利用GC-ECD检测了山美水库流域表层沉积物中DDTs农药含量,分析了其残留与组成特征及生态风险.结果表明,表层沉积物中DDTs平均含量为4.07 ng/g,其含量范围为0.96~8.20 ng/g;DDTs含量大小顺序为桃溪与湖洋溪汇流(8.20 ng/g)>湖洋溪(4.67 ng/g)>桃溪(4.59 ng/g)>山美水库(1.96 ng/g).表层沉积物中新的DDTs输入量比较少;沉积物中DDTs主要来自于早期残留或是施用农药长期风化后的土壤;大多数采样点DDTs发生好氧生物降解,降解产物以DDE为主.对照Ingersoll风险评估标准,表层沉积物中DDTs农药残留具有较高的生态风险.  相似文献

利用气相色谱-电子俘获检测(GC-ECD)方法对南四湖表层沉积物中13种有机氯农药进行了分析测定。每个采样点均检出了有机氯农药,与世界其它类似水体比较,南四湖表层沉积物中的有机氯农药处于低水平含量,属于低生态风险水平。多数点位有机氯农药均是由于历史上使用造成的,但不排除个别点位存在新的污染源。  相似文献

对黑潴河下游表层沉积物中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的污染现状进行了调查研究。结果表明,表层沉积物中PAHs总量变化范围为41.2~129.3ng/g(平均值为83.7ng/g),PAHs的组成以5~6环PAHs组分为主。黑潴河下游沉积物中PAHs主要来源于周边地区化石燃料的高温燃烧。比较了基于不同方法建立的沉积物中PAHs环境基准值的差异,分析产生差异的原因,选择生态效应区间法对黑潴河沉积物中的PAHs进行了生态风险评价。黑潴河下游PAHs生态风险较小,属PAHs低生态风险河道。  相似文献

中国表层水体沉积物中多环芳烃源解析及评价   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
采用索氏提取气相色谱-质谱法测定中国6个重点水体表层沉积物中16种多环芳烃的含量。各化合物含量范围分别为长江6.20~163 ng/g、淮河7.90~249 ng/g、海河12.1~401 ng/g、松花江5.75~152 ng/g、太湖29.1~2 810 ng/g和滇池19.1~795ng/g;16种多环芳烃的总量分别为:长江1 147 ng/g、淮河1 723 ng/g、海河2 595 ng/g、松花江793 ng/g、太湖12472 ng/g、滇池3 714 ng/g,属中等污染水平。利用特征分子比值法分析结果表明6条水体表层沉积物中PAHs均可能以燃料(包括柴油、汽油、煤、木材)燃烧以及焦化污染为主。淮河和滇池还可能存在轻微石油泄漏污染。利用沉积物质量基准法(SQGs)和沉积物质量标准法分别对6条水体表层沉积物中多环芳烃的风险评估表明严重的多环芳烃生态风险在这些水体表层沉积物中不存在,但长江、淮河、松花江、海河均可能存在一定的潜在风险,负面生物毒性效应会偶尔发生,风险主要来源于荧蒽和菲。太湖和滇池水体中存在的潜在多环芳烃风险种类较多,风险主要来源于菲、荧蒽、芘、苯并(a)蒽、苊和蒽,对水生生物毒性效应较高,有必要进行更深入细致的调查研究高风险区域底栖生物的受损状况、污染来源和途径,以制定合理的污染控制对策。  相似文献

乌鲁木齐地表水饮用水源地水体有机氯农药健康风险评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解乌鲁木齐市地表饮用水源地水体中有机氯农药(OCPs)对人体产生的潜在健康危害风险,从一号冰川、英雄桥、乌拉泊水库的9个采样点采集水样,采用液液萃取-气相色谱/质谱法对其中的有机氯农药残留状况进行了测定,水样中9种有机氯化合物的总质量浓度为15.1 ng/L~41.2 ng/L。应用美国国家环保局(US EPA)推荐的健康风险评价方法,对乌鲁木齐市地表饮用水源地水体中有机氯农药通过食用途径进入人体的危害进行了风险计算和初步评价。结果表明,各监测断面的致癌风险和非致癌风险低于ICRP和USEPA推荐的最大可接受风险水平,初步认为目前乌鲁木齐市地表饮用水源地水体中有机氯农药不会对人体产生明显的健康危害。  相似文献

惠州农业土壤、灌溉水和农产品中有机氯农药的残留   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用气相色谱法(GC-ECD)对惠州市51个农业土壤样品、12个灌溉水样品和21个农产品样品中的HCHs和DDTs残留量进行了测定.HCHs平均含量分别为土壤1.66μg/kg、灌溉水5.86ng/L、农产品24.74μg/kg;DDTs平均含量分别为土壤4.98μg/kg、灌溉水2.06ng/L、农产品41.72μg/kg,土壤中有机氯农药通过多种方式进入到水体及农产品中.从HCHs和DDTs异构体组成可以看出,环境中绝大多数农药残留是由于历史上使用造成的,个别地区可能还有新的污染输入.同其它地区相比,惠州农业土壤和灌溉水中的有机氯农药残留水平较低,但农产品尤其是蔬菜中DDTs富集程度较高.  相似文献

