To develop an effective method to remove the toxic and carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (CPAHs) from textile dyeing sludge, five CPAHs were selected to investigate the degradation efficiencies using ultrasound combined with Fenton process (US/Fenton). The results showed that the synergistic effect of the US/Fenton process on the degradation of CPAHs in textile dyeing sludge was significant with the synergy degree of 30.4. During the US/Fenton process, low ultrasonic density showed significant advantage in degrading the CPAHs in textile dyeing sludge. Key reaction parameters on CPAHs degradation were optimized by the central composite design as followed: H2O2 concentration of 152 mmol/L, ultrasonic density of 408 W/L, pH value of 3.7, the molar ratio of H2O2 to Fe2+ of 1.3 and reaction time of 43 min. Under the optimal conditions of the US/Fenton process, the degradation efficiencies of five CPAHs were obtained as 81.23% (benzo[a]pyrene) to 84.98% (benz[a]anthracene), and the benzo[a]pyrene equivalent (BaPeq) concentrations of five CPAHs declined by 81.22–85.19%, which indicated the high potency of US/Fenton process for removing toxic CPAHs from textile dyeing sludge.  相似文献

Rhodamine B can be degraded using Prussian blue as a photo-Fenton like reagent under λ > 420 nm visible irradiation. Kinetic studies show ln(C o/C t ) is linearly proportional to the reaction time during the photo-degradation process; thus, the degradation reaction obeys a pseudo-first order kinetic law. It is very interesting that the presence of salinity such as 0.1 M KCl can speed up greatly the degradation rate: the time to achieve 90.0% degradation ratio is shortened from 120.0 to 40.0 min under comparable conditions, which is very useful in the treatment of wastewaters with high content of salinity.  相似文献

Removal of cadmium(II), lead(II), and chromium(VI) from aqueous solution using clay, a naturally occurring low-cost adsorbent, under various conditions, such as contact time, initial concentration, temperature, and pH has been investigated. The sorption of these metals follows both Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms. The magnitude of Langmuir and Freundlich constants at 30°C for cadmium, lead, and chromium indicate good adsorption capacity. The kinetic rate constants (K ad) indicate that the adsorption follows first order. The thermodynamic parameters: free energy change (ΔG o), enthalpy change (ΔH o), and entropy change (ΔS o) show that adsorption is an endothermic process and that adsorption is favored at high temperature. The results reveal that clay is a good adsorbent for the removal of these metals from wastewater.  相似文献

Individual specimens of Euterpina acutifrons (Copepoda: Harpacticoida) taken from the mass cultures of the C.N.E.N.-EURATOM Laboratory at Fiascherino, Italy, were reared in new culture media prepared with suspensions of several species of algae in filtered and sterilized sea water. All the experiments were carried out at a temperature of 18°C±1 C°. The influence of food concentrations on adult life-span and reproductive activity of E. acutifrons was analyzed. A good correlation was found between concentration of algal suspension and egg production. Maximum life-span was observed at intermediate values of food concentration. Other experiments were carried out to determine egg fertility and duration of the various embryonic and postembryonic development stages. Embryonic development time was calculated as approximately 2 days; the adult females appeared 10 to 12 days after hatching of Nauplius I. Production of nauplii by 6 females reared under conditions of excess food supply was also studied. These conditions were achieved by supplying high concentrations of a mixture of 4 different algal species and by completely renewing the culture medium at frequent intervals. Under these conditions, each female laid an average of 12.5 sacs and produced an average of 294.3 nauplii. An average production of 355.5 eggs per female was estimated. An analysis was made of growth in size and weight of the females: the average daily egg production in terms of dry weight corresponded to about 32% of the biomass of the adult female. Birch's (1948) method was used to calculate net reproduction rate (R o=70.89), intrinsic rate of increase (r m=0.161) and mean generation time (T=26.5 days). This study was performed at: Laboratorio per lo Studio della Contaminazione Radioattiva del Mare, C.N.E.N.-EURATOM, Fiascherino, I-19030 La Spezia, Italy.  相似文献

