以富勒烯(C60)纳米颗粒稳定悬浮液为对象,采用动态光散射技术研究了天然有机物和电解质对其在水中凝聚行为的影响.结果表明,采用甲苯溶剂替换法制备的稳定悬浮液中C60浓度为20 mg·L-1左右,表面呈较高的电负性,粒径在120 nm左右,具有较强的稳定性.投加简单电解质可通过压缩双电层机制使其发生凝聚,并符合经典的胶体稳定性(DLVO)理论.Mg Cl2和Ca Cl2的临界凝聚浓度分别为9.6 mmol·L-1和6.7 mmol·L-1.腐殖酸(humic acid,HA)存在时,投加Na Cl和Mg Cl2可使C60颗粒间有效碰撞概率及凝聚反应速度降低,临界凝聚浓度提高;HA可通过增大C60颗粒间的空间位阻效应,抑制凝聚反应发生,提高其在水中的稳定性.但Ca2+可与HA间发生络合反应,并对C60纳米颗粒产生吸附架桥作用,导致凝聚速度大幅提高,强化凝聚反应发生.水中C60纳米颗粒的凝聚和分散行为将受到有机物性质和电解质种类等复杂因素的影响.  相似文献

以两种C60纳米颗粒悬浮液为对象,研究贮存时间、pH、电解质和有机物等因素对其稳定性的影响.结果表明,溶剂替换法制备的C60纳米颗粒(C60/son)稳定性优于延时搅拌法(C60/aq),可长时间保持稳定;pH升高可使C60纳米颗粒稳定性增强;电解质投加可使C60纳米颗粒的|ζ|减小、粒径增大,促进凝聚的发生;水中C60纳米颗粒凝聚过程可分为慢速凝聚和快速凝聚两个阶段,符合经典胶体稳定性(DLVO)理论.C60/son的临界凝聚浓度:NaCl 321 mmol·L-1、KCl 316 mmol·L-1、MgCl29.6 mmol·L-1和CaCl26.7 mmol·L-1,C60/aq的临界凝聚浓度:NaCl 295 mmol·L-1、KCl 278 mmol·L-1、MgCl27.8 mmol·L-1和CaCl25.9 mmol·L-1,均远高于其在天然水体中的浓度;腐殖酸存在可通过空间位阻效应显著增强水中C60纳米颗粒的稳定性,这表明C60纳米颗粒可稳定存在于典型的水环境中.  相似文献

A new Gram-positive bacterium, Rhodococcus erythropolis IBBPo1(KF059972.1) was isolated from a crude oil-contaminated soil sample by enrichment culture method. R. erythropolis IBBPo1 was able to tolerate a wide range of toxic compounds, such as antibiotics(800–1000 μg/mL),synthetic surfactants(50–200 μg/mL), and organic solvents(40%–100%). R. erythropolis IBBPo1 showed good tolerance to both alkanes(cyclohexane, n-hexane, n-decane) and aromatics(toluene, styrene, ethylbenzene) with logPOW(logarithm of the partition coefficient of the solvent in octanol–water mixture) values between 2.64 and 5.98. However, alkanes were less toxic for R. erythropolis IBBPo1 cells, compared with aromatics. The high organic solvent tolerance of R. erythropolis IBBPo1 could be due to the presence in their large genome of some catabolic(alkB, alkB1, todC1, todM, xylM), transporter(HAE1) and trehalose-6-phosphate synthase(otsA1, KF059973.1) genes. Numerous and complex physiological cellular responses and adaptations involved in organic solvent tolerance were revealed in R. erythropolis IBBPo1 cells exposed 1 and 24 hr to 1% organic solvents. R. erythropolis IBBPo1 cells adapt to 1% organic solvents by changing surface hydrophobicity, morphology and their metabolic fingerprinting.Considerable modifications in otsA1 gene sequence were also observed in cells exposed to organic solvents(except ethylbenzene).  相似文献

