立柱和柱式无土栽培系统及其在生菜栽培上的应用   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
具溢水管 ,容积为 1L的 12只ABS塑料盆钵组装的水培立柱 ,其底部是底座 ,顶部是淋滴装置 ,总高 2 0 0cm ,直径为 15cm .按柱间距 80cm× 80cm排列在面积有A =5 40m2 的非自控玻璃温室内 ,然后再串联和并联成”树林”式栽培整体 .该整体含 6 36根立柱 ,每根立柱的最多种植量有 6 0株 ,总共种植 3816 0株 ,加地面原有种植数 10 314株 ,共有 48474株 ,此为地面原种植量的 4.7倍 .立柱被安装在地面水槽上 ,通过循环灌溉系统 (营养液 )将立柱无土栽培和地面无土栽培组合为一体 ,即谓柱式无土栽培系统 .柱式无土栽培系统全种生菜 ,育苗移栽 ,种后 40d(中后期 ) ,立柱区的光照E =6 80~ 86 0 μEm- 2 s- 1 ,高出生菜光合作用饱和点E =180~ 36 0 μEm- 2 s- 1 .立柱上的小栽培钵的一点底面接触水面 ,使苗的大部分根数生长于水面之上湿润的岩棉之中 ,良好的生长空间加上流动的水柱 ,生菜获得了水、气、肥协调的根部环境 .冬季最高气温平均为θ =2 0℃ ,最低气温平均有θ =3.3℃ ,RH =5 7%~ 71% .种后 5 3d(生长后期 ) ,生菜产量平均有 5 .6kg /m2 ,较CK(平均 1.5kg /m2 )提高 3.7倍 .柱式无土栽培系统是一种高产高效的工厂化生产模式 .图 7表 3参 7  相似文献

在立柱密度为 80cm× 80cm的”树林”式柱式无土栽培区种植番茄 (LycopersicumMill) ,品种是洋杂 2号和90 6 ,面积各有 5 4 0m2 (在非自控玻璃温室内 ) ,各含 6 36根立柱 ,每根柱种 3层共 9株 ,总共各有 5 72 4株 .番茄生长期间 ,柱上植株始终保持塔形排列 ,每株留 2穗果约 6只番茄 ,在不影响结果情况下注意去顶、剪叶和去除营养枝 ,以保持柱间有良好透光 .此外 ,在两行立柱之间地面 (除走道外 )铺设中高 10cm倒V字形双面铝 (Al)膜反光体 ,可使柱高 10 0cm以下的光照量增加 5 0 %左右 ,并超过了番茄的光合需要保持量E为 6 0 0~ 70 0 μEm-2 s-1[2 ] 的要求 .立柱由基质型盆钵组成 ,盆钵中的基质有陶粒、用过的香菇菌棒碎料加珍珠岩加有机肥料和难溶磷铁肥 ,于循环水中加入盆钵中没有的成分组成完全的平衡营养系统以循环浇灌 ,结果培养出了粗壮结果良好的的植株 .番茄洋杂 2号亩产为 5 184kg,是对照(深流栽培 )的 2 .4倍 ,又比土栽培的产量高 30 % ;品种 90 6亩产为 5 2 34kg,是对照土栽培的 2 .2倍 .图 2表 3参 2  相似文献

菜心(Brassica parachinensis)是华南地区的一种特色蔬菜.为探究无土栽培和土壤栽培菜心内生细菌的差异,以这两种栽培方式的菜心为材料,分离内生细菌.根据插入序列指纹图谱(IS-PCR)结果进行聚类,对代表性菌株的16S rRNA基因序列进行系统发育分析,并将菌株加入无土栽培营养液中,收获后测定菜心的的相对叶绿素含量(SPAD)和可溶性糖含量.结果显示,从两种菜心中共分离到31株内生细菌,IS-PCR结果将其聚为9个类群,16S rRNA基因鉴定其分别属于Bacillus sp.(芽孢杆菌属)、Rhizobium sp.(根瘤菌属)、Microbacterium sp.(微杆菌属)、Leifsonia sp.(雷夫松氏菌属)、Sphingomonassp.(鞘氨醇单胞菌属)、Alcaligenessp.(产碱菌属)和Agrobacteriumsp.(农杆菌属).土壤栽培菜心中可培养细菌数目多于无土栽培菜心,且土壤栽培菜心中内生细菌的碳代谢更多样化.生理生化实验显示,部分菌株能分泌生长素和铁载体.加入土壤栽培菜心中分离得到的菌株SCG14和SCG0802后,无土栽培菜心的相对叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量比对照显著提高.本研究表明无土栽培和土壤栽培的菜心中的内生细菌在种类、数目、分布部位和碳源利用能力上有差异;此外,分离得到的菌株能提高无土栽培菜心的相对叶绿素以及可溶性糖含量,有开发为微生物制剂的潜力.(图4表6参35)  相似文献

