煤矸石的改性及其对稀土生产废水中氨氮的吸附 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用热改性、盐酸改性、硫酸改性、碱改性的方法分别制备了4种改性煤矸石吸附剂,研究了吸附工艺条件对4种改性煤矸石吸附剂对稀土生产废水中氨氮去除效果的影响以及吸附机理.实验结果表明:4种改性煤矸石吸附剂吸附氨氮的最佳工艺条件为:吸附剂加入量0.02 g/mL,振荡时间2.5 h,废水pH 7~8;4种吸附剂氨氮去除率大小顺序为:碱改性煤矸石>硫酸改性煤矸石>盐酸改性煤矸石>热改性煤矸石;碱改性煤矸石的氨氮去除率最高,为59.19%;碱改性煤矸石吸附剂对含氨废水中氨氮的吸附较好地符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程,在一定程度上符合Temkin方程. 相似文献

用以凹凸棒土为主料,配以其呛助剂所制备的凹凸棒土吸附剂,对癸二酸单钠盐 进行了吸附脱色和再生性能的试验,结果表明:该吸附剂具有明显的吸附脱色效果,且其制原料价廉易得,制备工艺简单,成本低,再生容易,是一种较好的脱色吸附型净化剂。 相似文献

采用生命周期评价方法建立了建筑垃圾环境影响评价指标体系,并采用模糊集对分析方法对建筑垃圾再生骨料利用、再生原料利用、基础填料利用和填埋4种方式进行了环境影响评价,同时对4种处理方式环境影响优劣进行了排序。结果表明:建筑垃圾再生骨料利用的环境影响最低,最能体现建筑垃圾的资源价值,为建筑垃圾处理方式环境影响的定量评价提供了适用的方法。 相似文献

以自制介孔碳(MC)为吸附剂,采用吸附—电-臭氧-UV再生组合工艺将难降解有机磷三(2-羧乙基)膦(TCEP)富集后转化为磷酸盐释放,为后续磷回收提供基础。运用TEM,SEM,XRD等技术对MC进行了表征。表征结果显示,MC为碳纳米线堆积有序介孔结构,比表面积为699.76 m2/g,可为有机磷提供吸附位点。在吸附温度为298 K、TCEP初始质量浓度为100 mg/L、吸附剂投加量为1 g/L的条件下,MC对TCEP的平衡吸附量为33.72 mg/g。利用电-臭氧-UV对MC进行再生,总磷释放率可达100%,并基本矿化为磷酸盐,再生效率显著高于臭氧、臭氧-H2O2、臭氧-UV等方法。 相似文献

Some persistent pesticides, as organochlorines, are not efficiently removed from usual wastewater treatment plants, unless a tertiary treatment, commonly activated carbon adsorption, is applied. The downside of this practice rests on its high regeneration costs. This fact motivated the research for alternative processes involving the use of natural materials. Pine bark was used in this work, to remove lindane from contaminated waters. The adsorptive capabilities of this material were studied (equilibrium time, adsorption model and saturation of the adsorbent) and the interference of some metals (iron, cadmium, copper, nickel and lead) was also investigated. Results showed an excellent efficiency of adsorption (average 80,65%) and that the presence of the studied metals did not affect both efficiency and the model of the adsorption, within the range of the concentration of the pesticide studied. 相似文献

This paper deals with a new application of poly 3-methyl thiophene synthesized chemically onto sawdust (termed as P3MTh/SD)
as an effective adsorbent for removal of Cr(VI) ions from aqueous solutions using column system. Chemical synthesis of poly
3-methyl thiophene was performed by addition of ferric chloride (in chloroform) as oxidant to sawdust which had previously
been soaked in monomer solution. All the sorption experiments were conducted using dynamic or column system at room temperature.
The effect of important parameters such as pH and initial concentration on uptake of Cr(VI) was investigated. In order to
find out the possibility of the regeneration and reuse of the exhausted adsorbent, desorption studies were also performed.
The currently introduced adsorbent was found to be an efficient adsorbent for removal of highly toxic and hazardous Cr(VI)
ions from aqueous solutions. As our breakthrough analysis has indicated, each gram of P3MTh/SD is able to remove more than
95% of Cr(VI)ions from 300 mL of Cr(VI) polluted solution with the initial concentration of 25 mg L−1 in column system. Sorption/desorption of Cr(VI) ions was found to be a highly pH dependent processes. 相似文献

The intention of this work is to offer, within the shortest time, an appropriate sorption separation process for almost any odour problem. The development is based on the preparation and characterisation of new adsorbents, the strategy for the selection of the best adsorbent, the process engineering and the choice of a suitable regeneration procedure. In this context a new method for the characterisation of the adsorbents - the adsorption profile analysis - was developed. The classification of the adsorbents was carried out by means of a cluster analysis, which simplifies the selection of the most suitable adsorbent for a particular problem. The physical and chemical behaviour of silica-adsorbents could be tailored by silanisation of the surfaces. Methods for the determination of process engineering parameters were developed, established and used. Adsorption kinetics and isotherms were determined with a magnetic adsorption balance. In a laboratory-scale fixed bed adsorber, breakthrough curves of different support materials were investigated and compared. For the investigations of different regeneration procedures, four innovative methods were employed: microwave desorption, ultrasonic desorption, ultrasonic-water desorption and extraction with water. Of the four desorption methods examined, microwave desorption and ultrasonic-water desorption demonstrated the best results. 相似文献
