相对于传统絮凝剂而言,微生物絮凝剂具有絮凝效果好、应用范围广、易生物降解、对环境安全、无二次污染的特点。文章综述了微生物絮凝剂的类型和特点,详细阐述了其絮凝机理,分析了影响微生物絮凝剂絮凝性能的因素以及微生物絮凝剂在水处理中的应用。指出了当前微生物絮凝剂研究存在的问题以及今后的发展趋势。  相似文献

从土壤中分离筛选得到絮凝剂产生菌HY1141和HY241,对高岭土悬浊液进行絮凝性能试验研究。试验结果表明:HY1141絮凝荆在ptt值为3.0时,絮凝率达到97.2%,HY241絮凝剂在pH值为4.0-7.0时,絮凝率在90%以上;絮凝剂的最佳投加量均为4mL/L,此时絮凝率分别达到98.2%和96.5%;HY1141和HY241絮凝剂所需CaCl2,最佳浓度分剐为0.5%和1.0%,此时絮凝率分刺为97.6%和96.8%;絮凝荆最佳静置时间分别为5min和10min。此外,两株菌所产絮凝刘对洪水和选矿废水都有一定的处理效果,且HY1141絮凝剂处理洪水效果较好,絮凝率为71.7%,COD去除率为81.8%;混合絮凝刺处理选矿废水效果较好,絮凝率为92.8%,COD去除率为96.0%。  相似文献

相对于传统絮凝剂而言,微生物絮凝剂具有絮凝范围广、絮凝活性高、安全无害、无二次污染、可为生物降解等优点。本文综述了微生物絮凝剂的发展历程,详细介绍了微生物絮凝剂的特性,分析了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝性能影响因素,指出被絮凝物质的性能、温度、pH值、金属离子、絮凝剂的浓度及附位点均对微生物的絮凝性能具有一定程度的影响。指出了当前微生物絮凝剂研究的不足及今后研究的侧重点,对开展微生物絮凝剂的研究具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

通过工艺的对比试验,指出化学生物絮凝工艺去除效果要优于化学絮凝工艺,当投加相同量的絮凝剂和混凝剂时,前者比后者的去除效率提高了20%以上。同时通过测定耗氧速率证实化学生物絮凝系统内存在明显的生物作用。  相似文献

从土壤中分离、筛选得到一株稳定高效的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,命名为B—27。考察了碳源、氮源、pH、温度、培养时间等多种因素对絮凝剂(命名MBF—27)絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,当碳源为葡萄糖、氮源为酵母膏、pH为7.0、温度为35℃、培养时间为72h时,絮凝剂MBF—27对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率可达93.8%。红外光谱扫描分析表明,该絮凝剂的主要成分为多糖类物质。同时,生物絮凝剂MBF—27对气田废水的COD和色度去除率分别达到60.77%和86.1%,优于传统的絮凝剂聚乙烯丙胺(PAM)和三氯化铁(FeCl3)。  相似文献

废弃聚合物钻井液化学脱水处理技术的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在分析废弃聚合物钻井液组成的基础上,对采用化学固液分离无害化处理方法进行了实验研究。以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、聚电解质A为絮凝剂和混合酸为凝聚剂的复合絮凝剂配方,可以彻底破坏HPAM类型废弃钻井液的胶体体系,使废浆液絮凝脱水。通过3口井废钻井液样品的絮凝试验,加药剂后废浆液自然脱水率为25%~35%,13.3kPa压差下抽滤出水率为51%~60%,絮凝残渣无再造浆能力。  相似文献

