文章研究D301树脂对水溶液中氟虫腈的吸附行为,考察了吸附剂投加量和溶液pH值对吸附效果的影响,对吸附等温线和吸附动力学进行了探讨,并选择不同模型对吸附曲线进行拟合。结果表明,当氟虫腈溶液初始浓度为2 mg/L,吸附剂投加量为0.5 g/L时,氟虫腈的去除率达到100%;溶液pH值在39范围内变化时,对吸附的影响较小,相对而言pH=7的吸附效果最好;D301树脂对氟虫腈的吸附等温线满足Langmuir吸附等温式和Freundlich吸附等温式,相关系数R2分别为0.994和0.991;吸附动力学符合Lagergren一级反应方程。总体来说,D301树脂对氟虫腈的吸附效果较好。  相似文献

以氯化镧与海藻酸钠为原料,采用滴球法制备了粒径为1~1.5mm的海藻酸镧小球,经过水洗、干燥后得到镧负载量25%(质量分数)的海藻酸镧颗粒吸附剂,应用该吸附剂进行饮用水除氟研究.通过间歇吸附实验,分别进行了吸附速率、pH值影响、吸附等温线、共存离子影响等吸附性能评价,并对吸附前后吸附剂表面与溶液组成变化进行研究.结果表明,该颗粒的吸附速率很快,反应2h后出水氟浓度即逐渐趋于稳定,吸附速率曲线符合拟二级反应速率方程;吸附效果受pH影响显著,在pH=4附近吸附量最大;吸附等温线数据对Langmuir方程拟合较好,其最大吸附量高达197.2mg·g-1;在常见无机干扰离子中,磷酸根与碳酸根对吸附有较大负面影响.SEM照片显示吸附前、后颗粒表面形态差异明显;吸附前、后颗粒表面EDX成分分析及溶液中离子浓度测量结果显示,吸附过程中溶液中F-同时与颗粒表面Cl-及OH-发生离子交换作用.  相似文献

为探讨发酵工业中废弃的菌丝体黑根霉菌(Rhizopusnigricans)对水中重金属离子的吸附特性,考察pH、浓度、共存离子等因素对吸附能力的影响,进行了实验室吸附试验,绘制出吸附等温线,并由Langmuir曲线和Freundlich曲线求出相应参数。对化学改性前后的黑根霉进行了吸附对比。初步分析了吸附机理。结果表明,黑根霉在pH=3—6.5范围内,对Pb2+、Cu2+、Mn2+、Cr(VI)几种主要重金属离子都有吸附作用,其中吸附Pb2+能力最高,饱和吸附量可达88mg/g。经化学改性的黑根霉可不同程度地提高吸附能力。用0.5mol/LHCI和NaoH可以洗脱和再生。  相似文献

Batch experiments were conducted to evaluate fluoride removal by Al,Fe,and Ti-based coagulants and adsorbents,as well as the effects of coexisting ions and formation of aluminum–fluoride complexes on fluoride removal by co-precipitation with alum(Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O).Aluminum sulfate was more efficient than the other coagulants for fluoride removal in the pH range between 6 and 8.Nano-crystalline TiO_2 was more effective for fluoride removal than Al and Fe hydroxides in a pH range of 3–5.Coexisting anions in water decreased the removal of fluoride in the order:phosphate(2.5 mg/L) arsenate(0.1 mg/L) bicarbonate(200 mg/L) sulfate(100 mg/L) = nitrate(100 mg/L) silicate(10 mg/L) at a pH of 6.0.The effect of silicate became more significant at pH 7.0.Calcium and magnesium improved the removal of fluoride.Zeta-potential measurements determined that the adsorption of fluoride shifted the PZC of Al(OH)_3 precipitates from 8.9 to 8.4,indicating the chemical adsorption of fluoride at the surface.The presence of fluoride in solution significantly increased the soluble aluminum concentration at pH 6.5.A Visual MINTEQ modeling study indicated that the increased aluminum solubility was caused by the formation of AlF~(2+),AlF~(+2),and AlF_3complexes.The AlF_x complexes decreased the removal of fluoride during co-precipitation with aluminum sulfate.  相似文献

The adsorption capacity of activated carbon produced from oil palm empty fruit bunches through removal of 2,4-dichlorophenol from aqueous solution was carried out in the laboratory. The activated carbon was produced by thermal activation of activation time with 30 min at 800℃. The adsorption process conditions were determined with the statistical optimization followed by central composite design. A developed polynomial model for operating conditions of adsorption process indicated that the optimum conditions for maximum adsorption of phenolic compound were: agitation rate of 100 r/min, contact time of 8 h, initial adsorbate concentration of 250 mg/L and pH 4. Adsorption isotherms were conducted to evaluate biosorption process. Langmuir isotherm was more favorable (R^2=0.93) for removal of 2,4-dichlorophenol by the activated carbon rather than Freundlich isotherm (R^2=0.88).  相似文献

