积累在沉积物中的外源化合物会对底栖生物产生危害。本研究以泥鳅(Misgurnus anguilicaudatus)和霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)为受试生物,研究了沉积物中代表性多环芳烃类物质芘(pyrene)对这2种生物的急/慢性毒性效应。芘对泥鳅96 h的半数致死浓度LC50、平衡受损效应浓度EC10和EC50分别为548.9、63.1、254.8 mg·kg~(-1)干重,21 d的LC50为4.6 mg·kg~(-1)。沉积物中芘会导致泥鳅活动异常、泥鳅体色加深、抑制泥鳅生长。芘对霍甫水丝蚓28 d的LC50、自断效应浓度EC10和EC50分别为1 000、5.1、85.4 mg·kg~(-1)。芘也会抑制霍甫水丝蚓的生长,引起霍甫水丝蚓挖掘深度变浅、挖掘长度变短、挖掘密度变小,导致霍甫水丝蚓产生沉积物回避行为,降低霍甫水丝蚓筑巢密度和大小。霍甫水丝蚓的挖掘、沉积物回避和筑巢等行为产生不同程度的影响。泥鳅对芘的毒害响应较霍甫水丝蚓更加敏感。研究结果丰富了我国本土底栖生物毒性效应数据,为沉积物质量基准的制定奠定了基础。  相似文献

筛分水平浓度法构建浑河沉积物重金属基准初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以浑河水系表层沉积物为研究对象,应用筛分水平浓度法初步探讨了浑河沉积物中4种重金属(铜、铅、锌和镉)沉积物质量基准推荐值。结果表明,筛分水平浓度法获取的浑河沉积物铜、铅、锌和镉的质量基准分别为46.69、39.18、140.03和0.54mg·kg-1(以干质量计)。通过与不同国家及地区指定的重金属质量基准推荐值以及本地区采用其他方法推导的重金属基准推荐值进行比较,推算出本研究获取的4种重金属沉积物质量基准推荐值接近所有数据的中间值。由于本研究中用于推导沉积物质量基准的数据相对较少,导致获取的沉积物重金属质量基准推荐值存在一定的不确定性。  相似文献

伊犁煤矿土壤重金属累积对土壤酶活性的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文以伊犁地区的庆华煤矿、铁厂沟煤矿和达达木图煤矿为研究区,对矿区周边土壤4个土壤深度0—10 cm、10—20 cm、20—30 cm、30—40 cm的重金属全量(铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、镍)和土壤酶活性(脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶)进行分析,结果表明:(1)3个矿区中,重金属铜的含量为21.72—31.85 mg·kg~(-1),是国家土壤背景值的0.6—0.9倍;重金属锌的含量为79.28—114.94 mg·kg~(-1),是国家土壤背景值的0.8—1.1倍;重金属铅的含量为44.39—60.19 mg·kg~(-1),是国家土壤背景值的1.7—2.3倍;重金属镉的含量为0.54—2.33 mg·kg~(-1),是国家土壤背景值的0.9—3.9倍,重金属铬的含量为27.71—48.08 mg·kg~(-1),是国家土壤背景值的0.4—0.8倍;重金属镍的含量为9.25—18.07 mg·kg~(-1),是国家土壤背景值的0.15—0.3倍;(2)铜、锌、铬、镍、铅与脲酶活性呈显著相关(P0.01),相关系数分别为-0.391,-0.547,-0.502,-0.656,0.477,铜、锌、铬、镍、铅与过氧化氢酶活性呈显著相关(P0.01),相关系数分别为-0.384,-0.563,-0.559,-0.693,0.447,这表明过氧化氢酶活性和脲酶活性可以反映重金属铜、锌、铬、镍、铅5种重金属元素的污染程度;蔗糖酶活性与锌、铬、镍、铅呈显著相关(P0.05),相关性系数分别为-0.359,-0.404,-0.371,0.312,这表明蔗糖酶活性能反映锌、铬、镍、铅4种重金属元素的污染程度.  相似文献