以涪陵页岩气田产出水为研究对象,研究絮凝、酸析、Fenton氧化和NaClO氧化相互协同作用下,采出水COD去除率的变化程度及规律。比较了不同组合方式下水样COD去除效果及变化规律,考察了絮凝剂、次氯酸钠和Fenton试剂的加量以及体系pH值对去除率的影响,结果表明:(1)单一絮凝或酸析条件下,最高COD去除率<25%,在絮凝剂加量80mg/L、酸析pH为4时,絮凝-酸析协同处理COD去除率达到>40%;(2)原始水样直接进行次氯酸钠氧化,COD最高去除率为75.01%,絮凝-酸析后进行次氯酸钠氧化,最高COD去除率为80.34%,与原始水样相比提高了5.33%,且达到相同的COD去除效果,絮凝-酸析后水样对次氯酸钠的需求量低于原始水样;(3)絮凝-酸析后水样进行Fenton氧化与原始水样直接进行Fenton氧化相比,COD去除率提高了6.07%;(4)絮凝-酸析-NaClO- Fenton协同处理,水样COD去除率达到>90%,其中最高去除为94.17%,与絮凝-酸析-NaClO和絮凝-酸析-Fenton处理相比分别提高了13.83%和5.27%。水样首先经过絮凝-酸析预处理,达到削减后续次氯酸钠和Fenton氧化负荷、降低药剂用量目的,然后经过Fenton试剂和次氯酸钠对不同类型特征污染物选择性去除的协同作用,可达到较高的COD去除率。  相似文献

Transgenic or genetically modified plants possess novel genes that impart beneficial characteristics such as herbicide resistance. One of the least understood areas in the environmental risk assessment of genetically modified crops is their impact on soil- and plant-associated microbial communities. The potential for interaction between transgenic plants and plant residues and the soil microbial community is not well understood. The recognition that these interactions could change microbial biodiversity and affect ecosystem functioning has initiated a limited number of studies in the area. At this time, studies have shown the possibility that transgenes can be transferred to native soil microorganisms through horizontal gene transfer, although there is not evidence of this occurring in the soil. Furthermore, novel proteins have been shown to be released from transgenic plants into the soil ecosystem, and their presence can influence the biodiversity of the microbial community by selectively stimulating the growth of organisms that can use them. Microbial diversity can be altered when associated with transgenic plants; however, these effects are both variable and transient. Soil- and plant-associated microbial communities are influenced not only by plant species and transgene insertion but also by environmental factors such as field site and sampling date. Minor alterations in the diversity of the microbial community could affect soil health and ecosystem functioning, and therefore, the impact that plant variety may have on the dynamics of the rhizosphere microbial populations and in turn plant growth and health and ecosystem sustainability, requires further study.  相似文献

Heavy metal pollution of soil is of concern for human health and ecosystem function. The soil microbial community should be a sensitive indicator of metal contamination effects on bioavailability and biogeochemical processes. Simple methods are needed to determine the degree of in situ pollution and effectiveness of remediating metal-contaminated soils. Currently, phospholipid-linked fatty acids (PLFAs) are preferred for microbial profiling but this method is time consuming, whereas direct soil extraction and transesterification of total ester-linked fatty acids (ELFAs) is attractive because of its simplicity. The 1998 mining acid-metal spill of >4000 ha in the Guadiamar watershed (southwestern Spain) provided a unique opportunity to study these two microbial lipid profiling methods. Replicated treatments were set up as nonpolluted, heavy metal polluted and reclaimed, and polluted soils. Inferences from whole community-diversity analysis and correlations of individual fatty acids with metals suggested Cu, Cd, and Zn were the most important in affecting microbial community structure, along with pH. The microbial stress marker, monounsaturated fatty acids, was significantly lower for reclaimed and polluted soil over nonpolluted soils for both PLFA and ELFA extraction. Another stress marker, the monounsaturated to saturated fatty acids ratio, only showed this for the PLFA. The general fungal marker (18:2omega6c), the arbuscule mycorrhizae marker (16:1omega5c), and iso- and anteiso-branched PLFAs (gram positive bacteria) were suppressed with increasing pollution whereas 17:0cy (gram negative bacteria) increased with metal pollution. For both extraction methods, richness and diversity were greater in nonpolluted soils and lowest in polluted soils. The ELFA method was sensitive for reflecting metal pollution on microbial communities and could be suitable for routine use in ecological monitoring and risk assessment programs because of its simplicity and reproducibility.  相似文献

土壤微生物是表征土壤质量最有潜力的敏感性指标,高质量的土壤应具有稳定的微生物群落组成和结构、高微生物生物量及良好的微生物活性。本文从微生物的群落组成与多样性、微生物生物量和微生物活性3个方面进行了综述。微生物指标研究目前任务是确定一套评价土壤质量的微生物学指标最小参数集。建议今后加强土壤样品收集、储存、预处理及分析方法规范化,深层土壤微生物对土壤质量的作用及建立本底土壤微生物属性数据库等方面的研究。  相似文献