Egg production and development rates of Centropages typicus (Krøyer) were studied in the laboratory under carying food and temperature conditions. Egg production rates in the laboratory ranged from 0 to 124 eggs female-1 d-1 and increased with food concentration up to a critical food concentration (Pc) above which egg production was constant. Egg production rates were influenced by temperature, with more eggs being produced at 15°C than at 10°C. Thalassiosira weisflogii and Prorocentrum micans were determined to be equally capable of supporting egg production at concentrations above Pc at 15°C. Rate of egg production was independent of adult female size when food and temperature were constant. Egg production rates of freshly captured females ranged from 0 to 188 eggs female-1 d-1 and were higher in April and May than in June or July. Hatching rates of eggs increased with increased temperature; 95% of the eggs at 15°C hatched within 48 h, while only 8% of the eggs at 10°C hatched within 48 h. Development rates, determined at 10°C in excess concentrations of T. weisflogii, were 23.0 d from egg release to copepodid state I, 27.0 d to stage II, 29.5 d to stage III, 32.2 d to stage IV, 38.5 d to stage V and 49 d to adulthood based on the average time required for 50% of the organisms in an experiment to attain a given stage. Adult males were usually observed 2 to 4 d before adult females, and therefore have a slightly faster rate of development. The effects of temperature, food type and food concentration on egg production and the seasonal appearances of diatoms in the New York Bight may account for the observed seasonal cycles in abundance of C. typicus in these coastal waters.  相似文献

The leather industry uses conventional tanning methods which cause environmental pollution due mainly to the presence of chromium. This study suggests a treatment for solid leather waste containing chromium as an ecological alternative to the pollution generated by tanneries. The study uses an original approach to the optimisation of chromium recovery by mathematical and statistical treatment of the experimental data. Several factors that influence recovery, such as temperature, concentration, time and solid/liquid ratio through acid and basic hydrolysis were analysed with the aid of experimental design. Tanning liquor was obtained by adjusting pH, alkalinity and concentration when hydrolysis finished. An appropriate response surface model was constructed using alkaline hydrolysis experiments with sodium hydroxide, leading to conditions for maximum recovery of Cr2O3. The optimal NaOH concentration (1.58%), temperature (63.7 °C), time (3 h) and solid/liquid ratio (1/70 g·mL?1) were established. The results indicate that sodium hydroxide as an hydrolysis agent is a highly efficient means of recovering chromium from solid leather waste in order to produce tanning liquor.  相似文献

The oxygen consumption curves of two decapod crustaceans (Palaemon serratus, Penaeus monodon) and two prosobranch molluscs (Trunculariopsis trunculus, Nassarius mutabilis) have been detected in the entire pO2 interval from 0 to 160 mmHg, under different conditions of temperature and salinity. From the experimental curves, physiological parameters such as the initial oxygen consumption velocity, the Q 10 values and the oxygen independence indices have been measured. The latter parameters have been obtained using normalised plots which allow their better evaluation. The effects of temperature, salinity and oxygen partial pressure on the oxygen-consumption features have been studied using a factorial experimental plan which allows measurement of the effects of each experimental variable as well as the effects of synergistic interactions between different variables. This study investigated an incubation method which employed simultaneous measurement of CO2 production and O2 consumption rates to calculate the RQ (respiratory quotient; CO2 production rate: O2 consumption rate) of individual benthic marine invertebrates. Carbon dioxide production rates were calculated from changes in CO2 concentration determined using seawater pH. O2 consumption rates were calculated from changes in O2 concentration with a correction applied for O2 flux across the air/water interface due to gaseous exchange. Species examined were Triphyllozoon sp. cf. moniliferum (MacGillivray 1860), a bryozoan; Herdmania momus (Savigny), a solitary ascidian; Poneroplax albida (Blainville 1825), a chiton; and Haliotis roei (Gray 1826), an abalone. Six individuals of each were collected on 14 November 1985 from the limestone walls of a cave in a nearshore reef off Marmion, Western Australia. After acclimation for 6 h in experimental conditions, rates of CO2 production and O2 consumption were measured. A minimum period of 4 h was required to obtain consistent RQ values for each species. The standard error (SE) of the (calculated) RQ ratio was 14 to 33% of the mean in incubations of 4 h, and less than 14% in incubations of 4 to 12 h. The RQ is commonly used as an indicator of unknown catabolic substrates by comparing it with biochemically determined limits for known substrates. This study provides a strong argument against using the RQ of individual animals to draw any conclusions about catabolic substrates. Unexplained variation in the components of the RQ of an individual, measured over short time periods, and the potential involvement of stored reserves in catabolism, over longer time periods, obscure the relationship between the RQ of individual animals and the ratio's biochemically determined limits.  相似文献

