针对常温常压的废水双氧水催化氧化,采用浸渍法制备CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂,利用比表面积、XRD手段表征了制备工艺对催化剂的影响,以模拟苯酚废水为研究对象考察催化剂的催化性能.研究表明,焙烧温度和活性组分含量等显著影响催化剂的性能,催化剂对双氧水催化氧化苯酚溶液具有较高的催化活性. 相似文献

通过共沉淀法制备了用于湿式氧化吡虫啉农药废水的Cu/Mn复合氧化物催化剂,研究了沉淀剂种类、沉淀温度、焙烧温度和活性组分配比等因素等对Cu/Mn复合氧化物催化剂的活性及稳定性的影响,确定了最佳制备条件,利用BET比表面积测定和XRD对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,优化条件制备的Cu/Mn复合氧化物催化剂催化湿式氧化处理吡虫啉农药废水时,具有较高的催化活性和稳定性.催化剂用量4 g/L,反应温度190℃,氧分压1.6 MPa,反应120 min,COD去除率为92.3%,活性组分溶出量较小. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al_2O_3-Si O_2复合载体,采用等体积浸渍法在复合载体上负载Zn O制备固体碱催化剂,催化动物脂肪废油酯交换反应来制备生物柴油。研究了Zn O负载量以及复合载体中Al_2O_3/Si O_2质量比对催化剂活性的影响,并通过重复性实验对优化得到的催化剂稳定性进行考察。活性测试表明,当Zn O的负载量为20%,复合载体中Al_2O_3/Si O_2质量比为1∶9时催化剂的活性最佳,酯交换率达到95.2%。另外,对催化剂进行了BET、XRD、CO_2-TPD一系列表征。结果表明,Al_2O_3高度分散渗透于非晶相Si O_2中,形成催化剂的介孔结构。Zn O负载量为20%时催化剂碱性最强,这是导致催化剂高活性的重要原因。 相似文献

分别以介孔分子筛MCM-41、MCM-48、SBA-15为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了氧化钴/介孔分子筛催化剂,利用N2吸附、X射线衍射、程序升温还原等技术对催化剂进行了表征,考察了Co3O4的负载量及载体的孔结构对催化剂完全催化氧化苯的性能的影响.结果表明,Co3O4的负载量为20%时,催化剂的催化活性最好;载体的孔径和催化剂的可还原性能是影响催化活性的主要因素,催化剂活性顺序为Co3O4/SBA-15>Co3O4/MCM-41>Co3O4/MCM-48. 相似文献

This study addresses the oxidation of ammonia (NH3) at temperatures between 423 and 673 K by selective catalytic oxidation (SCO) over a copper-based, rare earth composite metal material that was prepared by coprecipitating copper nitrate, lanthanum nitrate, and cerium nitrate at various molar ratios. The catalysts were characterized using Brunner, Emmett, and Teller spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Xray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetric spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. At a temperature of 673 K and an oxygen content of 4%, approximately 99.5% of the NH3 was reduced by catalytic oxidation over the 6:1:3 copper-lanthanum-cerium (molar ratio) catalyst. Nitrogen (N2) was the main product of this NH3-SCO process. Results from the activity and selectivity tests revealed that the optimal catalyst for catalytic performance had the highest possible cerium content and specific surface area (43 m2/g). 相似文献

This work is focused on the deep catalytic oxidation of methane over supported palladium catalysts. The influences of the metal loading, oxidation state of palladium, nature of supports, presence of promoters in the supports (for zirconia-based supports), and thermal stability have been studied experimentally. Catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness of commercially available supports with aqueous solutions of palladium nitrate. For gamma-alumina support, it was observed that the optimal amount of palladium is between 0.5% and 2%, with higher amounts leading to a loss in specific activity. Concerning the oxidation state of the catalyst, it is concluded that for all the supports tested in the present work, a reduction of the catalyst is not needed, yielding the same conversion at steady state catalysts reduced and oxidised. The thermal stability of various supported catalysts were also studied, zirconia supports being the most active. These supports, specially Y-modified zirconia support, do not suffer appreciable deactivation below 500 degrees C. 相似文献