石油是一种具有生物毒性的复杂有机物,土壤中石油烃的过量积累会给生态环境和人类健康造成严重威胁。微生物联合修复技术因处理成本低、环境影响小、无二次污染等优点,且较微生物修复或植物修复效率更高,耗时更短,成为当前的研究热点。文章介绍了植物-微生物联合修复、电动-微生物联合修复、氧化-微生物联合修复和表面活性剂强化微生物修复四种联合修复技术,简要阐述了修复机理、适用范围和工艺参数,为生物修复技术的选择提供了参考,并对以后生物修复的研究重点进行了展望。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to describe the impact of re-vegetation on the restoration of microbial community structure and soil microbiological properties in sand dunes that had been affected by mining activity. Soil samples were collected during the dry and rainy seasons from a chronosequence (1, 9, 21 years) of re-vegetated dunes using a single preserved dune as a reference. The composition of the fatty acid methyl esters and soil microbial properties were evaluated. The results showed that the changes in microbial community structure were related to seasonal variations: biomarkers of Gram-positive bacteria were higher than Gram-negative bacteria during the dry season, showing that this group of organisms is more tolerant to these stressful conditions. The microbial community structure in the natural dune was less affected by seasonal variation compared to the re-vegetated areas, whereas the opposite was observed for microbiological properties. Thus, in general, the proportion of saprobic fungi was higher in the natural dune, whereas Gram-negative bacteria were proportionally more common in the younger areas. Although over time the re-vegetation allows the recovery of the microbial community and the soil functions, these communities and functions are different from those found in the undisturbed areas.  相似文献

Microbial breakthrough curves of 12 soils, generated by the application of dairy shed effluent followed by continuous artificial rainfall for one pore volume at 5 mm h(-1) onto large undisturbed soil cores, have been ranked as high, medium, or low potential for microbial bypass flow. The ranking is based on the position of the peak in the breakthrough curve. Knowledge of soil properties that affect microbial transport through soil gained from the microbial breakthrough curves was linked to soil classes, or to their accessory properties, of the New Zealand Soil Classification. Spatial depiction of the ratings has been achieved via the national 1:50,000 scale soil map. Soils with a drainage impediment or those with well developed soil structure have a high potential for microbial bypass flow, whereas soils from tephra and Recent Soils with less developed, porous, soil structure have a low potential for microbial bypass flow. The risk rankings should be considered as maxima because management may change some rankings.  相似文献

Recently biotechnology is focusing attention on utilization of biological resources to solve a number of environmental problems such as soil fertility management. Results of microbial studies on earthworm compost in the University of Nigeria farm identified a number of rock phosphate solubilizing actinomycetes. Two of these, isclates 02 and 13, were found to be efficient rock phosphate (RP) solubilizers and fast-growing cellulolytic microbes producing extracellular hydrolase enzymes. In this preliminary field study the two microbial isolates were investigated with respect to their effects on the growth of soybean and egusi as well as their effect on the incidence of toxicity of poultry droppings. Application of these isolates in poultry manure-treated field plots, as microbial fertilizers, brought about yield increases of 43% and 17% with soybeans and 19% and 33% with egusi, respectively. Soil properties were also improved. With isolates 02 and 13, the soil available phosphorus increased at the five-leaf stage, while N-fixation in the soil increased by 45% or 11% relative to control. It was further observed that air-dried poultry manure after four days of incubation was still toxic to soybean. The toxic effect of the applied poultry manure was reduced or eliminated with microbial fertilizers 02 or 13, respectively. The beneficial effects of the microbial organic fertilizer are discussed. Justification for more intensive research on rock phosphate organic fertilizer is highlighted.  相似文献

综述了评估污染土壤修复效果的指标及方法,包括残留污染分析法、风险评估法、植物毒性法、动物毒性法、微生物毒性法、土壤酶水平法等典型的评估方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点及适用范围。其中,植物毒性法适用于再利用类型为工业、商业用地的场地;动物毒性法适用于再利用类型为居住用地的场地;土壤微生物法、土壤酶水平法适用于再利用类型为农业用地的场地;对于存在人体暴露途径的用地,应结合人体健康风险评估法进行风险评估,综合评定土壤修复的效果。最后对该领域今后的研究方向进行了展望。  相似文献
