采用富营养化水体底泥培育苦草Vallisneria natans,构建密度0、20、40、100、300、450、600株·m-2的沉水植物苦草,模拟一次大风浪扰动过程扰动24 h,然后静置126 h。监测扰动和静置过程中不同密度苦草条件下水体中各形态磷含量的变化,及水体浊度的变化规律和水体中悬浮颗粒物结构。实验结果表明:苦草密度为0、20和40株·m-2的实验组扰动初浊度和水体中各形态磷含量迅速升高,并在第10 h左右达到最大值,随后下降。当苦草密度大于100株·m-2时,水体中浊度和各形态磷含量扰动前后无明显变化。随着沉水植物密度的增加,扰动所引起沉积物磷释放总量呈指数曲线降低。不同密度的苦草水体悬浮物的中值粒径在扰动后3 h达到最大值,但是在扰动后期,中值粒径开始下降,并且在实验第36 h达到最小值。数学模拟表明水体中各形态磷的含量与扰动实验时间和苦草密度的关系函数模拟均达到极显著水平。本实验研究说明:沉水植物密度的增加能显著抑制沉积物中磷的释放,并且当苦草密度大于100株·m-2时扰动所引起的沉积物磷释放影响不显著。扰动所引起的悬浮物的粒度变小,比表面积增大,对磷的吸附能力就越强,是水体扰动后期磷含量降低的主要原因。  相似文献

将采用沙壤土培育的苦草幼苗(Vallisneria natans)放置于60-170 cm的水深范围内,每10 cm一个处理,使用光照计测定不同水深的光照强度并用 Skalar 水质流动分析仪测定试验水体的理化指标,观测苦草在不同的水深梯度下形态及叶片、叶绿素含量的变化,以研究水深梯度对沉水植物的个体生长发育及生物量的影响。试验结果表明:(1)试验30 d后,在60-130 cm的水深范围内,苦草株高随水深的增加而增高,在130-170 cm的水深范围内,随水深增加而降低,130 cm处苦草的平均高度最大,达67.9 cm;试验60 d,苦草的叶片长度、宽度、面积都随着水深的增加而减小,且在150-170 cm水深范围内叶片长度明显变小,苦草的生长速率随水深的增加显著下降;(2)不同试验组苦草的叶片长度、宽度、面积以及生长速率与水深呈明显的负相关(P<0.01),而叶绿素含量与水深呈明显的正相关(P<0.01),叶片面积在140-150 cm水深范围内减小最明显,且在140-160 cm水深范围内苦草各叶绿素指标较高,尤其是chl a+b在水深160 cm处高达1.876 mg·g^-1;(3)苦草叶片叶绿素含量随着水深的增加(光强降低)而升高,其变化幅度为0.369-1.876 mg·g^-1,其中叶片叶绿素a随着水深的增加呈波动递增的趋势,且在水深80 cm处较低(0.268 mg·g^-1),而叶绿素b在60-170 cm水深范围内总体较平稳,在水深160 cm处达到最高(0.505 mg·g^-1),chl a/b变化幅度较小,仅在2.49-2.84 mg·g^-1之间;(4)试验60 d后,各试验组总生物量的较大值主要集中在100-140 cm水深范围内,其中地上部分生物量平均占全株生物量的89.5%,地下部分生物量只占10.5%,生物量的分配随水深梯度变化不明显。说明水深梯度的变化对苦草的叶片生长及叶绿素含量有影响,但对生物量的分配作用不明显。研究表明在100-140 cm的水深范围内?  相似文献

