应用统计分析方法,对湖南省湘潭市2001年城区环境噪声网格布点及其监测结果总体进行了区域环境噪声监测点的最优集合,并通过网格布点法与优化布点法对该市2002年和2003年环境噪声监测结果进行了对比检验,结果表明,两种方法监测的等效声级和标准差平均值均<1dB(A),监测结果之间无显著性差异。  相似文献

烟气流速是CEMS监测的重要参数,其准确性直接关系到污染物排放总量。由于受安装场地的限制,同一烟道截面流速分布不均匀,单点测量难以真实反映断面流真实流速。根据某电厂流速监测现状,结合Fluent软件对烟道流场进行模拟分析和手工网格采样理论,提出多点网格在线流速测量方法,明显提高流速测量精度和代表性。  相似文献

对乌鲁木齐市采暖期进行SO2网格布点监测。结果表明:采暖期SO2浓度值分布在49~364μg/m3之间,72.4%的网格监测值超过国家二级日标准,污染严重。SO2浓度基本呈现4个梯度:第一梯度为市区西北部,SO2浓度小于120μg/m3;第二梯度为市区东北部,浓度为120~160μg/m3;第三梯度为第四梯度外围,SO2浓度为160~200μg/m3;第四梯度为市区中部及市区南部,SO2浓度大于200μg/m3。SO2污染随海拔高度的递增而增加,城市北部污染较轻,城市中心地带为重污染区域。  相似文献

目前,国内通常采用的城市环境噪声普查方法是网格布点、大样本一次性测量。南京市自1980年开始开展这项工作,按规范以500×500米网格城区布设测点205个,每年各测点昼,夜分别监测一次约8分钟,计算各测点等效连续A声级的算术平均值(以下简称网格平均声级Leq)。鉴于噪声传播的随机性、局限性,各测点的监测数据反映的仅是测点附近某一时段的噪声状况,而并非该网络0.25km~2的年度噪声水平,因而普查结果所表明的主要是全市环境噪声总体统计结果及分布规律。然而这些信息又是城市环境质量评价、管理、各城市间宏观声环境的比较所必不可少的,环境部门必须定期耗费大量人力物力完成此项工作。  相似文献

The measurement procedure of the open area in situ electric field strength is presented, acquiring the real field data for testing of the Serbian electromagnetic field monitoring network (SEMONT) and its Internet portal. The SEMONT monitoring system introduces an advanced approach of wireless sensor network utilization for the continuous supervision of overall and cumulative level of electromagnetic field over the observed area. The aim of the SEMONT system is to become a useful tool for the national and municipal agencies for the environmental protection, regarding the electromagnetic pollution monitoring and the exposure assessment of the general population. Considering the public concern on the potentially harmful effects of the long-term exposure to electromagnetic radiation, as well as the public transparency principle that is incorporated into the Serbian law on non-ionizing radiation protection, the SEMONT monitoring system is designed for the long-term continuous monitoring, presenting real-time measurement results, and corresponding exposure assessment over the public Internet network.  相似文献

Changes in habitat suitable for breeding of two sympatric raptor species (Haliaeetus albicilla and Aquila pomarina) were analysed along one of the most important breeding sites in Croatia for both species. The habitat suitability modelling was used to assess the influence of forestry practice during 2000-2006 using the known data on nesting places along research area. The four most important variables for lesser spotted eagle were elevation, distance from the nearest pasture, vertical distance to the nearest channel network and broadleaved forest placement (second axis from the principal component analysis of the enhanced vegetation index (EVI) index of MODIS images; November-March). The variables where white-tailed eagles showed greatest shift from overall habitat characteristics in the research area were broadleaved forest (second axis from the principal component analysis of the EVI index), height above the sea level, distance from the small settlements, vertical distance to channel network - all with negative loadings. The results clearly reveal the disproportion of suitable forests for raptors that were cut down in comparison to maturation of suitable forests.  相似文献