Degradation of azo dyes in water by Electro-Fenton process   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19
The degradation of the azo dyes azobenzene, p-methyl red and methyl orange in aqueous solution at room temperature has been studied by an advanced electrochemical oxidation process (AEOPs) under potential-controlled electrolysis conditions, using a Pt anode and a carbon felt cathode. The electrochemical production of Fenton's reagent (H2O2, Fe2+) allows a controlled in situ generation of hydroxyl radicals (·OH) by simultaneous reduction of dioxygen and ferrous ions on the carbon felt electrode. In turn, hydroxyl radicals react with azo dyes, thus leading to their mineralization into CO2 and H2O. The chemical composition of the azo dyes and their degradation products during electrolysis were monitored by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The following degradation products were identified: hydroquinone, 1,4-benzoquinone, pyrocatechol, 4-nitrocatechol, 1,3,5-trihydroxynitrobenzene and p-nitrophenol. Degradation of the initial azo dyes was assessed by the measurement of the chemical oxygen demand (COD). Kinetic analysis of these data showed a pseudo-first order degradation reaction for all azo dyes. A pathway of degradation of azo dyes is proposed. Specifically, the degradation of dyes and intermediates proceeds by oxidation of azo bonds and aromatic ring by hydroxyl radicals. The results display the efficiency of the Electro-Fenton process to degrade organic matter. Electronic Publication  相似文献

We studied the hydrolysis of gas-phase carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), chloroform (CHCl3), and dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) over a metallic Fe surface for its application in combination with air stripping and soil vapour extraction. The effects of chlorocarbon concentration, type and preparation of the iron-containing material, humidity, and temperature on process performance are reported. The hydrolysis of chlorinated methane derivatives is catalysed by metallic iron resulting in a noticeable decrease of the reaction temperature. The reaction kinetics were found to be consistent with the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model.  相似文献

National hydrological network data between 1970 and 2002 for 96 stations across 25 watersheds were used to monitor annual trends in 13 variables: streamflow rates, water temperature, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), sediment concentration and eight nutrient levels (Na, K, Ca+Mg, CO3, HCO3, Cl, SO4 and boron). The dataset was analysed with multiple linear regression (MLR) models, principal components analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (CA). The Turkish watersheds have experienced a significant increase in pH, K, CO3 and a significant decrease in streamflow rate and sediment concentration between 1970 and 2002, with considerable spatial variations. There was also an increasing trend in streamwater temperature, at a rate of 0.05°C yr–1 (p > 0.05). The MLR models had high r 2 values of 69.6% to 99.9% at p ≤ 0.001 for 12 out of the 13 variables, with r 2 of 42% for boron (p < 0.05). PCA reduced the dimensionality of the dataset to four principal components that explain most (81.7%) of the variance. CA was able to distinguish six geographically associated groupings of watersheds with similar attributes in concordance with the climate zones of Turkey, despite the use of different clustering methods (complete, McQuitty, average, centroid and single linkage methods). Multivariate analyses of dynamic watershed characteristics provide the basis on which preventive and mitigative measures can be tailored to secure and enhance watershed health and sustainability.  相似文献

