锑对水稻根生长的影响及锑的吸收动力学特性   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用溶液培养法研究不同价态Sb对水稻根生长以及P和Sb交互作用对水稻根系吸收P、Sb的影响.试验结果表明,Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)对水稻根生长均有抑制作用,且随着溶液中Sb浓度的提高抑制效应越明显.水稻根系对Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)的吸收均可以用Freundich模型较好地模拟.水稻根系对不同价态Sb的吸收有明显差异.当溶液中Sb浓度为10 μmol·1-1时,水稻根系对Sb(Ⅴ)的吸收比Sb(Ⅲ)减少70.9%,而Sb浓度为100 μmol·1-1时,水稻根系对这两个价态的Sb吸收差异不大.P对水稻根系吸收Sb(Ⅲ)或Sb(Ⅴ)均没有影响.Sb(Ⅲ)可影响水稻根系对P的吸收,但是Sb(Ⅴ)对水稻根系吸收P影响不大.  相似文献

外源Mo降低As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)对水稻的毒性及As的积累   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过溶液培养试验,研究外源添加Mo对2种价态砷(As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ))胁迫下水稻吸收积累Mo和As的影响。结果表明,这2种价态的As对水稻生长均有抑制作用,As(Ⅲ)比As(Ⅴ)对水稻毒害更明显,添加Mo可缓解As对水稻的毒害。As添加可影响水稻根系和茎叶对Mo的吸收积累,但是不同价态As对Mo积累量的影响不一致。同时,Mo的添加也可以显著地降低水稻根系和茎叶对2个价态As的吸收积累。在100μmol·L~(-1)As(Ⅲ)处理下,添加0.1和0.5 mg·L~(-1)的Mo可导致水稻根系As积累量分别比对照处理降低38.8%和52.8%,茎叶As积累量分别降低5.1%和10.6%;当As(V)浓度为100μmol·L~(-1)时,添加0.1和0.5 mg·L~(-1)的Mo可导致水稻根系As积累量分别比对照处理降低15.4%和62.4%,茎叶As积累量分别降低11.9%和23.7%。Mo的添加还能显著地降低2种价态As在水稻根系和茎叶中的富集系数。因此,通过施用适量的Mo肥可以用来防治农田As污染,降低As对人体健康的危害。  相似文献

采用溶液培养法,研究了两种形态无机As与四价Se交互作用对水稻吸收转运As和Se的影响.结果表明,不同形态As与Se交互作用对水稻吸收转运As和Se影响较大,Se(Ⅳ)显著地提高水稻根系而降低水稻茎叶对As的吸收积累.与对照处理相比,在1.0μmol·L-1As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)处理下添加1.0μmol·L-1Se(Ⅳ)分别导致水稻根系As含量提高59.5%和21.3%,而水稻茎叶As浓度减少10.4%和21.9%.As(Ⅲ)或As(Ⅴ)处理显著降低水稻茎叶对Se的吸收积累,但As(Ⅴ)处理对水稻根系积累Se没有影响.在1.0μmol·L-1Se(Ⅳ)处理下,添加1.0μmol·L-1As(Ⅲ)和1.0μmol·L-1As(Ⅴ)导致水稻茎叶Se浓度分别比对照处理降低41.9%和30.3%.Se(Ⅳ)与As(Ⅲ)或As(Ⅴ)对水稻转运As、Se的能力具有交互拮抗作用.研究结果表明,在As污染农田中,可通过施用Se肥来提高植物的Se营养,降低植物对As的吸收积累,从而降低As对人体健康的危害.  相似文献

