相应的投资机制的制约.  相似文献

Emergy studies have suffered criticism due to the lack of uncertainty analysis and this shortcoming may have directly hindered the wider application and acceptance of this methodology. Recently, to fill this gap, the sources of uncertainty in emergy analysis were described and analytical and stochastic methods were put forward to estimate the uncertainty in unit emergy values (UEVs). However, the most common method used to determine UEVs is the emergy table-form model, and only a stochastic method (i.e., the Monte Carlo method) was provided to estimate the uncertainty of values calculated in this way. To simplify the determination of uncertainties in emergy analysis using table-form calculations, we introduced two analytical methods provided by the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM), i.e., the Variance method and the Taylor method, to estimate the uncertainty of emergy table-form calculations for two different types of data, and compared them with the stochastic method in two case studies. The results showed that, when replicate data are available at the system level, i.e., the same data on inputs and output are measured repeatedly in several independent systems, the Variance method is the simplest and most reliable method for determining the uncertainty of the model output, since it considers the underlying covariance of the inputs and requires no assumptions about the probability distributions of the inputs. However, when replicate data are only available at the subsystem level, i.e., repeat samples are measured on subsystems without specific correspondence between an output and a certain suite of inputs, the Taylor method will be a better option for calculating uncertainty, since it requires less information and is easier to understand and perform than the Monte Carlo method.  相似文献

生态环境是影响人类生存与发展的自然资源与环境状况的总称,具有重要的作用。然而,生态环境自净能力或容量是有限的,当过度消耗自然资源或环境容量时,生态环境就会恶化,将严重影响我国生态环境安全和经济社会的可持续发展。因此,进行生态环境建设是保证可持续发展的首要任务。生态环境建设是一切旨在恢复和改善生态环境的行动的总称,我国现阶段开展的土地整理是实施生态环境建设的一种重要方式。文章主要根据压力-状态-影响-响应(PSIR)的分析框架,运用综合分析法,探讨土地整理对生态环境的影响,揭示了不同的土地整理模式对生态环境的积极影响和消极影响,为在保护和改善生态环境的前提下进行土地整理提供基本分析框架。文章提出我国基于生态环境建设的土地整理战略措施,建议要积极采取建立健全综合决策机制、建立土地整理规划的生态环境影响评价体系等措施,发挥和完善土地整理的生态环境建设功能。  相似文献