在淀山湖0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 m水层进行苦草(Vallisneria natans)现场生长实验,试图找出淀山湖苦草植被恢复的适宜环境条件。试验期间每天测量光照强度和水体溶解氧等环境因子,每隔10 d监测苦草的根长、株高、鲜重等生长指标的变化情况。结果表明:水深对苦草的生长具较显著影响,光照强度、溶氧分别和苦草日相对生长率具显著相关性;苦草的株高、叶片数、根长等生物学生长指标在0.5、1.0 m水层生长良好,1.5 m与2.0 m均出现不同程度的负增长状况。光照强度与苦草日相对生长率之间具有显著相关性(r=0.905),0.5、1.0 m水层的光照强度下苦草的相对生长率分别为0.14和0.11,而1.5、2.0 m水层的光照强度下苦草出现负增长的情况。水中的溶解氧含量与苦草成活率之间具有显著相关性(r=0.935)。随着水深的增加,溶氧逐渐降低,苦草的成活率也逐渐下降。在2.0 m水层处,溶氧均值为2.76 mg.L-1,苦草的成活率为46.5%,在1.0 m水层处,溶氧为5.66 mg.L-1,苦草成活率为86.5%,因此,淀山湖苦草群落恢复宜先在1.0 m以浅的沿岸带开展。  相似文献

苦草光合作用日变化对水体环境因子及磷质量浓度的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在静态实验系统中通过水下饱和脉冲荧光仪(Diving-PAM)和多参数水质监测仪(YSI)监测沉水植物苦草(Vallisneria natans)叶绿素荧光参数与水质物理指标的日变化,并同时跟踪测定水体中各形态磷的质量浓度,以研究苦草光合作用日变化对水体物理因子和磷质量浓度的影响。结果表明,苦草叶片光合作用的相对电子传递速率(rETR),非光化学淬灭系数(qN)及快速光响应曲线的变化趋势和叶片表明的光照强度日变化同步,呈单峰曲线变化;光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)实际量子产量(Yield)和光化学淬灭系数(qP)与叶片表明的光照强度日变化相反,呈单槽型曲线变化。水体中溶解氧(DO)、pH和氧化还原电位(Eh)的日变化趋势和与苦草光合作用趋势一致,也呈单峰曲线,均在12:00—13:00时达到最高值。水体总磷(TP)与溶解性总磷(DTP)质量浓度在14:00达到最低值(TP 0.015 mg.L-1,DTP 0.010 mg.L-1),在24:00达到最大值(TP 0.031 mg.L-1,DTP 0.025 mg.L-1),溶解性活性磷(SRP)质量浓度在6:00—18:00保持在较低的水平,且无明显波动(0.38~2.46μg.L-1),在24:00达到最大值(9.62μg.L-1)。水体各形态磷的质量浓度变化呈白天降低、夜间升高趋势,水体中各形态磷的质量浓度变化与苦草光合作用日变化趋势相反。实验结果表明,苦草光合作用引起的水体中环境因子的日变化影响了沉积物磷释放的动态平衡过程,从而引起水体磷质量浓度的日变化。  相似文献

为了研究铵态氮肥在缓解镉毒害对植物影响方面的作用,减少镉的危害,试验采用盆栽方法模拟镉污染农田,以辽春10号小麦Triticum aestivum为试材,无氮无镉的处理(H0)作为对照,设置5个铵态氮施用水平,即0(CH0)、75(CH1)、150(CH2)、225(CH3)和300(CH4)kg·hm-2,研究不同施氮量下铵态氮肥对小麦光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:与无氮无镉处理相比,无氮镉胁迫处理极显著地(P〈0.01)抑制了小麦叶片净光合速率(Pn)、叶片气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2体积分数(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和Hill反应活力,但对小麦叶绿素含量和叶绿体Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase活性的抑制作用不显著(P〉0.05);小麦叶片Gs,Ci和Tr随着施氮量增加逐渐升高,而小麦叶片Pn、叶绿素含量、Hill反应活力和叶绿体Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,从净光合速率角度看,225 kg·hm-2施氮水平(CH3)氮的解毒作用最佳。  相似文献