通过静态吸附试验,研究了粉煤灰基质滤料对Cr(VI)的吸附性能,探讨了吸附时间、温度、pH值、初始浓度等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,当滤料用量为200 g/L,溶液pH=3,初始浓度为20 mg/L,温度为30℃,转速为180 r/min的条件下振荡90 min,Cr(VI)的去除率可达到93%以上。粉煤灰基质滤料对Cr(VI)具有良好的吸附能力,吸附过程符合二级吸附动力学模型。  相似文献

改性柚皮粉对水中Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
基于柚皮中富含纤维素、木质素、多糖等可与重金属发生络合、螯合作用的物质,将农林及生活废弃物柚子皮作为重金属离子的吸附剂。采用经NaOH改性的柚皮粉吸附水中Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)。考察了pH、吸附时间、改性柚皮粉用量以及Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)初始浓度等因素对吸附的影响,测定了吸附等温线,对等温吸附规律及动力学进行了探讨。结果表明,pH、吸附时间、改性柚皮粉用量、Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)初始浓度等因素对吸附效果均有影响。吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的适宜条件为:pH5.4~5.5,吸附时间10min,改性柚皮粉用量0.2g/100mL,Cu(Ⅱ)初始浓度20~80mg/L。在该条件下,Cu(Ⅱ)去除率达95%以上。吸附Zn(Ⅱ)的适宜条件为:pH5.5~5.6,吸附时间60min,改性柚皮粉用量0.4g/100mL,Zn(Ⅱ)初始浓度小于80mg/L。在该条件下,Zn(Ⅱ)去除率达90%以上。等温吸附规律可用Freundlich和Langmuir模式较好地描述,吸附呈单分层形式,吸附性能良好。吸附动力学规律符合准一级、准二级和Elovich动力学模型。  相似文献

文章采用松树锯末以及柠檬酸钠改性锯末为吸附材料,以Cu2+为吸附对象,研究了溶液的pH值,吸附时间,锯末投加量及模拟废水初始浓度对吸附效果的影响,研究结果表明在最佳条件下改性前后的锯末对Cu2+的最大吸附量分别为3.31 mg/g、5.75 mg/g,最大除去率分别达到84.3%和92.3%。同时对改性前后的锯末做了吸附等温线拟合及动力学研究,结果表明吸附等温线均能很好的符合Langmuir或Freundlich吸附模式,吸附过程符合拟二级动力学方程。  相似文献

Lead has caused serious environmental pollution due to its toxicity, accumulation in food chains and persistence in nature.In this paper, lead removal from aqueous solutions was investigated using condensed tannin gel adsorbent synthesized from a natural tannin compound. It is found that the adsorption is strongly affected by pH values of aqueous solutions.Within pH range of 3.5-6,when initial lead concentration is 100 mg/L, removal efficiency is more than 90%.Adsorption equilibrium is reached within 150 minutes.The adsorption isotherm fits well with the Langmuir equation, by which the saturated adsorption uptake of 190 mg Pb^2 /g dry tannin gel adsorbent is obtained.By means of thermodynamics analysis,it is revealed that the process is exothermic and the adsorption heat is up to 38.4kJ/mol.With respect to high efficiency, moderate pH requirement and minimized second pollution, the tannin gel adsorbent exhibits a promising potential in the removal of lead from wastewater.  相似文献

Sponge iron sphere (SIS), made of concentrated iron powder and possessed high activity and intension, was prepared through the process of palletizing, roasting and direct reduction by charcoal. The sponge iron sphere could remove most of Cd2+ from wastewater. The results showed the Cd2+ removal followed the first order reaction. Initial pH value played an important role in Cd2+ removal. With original initial pH, Cd2+ removal decreased to the minimum and then increased slightly with the rising of original concentration. The removal rate constant was ?0.1263 and ?0.0711 h?1, respectively, under the Cd2+ concentration of 50 and 200 mg/L. When the initial pH was adjusted to 3.0, the removal rate constant could increase to ?9.896 and ?4.351 h?1, respectively. The removal percentage almost reached to 100% when Cd2+ concentration was below 100 mg/L. While Cd2+ concentration was above 100 mg/L, Cd2+ removal percentage decreased slightly. In dynamic experiments, the column filled with sponge iron sphere exhibited favorable permeability. There was no sphere pulverization and conglutination between spheres. In contrast to the static state experiments, the Cd2+ removal percentage in dynamic state experiment was lower, and the removal Cd2+ quantity was 1.749 mg/g.  相似文献