对东江流域不同江段水环境的重金属底泥及底泥浸出液中铅、锌、铜、镉、铬、镍等重金属分布进行分析,结果表明铅和镉含量较高,存在一定程度污染或属于高背景值底泥;底泥的重金属因沉积引起,而锌、铜、铬和镍含量具有一定的污染同源性;利用地积累指数法和潜在生态风险指数法评价底泥重金属污染状况,镉污染较为严重,潜在生态风险大,污染程度镉>铜>锌>镍,铅存在一定的潜在生态风险,铅和铬污染风险较小,底泥和底泥浸出液中重金属含量的变化趋势较为一致,结果表明底泥是表面水重金属的重要来源.  相似文献

海洋沉积物中重金属元素的释放可能影响海水质量及海洋生态健康。于2013年8月采集了渤海湾24个点位的表层沉积物,检测了汞、砷、铜、锌、铅、镉、铬7种重金属的含量,并用Hankanson法分析其潜在生态风险。结果表明,渤海湾沉积物中重金属含量均值可达到国家一类海洋沉积物标准(GB 18668-2002),其中汞、砷、铜、锌、铅、镉、铬的浓度分别达到0.03、16.15、23.15、89.45、38.84、0.24和60.60 mg·kg-1。渤海湾不同点位中,表层沉积物重金属含量符合海洋沉积物质量一类标准的占83.3%,其余点位可满足二类标准,超一类标准的点位的主要超标因子是砷和铅。渤海湾重金属的综合生态风险指数达到95.01,属于轻微生态风险等级。不同重金属所产生的生态风险排序为镉汞砷铅铜铬锌,除镉外均属于轻微生态风险等级。镉的潜在生态风险值为47.00,达到了中等生态风险等级,其风险占所有重金属总风险的49.5%。镉的潜在生态风险高与镉的生物毒性较高及其近年来在渤海沉积物中积累速度较快有关。重金属潜在生态风险在河口地区和天津港工业区附近呈现高值,而南部渔业区和远离海岸的中心区的生态风险相对较低,说明近海工业活动和陆源污染排放渤海湾沉积物中的重金属生态风险的主要来源。因而,调整近海的产业结构,严格控制入海河流和近海经济活动的重金属特别是镉的污染排放,对保障渤海沉积物的生态安全至关重要。  相似文献

水中微量铅、锌、镉、铜、镍的测定,一般采用萃取法、加热浓缩法等。本文是利用活性炭在大体积水相中有吸附微量重金属的能力,富集河水中微量铅、锌、镉、铜、镍。探讨了吸附时pH条件、活性炭用量、洗脱条件及共存离子的影响,研究结果表明:镉、铅的富集浓度为0.002mg/L;锌、铜、镍的富集浓度为0.005mg/L。  相似文献

本文以大沽排污河口表层沉积物为研究对象,分别运用ERL/ERM和生态危害指数两种评价方法对沉积物中6种重金属的潜在生物毒性风险进行评价,并对两种方法的评价结果进行对比。经均一化处理,重金属的含量均值由大到小的顺序排列为铬(168 mg/kg)〉锌(157 mg/kg)〉镍(60.7 mg/kg)〉铜(45.3 mg/kg)〉铅(7.31 mg/kg)〉镉(0.215 mg/kg)。经计算20个采样断面的沉积物中重金属毒性单位总和均在3~4之间,有80%的采样断面沉积物中重金属毒性单位总和大于3.5,毒性单位总和最大值为3.789。说明大沽排污河口沉积物中重金属的潜在生物毒性水平较低,可视为无生物毒性。  相似文献

建立了电热板消解/电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定甘蔗中铜、锌、铅、镉、砷、镍6种重金属元素含量的分析方法.该方法检出限为0.0005—0.14 mg·kg~(-1),精密度(RSD)≤6.3%,加标回收率为83.8%—108%.该方法样品处理程序简单快速,结果准确,适用于大批量甘蔗样品的分析.  相似文献