The effect of total cadmium and organic complexing on the rate of cadmium uptake by the brine shrimp, Artemia franciscana has been studied in chemically defined saltwater solutions. The uptake of cadmium from solution by the laboratory-reared brine shrimp displays saturable uptake kinetics. Uptake of cadmium is linear in time up to a total cadmium concentration of 200 moll-1 and saturates above 800 moll-1. Complexation of cadmium with organic ligands decreases the uptake of the metal by the brine shrimp. This is in agreement with the view that the availability of cadmium to aquatic organisms is related to the activity of the free cadmium ion in the solution. There is no evidence that the direct uptake of cadmium complexes is important in determining uptake of cadmium. Cadmium uptake is not, however, a mere function of the free cadmium ion activity in the solution, i.e., cadmium uptake rates may differ by an order of magnitude for the same free cadmium ion activity depending on the complexation conditions. In addition to controlling the free cadmium ion activity, the role of organic ligands in metal ion buffering and metal ion masking appear important factors in determining the availability of the metal to the organism.  相似文献

为了探讨污水灌溉与镉胁迫对菠菜抗氧化酶活性的影响,采用盆栽试验的方法,分别用清水和生活污水配制不同浓度(0、1、5、10、50mg·L-1)的Cd2+溶液,对菠菜进行受试处理,每5d灌喷1次,共处理5次.分别采用邻苯二酚比色法、L-苯丙氨酸比色法、水杨酸比色法和高锰酸钾滴定法,对菠菜叶片多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、β-1,3葡聚糖酶(β-1,3glucanase)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行了测定.结果表明:1)清水处理系列:随着镉处理浓度的增大,与清水对照相比,PPO、PAL活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,CAT活性略有升高,β-1,3葡聚糖酶活性略有降低,各暴露组与清水对照组相比,均呈现显著差异(p<0.05).2)污水处理系列:随着镉处理浓度的增大,与污水对照相比,PPO、PAL活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,CAT和β-1,3葡聚糖酶活性呈逐渐降低趋势;各暴露组与污水对照相比,均呈现显著差异(p<0.05).3)相同Cd2+浓度下,与清水处理相比,各浓度污水处理PAL和PPO活性均明显降低(p<0.05);而β-1,3葡聚糖酶明显升高(p<0.05).以上结果显示:单一镉污染和生活污水与镉复合污染对菠菜不同抗氧化系统酶具有不同影响,这可能与污水中各成分与镉的相互作用有关.  相似文献

物理化学方法对镉的监测忽略了其生物可利用性,生物监测可以有效地弥补这种不足。本研究测试了日本青鳉(Ory-zias latipes)胚胎和卵黄期仔鱼对镉的敏感性。结果表明:日本青鳉胚胎和卵黄期仔鱼的蛋白含量对镉表现出较高的敏感性,卵黄期仔鱼的蛋白含量在4μg·L-1的氯化镉暴露后就出现显著降低;氯化镉对卵黄期仔鱼脊柱畸形的EC50低于国家地表水环境质量标准规定的Ⅱ类水标准;脊柱畸形率与镉浓度之间存在的线性关系,可为定量监测镉污染提供理论依据;脊柱畸形可以在48h之内被4μg·L-1的氯化镉极显著地诱导,因此这种潜在的生物监测模型很有希望应用到水环境污染的快速预警中。通过对国内主要水体中镉污染水平的分析发现,卵黄期仔鱼的蛋白含量变化和脊柱畸形率对部分水体的镉污染可以实现生物监测。因此,利用日本青鳉胚胎和卵黄期仔鱼对低水平镉污染的高度敏感性,能够建立起1种简易廉价并且有效的水环境中低水平镉污染的生物监测模型。  相似文献

