随着海洋滩涂贝类养殖业的发展,滩涂贝类养殖环境日趋恶化,生物病原大量滋生,养殖生产受到了严重的阻碍。文章介绍了我国滩涂的分布、类型和资源开发利用状况;结合滩涂贝类养殖生产和发病状况,从微生物学、底栖生态学和污染生态化学等角度,对我国在海洋滩涂贝类养殖环境方而取得的研究成果进行了综述;提出了滩涂贝类养殖环境方面亟需解决的问题。这些问题包括养殖容量的确定、底栖生物生态的研究、健康养殖模式的确立和污染环境的生物修复等。  相似文献

为了研究贝类养殖对沉积物中汞的分布与不同结合态的影响,2012年5月至2013年5月在胶州湾的红岛、黄岛、胶南以及营海贝类养殖区采集55份沉积物样品,分别用冷原子吸收法和连续提取法测定其总汞及不同结合态汞的含量.研究结果表明,胶州湾贝类养殖区沉积物中总汞含量范围为0.037—0.228 mg·kg~(-1),其中红岛养殖区汞含量最高,超过环境背景值3.2倍.总汞含量在垂直方向上呈从底部到表层增加的趋势,且在沉积物表层富集.通过对比不同区域及不同年代胶州湾表层沉积物总汞含量,发现贝类养殖使得胶州湾养殖区沉积物汞污染程度加重.此外,沉积物中汞主要以残渣态为主,占总汞含量的31.46%,交换态与可溶态所占比例最少,仅占总汞含量的9.06%.几个养殖区域的汞污染程度依次为:红岛营海黄岛胶南,汞的潜在生态风险因子计算结果表明,胶州湾养殖区沉积物存在中等以上的生态风险.  相似文献

为了研究和比较胶州湾贝类养殖区和周边湿地两种不同类型湿地总汞和形态汞分布规律及差异,2013年5月至2014年5月,分别在胶州湾周边湿地(大沽河河口、河套、南弓芦苇地、白沙河)和胶州湾贝类养殖区(红岛、胶南、黄岛、营海)采集了67份沉积物样品,用冷原子吸收法和连续提取法测定其总汞及不同形态汞的含量.研究结果表明,胶州湾周边湿地有机质含量显著高于养殖区沉积物(P0.01),最高值出现在白沙河,为28.72 g·kg~(-1);最低值出现在营海,为1.04 g·kg~(-1),贝类养殖区和周边湿地p H无显著差异性.胶州湾贝类养殖区(0.037—0.228 mg·kg~(-1))和周边湿地(0.027—0.088 mg·kg~(-1))总汞含量无显著性差异.胶州湾贝类养殖区和周边湿地沉积物中不同结合态汞有着相同的分布规律,残渣态汞所占比例最大,交换态和可溶态汞所占比例最小.周边湿地中交换态和可溶态、残渣态汞所占比例大于贝类养殖区.贝类养殖区中碳酸盐结合态、腐殖酸结合态、易氧化有机结合态、难氧化有机结合态汞所占比例均大于周边湿地.研究区域汞污染潜在生态危害程度为:红岛营海黄岛河套白沙河大沽河河口胶南南弓芦苇地,汞的潜在生态风险因子计算结果表明,胶州湾周边湿地以及贝类养殖区沉积物均存在中等以上的生态风险.  相似文献

杭州湾南岸滩涂环境状况及与贝类养殖的关系   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
浙江省慈溪市滩涂环境与贝类养殖的调查结果显示,杭州湾海域水中石油类及无机氮含量介于Ⅱ、Ⅲ类海水水质标准之间,无机磷平均含量超过Ⅳ类海水水质标准。滩涂底质总体上符合海洋沉积物第一类标准,但一些样点多氯联苯(PCBs)超标。分离N2976株细菌,隶属17个属及肠杆菌科的部分属,具有明显的陆源性特点。发现浮游生物71种,主要为硅藻类等广盐性种类,大部分为贝类的主要天然饵料。石油类、Cd、Cr、Hg、Cu及PCBs残留量在一些贝体内不同程度地超过GB18421-2001《海洋生物贝类质量标准》。为有效改良和保育滩涂环境,提高养殖贝类的产量和质量,在揭示滩涂环境与贝类养殖关系的基础上,提出了一些统筹兼顾的措施和建议。  相似文献