锑作为一种具有毒性和致癌性的类金属,其不合理的开发造成了严重的生态环境污染,尤其是土壤中高浓度锑和砷污染导致了环境中多种营养元素的缺乏。其中,氮素的缺乏严重阻碍了环境的恢复。然而,固氮微生物不仅能为氮素匮乏环境提供稳定的氮素来源,而且其固氮潜能可以作为监测土壤金属污染的敏感指标。为此,该文通过乙炔还原法(ARA)微宇宙培养试验手段,研究了不同价态锑和砷(三价及五价)在不同质量浓度(100、200、500、1 000、2 500、5 000 mg·L^-1)水平下对棕色固氮菌固氮潜能的影响,同时进一步探究了土壤固氮菌群落固氮潜能对土壤中主要锑和砷价态[Sb(Ⅴ)和As(Ⅴ)]的响应机制。结果表明,锑和砷浓度与棕色固氮菌和土壤固氮微生物的固氮潜能均呈显著负相关,验证了以固氮微生物固氮潜能作为生物指示物的可行性。此外,Sb(Ⅴ)对土壤固氮微生物的毒性显著小于As(Ⅴ)。三价锑和砷污染对固氮菌固氮潜能的毒性高于五价[As(Ⅲ)>Sb(Ⅲ)>As(Ⅴ)>Sb(Ⅴ)],这可能是由于Sb(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅲ)对细胞的致裂性强于Sb(Ⅴ)和As(Ⅴ)。相较于Sb(Ⅴ)和As(Ⅴ)对于棕色固氮菌固氮潜能的抑制作用,其对土壤固氮菌群落的固氮潜能的影响相对较弱。这一差异可能是由于土壤复杂的理化性质以及微生物群落和功能多样性而导致的。  相似文献

本文研究了添加外源褪黑素对As~(3+)胁迫下水稻种子萌发及生理指标的影响。结果表明:添加外源褪黑素能促进As~(3+)胁迫下水稻种子的萌发,提高水稻的发芽势和发芽率,促进水稻幼苗的生长。当As~(3+)浓度为100μmol·L~(-1)时,添加100μmol·L~(-1)褪黑素能使水稻种子发芽率和总根长比对照分别提高57.1%和50.0%。添加褪黑素能显著提高As~(3+)胁迫下水稻幼苗中抗氧化酶系统过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,并降低水稻幼芽中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。当As~(3+)浓度为100μmol·L~(-1)时,添加50μmol·L~(-1)和100μmol·L~(-1)褪黑素导致水稻幼芽中POD活性比对照处理分别提高57.5%和114.8%,CAT活性提高29.4%和53.8%,SOD活性提高31.5%和56.0%,丙二醛含量比对照处理降低16.5%和31.9%。添加褪黑素也能显著提高As~(3+)胁迫下水稻的根系活力,当As~(3+)浓度为100μmol·L~(-1)时,50、100μmol·L~(-1)褪黑素处理后根系活力比对照分别提高42.4%和124.1%。这说明添加外源褪黑素可缓解As~(3+)胁迫对水稻的脂质过氧化损害,有效降低As对水稻内膜的破坏,显著缓解As污染对水稻的毒害作用。  相似文献

采用土-砂联合培养方法诱导水稻根表自然形成铁氧化物膜,研究了As-Pb交互作用对水稻根表铁膜吸附砷铅及根系吸收As和Pb的影响.结果表明,As和Pb的添加显著地影响水稻根表铁膜对As和Pb的吸附,并且As-Pb交互作用显著地影响水稻根系对两元素的吸收及根表铁膜对As的吸附.添加Pb可促进水稻根系对As的吸收.当As浓度为25μmol.L-1时,浓度为25μmol.L-1Pb处理与对照相比导致水稻根系吸收As提高了53.3%.同样,施用As也可以促进水稻根系对Pb的吸收,当Pb的浓度为25μmol.L-1和50μmol.L-1时,50μmol.L-1As处理与对照相比,水稻根系吸收Pb分别提高20.2%和28.6%.添加As显著地促进Pb由铁膜向根系中转运,而添加Pb对As由铁膜向根系中的转运影响不大.因此,在重金属复合污染情况下,水稻根表铁膜对重金属的吸附及根系对重金属的吸收均存在着复杂的交互作用.  相似文献