种子发芽试验、根伸长抑制试验及植物早期生长试验是目前所建立的3种高等植物毒性试验,这些试验通过研究植物在污染条件下根系发育状况、生物量减少程度或植物耐污特性等方面而对污染物的环境效应进行诊断。文章研究了镉与草甘磷交互作用对小麦发芽率以及发芽后小麦的根长和芽长的影响。结果发现,镉对小麦发芽率没有明显影响,而草甘磷对小麦发芽率、根长和芽长有明显抑制效应。镉在一定程度上降低了草甘磷对小麦发芽的毒性,但对小麦生长仍有明显毒害。当镉与草甘磷共同作用于小麦时,镉的存在增加了低浓度草甘磷的生物毒性,而降低了高浓度草甘磷的生物毒性或没有影响。但是,随着镉浓度增加它们的联合毒件又逐渐增加。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the synergistic and antagonistic effects of permethrin on the bioaccumulation of cadmium in zebra cichlid (Cichlasoma nigrofasciatum). Zebra cichlid was exposed to various sublethal concentrations of permethrin combined with cadmium chloride for 15 days. Although at the lowest concentrations, permethrin (0.40 µg L?1) decreased the bioconcentration potential of cadmium in fish, bioaccumulation of cadmium increased along with increasing concentrations of permethrin (0.80–1.20 µg L?1). However, the magnitude of changes in the accumulation of cadmium in the fishes simultaneously exposed to 1.60 µg L?1 permetrin and cadmium chloride was similar to the cadmium levels observed in fishes after exposure to the cadmium chloride alone. The results of this study suggest that the synergistic effects of permethrin on the bioaccumulation of cadmium highly depend on the concentrations of this pesticide in water.  相似文献

As much as 89, 176 and 292 g Cd g-1 dry weight were accumulated by adult Crassostrea virginica after treatment for 40 wk with 5, 10 and 15 g Cd kg-1, respectively, in flowing seawater at ambient salinity and temperature without mortalities. Cadmium accumulation increased with increased concentration of cadmium in seawater; greater amounts were accumulated during the summer months. Uptake patterns measured as cadmium content were similar among the total soft parts, gill, mantle and visceral mass. A continuous increase of cadmium concentration in the visceral mass was observed. This differed from the uptake patterns observed as cadmium concentration in gill, mantle and total soft parts. Although cadmium accumulation in the total soft parts and the tissues was curvilinear over the entire study period, significant linear relations between cadmium concentration and time indicated a general increasing trend. At seawater temperatures below 6°C, when oysters were not actively feeding, cadmium concentrations in the total soft parts varied significantly between treatments, but not within treatments. In the tissues, the rate of uptake expressed as cadmium concentrations was visceral mass>gillmantle. Cadmium concentration in the total soft parts varied inversely with dry weight, whereas cadmium concentration in the total soft parts increased, whereas the content decreased. Cadmium concentration decreased in mantle and gill but increased in the visceral mass during spawning, whereas cadmium content decreased in all tissues. Regression analyses indicated that during spawning dry weight decreased at the same rate in gill and mantle, but they lost less weight and lost it more slowly than visceral mass. Also, during spawning, cadmium content decreased in mantle and gill at the same rate but more slowly than in the visceral mass. In mid-August, Cd concentration decreased despite the continuous addition of cadmium to the seawater; however, Cd content increased, suggesting that organism weight was responsible for fluctuations in cadmium concentrations.  相似文献

采用人工模拟方式,试验研究了不同pH值的降水对碱性盐化土壤中镉的连续淋滤效果,分析了淋洗后土壤中镉的形态变化特征。结果表明,在不同pH值降水对土壤中镉的淋滤过程中,12h内基本上达到高峰,12h后镉的淋滤量较低,随着时间的延续镉的淋洗量基本保持不变;降水有利于土壤中的镉释放,且pH值越低,镉的释放量越高。土壤盐化对降水淋洗镉的效果有一定影响,氯化物的存在,有利于镉的淋滤,淋滤量增加值在18%~94%之间,随着淋洗液pH值的增加,镉的淋滤量增加幅度减少;与对照组土壤样品相比,淋洗液pH降低利于增大硫酸盐型盐化土壤中镉的淋滤量,当pH值为中性时,镉的淋滤量减少;苏打型盐化土壤镉的淋洗效果与硫酸盐型土壤相似。模拟降水淋洗后,土壤中镉的形态发生明显变化,与淋洗前相比,土壤中镉的可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、有机结合态的质量分数降低,随着淋洗液酸性的增加,降低幅度增大;镉的铁锰氧化态相对质量分数在淋洗后有所增加。  相似文献