Population growth, during the twentieth century, has increased demand for new farmlands. Accordingly, road networks have rapidly been developed to facilitate and accelerate human access to the essential resources resulted in extensive land use changes. The present study aims at assessing cumulative effects of developed road network on tree cover of Golestan Province in northern Iran. In order to detect changes over the study period of 1987–2002, the LULC map of the study area was initially prepared from the satellite images of Landsat TM (1987) and ETM+ (2002) using maximum likelihood supervised classification method. Afterwards, a total number of seven landscape matrices were selected to detect cumulative effects of the developed road network on woodland cover. The obtained results indicated that the fragile patches are mainly located at a distance of 171–342 m from the roadside. Furthermore, the majority of the patches affected by cumulative effects of development activities are situated at a distance of 342–684 m from the roadside, over an approximate area of 55 ha. The analysis of landscape metrics revealed that the developed road network has increased the landscape metrics of “the number of patches” and “patches perimeter-area ratio”. It has also followed by a decrease in metrics such as “patches area”, “Euclidean nearest neighbor distance”, “patches proximity”, “shape index”, “contiguity”, and “mean patches fractal dimension”. The road network has also increased the “number of patches” and decreased the “mean patches area” representing further fragmentation of the landscape. With identification of highly affected wooldland cover patches, it would be possible to apply adaptive environmental management strategies to preserve and rehabilitate high-priority patches.  相似文献

The goal of this paper is to provide a methodology for assessing the optimal localization of new monitoring stations within an existing rain gauge monitoring network. The methodology presented, which uses geostatistics and probabilistic techniques (simulated annealing) combined with GIS instruments, could be extremely useful in any area where an extension of whatever existing environmental monitoring network is planned. The methodology has been applied to the design of an extension to a rainfall monitoring network in the Apulia region (South Italy). The considered monitoring network is managed by the Apulian Regional Consortium for Crop Protection (ARCCP), and, currently consists of 45 gauging stations distributed over the regional territory, mainly located on the basis of administrative needs. Fifty new stations have been added to the existing monitoring network, split in two groups: 15 fixed and 35 mobile stations. Two different methods were applied and tested: the Minimization of the Mean of Shortest Distances method (MMSD) and Ordinary Kriging (OK) whose related objective function is estimation variance. The MMSD, being a purely geometric method, produced a spatially uniform configuration of the gauging stations. On the contrary, the approach based on the minimization of the average of the kriging estimation variances, produced a less regular configuration, though a more reliable one from a spatial standpoint. Nevertheless, the MMSD approach was chosen, since the ARCCP's intention was to create a new monitoring network characterized by uniform spatial distribution throughout the regional territory. This was the most important constraint given to the project by the ARCCP, whose main objective was to accomplish a territorial network capable of detecting hazardous events quickly. A seasonal aggregation of the available rainfall data was considered. The choice of the temporal aggregation in quarterly averages allowed four different optimal configurations to be determined per season. The overlapping of the four configurations allowed a number of new station locations, which tended to remain fixed season after season, to be identified. Other stations, instead, changed their coordinates considerably over the four seasons. Constraints were defined in order to avoid placing new monitoring locations either near existing stations, belonging to other Agencies, or near the coast line.  相似文献

世博会期间长三角区域空气质量自动监测网络和数据共享平台的成功搭建和有效运行,为探索长三角区域空气质量预测预警长期合作模式提供了宝贵的经验和启示。需要建立全方位区域空气质量监测网络和数据资源共享系统、源排放清单、开发区域多模式集合预报系统,构建区域多层面运作机制和会商制度,建设一批专业技术和复合型人才队伍。区域不同层面有效的管理体制机制的保障是区域环境空气质量预测预警体系的基础支撑。  相似文献

The ability of firefighting vehicles and staff to reach a fire area as quickly as possible is critical in fighting against forest fires. In this study, a Geographical Information System-based decision support system was developed to assist fire managers in determining the fastest and the safest or more reliable access routes from firefighting headquarters to fire areas. The decision support system was tested in the Kahramanmaras Forestry Regional Directoratein the Mediterranean region of Turkey. The study area consisted of forested lands which had been classified according to fire sensitivity. The fire response routing simulations considered firefighting teams located in 20 firefighting headquarter locations. The road network, the locations of the firefighting headquarters, and possible fire locations were mapped for simulation analysis. In alternative application simulations, inaccessible roads which might be closed due to fire or other reasons were indicated in the network analysis so that the optimum route was not only the fastest but also the safest and most reliable path. The selection of which firefighting headquarters to use was evaluated by considering critical response time to potential fire areas based on fire sensitivity levels. Results indicated that new firefighting headquarters should be established in the region in order to provide sufficient firefighting response to all forested lands. In addition, building new fire access roads and increasing the design speed on current roads could also increase firefighting response capabilities within the study area.  相似文献
