化学混凝-催化氧化法处理钻井污水 总被引:22,自引:3,他引:19
由于钻井污水经混凝处理后仍存在COD、色度超标问题,因此需采用其他方法深度处理污水。故采用混凝-催化氧化法工艺处理钻井污水,混凝剂为硫酸铁或聚合硫酸铁,混凝剂加量一般为2000mg/L,初始pH值为3.0~5.0,氧化时间为3h等。通过实验结果可知:该方法完全能满足钻井污水处理的要求,处理后出水可达标外排。化学混凝-催化氧化处理工艺是解决高浓度钻井污水处理COD、色度超标的重要途径,在技术经济上是可行的,具有广阔的应用前景 相似文献

常用钻井液填加剂对钻井污水化学需氧量的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
针对石油工业钻井污水化学需氧量(COD)严重超标的状况,从分析测定目前油田常用的8种钻井液添加剂的COD入手,探讨了钻井液添加剂对钻井污水的影响。实验结果表明:8种钻井液添加剂按油田现场配比复配后,对钻井污水COD的影响程度各不相同,其大小依次为:柴油、HPAN、磺化沥青、PAN、PAM-1、FA-367、XY-27、CMC;钻井污水中COD值严重超标的主要因素是钻井液添加剂;并且钻井液添加剂浓度与其对应的COD之间存在良好的一元线性关系。根据一元线性回归方程可较好地预测油田现场各钻井液添加剂对COD的影响,为解决钻井污水处理这一难题提供科学依据。 相似文献

本试验采用UASB—接触氧化工艺对沤麻废水的处理进行了研究,系统启动两个月后达到稳定的处理效果,厌氧段进水COD浓度为700mg/1,有机负荷为9.25kgCOD/m3·d,停留时间为24小时,COD去除率可达到89.3%,好氧段接触氧化池的有机负荷为2.IkgCOD/m3·d,处理时间为10小时,整个系统总的COD去除率可达到97%,该工艺是处理高浓度沤麻废水行之有效的方法。 相似文献

本文以序批式活性污泥法为主要工艺,以住宅区生活污水煤在质,研究了以纤维球为载体固定化光合细菌的SBR法在污水回用方面的应用。试验结果表明:在微微好氧条件下,在混合液水温为25-30℃及12-15℃范围内,经8-10h的好氧反应,可稳定去除原水中的CODcr。 相似文献

In India, cane molasses–based distilleries are major production centers of ethanol. These industries release a dark brown
colored effluent known as spent wash, which even after anaerobic treatment retains the color. The commonly used practices
of treatment fail to remove the color and COD. A novel fungal consortium was developed for the treatment of this recalcitrant
wastewater. The consortium was run on a bioreactor with undiluted distillery effluent for 40 days. In the first 14 days, 61.5%
color and 65.4% COD removal was achieved. Further, the fungi were able to use wheat straw as carbon source as evidenced by
scanning electron microscopy (SEM) while treating the distillery wastewater. It is expected that such a treatment step will
lead to development of a treatment technology for distillery wastewater without the need for diluting it. 相似文献

Palm oil mill effluent (POME) is highly polluting wastewater generated from the palm oil milling process. Palm oil mill effluent was used as an electrolyte without any additive or pretreatment to perform electrocoagulation (EC) using electricity (direct current) ranging from 2 to 4 volts in the presence of aluminum electrodes with a reactor volume of 20 L. The production of hydrogen gas, removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD), and turbidity as a result of electrocoagulation of POME were determined. The results show that EC can reduce the COD and turbidity of POME by 57 and 62%, respectively, in addition to the 42% hydrogen production. Hydrogen production was also helpful to remove the lighter suspended solids toward the surface. The production of Al(OH)XHO at the aluminum electrode (anode) was responsible for the flocculation-coagulation process of suspended solids followed by sedimentation under gravity. The production of hydrogen gas from POME during EC was also compared with hydrogen gas production by electrolysis of tap water at pH 4 and tap water without pH adjustment under the same conditions. The main advantage of this study is to produce hydrogen gas while treating POME with EC to reduce COD and turbidity effectively. 相似文献

选用以曝气生物流化池(ABFT)技术为核心、辅助以物理化学方法的工业化技术,对兰州石化公司高氨氮污水和高浓度有机废水进行了处理。处理结果显示:外排废水监测项目中pH值、悬浮物、COD、BOD5、氨氮、石油类、硫化物、氰化物、挥发酚的平均浓度均低于污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)的一级标准,其中:氨氮值仅为0.412mg/L,COD值为63.87mg/L。对COD、氨氮、硫化物、挥发酚、悬浮物等的去除率达到90%以上,石油类和BOD5的去除率也达到75%以上,取得了良好的效果。 相似文献

实验表明用臭氧化法进行木糖生产废水的脱色处理效果颇佳。在30分钟内就能达到90%的去除率,反应速度受pH、温度等因素影响较小。实验同时表明,臭氧氧化法对COD的去除效果不理想,需要和其它方法结合处理。 相似文献
