采用化学还原法制备的纳米Fe3O4与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)复合制备磁性聚合硫酸铁(MPFS)混凝剂,利用MPFS混凝—NaClO氧化组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,用单因素实验确定最佳运行参数。结果表明:MPFS对COD的去除效果优于PFS,在纳米Fe3O4与PFS的质量比为1∶3、MPFS投加质量浓度为3.5g/L、pH为6.5、混凝时间为25 min时,混凝效果最佳;混凝出水在NaClO投加摩尔浓度为140mmol/L、pH为6.0、氧化温度为50℃、氧化时间为65 min时,氧化效果最佳。在最佳运行条件下,MPFS混凝—NaClO氧化组合工艺对垃圾渗滤液COD、色度和氨氮的去除率分别达到88.2%、77.4%、80.3%。  相似文献

本实验研究了序批式工艺(SBR)制备生物聚合铁混凝剂过程中主要影响因素(接种微生物浓度、起始亚铁离子浓度)对亚铁离子氧化速率的影响。研究结果显示,在受试实验条件内,较高的接种微生物浓度和较低的起始Fe2+浓度有利于Fe2+氧化,Fe2+浓度变化与反应时间呈线性关系;当起始Fe2+浓度为20 g/L,接种细菌浓度约为8×108个/mL时,Fe2+氧化速率最大,最大值可达到0.375 g/(L.h)。在反应过程中生成了少量黄色沉淀,经傅里叶变换红外光谱分析后确定其主要成分为黄钾铁矾。合成的生物聚合硫酸铁经过干化后各项指标均符合《水处理剂聚合硫酸铁》(GB 14591-2006)之规定。对比实验表明,自制生物聚合硫酸铁海水混凝时性能优于实验所选品牌的商业产品。  相似文献

以FeSO4·7H2O为原料,NaClO3氧化法制备出聚合硫酸铁,并用Ti4+与其复合得到复合絮凝剂。运用XRD及FTIR对絮凝剂结构进行了表征,并通过处理油田废水含油量和浊度考察了絮凝剂的絮凝性能。结果表明,Ti4+与聚合硫酸铁复合以后,样品分子量增大,结晶性变差,晶粒变小,无定形结构所占比例增大。Ti4+与聚合硫酸铁不是简单的混合,而是发生了一定的相互作用,并且生成了Ti—O—Fe键。通过正交实验优化出的制备条件为:n(Ti4+)/n(Fe3+)=0.05;合成温度为65℃;搅拌时间为1 h。复合后的产物对油田废水的处理效果优于复合前,且在pH值为7,投加量(以铁计)为20 mg/L时絮凝性能最好,其油去除率与浊度去除率分别为89.8%和98.3%。  相似文献

探讨了以硫铁矿废水处理污泥为原料制备聚合硫酸铁铝的可行性,确定酸溶提取-离心分离-氧化聚合制备聚合硫酸铁铝的工艺流程。用硫铁矿废水与浓硫酸的混合液(体积比9∶1)提取污泥中铁铝元素,在混合液与干污泥的体积质量比3.4∶1,酸溶时间15 min的条件下,污泥中铁的提取效果较好。离心分离后的污泥提取液,经过氧化聚合制备聚合硫酸铁铝。结果表明,在反应溶液初始pH 0.9,反应温度40℃,反应时间2 h,氧化剂投加量为理论投加量2倍的条件下,制备得到的聚合硫酸铁铝质量最好;对印染废水的混凝沉淀实验发现其混凝沉淀效果已达到市售聚合硫酸铁铝水平。  相似文献

本文通过对聚合硫酸铁(PFS) 的动力学研究,发现PFS的合成温度控制在50 ℃以上就显著地提高了反应速度,缩短了反应周期。当相对水量C= 4 .5 ~5 .5 时,采用工业级硫酸亚铁为原料,在催化氧化作用下,可以实现PFS 的绝热合成工艺,去除加热设备,优化工艺过程。与直接氧化法PFS相比,绝热法聚合硫酸铁(HPFS) 具有更优的混凝性能。  相似文献

