秋天,打好"保胃"战

每到秋季，人体受到寒冷刺激后，一方面激素分泌增多，热量增加；另一方面血管收缩，减少散热，而激素分泌增多对溃疡病等胃部疾患大为不利。这一系列变化，常常导致胃病的发生或复发，所以特殊时期更要保护好自己的胃。

当世界上大多数国家的城市都已经摒弃有轨电车的时候，澳大利亚墨尔本的城市规划者依然保留了这种近似于保守，但依然十分有效的交通工具。当地朋友告诉我，如果没有电车，在墨尔本简直难以想象!作为安全、方便、快捷出行的交通工具，电车已经深深地融入了当地人的日常生活之中。我在墨尔本居住一段时间后，感悟到了墨尔本人为什么会有这样的“电车情结”。     

减轻城市灾害,要从深化"学习"开始

一、"国际减灾日"主题的启示 2004年10月13日是去年联合国的"国际减灾日".其主题是:"总结今日经验、减轻未来灾害",迄今仍有意义.学会与威胁社区的各种灾害共存,是保障人民生命财产免遭地震、洪水、飓风、火山等灾害袭击的主要途径.这种学习可以通过大、中、小学里的正规教育,也可以通过非正式的社区会议等群体和网络进行.可见,无论哪种方式,"学习"及其教育至关重要.因此,安全文化的学习在社会各层面的位置都是值得借鉴与关注的大事.     

实施人性化管理,实现"我要安全"目标

安全,成为自古到今,人类生活永恒的主题.因为安全是组成生命的另一类元素,须臾不可远离,一旦失去,属于人们的只有一次的宝贵生命便毫无保障.     

How well do parents manage young driver crash risks?

Motor vehicle crashes are extremely high among young drivers during at least the first year of licensure. Crash risks decline with increased experience, but the more newly licensed teenagers drive, the greater their risk exposure. Hence, the dilemma facing policy makers and parents is how to provide young drivers with driving experience without unduly increasing their crash risk. Graduated driver licensing policies serve to delay licensure and then limit exposure to the highest risk conditions after licensure, allowing young drivers to gain experience only under less risky driving conditions. A similar strategy is needed to guide parents. Parents do not appear to appreciate just how risky driving is for novice drivers and tend to exert less control over their teenage children's driving than might be expected. Recent research has demonstrated that simple motivational strategies can persuade parents to adopt driving agreements and impose greater restrictions on early teen driving.     

The missing link? Implications of internal,external, and relational attribution combinations for leader–member exchange,relationship work,self‐work,and conflict

Attributions are causal explanations made by individuals in response to important, novel, and/or unexpected events. Numerous attribution theories have examined how people use information to make attributions and how attributions impact an individual's subsequent emotions and outcomes. However, this research has only recently considered the implications of dyadic‐level attributions (i.e., relational attributions), particularly in the context of leader–follower relationships in organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this theoretical paper is threefold. First, we integrate research on attributional biases into the research on relational attributions. Second, we integrate and extend attribution theory to consider the implications of convergent and divergent internal, external‐person, external‐situational, and relational attributions for leader–member exchange (LMX) quality, relationship work, self‐work, and conflict. Third, we make the implicit ranking of attribution combinations and the resultant levels of relationship work explicit. In doing so, we contribute to attribution theory and research by proposing how attribution combinations produce positive and negative outcomes that are both intrapersonal and interpersonal. Further, we contribute to the LMX literature by explicating how leader–follower attribution combinations influence relationship quality.     

当死亡遭遇指标时······

前不久,国家安监总局发布的事故“死亡指标”引发了争议,对此国家安监总局有关负责人郑重澄清:下“死亡指标”事实上是为了少死人!这是一个控制性指标,不能超过,越小越好。下指标不是要死亡多少人,而是不能超过和突破这个数。“死亡指标”何以能引起公众的强烈反应,怎样评价它?我们编排了这组文章,有褒有贬,只是希望读者能客观、理智地看待这一“新生事物”,管理者能从中发现问题,避免所述情况的出现,真正地用好这一指标,达到控制的目的。

"一定要舍小利益,保大安全."6月4日上午,分管安全生产的漳州市副市长刘文标在结束对南靖县长塔煤矿隐患整改的实地检查后,当场明确表示,长塔煤矿存在重大安全隐患,多次整改不力,无视停产通知违规继续生产,必须坚决予以关闭.     

“They’re lunatics on the road”: Exploring the normative influences of parents,friends, and police on young novices’ risky driving decisions

PurposeYoung novice drivers experience significantly greater risk of being injured or killed in car crashes than older more experienced drivers. This research utilised a qualitative approach guided by the framework of Akers’ social learning theory. It explored young novice drivers’ perspectives on risky driving including rewards and punishments expected from and administered by parents, friends, and police, imitation of parents’ and friends’ driving, and advantages and disadvantages of risky driving.MethodsTwenty-one young drivers (12 females, 9 males) aged 16–25 years (M = 17.71 years, SD = 2.15) with a Learner (n = 11) or Provisional (n = 10) driver licence participated in individual or small group interviews.Findings and conclusionsContent analysis supported four themes: (1) rewards and (2) punishments for risky driving, and the influence of (3) parents and (4) friends. The young novice drivers differed in their vulnerability to the negative influences of friends and parents, with some novices advising they were able to resist risky normative influences whilst others felt they could not. The authority of the police as enforcers of road rules was either accepted and respected or seen as being used to persecute young novices. These findings suggest that road safety interventions should consider the normative influence of parents and friends on the risky and safe behaviour of young novices. Police were also seen as influential upon behaviour. Future research should explore the complicated relationship between parents, friends, the police, young novices, and their risky driving behaviour.

1、常常使用大油门对发动机不好，错误。发动机在挡位上转速经常提到4000以上不但无害，还对发动机有一定的好处。常常空挡踩油门或长时间在高转速上才对发动机不好。

翻阅历史档案,遍观媒体的报道,使我们深深感到安全生产这个话题的沉重.事故之多,损失之大,令人触目惊心.近5年来,我国道路交通事故造成50多万人死亡,260万人受伤,死亡率居世界第一;煤矿瓦斯爆炸频率之高,伤亡人数之多,也列世界之最.