建立了以固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定污水中16种全氟和多氟烷基化合物(PFASs)的方法.样品经固相萃取柱富集浓缩,采用BEH-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以甲醇和5 mmol·L-1乙酸铵溶液(pH=9)为流动相梯度淋洗,负离子多反应监测模式进行定性和定量分析,内标法定量.16种PFASs在0.1~40μg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)>0.99,目标物加标回收率为65.1% ~129.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8% ~8.0%(n=6),方法检出限为0.012~4.00 ng·L-1.方法重现性好,灵敏度高.适用于污水中PFASs的定量测定.  相似文献

垃圾填埋场新型覆盖层材料厚度对甲烷氧化行为的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
甲烷是一种长期存在于大气中的重要温室气体,它对温室效应的贡献率是二氧化碳的21倍,生活垃圾填埋场是仅次于水稻田的第二大甲烷人为排放源,减少垃圾填埋场的甲烷气体排放对缓解全球变暖压力具有重要意义.在实验室条件下模拟垃圾填埋场甲烷排放情况,将堆肥+陶粒混合物(体积比1:1)这一新型覆盖层材料按6个厚度(30、40、50、60、70、80 cm)装入有机玻璃柱中研究甲烷氧化与覆盖层深度的关系.研究结果表明:试验94 d甲烷氧化率开始下降,到实验结束前6个柱体中甲烷氧化率相似,维持在24.6%~34.8%之间;甲烷氧化速率由于甲烷通入量不断加大呈现先增加后减小的趋势,最低值为2.45 mol·m~(-2)·d~(-1),最高值为17.82 mol·m~(-2)·d~(-1);在试验第119~121d对各个柱体不同深度的气体成分进行分析.发现甲烷氧化的范围主要集中在基质0cm~30cm深处.  相似文献

以Wistar大白鼠为研究对象,观察了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)体内暴露后脏器的病理学变化.采用尾静脉注射的方法将直径为40~60nm的多壁碳纳米管(40~60MWNTs)和直径小于10nm的多壁碳纳米管(10MWNTs)暴露于大白鼠体内,同时分别采用纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)和乙炔碳黑(Cb)作为阳性和阴性对照.实验结果表明:1、3、5mg·kg-1(以大鼠体重计)多壁碳纳米管进入大鼠体内90d后,大鼠心脏、肾脏、肝脏和胃结构正常,未见明显的病理损伤.但是多壁碳纳米管均可在大鼠肺部沉积,随着暴露时间的延长,多壁碳纳米管一部分被肺巨噬细胞清除体外,但是残余的多壁碳纳米管引起了肺部的病理学改变.  相似文献

以雄性Wistar大白鼠为研究对象,观察了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)体内暴露后肺部的病理学变化.采用气管注入方式将直径为40~60nm多壁碳纳米管(40~60MWNTs)和直径小于10nm的多壁碳纳米管(10MWNTs)暴露于大白鼠的体内,同时分别采用纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)和乙炔碳黑(Cb)作为阳性和阴性对照.实验结果表明:实验中采用的纳米颗粒均不同程度地引起了肺部的损伤,同剂量下损伤严重程度顺序为:Cb>10MWNTs>40~60MWNTs>SiO2.多壁碳纳米管对肺部损伤的程度与剂量呈依赖关系,当在低剂量(1mg·kg-1)时,40~60MWNTs仅仅对肺部引起了轻微的炎症损伤,随着剂量的增大,多壁碳纳米管对肺部的损伤越来越严重,出现明显的病理损伤.  相似文献