采用氧化铝工业废渣赤泥和用钛白副产绿矾制备的聚合硫酸铁为净水剂,进行了火电厂含氟灰水的除氟研究。结果表明,赤泥有良好的除氟能力,配以絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁,能使排放灰水的氟含量降到10mg/L以下。方法简单、经济、不产生二次污染。  相似文献

通过氧化还原共沉淀法和共沉淀法制备了锰铈复合氧化物催化剂,用于苯的催化氧化,并结合一系列表征手段研究了催化剂的构效关系。结果表明,相对于共沉淀法,通过氧化还原共沉淀法制备的锰铈复合氧化物催化剂具有较大的孔径和比表面积,较好的低温还原性,拥有更好的苯催化氧化性能。之后采用氧化还原共沉淀法制备了不同金属元素(Co、Cu和Sn)掺杂改性的锰氧化物催化剂,并对苯进行催化氧化评价,发现不同元素(Co、Cu、Ce和Sn)掺杂均能提高锰氧化物催化剂的催化氧化活性,其中Ce、Sn掺杂之后得到的催化剂的催化氧化性能最佳,而对于不同催化体系,催化剂的氧化还原性与催化活性能之间没有必然联系。  相似文献

本实验以工业化学合成聚合硫酸铁混凝剂和自制生物聚合硫酸铁为例,考察了铁系混凝剂品种对地表水浊度、TOC和UV254的去除效果,混凝剂品种对混凝-超滤联合工艺处理地表水过程中超滤膜污染的影响。混凝实验结果表明,在10 mg/L(以Fe3+计)最佳投加量下,两类混凝剂对浊度、TOC和UV254的去除率基本相同。超滤膜污染实验结果表明,生物聚合铁预处理水样通量衰减速度略大于化学聚合铁预处理水样;膜污染阻力分析结果显示,随着循环次数的增加,工业化学合成聚合铁预处理水样造成的不可逆污染阻力逐渐增加,而生物聚合铁预处理水样造成的不可逆污染阻力却略有下降;膜污染机理分析表明,2组过滤过程的膜污染类型基本相似,由最初的膜孔堵塞过渡到最终的滤饼层污染。SEM分析表明,生物聚合铁预处理水样的膜污染较为严重。  相似文献

The information contained in this paper is directed to research workers concerned with odor identification and the development of methods for removal of odorous components from hot, moist stack gases and to application engineers faced with the practical problem of selecting effective, yet economical, odor control equipment for industrial operations. The new techniques described here demonstrate the beneficial uses of gas phase reactions as a conditioning step preceding absorption in a chemically reactive solution. Cost comparisons show markedly lower costs for full-scale reactor-absorbers than for gas incinerators for equal contaminant removal. Other methods of removing odors at the source, e.g., injection of ozone, use of nonvolatile oxidizing agents in solution, and adsorption on activated charcoal, were found to be impractical, ineffective, or both. The application of reactor-absorbers to spent grain drying is discussed in detail and reference is made to the use of this technique for other food industry waste treatment processes including rendering and fish and poultry meal production.  相似文献

讨论了近年来国内外电厂煤燃烧过程中汞的形态分布以及迁移转化规律研究的最新成果 ,并在此基础上评价了现有电站污染控制系统的脱汞性能 ,考虑到汞的排放控制 ,提出了对现有设备的可能优化措施。在分析中 ,注意到汞的易挥发性 ,认为汞排放控制应该充分考虑烟气中汞形态的迁移转化。由于氧化态汞在汞控制中有着重要作用 ,其研究将是控制电厂汞排放的关键。先进的汞排放控制技术的开发应以增强汞的氧化态为优先发展方向。  相似文献