采用室内模拟的方法,研究了两种基因型水稻(硅突变体和野生型)根系吸收As的动力学特征以及Si对水稻吸收As的影响.结果表明,两种基因型水稻根系对As(III)和As(V)的吸收均可以用Freundlich模型较好地模拟.外源Si的加入可显著降低水稻根系对As(III)和As(V)的吸收.在20μmol·L-1As处理下,与不加Si处理相比,加1.0mmol·L-1Si处理导致水稻根系吸收As(III)和As(V)分别降低94.1%和92.2%(野生型);74.4%和90.2%(突变体).在100μmol·L-1As处理下,水稻根系吸收As(III)和As(V)则分别降低64.5%和91.2%(野生型);76.1%和90.6%(突变体).  相似文献

镨对镉胁迫下水稻幼苗根系生长和根系形态的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为了解稀土镨对镉胁迫下水稻(Oryza sativa L.)根系毒害的缓解效应,以水稻幼苗为实验材料,采用溶液培养方法,研究了50μmol·L-1镉胁迫下不同浓度镨对水稻幼苗根系鲜质量、形态和根系活力的影响。结果表明,50μmol·L-1镉胁迫下,水稻根系生长受到明显的抑制,根系鲜质量、根长、根表面积、根体积和根系活力明显降低,且随镉处理时间的延长,抑制程度加重。但镉对根系平均直径无明显影响。23~184μmol·L-1的镨对水稻镉毒害有一定的缓解效果,可不同程度的减轻镉对幼苗的伤害,促进了镉胁迫下根系鲜质量、根系长度、根系表面积和根系体积的增加,提高了根系活力,且随着处理时间的延长,缓解效应愈加明显,与单镉毒害相比,镨处理5天后根系鲜质量、根长、根表面积、根体积和根系活力分别提高了0.92%~14.8%、1.61%~16.3%、2.57%~20.3%、1.52%~17.2%和3.71%~32.8%,处理10d后根系鲜质量、根长、根表面积、根体积和根系活力分别提高了2.55%~31.2%、1.44%~21.4%、1.78%~27.2%、2.16%~23.4%和8.14%~52.9%;此外,23~184μmol·L-1的镨处理对直径≤1.0mm的根长和根表面积、直径0.5mmD≤1.0mm的根体积影响较大,其分别提高了0.9%~24.3%、1.9%~32.6%、0.4%~33.2%,其中以92μmol·L-1镨缓解效果最好。但随着镨浓度的进一步加大,当镨浓度达到230μmol·L-1时,反而会使水稻根系受到更严重的毒害。  相似文献

老化是影响土壤重金属生物可利用性和毒性的重要因素。为了解老化对土壤Sb形态和毒性的影响,结合化学分析和生物测试,以模式生物跳虫(Folsomia candida)为受试生物,研究了北京潮土中外源Sb(Ⅲ)分别老化7 d、60 d后价态、水溶态和急性/慢性毒性的变化。结果表明,老化仅7 d后,土壤较低浓度的Sb主要以Sb(Ⅴ)存在,而浓度较高(1 600、2 400、4 800 mg·kg-1)时Sb(Ⅴ)分别仅占47.4%、27.5%和2.2%,但老化长达60 d后,浓度最高(4 800 mg·kg-1)的土壤中Sb(Ⅴ)的比重上升到38.1%,其他浓度处理的土壤中,均以Sb(Ⅴ)为主。随着老化时间的延长,土壤中水溶态Sb含量占总Sb的比例显著降低。与土壤老化过程中毒性较大的Sb(Ⅲ)向毒性较小的Sb(Ⅴ)转化与水溶态Sb含量下降相一致,Sb对跳虫的毒性随老化时间的延长明显减弱:7 d老化后土壤Sb对跳虫急性存活的半数致死浓度(LC50)为2 105 mg·kg-1,对跳虫慢性存活的LC50为683 mg·kg-1,对跳虫繁殖的半数效应浓度(EC50)为307 mg·kg-1;老化60 d后土壤Sb对跳虫急性存活、慢性存活的LC50均大于设置的最高浓度,对跳虫繁殖的EC50为1 419 mg·kg-1。因此,对于Sb这种变价金属而言,当进行土壤Sb生态毒性评价时,为避免高估其生态风险,考虑老化作用显得尤为重要。  相似文献