The burrowing marine shrimp Callianassa australiensis (Dana) was collected from an uncontaminated area in Western Port, Victoria, Australia in 1977. The shrimp were exposed to cadmium-contaminated water and sediment for 8 wk. The concentrations ranged from 0.5 to 63 g Cd 1-1 for water and 0.5 to 63 g Cd g-1 for sediment. The shrimp accumulated cadmium from water at a rate commensurate with increases in the concentration of cadmium in water and the duration of the experiment. Although the cadmium concentration in the sediments was 103 times higher than that in water, it hat no effect on cadmium uptake by the shrimp. The concentration factors decreased with increasing concentration of cadmium in water but increased as the duration of exposure increased. The shrimp dry weight decreased with increasing concentration of cadmium in water and duration of exposure. As was the case with cadmium uptake by the shrimp, these two factors acted interactively on the shrimp dry weight, but the third factor, concentration of cadmium in sediment, had no effect.  相似文献

The net uptake of zinc, cadmium, lead and copper by the common mussel Mytilus edulis (L.) exposed to different conditions was investigated with a view to using this species as an indicator of contamination of the marine environment by these metals. The variables studied were season, position of the mussel in the water column, water salinity, water temperature, and the simultaneous presence of all four metals. Each of these 5 variables affected the net uptake of some or all of the metals studied under some conditions. Seasonal variation in concentrations of zinc, cadmium and copper was found in samples collected at three separate locations. The relationship of seasonal variation to tissue weight and absorption route of the metals is discussed. Near to freshwater inputs of trace metals, the concentrations of zinc, cadmium and lead in mussels were found to vary according to the depth at which the mussels were collected; in summer when freshwater run-off is less, this effect was absent. Low salinities did not affect the net uptake of zinc by mussels, but increased the net uptake of cadmium and decreased that of lead. Low temperatures had no effect on the net uptake of zinc or lead; the net uptake of cadmium was unaffected by low temperatures at high salinities but was decreased by low temperatures at low salinities. The presence of the other metals had no effect on the individual net uptake of either zinc, cadmium or lead. A sampling programme was devised to eliminate the effects of these environmental variables and to allow the use of M. edulis as an indicator of zinc, cadmium and lead in marine and estuarine environments. In contrast to the other metals, the net uptake of copper by the mussel was extremely erratic, and was affected by salinity and temperature changes and by the presence of the other metals and changes in their relative concentrations. The effects of other metals on the net uptake of copper cannot be easily eliminated or allowed for; it is, therefore, suggested that the mussel should not be used as an indicator of copper in the marine environment.  相似文献

Impact of metal cadmium on the nutritive value of Channa punctatus on exposure to a sublethal concentration (1.12 mg/l) of cadmium (Cd2+) for 15 and 60 days has been studied. Among the various parameters selected, the level of moisture in liver and muscle was increased, while decrease was noted in the level of ash, total proteins and inorganic constituents like iron, calcium, inorganic phosphate, sodium and potassium in both liver and muscle in the two types of exposure. The total lipid level of liver increased, while muscle lipid level was decreased. On the other hand, calcium, iron, inorganic phosphate, sodium and potassium levels showed increase in blood. Zinc and selenium decreased the percentage alterations in all the parameters selected for study. In the two types of exposure, zinc was most effective to counteract the cadmium toxicity to fish as in almost all the parameters insignificant alterations were recorded. In combination studies, protection against cadmium toxicity by the two chemicals became more marked with increase in the tenure of exposure.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of sublethal cadmium concentrations on the levels of cadmium, metallothionein (MT) and histological changes in gills of East Java strain tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) at different salinity levels. The levels of cadmium in control gills were not significantly different at 0, 5 and 10 practical salinity unit (PSU). The cadmium concentrations in gills of cadmium-exposed fish were significantly higher at 0 PSU than at 5, 10 and 15 PSU. The MT concentrations in control gills were not significantly different at 0, 5, and 10 PSU. The MT concentrations of cadmium-exposed fish were significantly higher than those in respective control groups at 0, 5 and 10 PSU. Significant gill damage occurred in fish exposed to cadmium at lower salinity. The epithelial lifting was noted at gills of fish exposed to 2.5 mg/L of cadmium at 0 PSU, and telangiectasis was observed at gills exposed to 5 mg/L of cadmium at 0 PSU. The level of gill damage decreased with increasing salinity of media. The increased MT and histological changes in gills of our findings could be a protective response of animals to toxic effect of cadmium.  相似文献