低分子量腐殖酸改性蒙脱土对黄曲霉素的吸附作用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用振荡平衡法研究了相对分子质量<3 500的低分子量腐殖酸改性蒙脱土对黄曲霉素(AFB1)的吸附作用及机制.吸附动力学实验结果表明,0~24 h内,蒙脱土原土快速吸附AFB1,在2 h处吸附量即至最大值,而后吸附量持续降低,12 h后趋于稳定、吸附量为1.01μg.g-1;0~24 h内,改性蒙脱土对AFB1的吸附量则持续增加,12 h时吸附量达最大值(1.60μg.g-1),其后吸附达平衡.用腐殖酸改性后,蒙脱土对AFB1的等温吸附曲线由Langmuir型转变为Freundlich型,平衡浓度较高条件下,AFB1在改性蒙脱土上的吸附量明显高于蒙脱土原土.蒙脱土改性后晶层坍塌,出现不规则和絮状松散结构,与其表面聚集的腐殖酸形成较为稳定的"矿物-腐殖酸"复合体,增强了其对疏水性AFB1的吸附能力.随溶液pH值的增大,原土和改性蒙脱土对AFB1的吸附量均增大,但AFB1在改性蒙脱土上吸附量的增加幅度较大,这可能主要与溶液碱性的提高促进了AFB1与蒙脱土矿物的氢键及电性结合有关.研究结果可为进一步阐明AFB1在土壤中的界面过程和环境归趋提供依据.  相似文献

The distribution and source of the solvent-extractable organic and inorganic components in PM 2.5(aerodynamics equivalent diameter below 2.5 microns),and PM 10(aerodynamics equivalent diameter below 10 microns) fractions of airborne particles were studied weekly from September 2006 to August 2007 in Beijing.The extracted organic and inorganic compounds identified in both particle size ranges consisted of n-alkanes,PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons),fatty acids and water soluble ions.The potential emission sources of these organic compounds were reconciled by combining the values of n-alkane carbon preference index(CPI),%waxC n,selected diagnostic ratios of PAHs and principal component analysis in both size ranges.The mean cumulative concentrations of n-alkanes reached 1128.65ng/m3 in Beijing,74% of which(i.e.,831.7ng/m3) was in the PM 2.5 fraction,PAHs reached 136.45ng/m3(113.44ng/m3 or 83% in PM 2.5),and fatty acids reached 436.99ng/m3(324.41ng/m3 or 74% in PM 2.5),which resulted in overall enrichment in the fine particles.The average concentrations of SO42-,NO3-,and NH4+ were 21.3±15.2,6.1±1.8,12.5±6.1μg/m3 in PM 2.5,and 25.8±15.5,8.9±2.6,16.9±9.5μg/m3 in PM 10,respectively.These three secondary ions primarily existed as ammonium sulfate((NH4)2SO4),ammonium bisulfate(NH4HSO4) and ammonium nitrate(NH4NO3).The characteristic ratios of PAHs revealed that the primary sources of PAHs were coal combustion,followed by gasoline combustion.The ratios of stearic/palmitic acid indicated the major contribution of vehicle emissions to fatty acids in airborne particles.The major alkane sources were biogenic sources and fossil fuel combustion.The major sources of PAHs were vehicular emission and coal combustion.  相似文献

Pollution of antibiotics, a type of emerging contaminant, has become an issue of concern, due to their overuse in human and veterinary application, persistence in environment and great potential risk to human and animal health even at trace level. In this work, a novel adsorbent, Fe3O4 incorporated polyacrylonitrile nanofiber mat (Fe-NFM), was successfully fabricated via electrospinning and solvothermal method, targeting to remove tetracycline (TC), a typical class of antibiotics, from aqueous solution. Field emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy were used to characterize the surface morphology and crystal structure of the Fe-NFM, and demonstrated that Fe-NFM was composed of continuous, randomly distributed uniform nanofibers with surface coating of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. A series of adsorption experiments were carried out to evaluate the removal efficiency of TC by the Fe-NFM. The pseudo-second-order kinetics model fitted better with the experimental data. The highest adsorption capacity was observed at initial solution pH 4 while relative high adsorption performance was obtained from initial solution pH 4 to 10. The adsorption of TC on Fe-NFM was a combination effect of both electrostatic interaction and complexation between TC and Fe-NFM. Freundlich isotherm model could better describe the adsorption isotherm. The maximum adsorption capacity calculated from Langmuir isotherm model was 315.31 mg/g. Compared to conventional nanoparticle adsorbents which have difficulties in downstream separation, the novel nanofiber mat can be simply installed as a modular compartment and easily separated from the aqueous medium, promising its huge potential in drinking and wastewater treatment for micro-pollutant removal.  相似文献

