采用美国环保署(US EPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型,对乌鲁木齐市饮用水源地中的邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)通过饮水途径致人体健康危害风险进行初步评价。结果显示,乌鲁木齐市地表饮用水源地的2种PAEs[邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和邻苯二四酸二丁酯(DBP)]浓度全部达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)特定项目标准限值要求,DEHP总检出率达58.3%~100.0%,DBP总检出率达100%,DEHP通过饮水途径引起的致癌和非致癌总风险数量级达10^(-10)~10^(-8),DBP通过饮水途径引起的非致癌风险数量级达10^(-13)~10^(-11)。乌鲁木齐市地下饮用水源地的DEHP浓度全部达到《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848—2017)中Ⅰ类标准限值要求,总检出率达66.7%~100.0%,通过饮水途径引起的总风险数量级分布中,城市集中式饮用水源地为10^(-10)~10^(-9),县城(区)饮用水源地为10^(-10)~10^(-8)。地表和地下饮用水源地的致癌和非致癌总风险均低于US EPA和国际癌症机构(ICRP)的最大可接受风险水平,并低于瑞典环境保护署、荷兰建设和环境署以及英国皇家协会的最大可接受风险水平,处于Ⅰ级,低风险状态。  相似文献

对枯水期、平水期和丰水期梁子湖水体和沉积物中7种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的污染水平及分布特征进行了研究,并评价了其健康风险和生态风险。结果表明,枯水期、平水期和丰水期梁子湖水体中7种PAEs总量(∑PAEs)分别为0.10~3.56、0.16~1.78、0.57~2.16 μg/L,沉积物中∑PAEs分别为0.10~0.41、0.21~0.66、0.12~4.49 μg/g,3个水期的水体和沉积物中均以邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DiBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)占主要组分。与国内外其他河流/湖泊相比,梁子湖水体和沉积物中各PAE单体的含量均处于中等偏低水平。健康风险评价结果表明,梁子湖水体中PAEs的总非致癌风险值均远低于1,不会对人体产生明显的非致癌健康危害;3个水期绝大部分或全部采样点位中DEHP对人体存在潜在的致癌风险。生态风险评价结果表明,枯水期和丰水期沉积物中PAEs总量对水藻类和鱼类达到中等风险程度,对其存在较大的毒性。  相似文献

江苏某县乡镇饮用水中挥发性有机物的检测及其风险评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在江苏某癌症高发县5个乡镇10个村进行布点取样,采集深层地下水与浅层地下水共计20个水样。采用吹扫捕集与气相色谱-质谱联用方法测定水样中14种挥发性有机物(VOCs),检出二氯甲烷、1,3-二氯丙烷、三氯甲烷、苯和四氯化碳5种VOCs,其质量浓度分别为0.14~1.71、ND~50.98、0.29~90.02、0.09~2.35、0.18~3.45μg/L。2个水样中的三氯甲烷和6个水样中四氯化碳超过《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)规定的限值。采用优化的美国环保局风险评价模型进行人体健康风险评价,其非致癌风险指数为0.000 7~0.072,致癌风险水平1.70×10-7~2.03×10-5,70%水样的致癌风险水平超过10-6水质监控值,2个浅层地下水的致癌风险水平较高。四氯化碳和三氯甲烷对非致癌风险指数和致癌风险水平贡献较大。  相似文献

以长江中游荆江航道整治河段范围5处取水口为采样目标,沿相应工程干流采集水样。采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS)法和美国环保局推荐健康风险评价法(HRA),分析了5处取水口水中3种酞酸酯(PAEs)的含量及健康风险性。结果表明,荆江河段航道整治范围5处取水口水中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)均可检出,且丰水期仅DEHP含量显著高于枯水期,但含量均未超过中国《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)集中式地表水水源地特定项目标准限值;水中DEHP、DBP、DEP经饮水途径非致癌风险小于1,DEHP致癌风险小于10~(-6),均满足USEPA推荐的健康风险可接受水平(健康风险值小于10~(-6)),亦未超过国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受风险水平(5. 0×10~(-5)a~(-1))。荆江河段航道整治范围饮用水源水中DEHP、DBP、DEP污染风险较小。由于PAEs是一类典型的环境内分泌干扰物,在长江水体普遍可检出,存在着一定潜在的风险性,在航道整治过程水源地环境风险管理中需加强监测和防控。  相似文献