石漠化地区豆科植物根瘤菌降解碳酸钙、镁能力研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
微生物对岩溶地区岩石风化、成土具有明显的促进作用,为了筛选出能够促进碳酸盐岩风化、加快成土速率的优势根瘤菌菌株,将其与豆科植物建立共生体系,进行石漠化地区修复与治理,实验以分离自云南石漠化地区的9株豆科植物根瘤菌为研究对象,将9株根瘤菌接种于加有难溶性碳酸钙或碳酸镁的液体培养液中,28.5℃、160 r·min-1摇床培养15 d,于0、1、3、6、10、15 d取样2 mL,每个样3个平行;将样品加入到10 mL体积比5∶1的硝酸高氯酸消化液中浸泡过夜,放在电热板上缓慢加热至溶液澄清透明,分别用含La3+2%的盐酸溶液定容至10 mL,空白用同样方法处理;最后采用原子火焰吸收方法测定样品中Ca2+和Mg2+含量,筛选出对碳酸盐岩主要成分碳酸钙和碳酸镁具有强降解作用的根瘤菌菌株。结果表明:热带根瘤菌Rhizobium tropici (SWFU09)和根瘤菌Rhizobium sp.(SWFU02)对碳酸钙降解作用最强;对碳酸镁降解作用最好的菌株为根瘤菌Rhizobiumsp.(SWFU03)、热带根瘤菌Rhizobium tropici(SWFU05)和慢生根瘤菌Bradyrhizobium sp.(SWFU01)。溶液pH值对碳酸镁降解作用具重要的影响,对碳酸钙降解作用影响不大,说明根瘤菌代谢产生的酸性物质(有机酸、氨基酸)对碳酸钙和碳酸镁降解作用有一定影响,但不是唯一影响因素;也可能是微生物代谢产生的有机配体(基)吸附碳酸钙和碳酸镁表面,与水体中的成分形成复合物,改变溶解的平衡,置换出Ca2+和Mg2+。  相似文献

Four of the most abundant gorgonian species from the southwestern Cape waters, Eunicella papillosa (Esper, 1797), E. alba (Esper, 1797), E. tricoronata Velimirov, 1971 and Lophogorgia flamea (Ellis and Solander, 1786) were analysed for Ca and Mg by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) titration. The total mineral content in the peripheral tissues, excluding the axial skeleton, expressed as the sum of CaCO3 and MgCO3 of dry matter was between 65.5 and 83.5%. The mineral content varied in different growth regions and all specimens showed a higher degree of mineralization at the base than at the branch tips. The MgCO3 concentration varied with genus and species and was between 9 and 11 mol %. The variation of the MgCO3 concentration within different growth regions of the same species was small and generally did not exceed 0.8 mol %. From the branch to the stem, CaCO3 and total mineral content was found to increase. The CaCO3:MgCO3 rations in different growth regions of all species indicated that the composition of the mesoskeleton with regard to the relative concentration of CaCO3 and MgCO3 is constant throughout the animal. Mineralogically, the mesoskeleton consists of high magnesian calcite as identified by X-ray diffraction. MgCO3 concentrations determined by the peak shift method and by AAS were in fair agreement. The MgCO3 data in gorgonian samples from the cold Atlantic Ocean and the warmer Indian Ocean show a linear relationship between water temperature and MgCO3 concentration already demonstrated by Chave (1954). This paper presents the results of a preliminary study on the uptake of 45Ca in the mesoskeleton of the gorgonian Eunicella papillosa (Octocorallia). Hourly seawater aliquots over 12 h periods displayed considerable fluctuations of activity with time, reflecting a disappearance and reappearance of tracer during the experiment. Analysis of total coenenchyme mass showed an initial rapid but fluctuating uptake of tracer and a progressive decrease with time. Distinct differences in the calcification rate of specific growth regions of the coral were detected, the rate being higher in branch tips than in lower branch regions. Chase experiments on colonies previously incubated for 24 h revealed that up to 45% of the tracer taken up during labelling were returned to the seawater. A comparison of the tracer content of the coenenchyme and the calcite spicules revealed that up to 70% of the calcium taken up remained in the coral tissue. Quantification of isotopic exchange phenomena with dead corals and isolated spicules emphasized the importance of the live coral tissue as a barrier and regulator of Ca uptake. The results are discussed in the light of the limitations of radioisotope techniques for the determination of calcification rates, and an attempt to compare rates with data in the literature is made.  相似文献