Filtration rates and the extent of phagocytosed food particles were determined in the offshore lamellibranchs Artica islandica and Modiolus modiolus in relation to particle concentration, body size and temperature. Pure cultures of the algae Chlamydomonas sp. and Dunaliella sp. were used as food. A new method for determining filtration rates was developed by modifying the classical indirect method. The concentration of the experimental medium (100%) was kept constant to ±1%. Whenever the bivalves removed algae from the medium, additional algae were added and the filtration rate of the bivalves expressed in terms of percentage amount of algae added per unit time. The concentration of the experimental medium was measured continuously by a flow colorimeter. By keeping the concentration constant, filtration rates could be determined even in relation to different definite concentrations and over long periods of time. The amount of phagocytosed food was measured by employing the biuret-method (algae cells ingested minus algae cells in faeces). Filtration rates vary continuously. As a rule, however, during a period of 24 h, two phases of high food consumption alternate with two phases of low food consumption during which the mussels' activities are almost exclusively occupied by food digestion. Filtration rate and amount of phagocytosed algae increase with increasing body size. Specimens of A. islandica with a body length of 33 to 83 mm filter between 0.7 to 71/h (30–280 mg dry weight of algae/24 h) and phagocytose 21 to 122 mg dry weight of algae during a period of 24 h. The extent of food utilization declines from 75 to 43% with increasing body size. In M. modiolus of 40 to 88 mm body length, the corresponding values of filtration rate and amount of phagocytosed algae range between 0.5 and 2.5 l/h (20–100 mg dry weight of algae) and 17 to 90 mg dry weight of algae, respectively; the percentage of food utilization does not vary much and lies near 87%. Filtration rate and amount of phagocytosed algae follow the allometric equation y=a·x b. In this equation, y represents the filtration rate (or the amount of phagocytosed algae), a the specific capacity of a mussel of 1 g soft parts (wet weight), x the wet weight of the bivalves' soft parts, and b the specific form of relationship between body size and filtration rate (or the amount of phagocytosed algae). The values obtained for b lie within a range which indicates that the filtration rate (or the amount of phagocytosed algae) is sometimes more or less proportional to body surface area, sometimes to body weight. Temperature coefficients for the filtration rate are in Arctica islandica Q10 (4°–14°C)=2.05 and Q10 (10°–20°C)=1.23, in Modiolus modiolus Q10 (4°–14°C)=2.33 and Q10 (10°–20°C)=1.63. In A. islandica, temperature coefficients for the amount of phagocytosed algae amount to Q10 (4°–14°C)=2.15 and Q10 (10°–20°C)=1.55, in M. modiolus to Q10 (4°–14°C)=2.54 and Q10 (10°–20°C)=1.92. Upon a temperature decrease from 12° to 4°C, filtration rate and amount of phagocytosed algae are reduced to 50%. At the increasing concentrations of 10×106, 20×106 and 40×106 cells of Chlamydomonas/l offered, filtration rates of both mollusc species decrease at the ratios 3:2:1. At 12°C, pseudofaeces production occurs in both species in a suspension of 40×106, at 20°C in 60×106 cells of Chlamydomonas/l. At 12°C and 10–20×106 cells of Chlamydomonas/l, the maximum amount of algae is phagocytosed. At 40×106 cells/l, the amount of phagocytosed cells is reduced by 26% as a consequence of low filtration rates and intensive production of pseudofaeces. At 20°C and 20–50×106 cells of Chlamydomonas/l, the maximum amount of algae is sieved out and phagocytosed; the concentration of 10×106 cells/l is too low and cannot be compensated for by increased activity of the molluscs. With increasing temperatures, the amount of suspended matter, allowing higher rates of filtration and food utilization, shifts toward higher particle concentrations; but at each temperature a threshold exists, above which increase in particle density is not followed by increase in the amount of particles ingested. Based on theoretical considerations and facts known from literature, 7 different levels of food concentration are distinguishable. Experiments with Chlamydomonas sp. and Dunaliella sp. used as food, reveal the combined influence of particle concentration and particle size on filtration rate. Supplementary experiments with Mytilus edulis resulted in filtration rates similar to those obtained for M. modiolus, whereas, experiments with Cardium edule, Mya arenaria, Mya truncata and Venerupis pullastra revealed low filtration rates. These species, inhabiting waters with high seston contents, seem to be adapted to higher food concentrations, and unable to compensate for low concentrations by higher filtration activities. Adaptation to higher food concentrations makes it possible to ingest large amounts of particles even at low filtration rates. Suspension feeding bivalves are subdivided into four groups on the basis of their different food filtration behaviour.  相似文献

The variation in the concentration and fatty acid composition of lipid classes during the molting cycle of the prawn Penaeus japonicus was investigated. The lipid concentration of the whole body reached a maximum at mid-premolt (Stage D2) and then decreased to low level at late premolt (Stage D3–4). The accumulation of lipids during the premolt period seemed to be attributable to the increase of both polar and neutral lipids. The increase of neutral lipids at Stage D2 was derived from not only triglycerides but also free sterols and free fatty acids. Regarding the fatty acid composition of every lipid class, a marked variation occurred mainly at the intermolt (Stage C). In this stage, the polar lipids were rich in monoenoic acids such as 18:1 and poor in polyenoic acids such as 20:53 and 22:63. The triglycerides were rich in polyenoic acids at Stage C, but poor in monoenoic acids such as 16:1 and 18:1. The steryl esters contained large amounts of saturated acids such as 16:0 and 18:0 throughout the molting cycle, however the level of polyenoic acids increased at Stage C.  相似文献