镧掺杂纳米材料合成及其高氟选择性吸附特性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用共沉淀法制备了镧渗杂的纳米镁铝层状双氢氧化物材料(LDHs),获得了一类对氟具有选择性的新型吸附材料.实验表征了LDH、其焙烧产物(LDOs)以及吸附氟后的材料(F-LDHs)的微观形态、体相组成等性质的变化,通过批处理试验和吸附柱试验对其工艺特性及影响因素进行了深入分析.实验结果表明,材料经600℃焙烧10min,在含200mg·l~(-1)SO_4~(2-),氟浓度为10mg·l~(-1)的配水中投加0.1g LDOs吸附240min,最高除氟率可达93.53%;在含200mg·l~(-1)SO_4~(2-)的氟溶液中,镁铝铜LDOs吸附氟的容量高于镁铝LDOs;吸附柱实验中,14h时出水氟含量小于国家标准(1 mg·l~(-1));共存阴离子对材料的除氟干扰强度排序为:Co_3~(2-)>PO_4~(3-)>NO_3~->Cl~-.材料吸附氟后可用0.5mg·l~(-1)的Na_2CO_3洗脱,并经600℃焙烧10min再生,再生4次后选择性除氟效果稳定.  相似文献

本研究利用土柱试验研究了铬污染土壤微生物修复的各工艺参数,结果表明:土壤粒径、喷淋强度、以及修复工艺对铬污染土壤的修复效果有很大的影响.最佳的工艺参数为:土壤粒径1~2 cm、喷淋强度在29.6~59.2 mL·min-1、工艺制度Ⅱ(先用自来水淋洗1 d,接着用菌液循环喷淋).在土柱试验的基础上开展了25吨/批的中试试验,铬污染土壤经过7~10 d的处理,土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)浸出毒性浓度由53.8 mg·L-1降低至0.4 mg·L-1,达到《铬渣污染治理环境技术规范》(HJ/T301~2007)中铬渣用作路基材料和混凝土骨料的标准限值,证明铬污染土壤微生物修复工业化具有可行性,为铬污染土壤工程化修复提供了技术支撑.  相似文献

Particulate organic carbon and nitrogen in sea water were measured in samples collected along a line 155°W; 50° N-15°S, during the cruise of R.V. “Hakuho-Maru” (KH-69-4). High concentrations of particulate matter were generally found at or near the sea surface; the concentrations decreased rapidly with depth. A consistent minimum was located in the depth range 150 to 250 m through the entire section sampled. The subsurface maximum layers roughly coincided with the chlorophyll maximum, but several irrregularities were noted. One of the most remarkable features of the vast stratum below 200 m depth was the presence of distinctively regional variation in concentration of particulate material through the entire section. In the section, we could define at least 6 large water parcels, vertically oriented, all with significantly different concentrations of both carbon and nitrogen. Variation in the deep water ranged from less than 5 μgC/l to more than 50 μgC/l. Correlation analysis between carbon concentration and apparent oxygen utilization (AOU) of ambient water for all samples showed that the carbon from particle-poor water parcels consistently decreased with increasing AOU, levelling to a practically constant low of around 5 to 10 μgC/l, whereas the carbon from particle-rich parcels was anomalously high (10 to 50 μgC/l) in the range of high AOU, and showed no consistent trend of convergence. The intergrated amount of particulate carbon in the total water column at each station was in the range 20 to 150 gC/m2. More than 90% of this total amount was in the water column below 200 m depth, and the correlation of total amount of particulate material between the surface layer (0 to 200 m) and the water column below 200 m depth was highly significant. These observations are considered to indicate that the downward transport of these materials may be much quicker than so far estimated, at least in some localized areas.  相似文献

Water shortage is one of the major water related problems for many cities in the world. The planning for utilization of reclaimed water has been or would be drafted in these cities. For using the reclaimed water soundly, Beijing planned to build a large scale reclaimed water pipe networks with multi-sources. In order to support the plan, the integrated hydraulic model of planning pipe network was developed based on EPANET supported by geographic information system (GIS). The complicated pipe network was divided into four weak conjunction subzones according to the distribution of reclaimed water plants and the elevation. It could provide a better solution for the problem of overhigh pressure in several regions of the network. Through the scenarios analysis in different subzones, some of the initial diameter of pipes in the network was adjusted. At last the pipe network planning scheme of reclaimed water was proposed. The proposed planning scheme could reach the balances between reclaimed water requirements and reclaimed water supplies, and provided a scientific basis for the reclaimed water utilization in Beijing. Now the scheme had been adopted by Beijing municipal government.  相似文献