以模式生物酵母菌为材料,研究铅对细胞的毒性效应,探讨胞内活性氧(ROS)和Ca~(2+)在铅诱导细胞死亡中的作用。结果显示,浓度为5~100 mg·L~(-1)的硝酸铅可降低酵母细胞活性,诱导酵母细胞死亡,随着铅浓度的提高和作用时间的延长,细胞死亡率增高。在铅处理组酵母细胞中,ROS和Ca~(2+)水平显著升高,线粒体膜电位明显下降;用1 mmol·L~(-1)的外源抗坏血酸(AsA)能降低铅引发的酵母细胞死亡,0.5 mmol·L~(-1)的钙离子螯合剂乙二醇双四乙酸(EGTA)或0.1 mmol·L~(-1)的质膜Ca~(2+)通道特异性抑制剂氯化镧(LaCl_3)亦可明显抑制铅引起的酵母细胞死亡。研究结果表明,铅诱发的酵母细胞死亡与处理组胞内ROS和Ca~(2+)升高有关,高浓度的Ca~(2+)可能通过诱导线粒体膜通透性转变孔道开放,或者高水平ROS可能损伤线粒体膜,致线粒体膜电位下降,继而激活相关下游信号导致细胞死亡。  相似文献

Environmental lead poses a serious threat for public health, particularly, for children. The use of substances with metal-binding properties, such as natural alginates, may be a potentially effective method for elimination of toxic metal ions from human body. In present study, effect of calcium alginate isolated from brown algae on distribution of the lead ions in preschool children was investigated. In the beginning of the study, lead concentration in urine, feces, and hair was determined. Then these children were administered a dietary supplement containing calcium alginate for four weeks. The results showed that all children participated in the study had a high baseline median lead level in urine (1.1 µg/L), feces (4.6 µg/g), and hair (5.0 µg/g). Administration of calcium alginate resulted in twofold increase of the urine lead level within two weeks from the start of the treatment. At the end of alginate administration, significant decrease of lead concentration in hair was registered. These results suggest that calcium alginate can potentially prevent accumulation of the lead ions in the body and may be used as an active agent for elimination of this toxic metal from human body.  相似文献

采用瓮栽试验系统研究了低磷(P)胁迫条件下不同P效率水稻基因型在分蘖期、孕穗期和成熟期的钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)营养特性.结果表明,低P胁迫对不同基因型水稻Ca、Mg吸收的影响因生育期、基因型和部位不同而不同.分蘖期时,低P胁迫使水稻体内Ca含量增加,低P敏感基因型水稻地上部Mg含量增加,耐低P基因型则Mg含量降低.孕穗期时,低P胁迫使不同基因型水稻体内Ca、Mg含量下降.至成熟期,除99056外,其它基因型籽粒内Ca、Mg含量均降低;除99012外,其它基因型茎叶中Ca、Mg含量也降低.各个时期低P胁迫都降低了Ca、Mg在水稻地上部分的积累量,耐低P基因型只在孕穗期表现出相对的优势.低P胁迫同时降低了成熟期茎叶内Ca、Mg向籽粒的转移,但99056却例外.低P胁迫下,较之低P敏感基因型,耐低P基因型水稻对Ca、Mg的吸收和积累并没有表现出明显的优势.图4表7参26  相似文献