Summary The heart rate (HR) of three male and five female European blackbirds (Turdus merula) was monitored by radiotelemetry under three conditions: in a dark cage, in a lighted cage, and in an outdoor aviary. In all three, the response to recorded bird song was tested. The resting HR in the cage ranged from 4.8 to 6.3 beats per second. The HR of all the birds changed in response to playback of conspecific song as well as of the songs of other species. In 68% of trials a typical biphasic HR curve was obtained, with acceleration followed by deceleration (Fig. 2). The time from stimulus onset to the second curve inflection (t iII) averaged 15–18 s; this was significantly longer for conspecific than for heterospecific song. The parameter t iII was used as a basic measure of the response. The reaction of the males was longer-lasting than that of the females. The possibility that this reflects the territorial role of the songs is discussed. Response durations were longest in the dark cage, and shortest in the aviary. The reason is thought to be the gradation in total stimulus input available to the bird. The results suggest that the HR response consists of an unspecific component (acceleration) plus a component specific to bird sounds (deceleration). At this fundamental level of stimulus processing it is possible to study reactions to single strophes not only in males, as with more traditional methods, but also in females and young birds.  相似文献

In the present study, a photoelectrochemical process containing seawater as a natural low-cost supporting electrolyte was used to remove ammonium from wastewater in a continuous flow mode. Based on central composite design (CCD), response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to evaluate the performance of the process in ammonia removal. The effect of four main independent parameters, including initial ammonium concentration, hydraulic retention time (HRT), current intensity and initial pH on the removal of ammonia was evaluated by the model. The optimal initial ammonium concentration, HRT, current intensity and initial pH were 917 mg NH 4? N;·L ?1, 108 min, 1.8 A and 8.4, respectively. The high coefficients (R 2=0.97 and adjusted R 2=0.94) obtained by the analysis of variance (ANOVA) demonstrated close correlation between predicted and experimental values. Also, treating the reject water from the sludge dewatering unit as an ammonium-rich wastewater showed the effectiveness of the process for treating real wastewaters (86% ammonium removal). The results revealed that the present process can be an efficient method for ammonium removal from polluted effluents in coastal areas based on the availability of seawater as a cost-efficient supporting electrolyte.  相似文献

Juvenile weakfish, Cynoscion regalis (Bloch and Schneider, 1801), exhibit significant spatial diffrences in growth rate and condition factor among estuarine nursery zones in Delaware Bay. The potential influence of temperature and salinity on the suitability of estuarine nursery areas for juvenile weakfish was investigated in laboratory experiments by measuring ad libitum feeding rate, growth rate and gross growth efficiency of juveniles collected in Delaware Bay in 1990 (40 to 50 mm standard length; 1.4 to 2.1 g) in 12 temperature/salinity treatments (temperatures: 20, 24, 28°C; salinities: 5, 12, 19, 26 ppt) representing conditions encountered in different estuarine zones during spring/summer. Feeding rates (FR) increased significantly with temperature at all salinities, ranging from 10 to 15% body wt d-1 at 20°C to 33–39% body wt d-1 at 28°C. Specific growth rates (SGR) ranged from 1.4 to 9.4% body wt d-1 (0.3 to 1.5 mm d-1) and gross growth efficiencies (K 1) varied from 13.6 to 26.4% across temperature/salinity combinations. Based on nonlinear multiple regression models, predicted optimal temperatures for SGR and K 1 were 29 and 27°C, respectively. Salinity effects on SGR and K 1 were significant at 24 and 28°C where predicted optimal salinity was 20 ppt. At these warmer temperatures, SGR and K 1 were significantly lower at 5 than at 19 ppt despite higher FR at 5 ppt. Therefore, maximum growth rate and growth efficiency occurred under conditions characteristic of mesohaline nurseries. This finding is consistent with spatial patterns of growth in Delaware Bay, implying that physicochemical gradients influence the value of particular estuarine zones as nurseries for juvenile weakfish by affecting the energetics of feeding and growth. Laboratory results indicate a seasonal shift in the location of physiologically optimal nurseries within estuaries. During late spring/early summer, warmer temperatures in oligohaline areas permit higher feeding rate and faster growth compared to mesohaline areas. By mid-late summer, spatial temperature gradients diminish and mesohaline areas provide more suitable physicochemical conditions for growth rate and growth efficiency whereas oligohaline areas become energetically stressful. Substantial mortality occurred at 5 ppt and 28°C, providing additional evidence that oligohaline conditions are stressful during late summer. Furthermore, juveniles provided a choice among salinities in laboratory trials preferred those salinities which promoted higher growth rates. The extensive use of oligohaline nurseries by juvenile weakfish despite the potential for reduced growth rate and growth efficiency suggests this estuarine zone may provide a substantial refuge from predation.  相似文献

