根据2012—2016年烟台港港池水质监测结果,运用单因子指数法、Cox-Stuart检验方法及Pearson相关分析探讨港池水质污染程度、水质变化趋势及各监测项目间的相关关系。结果表明:港池海域水质总体良好,各监测项目的单因子污染指数呈现逐年下降趋势,且下降趋势均有统计学意义(P=0.05),COD与DO、活性磷酸盐、Cu呈显著正相关。5年中pH值、COD、DO、石油类、重金属(Cu、Cd、Zn、Pb)未见超标现象,活性磷酸盐和无机氮存在不同程度的超标,为该海域主要污染因子,有引发海域赤潮的潜在生态风险。 相似文献

为了解新疆喀什地区农村改水水质及水源卫生防护状况,对该地区不同改水形式与未改水的水质及水源卫生防护状况进行调查和监测。结果表明,与改水前比较,水质及水源防护卫生状况明显改善,不同水样的水质合格率和水质综合指数(WQI)分别是:池塘水3.3%和6.5,手压井水40.0%和1.3,深水井51.7%和1.0。结果还表明有必要加强对改水水源的卫生防护。 相似文献

Many government agencies and other organizations sample natural alpine and subalpine surface waters using varying protocols
for sample storage and filtration. Simplification of protocols would be beneficial if it could be shown that sample quality
is unaffected. In this study, samples collected from low ionic strength waters in alpine and subalpine lake inlets and outlets
in the western United States were used to evaluate (1) effects of refrigerated storage time on the chemistry of unfiltered
samples, and (2) differences in sample filtration protocols. No analytes exhibited significant changes when stored less than
48 h. Six analytes (pH, sodium, ammonium, potassium, chloride, sulfate) exhibited statistically significant (but small) changes
when storage time exceeded 48 h. Two analytes (calcium, nitrate) were significantly higher when samples were field filtered
than when filtered in the laboratory, but the differences were also small. For waters similar to those in this test, unfiltered
refrigerated samples may be stored up to 48 h without compromising sample quality. The small differences between field and
lab filtration do not justify the expense, training, and contamination risk of field filtration. 相似文献

The Contamination Levels of Organochlorine Pesticides in Water and Sediment Samples in Uluabat Lake, Turkey 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
The Uluabat Lake is a reservoir of 125 km2 surface area, in the boundaries of Bursa province, Turkey. The results showed that Uluabat Lake was still contaminated by
organochlorine pesticides and their residues despite the existence of bans over a long time. Considerable amounts of organochlorine
pesticides (HCB, p.p′-DDT, p.p′- DDE, α -, β- and γ-BHC, Aldrin, Heptachlor epoxide, Endrin, Endosulfan I and II) were detected in water and sediment samples during one-year
study in this lake. Samples of water and sediment were collected in different regions, (6 sampling point) of the lake between
February 2002 and November 2002.The mean levels of organochlorine pesticides in water and sediments were determined. According
to results, it was found that various environs in Uluabat Lake were contaminated by 11 different organochlorine pesticides.
Residue analyses showed that higher organochlorine pesticides and their residues were generally more accumulated in the sediment

Eutrophication conditions and ecological status in typical bays of Lake Taihu in China 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Sampling was conducted at three site groups, group E (in East Taihu Bay), G (in Gonghu Bay) and M (in Meiliang Bay) in Lake
Taihu. TN and TP concentrations among site groups was in the increasing order of E < G < M. TP level at G sites is at the
critical threshold for loss of submersed macrophytes. Mean values of DO and Transparence showed different trend, i.e., E >
G > M. The mean phytoplankton fresh-weight biomass at M sites was 5.81 mg/l, higher than that at E sites (4.96 mg/l) and G
sites (5.18 mg/l). Mean zooplankton fresh-weight biomass was in the decreasing order of M (6.4 mg/l) > G (4.9 mg/l) > E (2.7 mg/l).
However, Rotifera density was in the sequence of E > G > M. Both zooplankton biomass and phytoplankton biomass increased with the rise of TN
and TP concentrations. Relationships between zooplankton biomass and phytoplankton biomass showed that zooplankton played
a limited role in the control of algae in eutrophic lakes. Nutrient availability is much more important than zooplankton grazing
pressure in controlling phytoplankton growth in lakes. For most sites in Lake Taihu, reduction of nutrient loading, as well
as macrophyte conservation, zappears to be especially important in maintaining high water quality and regulating lake biological
structure, but for M sites, it’s urgent to control nutrient inputs rather than to restore macrophyte community. 相似文献

初步探讨了东湖和西湖水体中氯的空间分布特征以及3种不同形态的氮与溶解氧的相关性.结果表明,(1)泉州东湖、西湖水体中总氮的平均含量分别为3.396、3.929mg/L,氨氮的平均含量分别为1.927、2.182mg/L,硝酸盐氮的平均含量分别为1.061、1.236mg/L,亚硝酸盐氮的平均含量分别为0.084、0.059 mg/L,东湖和西湖水体的主要氮素形式均是氨氮.(2)东湖出水口和位于动物园附近的采样点总氮、氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度较其它采样点高,入水口、湖区北部及湖心区采样点的氨氤和硝酸盐氮的分布趋势基本一致.西湖东南部采样点总氮、氨氯、硝酸盐氯和亚硝酸盐氮的含量都较其它采样点高.(3)东湖水体的DO浓度与氨氛、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氯的含量都不具有相关性,而西湖水体的DO浓度与这3种形态氮显著相关. 相似文献