摇蚊是重要的水生昆虫,可用于水环境质量的生物学评价.本研究以花翅摇蚊(Chironomus kiinensis)为材料,研究了花翅摇蚊乙酰胆碱酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase, AChE)的底物专一性及其对胆碱酯酶抑制剂的敏感度.结果表明,花翅摇蚊AChE对乙酰硫代胆碱(ATCh)的水解活性最高,其次是β-甲基硫代乙酰胆碱(β-MTCh)、丙酰硫代胆碱(PrTCh)和丁酰硫代胆碱(BuTCh);氨基甲酸酯药剂对花翅摇蚊AChE的抑制能力高于有机磷类,其中克百威对摇蚊AChE的抑制能力最强, I50值为1×10-8 mol L-1.有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类抑制剂对摇蚊AChE的抑制趋势基本一致,均随着抑制时间延长,抑制率不断增加.由此可得出,花翅摇蚊AChE的最适底物是ATCh;离体条件下,摇蚊AChE对低浓度的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯药剂比较敏感.  相似文献

以安徽省宿州市埇桥区奎河、沱河岸边2 000 m范围内的9个村庄作为研究区域,在距离河岸500 m、1 000 m、2 000 m处采集表层土壤样品.使用ICP-MS法检测土壤样品中砷、镉、铬、镍、铅、铜和锌7种重金属的含量,并通过单因子评价法、内梅罗污染指数法及潜在生态风险指数法,评价奎河、沱河周边土壤的污染等级和潜在生态风险.共采集土壤样品27个,砷、镉的超标率为100%(27个),锌超标率37.0%(10个),镍超标率29.6%(8个),铜超标率25.9%(7个),铬超标率22.2%(6个),铅不超标.砷、镉、铬、镍、铜、锌的浓度均超过其背景值.单因子评价结果显示镉为中度污染,砷、铬为轻度污染,其他镍、铅、铜、锌4种重金属属于轻微污染范畴.内梅罗综合污染指数结果显示,奎河、沱河周边土壤综合指数为3.1,属于重度污染.奎河、沱河附近土壤的土壤生态风险值为166.8,该地区生态风险等级为强烈风险.评价结果显示该地区土壤存在一定程度的重金属污染,其生态风险已经超过可接受水平,亟待治理.  相似文献

以淡水底栖动物花翅羽摇蚊幼虫和淡水单孔蚓为研究对象,研究了沉积物中五氯酚对底栖生物的急慢性毒性效应。五氯酚对花翅羽摇蚊幼虫96 h及10 d的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为20.6 mg·kg-1和12.5 mg·kg-1,28 d羽化半数抑制浓度(EC50)为0.79 mg·kg-1。沉积物中五氯酚对花翅羽摇蚊幼虫的羽化具有延滞作用,而且对雌性摇蚊羽化的延滞作用大于雄性,最终导致羽化摇蚊的性别失衡。淡水单孔蚓对五氯酚的耐受力较摇蚊幼虫强。五氯酚对淡水单孔蚓的96 h及14 d的LC50分别为37.6 mg·kg-1和20.2 mg·kg-1,对淡水单孔蚓21 d生长抑制的EC50为1.39 mg·kg-1。研究结果对推导五氯酚沉积物质量基准和进行沉积物生态风险评价提供依据。  相似文献

This study applied biomarkers and benthic indices at an area in North Evoikos Gulf, Greece, affected by metalliferous slag disposal. Biomarkers of antioxidant defense (catalase, glutathione S-transferase), and neurotoxicity (acetylcholinesterase) were measured in crabs Liocarcinus depurator. Iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) concentrations in sediments and crabs were also measured. High levels of all metals were found in sediments at the disposal area. Metal levels in the crabs were also higher in the disposal area although spatial differences were not as marked as in the sediments. Accordingly, biomarker responses of crabs in the disposal area were also noted suggesting impact on the antioxidant defense of the organisms against oxidative stress. Benthic indices showed disturbance in the disposal area. The combined approach of measuring biomarkers and contaminant levels in the crabs and sediment was complementary to the benthic indices approach providing indications of metal exposure related effects. Our results support the idea that a twofold monitoring approach of assessing both the benthic community structure shifts and the biomarkers and metal accumulation levels may integrate and capture both the structural and the toxicological effects of dumping onto the benthic communities.  相似文献