Egg production and hatching success of the copepod Temora longicornis were measured in laboratory experiments and in the field (North Sea). In the laboratory, ingestion of four algal species (Thalassiosira weissflogii, Phaeocystis globosa, Isochrysis sp. and Dunaliella tertiolecta) was followed and the content of fatty acids in the algae was determined. The two food types (T. weissflogii and Isochrysis sp.) that provided the highest ingestion of carbon and long chain fatty acids also resulted in the highest egg production rate (Er) and hatching success (H%). In contrast, D. tertiolecta led to both low ingestion of carbon and long chain fatty acids, resulting in low reproductive success. There was a positive relationship between the amount of eicosapentaenoic fatty acid [20:5(n-3), EPA] ingested and Er and H%, and of the ratio between docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic fatty acid [22:6(n-3)/20:5(n-3), DHA/EPA] in the ingested food and H%. In the field, chlorophyll a and specific fatty acids were measured and protists were enumerated, in order to investigate the link between these factors and the reproductive success of T. longicornis. Hatching time was found to be related to temperature and exceeded 120 h at 6°C. No relationship was found between chlorophyll a and reproductive success (Er or H%). Er correlated with the concentration of diatoms and ciliates, which were the dominating protists in early spring, indicating that food quantity was the limiting factor for Er. As in the laboratory experiments, H% was dependent on the fatty acid DHA and the ratio of DHA/EPA, which indicates that the quality of eggs (H%) is linked to the quality of food.Communicated by M. The post treatment of simulated tannery wastewater was evaluated in an electrochemical oxidation process under galvanostatic conditions. A continuous flow reactor divided by a cellulosic membrane consisted of Ti/SnO2–Sb anodes and iron cathodes was used. Central composite design and response surface methodology (RSM) were applied to investigate the effects of six operational parameters, namely initial concentration of total phenols (TPh), total chromium (TCr), total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), flow rate (Q), current intensity (I), and electrode surface area (A). Effectiveness of the innovative cellulosic membrane was proven by considerable pH variations in the anolyte and catholyte chambers. A faster removal rate was observed for TPh and TAN, followed by TCr. The treatment level was very sensitive to Q and I in the studied ranges. RSM showed the removal efficiencies of 78.14%, 63.42%, and 86.09% for TPh, TCr, and TAN, respectively, are achieved under optimal conditions with consumption of only 9.03 kWh m?3 electrical energy. Chlorinated compounds such as chloroform, 2,4-dichlorophenol, and chlorobenzene were detected as the degradation intermediates. According to the obtained results, electrolysis in the divided cell with cellulosic membrane is a practical, cost-effective method for advanced treatment of tannery effluents.  相似文献

Solid-state 15N NMR was applied to the aqueous extracts of a 13C-enriched plant slurry (Lolium perenne), anaerobically incubated with 15N3-trinitrotoluene (TNT). Almost all 15N3-TNT transformation products became covalently bound to the plant-derived organic material extractable with water. DCPMAS 15N 13C NMR revealed a three-step reaction scheme. After reduction of TNT, the aryl amines are acetylated. Subsequent alkylation of the resulting amides strengthens the incorporation of TNT-transformation products into humic material. Comparable results have been recently obtained under aerobic conditions, which indicates that this pathway is a common process during biological TNT transformation.  相似文献