In a series of multifactorial laboratory experiments, Ulva lactuca discs were grown in an apparatus in which they were exposed simultaneously to 3 simulated current speeds (7.5, 15, 22.5 cm s-1) and a still control, and either 3 ammonium concentrations (0–10, 35–45 and 115–145 M) under ample uniform light (ca 200 E m-2 s-1) or 3 light intensities (approximately 35, 90 and 270 E m-2 s-1) with uniform surplus, ammonium. Disc growth rates were determined in each experiment as well as tissue nitrogen and carbon composition and fluxes of NH4, NO3/NO2 and PO4 in media. In a supplementary series of field experiments, U. lactuca discs were simultaneously exposed to 2 different water motion regimes in adjacent chambers at several sites characterized by widely different ammonium concentrations. In field experiments, growth rates were calculated and analyzed as a function of water motion at the various sites. The application of simulated current consistently enhanced disc growth rates in the laboratory, except at the lowest light intensity. In most cases this enhancement was fully realized at the lowest applied simulated current (7.5 cm s-1). Simulated current slightly enhanced ammonium uptake rates by U. lactuca discs, relative to rates in still water, except at the highest ammonium concentration. C:N ratios of discs generally declined with increases in simulated current, except at the highest ammonium concentration. This decline was primarily attributable to increases in per cent N and was, again, mainly realized at 7.5 cm s-1. The results suggested that simulated current compensated for N limitation, except when light was sufficiently low to become the overriding limiting factor, but that the enhancement of growth by simulated current could not be explained in terms of N metabolism alone. Field experiments showed that the higher level of water motion consistently enhanced growth at sites with comparatively low ammonium concentrations, but not at sites with moderate or high ammonium concentrations.  相似文献

Larval behaviors are increasingly recognized as determining factors in the water column distribution and subsequent settlement patterns of marine invertebrates. In particular, larvae within one or two body lengths of the seafloor (= interaction zone) may be better able to control their settlement location or respond to settlement cues. Here we examine temporal changes the behavior of larval oysters (Crassostrea virginica) swimming in the bottom 1 cm of a flume boundary layer. In addition, we present a novel behavior, called "dive-bombing", that consists of an abrupt downward acceleration and subsequent contact with the bottom. Larvae were divided into two arbitrarily chosen size classes (those retained on a 153 m screen and those retained on a 202 m screen) to separate those that developed eyespots from those that did not develop eyespots. Behavior in a flume boundary layer was monitored from day 15 to day 21 post-fertilization. In the larger size class, the percentage of oyster larvae within close proximity (1 to 2 body lengths) of the flume bed steadily increased from 6% to 28% with larval age. In contrast, if larvae were restricted from reaching larger sizes through sieving this proportion remained constant at 12%. Dive-bombing was exhibited by a constant 4% of the larval population regardless of age or size. Kinematic analysis of swimming paths shows dive-bombing to be distinct from other swimming behaviors and from the passive sinking of dead larvae. For example, vertical acceleration at the initiation of dive-bombing is some 30–400 times that measured for other live or dead larvae. Our results indicate that larvae are capable of rapid acceleration and that they may be able to control their approach to the bottom under a much wider range of conditions than had previously been suspected.Communicated by P.W. The garpike Belone belone enters the Wadden Sea in April, to spawn in May and June. The large eggs (3mm) bear numerous, long hair-like filaments. Embryonic and larval development were investigated during rearing experiments in 1970 and 1971. The development of the embryo is described, with special reference to the circulatory system and Kupffer's vesicles. The embryos display ventilation with pectoral fins and gill opercula when still in the egg. They hatch after 2 or 3 weeks at 20° and 16°C, respectively. Newly hatched larvae accept a wide variety of prey, including dry, aquarium fish food. Growth, feeding behaviour, swimming performance, and survival of the juveniles were investigated in the laboratory and in a small outdoor pond. Young garpikes (1 to 3 cm standard length) survive at temperatures ranging from 13° to 25°C, and salinities from 7 to 50%. They may reach 12 to 15 cm in their first summer. Their cruising speed is estimated to be 1 to 2 body lengths/sec. Garpikes disappear from The Wadden Sea in October, and probably migrate offshore. Observations on the behaviour of adults (40 to 70 cm total length) in a large indoor tank, indicate that they avoid high light intensities in winter. Adults display panic reactions when the water temperature drops below 6° to 7°C; this indicates that garpikes probably migrate in winter to greater depth (lower light intensity), to avoid water temperatures below 6°C and rough weather conditions in the upper water layers.  相似文献