The comparative kinetics of the accumulation of the trace metals copper, zinc and cadmium have been measured in the estuarine burrowing polychaete worm Nereis (Hediste) diversicolor from two sites: (a) a metal-rich site, Restronguet Creek, Cornwall, UK, which hosts a copper- and zinc-tolerant population of worms, and (b) the Blackwater estuary, Essex, UK as a control site. A sediment transfer experiment showed that the Blackwater worms responded to the increased copper bioavailability in Restronguet Creek sediment by accumulating significantly increasing copper concentrations over 50 days. The Restronguet Creek worms showed no significant change in copper concentration over 50 days in sediment from either site or in sand. Nevertheless, electron microscopy showed that some Restronguet Creek worms do appear to excrete accumulated copper, probably in association with renewal of the cuticle over a long time scale. The Blackwater worms did not accumulate extra zinc from the zinc-rich Restronguet Creek sediment, in probable reflection of the regulation of body zinc concentration by N. diversicolor. Radiolabelled zinc and cadmium were accumulated from labelled sediment and labelled solution by worms from both sites. The rate of uptake of labelled zinc from sediment was significantly greater in the Restronguet Creek worms, as was the rate of uptake of labelled cadmium from 10 μg l−1 dissolved exposure; other rates of uptake did not differ between populations. Mucus, which is secreted by Restronguet Creek worms in response to enhanced copper exposure, adsorbed very small proportions of zinc and cadmium present in solution, indicating that the mucus does not act as an adsorption barrier against excessive metal uptake by these worms.  相似文献

The acute toxicity of 11 heavy metals to embryos of the American oyster Crassostrea virginica was studied and the concentrations at which 50% of the embryos did not develop were determined. The most toxic metals and their LC50 values were mercury (0.0056 ppm), silver (0.0058 ppm), copper (0.103 ppm) and zinc (0.31 ppm). Those metals that were not as toxic and their LC50 values were nickel (1.18 ppm), lead (2.45 ppm) and cadmium (3.80 ppm). Those metals that were relatively non-toxic and their LC50 values were arsenic (7.5 ppm), chromium (10.3 ppm) and manganese (16.0 ppm). The zinc, cadmium, copper and lead release from the uncontaminated and contaminated coastal sediments with aerated sea water was studied. the metals transfer to the dissolved forms was monitored during one-two months by differential pulse anodic voltammetry (DPASV). the sediments with different initial degree of contamination were sampled in the Peter the Great Bay, Sea of Japan around Vladivostok-the biggest city in Russian Far East. Sediment contamination by metals led to increased release to solution of zinc due to sulphide oxidation and cadmium on account of organic matter decomposition. the copper behaviour was complicated by strong binding with organic matter and enhancements of copper release can only be seen in sediment with a low organic matter content. Significant lead transfer to dissolved forms was not observed regardless of sediment contamination. the temperature affected the release of cadmium and copper through enhanced organic matter destruction. the dissolved metal fluxes from the sediment transformation are compared with metal fluxes towards bottom. Such comparisons show that second contamination by dissolved metals of the studied coastal environment may be important for cadmium only.  相似文献

In 1984, 115 samples of the starfish Asterias rubens L. collected in the south-eastern part of Cadet Trench (Mecklenburg Bay/Western Baltic Sea) were analyzed for their contents of a few major (calcium, magnesium) and trace elements (cadmium, copper, iron, mercury, manganese, nickel, lead, selenium and zinc). Distinct differences were found between starfish from different stations, and these are attributed to the composition of the sediments acting as a substrate for their prey (mussels, snails). Except for cadmium, the concentrations of the elements studied all correlated negatively with the diameter and weight of the starfish.