Na-rich birnessite (NRB) was synthesized by a simple synthesis method and used as a high-efficiency adsorbent for the removal of ammonium ion (NH4+) from aqueous solution. In order to demonstrate the adsorption performance of the synthesized material, the effects of contact time, pH, initial ammonium ion concentration, and temperature were investigated. Adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption behavior followed the pseudo second-order kinetic model. The equilibrium adsorption data were fitted to Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models and the model parameters were evaluated. The monolayer adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, as obtained from the Langmuir isotherm, was 22.61 mg NH4+-N/g at 283 K. Thermodynamic analyses showed that the adsorption was spontaneous and that it was also a physisorption process. Our data revealed that the higher NH4+ adsorption capacity could be primarily attributed to the water absorption process and electrostatic interaction. Particularly, the high surface hydroxyl-content of NRB enables strong interactions with ammonium ion. The results obtained in this study illustrate that the NRB is expected to be an effective and economically viable adsorbent for ammonium ion removal from aqueous system.  相似文献

为探讨油菜秸秆外壳去除水溶液中重金属铬的可能性及其影响因素,并研究其吸附性能和吸附机制.采用Box-Behnken Design实验设计研究了水溶液中六价铬[Cr(VI)]初始浓度、pH值范围、油菜秸秆外壳添加量和吸附温度4个因素对油菜秸秆外壳去除溶液中Cr(VI)的影响作用;用吸附等温方程、吸附动力学方程与热力学方程分别探讨了油菜秸秆外壳去除水溶液中Cr(VI)的行为;采用红外光谱技术对油菜秸秆外壳吸附水溶液Cr(VI)前后进行表征,探讨其吸附机制.油菜秸秆外壳去除溶液中Cr(VI)的最佳条件组合为:在吸附时间为1440min时,Cr(VI)初始浓度为99.15mg/L、pH值为1.01、油菜秸秆外壳添加量为2.90g/L和吸附温度35.70℃,Cr(VI)去除率为91.97%;吸附等温线拟合,吸附Cr(VI)行为符合Freundlich方程,为优惠吸附;热力学研究表明:溶液中Cr(VI)吸附属吸热反应,且为自发吸附行为;吸附动力学显示:油菜秸秆外壳去除溶液Cr(VI)符合准二阶动力学方程,吸附过程中存在离子交换;红外光谱提示:吸附过程中,O—H、C—H、NH3+、N—H和C—O基团与Cr(VI) 络合吸附发挥了重要作用.油菜秸秆外壳能够有效吸附水溶液中的Cr(VI),pH值是最为重要的影响因素.  相似文献

为了提高沸石对氟的吸附能力,采用氯化镁对活化天然沸石进行改性,分析了除氟剂的性能,确定了除氟剂改性的最佳条件:10%氯化镁溶液,固液比1∶4,pH=7.0,室温以300 r/min的速度振荡改性3h。最佳除氟条件:pH=7.0,室温以300 r/min的速度搅拌反应1.5 h。吸附剂对F-的吸附过程符合Langmuir及Freundlich等温线方程,由D-R模型拟合可知,除氟剂对氟的吸附为物理吸附过程。在最佳反应条件下,水样中氟浓度由2 mg/L降低到0.78 mg/L,符合GB5949-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》(≤1 mg/L)。  相似文献

Batch adsorption studies were undertaken to assess the suitability of aluminium titanate (AT) and bismuth aluminate (BA) to remove fluoride ions from water. The e ect of pH, dose of adsorbent, contact time, initial concentration, co-ions and temperature on fluoride removal e ciency were studied. The amounts of fluoride ions adsorbed, at 30°C from 4 mg/L of fluoride ion solution, by AT and BA were 0.85 and 1.55 mg/g, respectively. The experimental data fitted well to the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms. Thermodynamic parameters such as H0, S 0 and G0 indicated that the removal of fluoride ions by AT was exothermic and non-spontaneous while that by BA was endothermic and spontaneous. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) analysis and X-ray di raction (XRD) patterns of the adsorbent before and after adsorption indicated that fluoride ions were chemisorbed by these adsorbents.  相似文献