依据《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848-1993),对大连市中心城区2006-2010年地下水"三氮"监测资料进行分析。结果表明,"三氮"的检出率(最高为100%)和超标率(最高为58.8%)都较高,其中亚硝酸盐氮超标显著。氨氮浓度各年均值均超标,呈波动变化;亚硝酸盐氮浓度各年均值均超标,并呈上升趋势;硝酸盐氮各年均值波动变化,总体呈上升趋势。除2009年以外,其他4年中丰水期的硝酸盐氮浓度都比枯水期高;除2007年外,其他4年中的丰水期氨氮浓度都比枯水期低。"三氮"最高浓度值主要出现在中心城区周边区域。  相似文献

为了探究南京市细颗粒物(PM2.5)中金属元素的污染特征及健康风险,利用在线多金属分析仪采集并分析了2022年南京市PM2.5中10种金属元素的质量浓度,利用正定矩阵因子分解(PMF)模型进行金属元素的来源解析,并采用健康风险评价方法对其中5种重金属元素进行健康危害评估。结果表明,10种金属元素总的年均质量浓度为941.3 ng/m3,占PM2.5年均质量浓度的3.4%;其中,铁(Fe)、钾(K)、锌(Zn)3种金属年均质量浓度占比为91.2%。来源解析结果表明,污染物主要来源于土壤尘、燃煤、秸秆焚烧及烟花爆竹燃放、机动车尾气排放及机械磨损。健康风险评价结果表明,锰(Mn)、钒(V)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)4种重金属元素的危害商(HQ)均<1,均不存在非致癌风险;Ni、铅(Pb)的致癌风险(ECR)均<10-6,风险可控;As的致癌风险介于10-6 ~ 10-4之间,存在一定致癌风险。  相似文献

于2018年7月 (丰水期)、11月 (枯水期) 和2019年3月(平水期)对沙颍河流域5种抗生素磺胺吡啶(SPD)、磺胺氯哒嗪(SCP)、磺胺嘧啶(SDZ)、环丙沙星(CIP)和四环素(TCL)的污染状况和空间分布进行了研究,并对其生态风险进行了评价。结果表明,沙颍河流域5种抗生素在丰水期、枯水期和平水期均有检出,丰水期CIP、枯水期SPD和SDZ以及平水期SCP的检出率均>50%,平水期SCP的检出率最高达到70.97%,CIP在丰水期的检出值最高(655 ng/L),5种抗生素累积浓度为:丰水期>平水期>枯水期。对比国内其他地区水体环境,沙颍河流域5种抗生素浓度总体处于一般水平,但丰水期CIP检出浓度较高。相关性分析显示抗生素浓度与水质参数硬度、NH3-N和电导率显著相关。5种抗生素的水生态风险为:丰水期>枯水期>平水期,其中CIP和TCL均为高风险。提出,应加强监测评估与预警管理,有效控制其水生态风险。  相似文献

以某地区7个集中式饮用水源地为研究对象,采用固相萃取气相色谱-质谱法(SPE-GC-MS)对水体中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的分布特征和溯源进行了研究,并利用健康风险评估模型对水体PAEs进行了健康风险评价。结果表明:邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯在所有PAEs同系物中含量丰富,而所有样品均无邻苯二甲酸二(2-甲氧基)乙酯和邻苯二甲酸二戊酯的检出;二水厂和亨达水务断面Σ_(16)PAEs浓度最高,四水厂和五水厂断面Σ_(16)PAEs浓度最低;水体12种PAEs共提出3个主成分,揭示了91%的影响因子;层次聚类分析表明:7个采样断面聚为2类,分别代表了内河和长江水体。水体中PAEs的致癌风险值和非致癌风险值均远低于参考值,说明研究水体PAEs不会对居民构成致癌风险或其他明显的健康风险,但需加强该地区PAEs使用的规范与监管,强化末端处理,以规避风险。  相似文献

采用气相色谱氮磷检测器法测定了某废弃农药厂土壤和地下水中有机磷农药(OPPs)的含量,并用美国环保署(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价方法,对该场地土壤和地下水中OPPs引起的健康风险进行了初步评价。结果表明,土壤、地下水中∑OPPs的检出浓度范围分别为1.3~1 129μg/kg和48.0~149.2 ng/L,点位检出率分别为73%、100%。土壤和地下水中OPPs的非致癌总风险指数均小于1,致癌总风险指数均在10-4以下。根据USEPA的建议值,初步认为该场地土壤和地下水中OPPs不会对人体产生明显的健康危害。  相似文献