Forest ecosystem nitrogen (N) cycling is a critical controller of the ability of forests to prevent the movement of reactive N to receiving waters and the atmosphere and to sequester elevated levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2). Here we show that calcium (Ca) constrains the ability of northern hardwood forest trees to control the availability and loss of nitrogen. We evaluated soil N-cycling response to Ca additions in the presence and absence of plants and observed that when plants were present, Ca additions "tightened" the ecosystem N cycle, with decreases in inorganic N levels, potential net N mineralization rates, microbial biomass N content, and denitrification potential. In the absence of plants, Ca additions induced marked increases in nitrification (the key process controlling ecosystem N losses) and inorganic N levels. The observed "tightening" of the N cycle when Ca was added in the presence of plants suggests that the capacity of forests to absorb elevated levels of atmospheric N and CO2 is fundamentally constrained by base cations, which have been depleted in many areas of the globe by acid rain and forest harvesting.  相似文献

Geophagia, the deliberate ingestion of soil, is a complex eating behaviour with obscure aetiology and numerous health/medical problems. It is conventionally assumed that geophagia may help supplement mineral nutrients in individuals with limited intake of trace elements such as Fe and Zn. This view, however, has largely been based on the bulk nutrient composition of geophagic materials and the assumption that these nutrients are potentially available for absorption in the body. We have tested this assumption by equilibrating five geophagic materials collected from Uganda, Tanzania, Turkey and India with mineral nutrient concentrations and conditions similar to the gastrointestinal tract. The results showed that all five geophagic materials, regardless of their composition, sorbed large amounts of Fe and Zn across a range of dietary intake scenarios, even under acidic conditions (pH 2) similar to the stomach. However, significant amounts of Ca desorption were observed from calcareous soil samples. The findings show that while calcareous geophagic materials may supplement Ca, geophagia can potentially cause Fe- and Zn-deficiency. This is consistent with mineral nutrient deficiency problems observed in clinical nutrition studies conducted amongst geophagic populations.  相似文献

研究了低温下外源不同Ca2 浓度对‘Page’橘柚愈伤组织一些抗寒相关的生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,以5mmolL-1的低浓度Ca2 处理比缺钙处理显著降低了低温下‘Page’橘柚愈伤组织细胞膜的伤害率和膜脂过氧化产物MDA的积累,显著提高了可溶性蛋白质的含量以及SOD和POD的活性,因而增强了‘Page’橘柚愈伤组织的抗寒性.但以15mmolL-1的高浓度Ca2 处理时,表现出一定的“毒害”作用,反而降低了抗寒性.以上结果表明,一定浓度范围内的外源Ca2 与‘Page’橘柚抗寒性的提高程度密切相关.表5参28  相似文献

本文比较了原子吸收分光光度法测定植株中钙、镁的三种样品前处理方法:干友化法、1mol/LHCl振荡提取法(振荡法)和1mol/LHCl静止浸泡提取法(浸泡法).结果表明,振荡法和浸泡法对钙的测定结果平均分别为干灰化法的101%和92.0%,对镁的测定结果平均分别为103%和97.6%.振荡法和浸泡法与干灰化法之间不存在显著性差异(α=0.05),它们之间有极显著的正相关性(相关系数在0.99以上).因此,在大批量样品的常规分析中,1mol/LHCl提取法可代替干灰化法.  相似文献