富营养化水体降磷对浮游植物群落结构特征的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
浮游植物是水生态系统中物质循环和能量流动的基础,作为初级生产者,浮游植物的群落结构直接影响着水生态系统的结构和功能。在水产养殖生产中,如何根据养殖生物对生活环境的需求开展精准培水、定向培水,培养养殖生物所需要的浮游植物,在维持养殖水域生态平衡的同时又能为养殖生物提供一定的饵料资源,这一直是摆在水产科技工作者面前的重要难题和研究热点。已有的资料大都是通过添加磷的方式研究磷改变对浮游植物生长的影响,而有关富营养化水体降磷对浮游植物群落结构影响的研究尚未见报道。为此,试验通过向取自富营养化湖泊的水体中加入磷去除剂,采用Pielou均匀度指数、Mcnaughton优势度指数和Shannon多样性指数,研究自然水体中的磷被降低后水体浮游植物群落结构的变化情况。结果表明,所取富营养化水体中共检出绿藻(Chlorophyta)、硅藻(Bacillariophyta)、蓝藻(Cyanophyta)、裸藻(Euglenophyta)、隐藻(Cryptophyta)、甲藻(Pyrrophyta)6门29种(包括变种和变型);其中绿藻、蓝藻、硅藻、隐藻、裸藻、甲藻分别有7、4、2、1、1种,分别占总种数的24.13%、13.79%、6.90%、3.45%、3.45%。富营养化水体降磷后,虽然试验组和对照组在浮游植物种类组成上没有差异,但浮游植物群落结构特征发生了很大变化,浮游植物数量明显降低,由13 238.8×104cells·L-1降低至3 997.5×104cells·L-1,下降了69.8%;浮游植物优势种从1门(蓝藻(Cyanophyta))6种增加到3门(绿藻(Chlorophyta)、硅藻(Bacillariophyta)、蓝藻(Cyanophyta))12种,优势度指数从97.29%降低至86.30%,优势种门数和优势种种数远远高于对照组,优势度明显低于对照组;同时,浮游植物多样性指数和均匀度分别从1.85和0.38升高至2.60和0.54,显示出试验组浮游植物多样性和均匀度优于对照组。研究表明富营养化水体降磷对浮游植物群落结构产生了明显影响,使群落结构处于更加复杂、完整和稳定的状态。  相似文献

柘林湾是广东省养殖规模最大的海湾之一,为了解养殖海域沉积物中汞的分布、累积及其可能产生的生态风险,于2008年1月在柘林湾海域采集了5个站位的柱状沉积物和3个站位的表层沉积物,对其中的总汞含量进行了测定,并对其含量分布、累积特征进行了分析.结果表明,柘林湾海域表层沉积物中总汞平均含量为0.0645μg·g-1,径流输入是其空间分布特征的主要影响因素;柱状沉积物表层部分总汞含量相对较低,但不同采样区域柱样中总汞含量的垂直分布却有着显著的差异,网箱养殖区主要是由于汞近40年来来源变小导致沉积物表层部分中的总汞含量较底层低,而贝类养殖区则由于沉积后的再迁移作用使汞在氧化还原边界层富集累积;利用潜在生态危害指数法和沉积物质量基准法对此次调查的沉积物中汞的潜在生态风险进行的评价表明,汞虽对底栖生物基本无负面效应,但其潜在生态风险程度达到了中等水平,尤其是养殖区2号站位28~36cm、4号站位20~32cm和48~56cm以及6号站位36~56cm柱样中的汞甚至达到了高的潜在生态风险程度.因此,养殖区次表层沉积物中较高含量的汞应当引起足够重视.  相似文献

微塑料一般指直径小于5 mm的微小型塑料颗粒或碎片,海洋中常见的微塑料类型主要包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯等。由于形状、颜色多变,分子量大,结构稳定,粒径范围与浮游植物相近,海洋中的微塑料很容易被对浮游植物、浮游动物和其他海洋动物等产生影响。微塑料还可以为病毒、细菌提供附着载体,影响浮游植物分布,进入海洋生物消化道或进一步转移到组织中对机体产生毒性效应,甚至通过捕食作用沿食物链传递,对高等动物及人类健康造成威胁。此外,微塑料可以作为海水中痕量化学物质的吸附载体,对生物产生联合毒性。根据目前对微塑料的研究进展情况,未来应加强对海洋微塑料分离、鉴定技术的研发以及海洋微塑料的生物毒性效应和生物传递效应机制等问题的研究。  相似文献