通过在下辽河平原布设217个地下水采样点,调查监测其中典型的无机、有机化合物,并应用美国EPA健康风险评价模型进行风险评价。结果表明:该区域地下水中无机化合物较有机化合物浓度水平高;无机化合物中NO_3~-、NO_2~-、Mn及As浓度较高,有机化合物中γ-六六六浓度较高。所有监测的无机、有机化合物通过饮用水途径引起的致癌风险高于非致癌风险;所有化合物的非致癌风险数值均小于ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平10~(-6)a~(-1),As致癌风险最大值为6.15×10~(-5)a~(-1),超过EPA推荐的可接受值5.0×10~(-5)a~(-1)。  相似文献

The problem of pollution by phthalates is of global concern due to their widespread occurrence, toxicity and endocrine disruption properties. The contamination by phthalates such as dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in 23 arable soils throughout China was investigated to evaluate the present pollution situation. The survey results demonstrated that phthalates were ubiquitous pollutants in soils in China. The total concentrations of phthalates differed from one location to another, and ranged from 0.89 to 10.03 mg kg(-1) with a median concentration of 3.43 mg kg(-1). Among the phthalates, DEHP was dominant and detected in all 23 soils. DEP and DBP were also in abundance, and DMP was rarely detected. Similar contamination patterns were observed in all 23 soils. A distinct feature of phthalate pollution in China was that the average concentration in northern China was higher than that in southern China. In addition, a close relationship was observed between the concentration of phthalates in soils and the consumption of agricultural film. The correlation showed that the application of agriculture film might be a significant pollution source of phthalates in arable soils of China. The potential risk of phthalates in soils was assessed on the basis of current guide values and limits.  相似文献

分别采集了重庆典型岩溶区5条地下河水体10个样品,用气相色谱法对样品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)含量进行测定,分析其在重庆典型岩溶区地下河水体中的分布特征。结果表明,常见的19种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)在重庆典型岩溶区地下河水体中均有检出,其浓度范围为103.29~2268.78μg/L;5种被美国环保局列为优先控制的PAEs类污染物中,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸双(2-乙基己基)酯是主要的污染物;与国内外其他地区水体进行比较,重庆典型岩溶区地下河水体PAEs含量处于较高污染水平。  相似文献

Phthalates are found in numerous consumer products, including interior materials like polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Several studies have identified phthalates in indoor air. A recent case-control study demonstrated associations between allergic symptoms in children and the concentration of phthalates in dust collected from their homes. Here we have analyzed the content of selected phthalates in particulate matter (PM): PM(10) and PM(2.5) filter samples collected in 14 different indoor environments. The results showed the presence of the phthalates di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP) and diethyl hexyl phthalate (DEHP) in the samples. The dominating phthalate in both PM(10) and PM(2.5) samples from all locations was DBP. More than a 10-fold variation in the mean concentration of total phthalates between sampling sites was observed. The highest levels of total phthalates were detected in one children's room, one kindergarten, in two primary schools, and in a computer room. The relative contribution of total phthalates in PM(10) and PM(2.5) was 1.1 +/- 0.3% for both size fractions. The contribution of total phthalates in PM(2.5) to total phthalates in PM(10) ranged from 23-81%, suggesting different sources. Of the phthalates that were analyzed in the PM material, DBP was found to be the major phthalate in rubber from car tyres. However, our analyses indicate that tyre wear was of minor importance for indoor levels of both DBP as well as total phthalates. Overall, these results support the notion that inhalation of indoor PM contributes to the total phthalate exposure.  相似文献

Atmospheric trace phthalic esters (PAEs) carried by total suspended particulates were systematically investigated. A total of 450 air samples were collected at six typical locations and three specific micro-environmental sites (a stadium with a new plastic track, new cars, and a farming greenhouse with plastic film) in Nanjing metropolitan area of China from April 2009 to January 2010. The samples were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detection. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The dominant PAEs are dimethyl phthalate (DMP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), which were found in the atmosphere of Nanjing. The average concentrations of DMP, DBP, and DEHP were 10.5?±?1.2, 62.3?±?4.5, and 33.3?±?2.5?ng?m(-3), respectively, constituting 9.9%, 58.7%, and 31.4% of total PAEs (106?±?8.2?ng?m(-3)). (2) The dynamic variations of atmospheric PAEs in the three specific micro-environmental sites showed that the PAE concentrations in the stadium with a new plastic track reduced to normal after 1?month remediation, while new cars need 6?months to remove their effect. The levels of PAEs in a farming greenhouse with plastic film were relatively high, but little PAEs accumulated in vegetables. (3) The vertical profiles from 1.5 to 40?m above ground display some fluctuations in PAE concentration, but no significant height dependence. This information will make a valuable contribution to the examination of the influence of atmospheric PAEs on the environment and human health.  相似文献