Parallel analyses of starfish arms and the central discs of the same animals showed that iron, zinc, copper and mercury levels were 16 to 30% higher, and selenium, manganese, magnesium, calcium and lead were 4 to 9% higher in the arms. Cadmium concentrations were 20% higher in the central discs than in the arms.

Stock estimations (about 52,000 tons fresh weight) show that starfish play a significant role in the benthic ecosystem of the western Baltic Sea. They can consume up to 200,000 tons of mussels and clams (Mytilus edulis, Macoma baltica) a year and may therefore represent a notable factor in the trace metal balance of the region.  相似文献

A study was conducted on the Babylon snail (Babylonia areolata) to examine the effects of copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), nickel (Ni), and zinc (Zn) on different life stages of this gastropod. Metal toxicity significantly varied according to the life stage of the snail. The different LC50 values obtained were 0.51, 5.49, 0.31, and 0.2 ppm for Cu, Zn, Cd, and Ni for the larval stage and 4.98, 15.19, 0.91, and 1.21 ppm at the juvenile stage and 8.54, 17.52, 1.14, and 1.44 ppm in the adult stage. Studies were also conducted on the effects of dual metal concentrations and experiments were repeated with temperature as a variable. Results demonstrated that metal toxicity values were altered depending on the metals involved in the combination as well as temperature under which the experiment was conducted.  相似文献

The concentrations of Hg, Cd, Pb, Cu, Ni, V, and Sn were determined in marine sediments collected from Taranto Gulf (Ionian Sea, Southern Italy). The aim of this article is to study the methodological approach in order to evaluate total metal levels determined in marine sediments of a contaminated area (Taranto Gulf, Southern Italy), to identify contaminated areas and to predict adverse biological effects based on Sediment Quality Guidelines (SQGs). The results are discussed in relation to geological characteristics of sediments in order to define background levels and anthropogenic input. Experimental results were elaborated by multivariate statistical techniques and Geographical Information System (GIS) software. The geoaccumulation index I geo and two sets of SQGs (in particular (a) the threshold effect level (TEL), the probable effect level (PEL) and (b) the effect range-low (ERL) and the effect range median (ERM)) have been used for environmental evaluation of metal concentrations. Results show that in Taranto coastal area, Mar Piccolo basin represents the most contaminated area. A comparison with results from other Mediterranean areas demonstrates that for some metals (such as Cd, Pb, and Hg) Taranto seas represent one of the most polluted areas in the Mediterranean Sea. A comparison of metal levels with SQGs also suggests an ecotoxicological risk for benthic organisms mainly in the first inlet of Mar Piccolo.  相似文献

以淡水底栖动物花翅羽摇蚊(Chironomus kiiensis)幼虫为受试生物,研究了沉积物中六氯苯(HCB)对其28 d的慢性毒性效应,观察摇蚊幼虫的存活情况和活动行为,以死亡率、羽化率和羽化时间为受试终点,计算28 d试验后沉积物中HCB对摇蚊的半数致死浓度(lethal concentration 50,LC50)以及50%羽化时间(50%emergence time,EmT50)。结果表明,HCB对摇蚊28 d的LC50为59.8 mg·kg-1,对摇蚊羽化率的半数效应浓度(half maximal effective concentration,EC50)为59.8 mg·kg-1。与大多数污染物不同,HCB有促进摇蚊幼虫筑巢行为和羽化的作用,随着HCB染毒浓度升高,摇蚊幼虫筑巢行为加强,EmT50缩短。暴露于高浓度HCB(21.6 mg·kg-1)时,摇蚊的EmT50与对照相比明显缩短,尤其对雄性摇蚊影响更大。但与对照相比,HCB对羽化摇蚊的性别比没有很大影响。  相似文献