纳米技术已成为21世纪发展最迅猛的技术领域之一。纳米材料因其具备新异的物理、化学特性而广泛应用于各种领域,包括农业,电子工业,生物医学,制造业,医药品和化妆品等,因此纳米颗粒不可避免会释放到水环境中。贝类由于其具有分布广,处于食物链中的关键位置,滤食食性,对重金属及污染物有较强的生物累积能力,且很多贝类具有养殖和商业价值,因而纳米颗粒对贝类的生态毒性效应备受关注。本文通过对已有相关研究成果进行归纳分析,重点阐述了3方面的内容:1)人工纳米材料在水环境中的行为;2)贝类作为水生污染监测指示生物的重要意义;3)人工纳米材料对贝类的毒性效应,主要包括贝类对纳米颗粒摄取、积累和转移,并从组织细胞水平,分子和基因水平,胚胎发育和个体生长水平等阐述了纳米材料对贝类的毒性效应。  相似文献

Sea-skaters, Halobates robustus Barber, caught around the Galápagos Islands, were exposed over a period of 3 days to radioactive cadmium dissolved in seawater. Although 115mCd (metastable 115Cd) was accumulated by the insects, they did not concentrate it above the seawater level. The experiments clearly showed that cadmium is taken up into the body, not merely adsorbed onto surfaces. The uptake of Cd followed a biphasic time course. When sea-skaters labelled in this way were transferred back into unlabelled seawater, the rate of loss of Cd was likewise biphasic. During uptake and loss, the biological half-life times for the first compartments were almost identical (0.64 and 0.79 h), indicating that the same compartment might be involved. On the other hand, the biological half-life times for the second compartments were different (1.7 days during uptake, 19.5 days during loss), indicating that the site or chemical form of bound Cd in the sea-skater had changed. For an adult female, weighing about 8.5 mg wet weight, the drinking rate of seawater was estimated at 2.5 l day-1, equivalent to 29% body weight.  相似文献

Five municipal sewers with small flow rates (Manarola, Riomaggiore, Portovenere, Tellaro, Bocca di Magra) were studied using the Microtox® test and a bacterial luminescence bioassay in order to evaluate the water quality in these areas of the eastern Ligurian coast. The work was performed including chemical analysis, microbiological and ecotoxicological assays. Analyses were carried out on both the effluents and the water body close to the pipe discharge. None of the measured chemical parameters exceeded the permitted limits, both in the effluents and in the seawater samples, even if some slightly critical situations were highlighted by the Microtox® test on the effluents. On the other hand, the Microtox® appeared to be less effective than another ecotoxicological assay based on the luminescent fraction of epibacteria for the evaluation of seawater quality. The good water quality of the considered areas was assessed although a slightly worse condition was encountered in Bocca di Magra.  相似文献

In many temperate estuarine areas, ongoing climatic changes are expected to lead to higher seawater temperatures, to increased inflow of freshwater and nutrients (due to increased rainfall) and to altered light conditions. During the last two decades, several winters have been unusually mild in southern Finland, and the subsequent springs have been early. This may have consequences for the seasonality of many species, including the bladder-wrack, Fucus vesiculosus, whose reproductive cycle may be especially sensitive. In the present study, F. vesiculosus receptacles from the field were weighed regularly during three warm (early) springs and compared with receptacles from three cold (late) springs. On average, the first sign of receptacle growth in the field occurred 5–6?weeks earlier and receptacles probably matured 2–3?weeks earlier during the warm springs than during the cold springs. This may be due to differences in seawater temperatures among years, but significantly heavier receptacles at 0.8?m compared to at 3.1?m further suggests the importance of light for receptacle growth as a measure of maturation, since there were no depth-related differences in seawater temperatures. Also, when plotting receptacle wet weights against seawater temperatures, the importance of light can be seen as different regression relationships (slopes and intercepts). In an outdoor aquarium experiment, the effects of temperature and light on receptacle growth were also tested, and there were significant differences between shallow and deep specimens, but temperature and light had no effects, except on initial receptacle growth. Since oogonian development, and thereby the time for zygote release, followed the receptacle growth curve, this could mean a mismatch between the timing of F. vesiculosus zygote settlement and the cover of competing filamentous algae, but such species interactions require further investigations in order to better understand their possible consequences.  相似文献

Surface water samples of the Gopalaswamy pond were studied at two different sites during September 1997 to January 1998 and phytoplanktons were studied in relation to ten environmental variables during this period. A total of 30 species of phytoplanktons were identified under four classes, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Bacillariophyceae and Euglenophyceae. Among these, maximum density was recorded under Cyanophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae and Bacillariophyceae showed considerable fluctuations with environmental variables.  相似文献