对蠡湖2002-2012年湖体水质、富营养化状况和浮游植物种群进行了研究.结果表明,经过十年蠡湖综合整治工程,蠡湖水环境有了显著改善.TN、TP、NH3-N、CODMn和Chl-a浓度分别下降85.2%、70.4%、96.2%、55.3%和81.6%;TLI由70.9降至52.0,水体由中度富营养好转为轻度富营养;浮游植物种群结构有所演变,近二年种群结构呈现明显季节性差异,夏季蓝藻中的微囊藻成优势种,约占整个水体藻类密度的90%以上.蠡湖水质显著改善的同时,藻类水华情况未得到本质好转,在适宜的水文气象条件下易发生藻类水华.建议提高水体透明度,增加水体流动性,为进一步改善蠡湖水环境,乃至改善湖河小流域水环境起积极作用. 相似文献

Manchar Lake is the largest natural freshwater lake in Pakistan. The Lake has received less fresh water in past few years.
In addition, drainage water is being discharged in the Lake through Main Nara Valley Drain (MNVD) since many years. Consequently,
concern has grown regarding the water quality of the Lake. The aim of this study was to assess the water quality of Manchar
Lake and MNVD and the objectives were to determine physiochemical properties and the concentrations of common cations and
anions as well as seven trace metals i.e. Cu, Ni, Zn, Co, Fe, Pb and Cd. The concentration of the trace metals were determined
by simultaneous preconcentration and solvent extraction using flame atomic absorption spectrometer. Results of physicochemical
parameters of Manchar Lake water samples showed mean pH 8.4 (±0.2), conductivity 2,310.3 (±581.3) μS cm−1 and hardness (as CaCO3) 213.1 (±62.3) mg l−1. Mean concentrations of cations and anions were Na 521.5 (±49.7), Cl− 413.6 (±225.7), Ca 70.7 (±12.9), Mg 56.2 (±28.9), K 17.6 (±6.5), 0.34 (±0.2) and 0.02 (±0.01) mg l−1. Mean concentrations of trace metals were Zn 15.7 (±1), Fe 12 (±3.5), Pb 9 (±2.7), Cu 8.9 (±7.7), Ni 4.3 (±3.4), Co 4 (±3.4)
and Cd 1.1 (±1) μg l−1. MNVD water samples showed mean pH 8.9 (±0.8), conductivity 1,735.7 (±567.8) μS cm−1 and hardness (as CaCO3) 184.8 (±32.4) mg l−1. In MNWD, the mean concentrations of cations and anions were Na 482.7 (±11.7), Cl− 395.7 (±271.5), Ca 79.1 (±23.5), Mg 54.2 (±28.1), K 26.2 (±21.3), NO−3 0.5 (±0.3) and 0.1 (±0.1) mg l−1. Mean concentrations of trace metals observed in MNWD water were Fe 14.9(±3.5), Cd 8.3 (±9.4), Pb 6.9 (±2.4), Cu 6.6 (±3.1),
Zn 6.2 (±1.8), Co 4.5 (±2.7), and Ni 3.5 (±2.9) μg l−1. The pH of both Manchar Lake and MNVD waters and concentration of Pb in Manchar Lake and concentration of Cd in MNVD water
were higher than the World Health Organisation’s guideline values for the drinking water quality. The water quality of Manchar

The Status of Pesticide Residues in the Drinking Water Sources in Meiliangwan Bay, Taihu Lake of China 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
The study was carried out to assess the levels of pesticide residues in the water of Meiliangwan Bay, Taihu Lake of China. The most commonly employed organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) and herbicide atrazine were analyzed. The water samples were collected seasonally from Meiliangwan Bay within a period of one year. The pesticides were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) with μECD or NPD after solid-phase extraction (SPE), which was confirmed by GC with an ion trap mass spectrometry (MS). The mean concentrations were 1.98 ng/l for lindane, 0.378 ng/l for heptachlor epoxide, 0.367 ng/l for p,p′-DDE, 0.496 ng/l for p,p′-DDD, 1.06 ng/l for p,p′-DDT and 51.6 ng/l for dichlorvos, 39.0 ng/l for demeton, 346 ng/l for dimethoate, 4.12 ng/l for methyl parathion, 11.6 ng/l for malathion, 2.17 ng/l for parathion and 217 ng/l for atrazine. Generally, low concentrations of OCP were found, whereas the concentrations of the OPPs and atrazine in the water of Taihu Lake were relatively high. Heptachlor epoxide and lindane were the two most commonly encountered OCPs while dichlorvos, demeton and dimethoate were found to have much higher concentrations and occurrences than other OPPs. 相似文献