The removal capacity of different wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) technologies adopted in rural areas for phthalate was investigated in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Wastewater samples collected from three selected WWTPs which use activated sludge (AS), trickling filter (TF), and oxidation pond (OP) technology were extracted using the solid-phase extraction method followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis. The six selected phthalate esters (PAEs) dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), di(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate (DEHP), and di-n-octyl phthalate (DOP) were detected in all the samples collected from the WWTPs. DBP was the most abundant compound in the influent, effluent, and sludge samples with a maximum detection of 2497 μgL?1, 24.2 μgL?1, and 1249 μg/g dW, respectively, followed by DEHP and BBP. There was a relatively high removal capacity achieved by AS in Alice, TF in Berlin, and OP in Bedford with a removal efficiency that varied between 77 and 99%, 76 and 98%, and 61 and 98%, respectively. A high significant correlation of PAE removal with total suspended solids (TSS) and turbidity suggests that the removal performance proceeded more through adsorption on settling particles and sludge than on biodegradation. However, the concentrations of PAEs detected in the final effluent and sludge samples exceeded acceptable levels allowed internationally for a safe aquatic environment. AS may have exhibited a more stable and better performance across the different seasons; however, pollution source control still deserves a special attention to prevent the risk posed by these micropollutants.  相似文献

A study on the quality of water abstracted for potable use was conducted in the Selangor River basin from November 2008 to July 2009. Seven sampling sites representing the intake points of water treatment plants in the basin were selected to determine the occurrence and level of 15 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), six phthalate esters (PAEs) and bisphenol A (BPA). Results indicated OCPs were still detected regularly in 66.1 % of the samples with the Σ15OCPs ranging from 0.6–25.2 ng/L. The first data on PAEs contamination in the basin revealed Σ6PAEs concentrations were between 39.0 and 1,096.6 ng/L with a median concentration of 186.0 ng/L while BPA concentration ranged from <1.2 to 120.0 ng/L. Although di-n-butyl phthalate was detected in all the samples, concentrations of di-ethyl(hexyl)phthalate were higher. Sampling sites located downstream recorded the highest concentrations, together with samples collected during the dry season. Comparison of the detected contaminants with the Department of Environment Water Quality Index (DOE-WQI) showed some agreement between the concentration and the current classification of stream water. While the results suggest that the sites were only slightly polluted and suitable to be used as drinking water source, its presence is cause for concern especially to the fragile firefly “Pteroptyx tener” ecosystem located further downstream.  相似文献

Samples of water, sediment and suspended particulates were collected from 13 sites in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River in China. Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) concentrations in different phases of each sample were determined by Gas Chromatogram GC-FID. The results are shown as follows: (1) In the Xiao Langdi–Dongming Bridge section, PAEs concentrations in water phase from the main river ranged from 3.99 × 10−3 to 45.45 × 10−3 mg/L, which were similar to those from other rivers in the world. The PAEs levels in the tributaries of the Yellow River were much higher than those of the main river. (2) In the studied branches, the concentration of PAEs in sediment for Luoyang Petrochemical Channel (331.70 mg/Kg) was the highest. The concentrations of PAEs in sediment phase of the main river were 30.52 to 85.16 mg/Kg, which were much higher than those from other rivers in the world. In the main river, the concentration level of PAEs on suspended solid phases reached 94.22 mg/Kg, and it reached 691.23 mg/Kg in the Yiluo River – one tributary of the Yellow River. (3) Whether in the sediment or on the suspended solid phases, there was no significant correlation between the contents of PAEs and TOC or particle size of the solid phase; and the calculated Koc of Di (2-Ethylhexyl) Phthalate (DEHP) in the river were much less than the theoretical value, which inferred that PAEs were not on the equilibrium between water and suspended solid phases/sediment. (4) Among the measured PAEs compounds, the proportions of DEHP and di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) were much higher than the others. The concentrations of DEHP exceeded the Quality Standard in all the main river and tributary stations except those in the Mengjin and Jiaogong Bridge of the main river. This indicates that more attention should be paid to pollution control and further assessment in understanding risks associated with human health.  相似文献

通过选择17种酞酸脂的目标化合物的特征离子对PM2.5样品进行特征离子的扫描,有效建立了高灵敏度的PM2.5酞酸脂类(PAE)的GC-MS-SIM的测定方法;检出限均达到了ng级的水平。气溶胶PM2.5中酞酸脂类(PAE)的污染特征:清洁对照点以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)为主;二类区以邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)占主导成分。  相似文献