粤北2座不同营养水平水库浮游植物功能类群的季节演替   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
于2011年1—12月对广东省韶关市白水礤水库和苍村水库这2座中型居民供水水库进行每月1次、为期1a的采样,利用营养状态指数(TSI)进行水质综合评价,将水库中的浮游植物按功能类群进行分类,并结合水库的水文、水质和浮游植物的生境特征,分析全年优势功能类群的演替特点及其主要的环境影响因子。结果表明,白水礤水库为贫营养型水库,苍村水库为低中营养型水库,全年共检出浮游植物7门45属(种),可划分为16个功能类群,其中,白水礤水库全年以适应低营养盐环境的功能类群占优势,耐富营养化的功能类群仅在丰水期有检出;而苍村水库全年都能监测到耐富营养环境的功能类群,且在丰水期明显占优势,但在枯水期和平水期因营养盐含量的降低,演变为以适应低营养盐环境的功能类群为主。营养盐含量的不同是导致2座水库浮游植物功能类群产生差异的根本原因,而因降水季节的变化所致水体环境因子的变化则是造成2座水库浮游植物功能类群演替不可忽视的因素。  相似文献

采用单个体培养方法研究有毒赤潮藻塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)的细胞再悬浮液、细胞破碎液及其与亚心形扁藻(Platymonas subcordiformis)的混合藻液对褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)实验种群动态的影响.结果表明,塔玛亚历山大藻及其细胞破碎液延缓了褶皱臂尾轮虫的生长发育,使轮虫的生殖前期延长,生殖期及寿命缩短,特定年龄出生率降低,产卵量减少,从而导致轮虫生殖力下降,种群增长受阻.其中以塔玛亚历山大藻细胞再悬浮液对轮虫的影响最为显著,rm仅为0.1832d^-1,图1表2参18  相似文献

在海水池塘围隔生态系中实验研究了施粪肥(鸡粪)、化肥和这两种的混合肥对浮游植物群落构成、生物量、初级生产力和种类多样性的效应.结果表明:施粪肥围隔蓝藻占优势,生物量的动态主要取决于蓝藻的变动;施化肥围隔硅藻和甲藻为优势类群,群落组成的动态主要表现为这两类植物的变动;施混合肥围隔在生物量和优势类群动态方面都表现为两种肥料协同效应的结果.群落的初级生产力与水体氮磷总量正相关.施混合肥围隔中的初级生产力和多样性指数最高,以此为指标评价肥料效果.认为混合施肥优于单施1种粪肥或化肥.  相似文献

粤北2座饮用水源地水库的富营养化与浮游植物群落动态   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
粤北地区的水库以山地型水库为主,其中有不少担负着饮用水源的功能。为了解粤北地区水源地水库的富营养化状态与浮游植物种群的动态变化,于2011年的枯水期(2―3月)和丰水期(6―7月)对花山和白水礤2座中型水库进行了采样调查,对水库的营养盐和浮游植物种群进行了分析。结果表明:2座水库均为贫营养型;浮游植物在枯水期和丰水期的种类变化不大,共鉴定出的浮游植物6门37种(属),以硅藻为主要优势种群,优势种为小环藻(Cyclotella sp.)和颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata)。同时,枯水期和丰水期2座水库浮游植物的丰度和生物量都比较低,其值分别为0.65×106~1.95×106cells.L-1、0.11 mg.L-1和0.73×106~8.9×106cells.L-1、0.05~0.50 mg.L-1。在浮游植物种群动态中,2座水库浮游植物丰度和生物量的季节变化主要表现为硅藻丰度和生物量的变化,低浓度的氮、磷营养盐限制是影响这2座贫营养水库浮游植物动态变化主要因素。  相似文献

At reduced salinities, brooding females of some gastropods and bivalves may isolate their mantle cavities from the environment for several days, maintaining internal osmotic concentration but causing severe declines in dissolved oxygen and pH, and increases in ammonia and other toxic substances in the mantle fluid. This study in November–December examined the immediate consequences of such stresses for brooded embryos of Quempillén estuary gastropod Crepipatella dilatata, in terms of time to juvenile emergence and rates of embryonic growth [measured as shell length (SL)]. Juveniles were also monitored for latent effects on feeding rates, oxygen consumption, and growth for the first 4 weeks after emergence into normal salinity seawater. An acute salinity stress lasting 3 days applied to females that were brooding pre-shelled or intermediate-shelled stages increased embryonic incubation periods, but without affecting SL at emergence. Growth rates were reduced for encapsulated embryos regardless of the stage at which the salinity stress was applied. Latent effects on juvenile development included slower shell growth and reduced rates of oxygen consumption and feeding. These effects were sustained for the first month after release from the female. The results suggest that marked reductions in salinity lasting for several days indirectly but negatively affect the development of brooded embryos of C. dilatata and also affect the juveniles for at least several weeks following their release, even after salinity has returned to normal.  相似文献