采用HPLC定量检出京杭大运河扬州段表层沉积物中16 种优控PAHs 的总量范围在505~4532.2ng/g (干重) 之间,平均值为2359.4ng/g,属中等污染水平,沉积物中的多环芳烃主要来源于煤炭、木材及石油的不完全燃烧;利用沉积物质量基准法(SQGs)对京杭大运河扬州段沉积物中多环芳烃的风险评价表明, 严重的多环芳烃生态风险在京杭大运河扬州段沉积物中不存在,负面生物毒性效应会偶尔发生, 风险主要来源于低环的多环芳烃。  相似文献

采用气相色谱-电子俘获检测(GC-ECD)方法对从南四湖湖区采集表层沉积物中的12种多氯联苯(PCBs)同系物进行了分析测定。PCBs的含量范围为7.84~42.8ng/g,主要以低氯代物为主。湖内各监测点位的PCBs浓度要高于入湖河口各监测点位;湖内各监测点位中,上级湖各点位的浓度要高于下级湖的点位。污染物来源分析表明,PCBs主要来自造纸漂白过程和焚烧炉排放。与类似水体相比,南四湖表层沉积物中PCBs含量属中低含量水平。整体而言,南四湖表层沉积物中PCBs的含量属于低生态风险水平。  相似文献

黄河兰州段水环境中多环芳烃污染初步研究   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:5  
2004年11月对黄河兰州段11个采样点的水样、悬浮颗粒物和表层沉积物中的多环芳烃(PAHs)污染作了初步研究。调查结果显示,在此河段中,16种优先控制的PAHs均有检出,总PAHs浓度范围分别为水中,2920~6680ng/L;表层沉积物中,960~2940ng/g(干重);悬浮物中,4145~29090ng/g(干重);其中含量较高的是和芘,且分子量较小的PAHs所占的比例较大。来源分析结果显示,黄河兰州段水环境中PAHs的来源是燃烧源和石油源混合的结果,为混合输入型。用生物学阈值对表层沉积物质量进行评价,黄河兰州段表层沉积物的PAHs污染不算严重,偶尔会产生负面生态效应。  相似文献

采用石油醚+丙酮(3+1,V/V)作为提取溶剂、硫酸钠溶液与弗罗里藻土净化,气相色谱法同时测定贵州150个土壤背景点15种有机氯农药残留.峰面积与保留时间的精密度分别为1.14~5.15,0.01~0.09;线性关系均在0.99以上;加标回收率为84.3%~127.8%;方法检出限为0.003~0.025ng/g.该方法适用于土壤背景点有机氯农药残留量的分析.  相似文献

To evaluate the organochlorine pesticide (OCP) contamination of Manzala Lake, its ecosystem was investigated during the winter season (December to March). The studied ecosystem components were water, sediment, aquatic weeds, and fishes in four locations. The samples were analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. Pollutant levels of total OCPs showed significantly high levels in the water areas of Round road (46.253 ng/ml), Port-Said Damietta road (19.301 ng/ml), followed by Bughas El-Rasoah (5.539 ng/ml), then Ashtoum El Gamel (natural reserve area now) (0.289 ng/ml). Organochlorines were detected in sediment only in Round road (3.359 μg/kg) and Port-Said Damietta road (0.171 μg/kg) by significant order while they were undetectable in Ashtoum El Gamel and Bughas El-Rasoah. Total OCPs in aquatic weeds ranged between 0.194 μg/kg in Port-Said Damietta and 0.026 μg/kg in Ashtoum El Gamel. While OCPs were 0.160 and 0.153 μg/kg in Round road and Bughas El-Rasoah, respectively. Concerning fish muscles OCPs were significantly higher in the Round road area (0.397 μg/kg) followed by the Port-Said Damietta road (0.258 μg/kg), and finally, Ashtoum El Gamel samples (0.126 μg/kg). The results revealed the direct relation for the accumulation of OCPs between studied ecosystem parameters at the Manzala Lake during the winter season. Results also demonstrated that fish samples collected from the Manzala Lake in the studied areas were contaminated with levels of organochlorines, not higher than the maximum permissible level recorded by FAO/WHO, and that the public is not at risk with fish consumption.  相似文献

对浙江某电子垃圾回收地水体、沉积物、土壤以及大气中得克隆(DP)的污染水平及分布特征进行了调查。结果表明,水、沉积物、土壤和大气样品中均检测出了 DP,分别为0.843~1.56 ng/L,0.185~7.03 ng/g干重,0.115~26.4 ng/g干重和11.2 pg/m3;该区域 DP分布特征表明电子垃圾的拆解和焚烧是环境中 DP的重要来源。  相似文献