As(III) removal from groundwaters using fixed-bed upflow bioreactors   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The application of biological oxidation of iron and manganese, as a potential treatment method for the removal of arsenic from contaminated groundwaters, was examined in this paper. This method was based on the growth of certain species of indigenous bacteria, which are capable of oxidizing the soluble iron and manganese ions; the oxidized forms can be subsequently removed from the aqueous stream by over 97%, through their transformation to insoluble oxides and separation by a suitable filter medium. Arsenic was removed by around 80%, under certain conditions, which were found to be sufficient for Fe(II) removal (dissolved oxygen 2.7 mg/l, redox 280-290 mV, pH 7.2, U 8.25 m/h). The specific treatment technique presents several advantages towards conventional physicochemical treatment methods, such as enhanced coagulation or direct adsorption since: (a) it does not require the addition of other chemicals for oxidizing and removing As(III), (b) it does not require close monitoring of a breakthrough point, as in conventional column adsorption processes and (c) it could find application for the removal of, at least, three groundwater contaminants (Fe, Mn, As).  相似文献

The performance of three statistical methods: time-series, multiple linear regression and feedforward artificial neural networks models were compared to predict the daily mean ozone concentrations. The study here reported was based on data from one urban site with traffic influences and one rural background site. The studies were performed for the year 2002 and the respective four trimesters separately. In the multiple linear regression and feedforward artificial neural network models, the concentrations of ozone, the concentrations of its precursors (nitrogen oxides) and some meteorological variables for one and two days before the prediction day were used as predictors. For the application of these models in the validation step, the inputs of ozone concentration for one and two days before were replaced by the ozone concentrations predicted by the models. The results showed that time-series modelling was not profitable. In the development step, similar performances were obtained with multiple linear regression and feedforward artificial neural network. Better performance indexes were achieved with feedforward artificial neural network models in validation step. Concluding, feedforward artificial neural network models were more efficient to predict ozone concentrations.  相似文献

The IMPROVE thermal/optical reflectance (TOR) method, commonly used for EC quantification in atmospheric aerosols, is applied to soils and sediments and compared with a thermochemical method commonly applied to these non-atmospheric samples. TOR determines elemental carbon (EC) by an optical method, but it also yields thermally defined EC fractions in a 2% O2/98% He oxidizing atmosphere at 550 degrees C (EC1), 700 degrees C (EC2), and 800 degrees C (EC3). Replicate TOR TC, OC, and EC values exhibited precisions of approximately +/-10% as determined from multiple analyses of the same samples. EC abundances relative to total mass concentrations were within the ranges reported by other methods for diesel exhaust soot, n-hexane soot, wood and rice chars, and coals, as well as for environmental matrices. A direct comparison with the chemothermal (CTO) method of Gustafson et al. for ten soil and sediment samples demonstrated that almost all of the OC and EC1 are eliminated, as is part of the EC2. The CTO soot carbon is bounded by the EC3 and EC2+EC3 fractions of the IMPROVE TOR analysis. It might be possible to adjust these fractions to obtain better agreement between atmospheric aerosol and soil/sediment analysis methods. Given its linking the EC measurement in the atmosphere to sediments, the TOR method will not only provide useful information on the explanation and comparison between different environmental matrices, but also can be used to derive information on global cycling of EC.  相似文献

研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-聚合硫酸铁复合絮凝剂(PDMDAAC-PFS)对活性污泥的脱水性能,考察了投加量、配比和PDMDAAC的特性粘数等对污泥比阻降低和滤液浊度与COD去除的影响,并与PFS、PDMDAAC、PFS与PD-MDAAC联用(分开加入)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPF130)和KHYC型絮凝剂的脱水效果进行了比较.结果表明,PDMDAAC-PFS对污泥比阻的降低和滤液浊度与COD的去除效果最好,但产生絮团的大小和强度比CPF130差,而其中PDMDAAC和PFS的用量分别比单独使用PDMDAAC和PFS减少了一半以上;PDMDAAC与PFS复配,增加了絮凝剂分子聚集体体积,利于在污泥粒子群间吸附架桥.  相似文献