Aspergillus niger was treated with acid and immobilized in calcium alginate matrix. The dynamic removal of Cr (VI) ion was studied using continuously fed column packed with immobilized biosorbent beads. Column experiments were carried out to study the effect of various bed heights (20, 30, 40 cm) under different flow rates (5, 7.5, 10 ml min(-1)) on efficiency of biosorption. The maximum time (1020 minutes; 17 hr) before breakthrough point was observed in case of 40 cm bed height with flow rate of 5ml min(-1). FTIR analysis of acid treated immobilized A. niger was used fora qualitative and preliminary analysis of chemical functional groups present on its cell wall which provided the information on nature of cell wall and Cr (VI) interaction during the process of biosorption. The IR spectra of biosorbent recorded before and after chromium biosorption had shown some changes in the band patterns, which were finally analyzed and was found that chemical interaction such as ion-exchange between carboxyl (-COOH), hydroxyl (-OH) and amine (-NH2) group of biosorbent and Chromium ion were mainlyinvolved in biosorption of Cr (VI) onto A. niger cell wall surface. The biosorbed metal was eluted from biosorbent by using 0.1 M H2SO4 as eluant. Immobilized biosorbent could be reused for five consecutive biosorption and desorption cycles without apparent loss of efficiency after its reconditioning. Considering all above factors together this paper discusses the efficient chromium biosorption process carried out by immobilized A. niger biosorbent.  相似文献

采用水热合成-浸渍法制备锌掺杂TiO2纳米管(Zn-TiO2纳米管),透射电镜照片显示Zn-TiO2纳米管为两端开口形貌均一的中空管状结构,管径约6~8 nm,壁厚约1 nm,长度约50~200 nm。研究了Zn-TiO2纳米管对甲基橙的光催化性能,结果表明:掺杂适量锌提高了TiO2纳米管对甲基橙的光催化降解性能,0.4%Zn-TiO2纳米管的光催化性能最佳。同时还探讨了Zn-TiO2纳米管用量和初始pH值等因素对光催化降解甲基橙的影响,结果显示Zn-TiO2纳米管能有效地降解甲基橙。随着光催化反应进行,CODCr去除率和脱色率变化规律不完全相同,可能是由于芳基和烷基降解速率不同所致。  相似文献

Zinc is an essential trace element to maintain human and generally mammal homeostasis; its biological signification could be explained through the participation or as structural element of more than 200 protein molecules in mammals.

The synthesis of proteins in spleen and thymus of rats is induced by zinc, a fact which moved us to purify and isolate such proteins, before proceeding to its identification or characterization. Rats are treated with zinc during 4 weeks and then sacrificed; blood is extracted under light ether anesthesia. The extracts of thymus and spleen were prepared by homogenization with Tris‐HC1 buffer 1.0 × 10‐2M pH 7.4 and submitted to Sephadex G‐75 column (40 × 1.6 cm) after centrifugation and filtration through 0.45 μ filters. The elution profile of proteins were established at 253 and 280 nm, and zinc concentration was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The peak containing zinc was submitted to a second column of Sephadex G‐25 (40×1.6 cm) obtaining a peak of purified protein with physico‐chemical characteristics similar to metallothionein.  相似文献

The size distributions (2 to 160 m equivalent spherical diameter) of suspended particulate material sampled on two cruises along a transect in the Irish Sea in 1988 are described in relation to hydrographic conditions, chlorophylla concentration and carbon to nitrogen ratios. Particulates were more abundant and larger size modes in the distribution were more evident, in the upper mixed layer of stratified water than in areas where the water column was fully mixed. The detrital content was estimated at 52% of total particulate matter above the thermocline in stratified regions and at around 97% at mixed water sites. In stratified regions the predominance of larger sized phytoplankton and lower levels of detritus is argued to support a more direct and efficient transfer of energy to fish larvae via larger sizes of copepods. Conversely, in mixed areas of high detrital loading the smaller size spectrum of particulates incorporates a less efficient transfer of energy through bacterial cycling and smaller copepods.  相似文献