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in 25 surface sediments in three cities (Nantong, Wuxi, and Suzhou) in the Yangtze River Delta, eastern China were measured. The mean concentrations were 378, 45.8, 1.98, 4,002 ng/g for PBDEs, OCPs, PCBs, and PAHs, respectively. Their levels in the sediments in the three cities were generally consistent with the city industrialization. PBDEs and OCPs were markedly dominated by deca-BDE (>90 %) and DDTs (>70 %). A principle component analysis of the analytes identified three major factors suggesting different sources of the contaminants in the sediments. PBDEs and the organic carbon in the sediments have common sources from industrial activities; whereas OCPs and PCBs, correlated with the second factor, were mainly from historical sources. The third factor with loadings of PAHs is indicative of various combustion sources. Ecological risk assessment indicated that the potential highest risk is from DDTs, for which 22 sites exceed the effects range low (ERL) values and three sites exceed the effects range median (ERM) value.  相似文献

To determine the incidence of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in soil in a rapid urbanization region, soil samples from various land use types in Shenzhen were collected in winter, 2007. The concentration of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs) and hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs) ranged from non-detected to 149 ng g(-1) and 19 to 88 ng g(-1), respectively. The highest levels of OCPs were observed in soil from traffic and industry areas, reflecting that intensive human disturbance make the soil pollution accumulation more disperse. HCHs and DDTs profiles revealed that the sources were associated mainly with lindane and technical DDTs, respectively, while HCHs in the soil of Shenzhen might originate from both recent and historical sources. The loss of OCPs by soil erosion will enter surface runoff and impose impact on the water environment. Non-dietary exposure estimation indicates that children were the most sensitive group. The average daily exposure to OCPs for males was more serious than for females. Non-dietary exposure to DDTs and HCHs in residential blocks of Shenzhen were far below the acceptable daily intake recommended by the Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization.  相似文献

The concentrations of three frequently detected organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and one degradation product, p,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDD, dieldrin, and p,p'-DDE were determined in recently collected (2005-2006) and archived (1986-1989) surficial sediments and sediment cores from Long Island Sound (LIS). The concentration of dieldrin ranged from 0.05 to 5.27 ng g(-1) dry weight in the surficial sediments, and from 0.05 to 11.7 ng g(-1) dry weight in the sediment cores. Total DDXs (the sum of p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDD and p,p'-DDT) concentrations ranged from 1.31 to 33.2 ng g(-1) in surficial sediments and 1.11 to 66.4 ng g(-1) in sediment cores. The results indicate that the three OCPs and DDE were still widely present in LIS surficial sediments two decades after the use of these pesticides in the United States was banned. In addition, the surficial concentrations did not decrease significantly when compared to the concentrations in archived samples collected two decades ago. Sediments in the western part of LIS were more contaminated (with concentrations in some western sites being still above probable effect levels) than those in the eastern part, probably as a result of the net westward sediment transport in LIS. The three OCPs and DDE were detected at all depths (down to ~50 cm) in the sediment cores, and concentration profiles indicated a depositional sedimentary environment with significant sediment mixing. Such mixing may redistribute OCPs deposited earlier (deeper in sediment bed) to the sediment surface and lead to enhanced persistence of OCP concentrations in surficial sediments.  相似文献

利用GC-ECD方法测定了珠江三角洲城市群及高海拔地区表层土壤中的有机氯农药。有机氯农药变幅为2.4~78.7 ng/g,平均15.9 ng/g。最高值出现在江门。总HCHs变幅为ND~19.2 ng/g,平均2.91 ng/g, 最高值出现在佛山。总DDTs变幅为ND~74.6 ng/g,平均值为9.91 ng/g。最高值出现在东莞。六氯苯在佛山较高。灭蚁灵在深圳的污染较其它地区严重。总体来说,HCHs污染程度较低,但部分地区有林丹的使用;有些采样点DDTs的污染程度超过了国家土壤环境质量标准的一级自然背景值,且有些区域可能有非三氯杀螨醇的DDTs外源输入。  相似文献

Concentrations in surface waters (including particulate phase) of the River Chenab ranged from 27-1100 ng L(-1) and 25-1200 ng L(-1) for OCPs and 7.7-110 ng L(-1) and 13-99 ng L(-1) for PCBs during summer and winter, respectively from 2007-2009. DDTs exhibited the highest concentration, followed by HCHs > chlordane > ∑(24)PCBs > ∑other OCPs. Different indicative ratios for organochlorines suggest that current use, long range transport and also past application of these chemicals contribute to the total burden. Statistical analysis highlighted agricultural and industrial activities and municipal waste disposal as main sources of OCPs and PCBs in the riverine ecosystem of the River Chenab. Risk Quotients (RQ(CCCs)) > 10 for DDTs and PCBs levels in collected water samples from the River Chenab suggest that risk from DDTs and PCBs is moderate to severe and fluxes calculated for OCPs and PCBs from the River Chenab to the Indus River were 7.5 tons per year and 1.0 tons per year, respectively.  相似文献

采用搅拌棒萃取-热脱附/气质联用法测定水中2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素,优化了搅拌棒萃取和热脱附进样的条件。试验表明:两种目标化合物在1.00 ng/L~200 ng/L范围内线性良好,2-甲基异莰醇的相关系数为0.9993,土臭素的相关系数为0.9997,方法检出限分别为0.31 ng/L和0.15 ng/L;空白和实际样品的加标回收率为82.4%~116%,测定结果的RSD<10%。  相似文献