The studies on the human toxicity of nanoparticles (NPs) are far behind the rapid development of engineered functionalized NPs. Fullerene has been widely used as drug carrier skeleton due to its reported low risk. However, different from other kinds of NPs, fullerene-based NPs (C60 NPs) have been found to have an anticoagulation effect, although the potential target is still unknown. In the study, both experimental and computational methods were adopted to gain mechanistic insight into the modulation of thrombin activity by nine kinds of C60 NPs with diverse surface chemistry properties. In vitro enzyme activity assays showed that all tested surface-modified C60 NPs exhibited thrombin inhibition ability. Kinetic studies coupled with competitive testing using 3 known inhibitors indicated that six of the C60 NPs, of greater hydrophobicity and hydrogen bond (HB) donor acidity or acceptor basicity, acted as competitive inhibitors of thrombin by directly interacting with the active site of thrombin. A simple quantitative nanostructure-activity relationship model relating the surface substituent properties to the inhibition potential was then established for the six competitive inhibitors. Molecular docking analysis revealed that the intermolecular HB interactions were important for the specific binding of C60 NPs to the active site canyon, while the additional stability provided by the surface groups through van der Waals interaction also play a key role in the thrombin binding affinity of the NPs. Our results suggest that thrombin is a possible target of the surface-functionalized C60 NPs relevant to their anticoagulation effect.  相似文献

La-腐殖酸/Al_2O_3凝胶复合物的制备及其氟吸附性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以腐殖酸钠为原料,采用凝胶聚合法制备La-腐殖酸/Al2O3凝胶复合物(标记为LHAGC).用N2吸附-脱附试验,XRD,SEM,IR表征吸附剂的结构和形貌,并通过静态吸附试验探讨了LHAGC对水中F-的吸附性能以及吸附饱和LHAGC的再生方法.试验结果表明,LHAGC对F-等温吸附数据与Langmuir吸附等温方程拟合较好,最大吸附容量为219.30 mg·g-1,吸附过程符合准2级动力学方程,液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散过程控制着吸附速率;在p H值为5~11时,F-吸附率较高;当水中Cl-、NO-3、SO2-4、HCO-3或PO3-4以F-质量浓度的15倍存在时,F-吸附率仍能达到94%以上,LHAGC表现出较强的抗干扰能力.将F-吸附饱和的LHAGC用浓度为10-1mol·L-1的Na OH溶液进行脱氟,再用Al Cl3溶液将脱氟后LHAGC表面中和至p H值为5时所获得的再生吸附剂,再生率可达96.08%,由此表明LHAGC的潜在应用前景.  相似文献

理解底物碳氮对厌氧条件下水稻土排放氮素气体——氮气(N2)、氧化亚氮(N2O)和一氧化氮(NO)以及二氧化碳(CO2)和甲烷(CH4)的影响,有助于制定合理的温室气体减排措施,定量了解反硝化产物组成对碳底物水平的依赖性,也有助于氮转化过程模型研发中制定正确的关键过程参数选取方法或参数化方案.本研究采用粉砂壤质水稻土为研究对象,设置对照(CK)和加碳(C+)两个处理,前者的初始硝态氮和可溶性有机碳(DOC)含量分别为~50 mg·kg-1和~28 mg·kg-1,后者的分别为~50 mg·kg-1和~300 mg·kg-1.采用氦环境培养-气体及碳氮底物直接同步测定系统,研究了完全厌氧条件下碳底物水平对上述气体排放的影响.结果表明,CK处理无CH4排放,而C+处理可观测到CH4排放;C+处理的综合增温潜势显著高于CK处理(P<0.01);NO、N2O和N2排放量占这3种氮素气体排放总量的比重,在CK处理分别约为9%、35%和56%,在C+处理分别约为31%、50%和19%,处理间差异显著(P<0.01).由此表明,碳底物水平可显著改变所排放氮素气体的组成;对于旱地阶段硝态氮比较丰富的水稻土,避免在淹水前或淹水期间施用有机肥,有利于削减温室气体排放.  相似文献

在明火和闷烧条件下对6种麦草进行焚烧试验,用GC/MS测定了秸秆和烟尘中正构烷烃的组成.结果表明,从麦秆和烟尘中检出的正构烷烃主要是C16~C33.麦秸中正构烷烃的总含量变化范围是19.6~62.3 mg·kg-1,平均值为36.0mg·kg-1.低碳数(碳数相似文献