考察了臭氧在H型沸石上吸附与分解情况,发现臭氧在H型沸石上发生了吸附与分解,并且吸附过程与脱附过程是不可逆的,其脱附速率很快.在吸附分解平衡后,臭氧在H型沸石上的吸附分解量与进水臭氧浓度成正比.而在1×10-3 mol/L Na+存在条件下,被Na+交换的H型沸石基本不吸附分解臭氧.考察不同阳离子和不同型号沸石对臭氧/沸石工艺去除硝基苯的影响,发现Ca2+的影响最大,另外Na型沸石和NH4型沸石在降解硝基苯的过程中,硝基苯的去除效率逐渐提高,并且Na型沸石中的Na+发生溶出,表明盐析效应影响臭氧扩散进入沸石孔道进行自分解和催化分解的能力.脱铝后的H型沸石没有体现降解硝基苯的效果.最后在pH 3.0时,H型沸石也能吸附分解一部分臭氧,说明H+的影响不如其它阳离子.  相似文献

以酒糟、一水合硫酸锰(MnSO4·H2O)和六水三氯化铁(FeCl3·6H2O)作为原料,采用共沉淀法制备阿散酸吸附剂MFB-MCs。对MFB-MCs进行SEM和TEM分析和表征,并考察了溶液初始pH值、吸附剂量、温度和时间对阿散酸吸附效果的影响。结果表明:MFB-MCs能够有效吸附水溶液中阿散酸;溶液初始pH对MFB-MCs吸附水中阿散酸的影响较大,在pH值为2.0,吸附剂量为1 g/L,温度为25℃,吸附时间为1440 min,阿散酸初始浓度为20 mg/L时,其去除率达到82.27%;MFB-MCs对阿散酸的吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型,主要受化学吸附控制;同时符合Fredundlich等温线模型,属于多层吸附。  相似文献

为探讨膨胀蛭石同步脱铵除磷能力,采用静态吸附实验考察了氨氮和磷酸盐共存时接触时间、粒径、pH值以及温度对膨胀蛭石去除氮磷效果的影响。结果表明,膨胀蛭石具有较好的同步脱铵除磷性能,在pH值为7,温度为25℃条件下,用1.00g粒径为80~100目膨胀蛭石对100mL氨氮和磷酸盐浓度分别为50mg/L和10mg/L的模拟污水处理4h后,氨氮和磷酸盐去除率分别达79.4%和93.0%,两者吸附过程均明显表现为"快速吸附,减速平衡"二阶段特征。中性条件下氨氮去除效果最好,酸性或碱性条件有利于磷酸盐去除,温度升高,氨氮去除率下降,磷酸盐去除率上升。等温吸附实验研究表明,膨胀蛭石对氨氮与磷酸盐的等温吸附线均较好的符合Langmuir方程。  相似文献

通过颗粒强度测定、扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X射线能谱分析(EDS)和零电点测定(pHPZC)考察改性前后沸石表面特性的变化,考察pH值、沸石投加量、初始氨氮浓度以及温度对吸附过程的影响,并通过吸附等温式和吸附动力学对吸附机制进行描述.经过NaCl改性后的沸石的颗粒强度明显增大,表面更加粗糙,孔径增大,钠离子通过交换作用进入到沸石内部.pH值为7,沸石投加量为8g/L,温度为35℃时吸附效果最好,平衡吸附量(qe)与氨氮初始浓度呈正相关性.Langmuir等温线比Freundlich等温线更适合描述实验数据,最大饱和吸附量为13.210mg/g.吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型.实验表明NaCl改性沸石能够有效去除水中的氨氮.  相似文献

研究了非活体生物质——玉米芯对Cr^6+的吸附作用,并探讨了溶液的pH值、Cr^6+初始浓度、吸附时间及温度等因素对Cr^6+吸附效果的影响。结果表明,改性玉米芯对C,有很好的吸附作用,在温度为33℃,Cr^6+初始质量浓度为20mg/L的Cr^6+溶液50mL,溶液的pH值为2.0,改性玉米芯用量为1.0g,振荡时间为120min的条件下,改性玉米芯对Cr^6+的吸附率达到了98.16%。  相似文献

用戊二醛作为交联剂,采用简单的方法制备机械强度高的交联酵母菌.考察菌体吸附Cd2 的影响因素,包括交联剂的用量,pH,金属离子初始质量浓度,吸附时间等,研究菌体对不同质量浓度的Zn2 ,Cd2 和Hg2 的吸附率.结果表明,戊二醛的最佳用量(体积分数)为1.0%,菌体对金属离子的吸附平衡时间为30 min,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程.吸附为Langmuir单分子层吸附,相对于未交联菌,交联酵母菌对Cd2 的吸附容量提高2倍;pH实验表明,交联酵母菌对金属离子的吸附受酸度影响小.用于冶金厂废水的处理结果显示,0.050 0 g的交联酵母菌,对5.3 mg/L的Cd2 污水的去除率为80.6%,用0.1 mol/L的EDTA再生该吸附剂,Cd2 的解析率达92.1%.  相似文献