初步阐明了镉对籽粒苋耐性生理及营养元素吸收积累的影响,为进一步揭示籽粒苋的镉耐性与镉富集机理奠定了基础。通过对生物量的监测,对叶绿素、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、大量元素及微量元素等的含量的测定,阐明镉胁迫对籽粒苋生长生理、抗胁迫耐性、营养元素吸收分配的影响。研究结果显示,镉胁迫对籽粒苋的生长抑制作用不明显,植株生物量随着镉浓度的提高而轻微降低。随着镉处理浓度的提高,叶绿素含量下降幅度显著;蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量变化幅度不明显;钾含量无大幅变化;镉、磷、钙、镁、锌、铁、锰、铜含量变化幅度较显著。镉、钾、磷、锰的迁移系数随着镉处理浓度的提高无显著变化;钙的迁移系数呈上升趋势;镁、锌、铁、铜的迁移系数均呈下降趋势。这些结果表明:镉胁迫降低籽粒苋叶绿素含量,抑制植株光合作用,继而抑制了植株的生长,但其程度不明显;镉胁迫条件启动活性氧防御机制;引起植株体内部分养分代谢紊乱。结论:低浓度镉处理条件下,籽粒苋受镉离子影响,抗氧化能力下降。在高浓度镉处理条件下,籽粒苋调节了营养元素的吸收和分配,启动了一系列活性氧防御机制,提高了抗胁迫能力。  相似文献

随着工业的迅速发展,水环境中的镉污染日趋严重,镉的蓄积性强,毒性高。为了进一步研究镉在鱼类不同组织内的蓄积及其对血浆指标的影响,以鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)为受试生物,设置3个浓度梯度,镉浓度分别为0(对照组)、5和50μg·L-1,试验周期为30d。结果显示,随着暴露时间的延长,染毒组鲤鱼鳃、肝胰脏和肾脏中镉蓄积量与对照组相比均显著升高(p<0.05),其中肾脏蓄积量最大,其次为肝胰脏和鳃,且50 μg·L-1染毒组各组织镉蓄积量显著高于5 μg·L-1染毒组(p<0.05);30d时,5和50 μg·L-1染毒组鳃、肝胰脏和肾脏中镉蓄积量分别为对照组的12.3和43.5倍、5.1和27.3倍、11.9和70.8倍;鲤鱼肌肉中仅检测到微量镉(0.02~0.04mg·kg-1),且暴露时间和镉暴露浓度不影响肌肉中镉的蓄积量。整个试验期间,各染毒组血浆中钙和磷含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性与对照组相比无显著差异(p>0.05)。研究表明,不同程度的水体镉污染均能造成鲤鱼各组织(肌肉除外)内较高浓度的镉蓄积,但对血浆指标无显著影响。  相似文献

Effect of cadmium on barley seeds treated with kinetin and gibberellic acid was investigated. As usual, cadmium has inhibited seed germination, and showed important inhibitory effects on roots and coleoptile growth after germination. In general, increase in cadmium concentration caused a greater inhibition of germination, root and coleoptile growth. The adverse effect of cadmium on root and coleoptile growth was more pronounced than that on germination. While testa was pierced by radicle (an indication of germination), no root or coleoptile development was observed above at concentration of 3-9.5 mM CdCl2xH2O. Low concentrations of cadmium have inhibited the root growth more than it did on coleoptile growth. Treatment of seeds with gibberellic acid and kinetin did not show any significant difference on the effect of cadmium in germination. However, inhibition of coleoptile elongation by cadmium has decreased a very much after kinetin application. The same result, although with lower rates when compared to kinetin, has been obtained for GA3 as well. In addition, the inhibitory effect of cadmium on root growth increased even more after kinetin application. The results have been found statistically significant through the least significant different (LSD) test at levels ofp < 0.05 and p < 0.01.  相似文献
