基于2000—2011年沿海11省市入境旅游的相关指标数据,从时空差异视角揭示沿海地区入境游客消费水平、消费层次及其演变特征,采用灰色GM(1,1)模型,对沿海地区入境旅游发展态势进行预测分析。结果表明,我国沿海地区入境旅游消费水平不高,非基本资料所占总消费资料比重和入境旅游消费结构高级化指数低。为推动沿海地区入境旅游稳定、持续与快速发展,提出了相应的对策建议。 相似文献

从当前沿海地区环境发展压力着手,利用压力—状态—响应模型,分析了当前沿海地区环境资源状态,构建沿海地区经济与环境协调发展评价指标体系,并利用2013年11个沿海地区省市的统计数据进行实证分析,测算沿海地区的环境协调度指标。结果表明:环境保护水平表现出较显著的空间分异特征,沿海地区经济发展水平是影响环境状况的主要因素,湿地面积、资源利用率和政府投入对环境保护的程度有重要影响,沿海地区环境保护程度与PSR模型的协调度呈正相关,并提出今后应加快产业转型,大力发展环保产业,注重提升环境保护质量的沿海地区经济与环境协调发展新模式。 相似文献

海洋经济与陆域经济一体化发展是实现我国沿海地区经济全面、协调和可持续发展的关键举措,是振兴我国国民经济的重要战略部署.将我国沿海地区经济整体归纳为海陆经济巨系统,细分为海洋经济子系统和陆域经济子系统.以耗散结构理论为基础,应用系统熵模型和一体化发展度模型建立海陆经济巨系统评价指标体系对我国沿海地区海陆经济一体化发展程度进行实证研究.结果表明,我国沿海地区海陆经济巨系统系统熵值逐年降低,有序度增强,海陆经济一体化发展度逐年提高.比较分析11个沿海区域的海陆经济一体化发展度,根据数据走势探寻演进规律,得出其发展具有共性的结论. 相似文献

以我国沿海11个省份为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型,对2005—2014年旅游产业绿色全要素生产率进行测度和评价,揭示其时序变化、区域差异和空间演化特征,再利用经济增长收敛理论对其收敛性进行检验。结果表明:(1)沿海地区旅游产业绿色全要素生产率总体呈现下降趋势,绿色技术、科技进步与绿色发展水平不高,亟需向资源节约、环境友好和集约发展转变;(2)沿海地区旅游产业绿色全要素生产率存在显著的区域差异,空间分异与演化特征明显;(3)沿海地区旅游产业绿色全要素生产率不存在显著的σ收敛,只存在显著的绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,表明生产率地区差距不断缩小,且各自收敛于自身的稳态水平。 相似文献

The Patagonian coast is considered a relatively pristine environment. However, studies conducted along coastal Patagonia have
showed hydrocarbon pollution mostly concentrated at ports that have fishing, oil loading, general merchant, and/or tourist
activities. A high value of total aliphatic hydrocarbons (TAH) was found at the Rawson fishing port (741 μg/g dw). In other
ports with and without petroleum-related activities, hydrocarbon values were approximately 100 μg/g dw. The highest values
for TAH and total aromatic hydrocarbons (TArH) were found in Faro Aristizábal, north of San Jorge gulf (1304 and 737 μg/g
dw, respectively). This is very likely the result of petroleum-related activities at the Comodoro Rivadavia, Caleta Cordova,
and Caleta Olivia ports located within this gulf. In other coastal areas away from potential anthropogenic sources, hydrocarbon
values were less than 2 and 3 μg/g dw for TAH and TArH, respectively. This review of published and unpublished information
suggests that ports are important oil pollution sources in the Patagonian coast. More detailed studies are needed to evaluate
the area affected by port activities, to understand the mechanisms of hydrocarbon distribution in surrounding environments,
and to assess bioaccumulation in marine organisms. Despite that some regulations exist to control oil pollution derived from
port and docked vessel activities, new and stricter management guidelines should be implemented. 相似文献

Spatial and Temporal Effects of Port Facilities Expansion on the Surface Area of Shallow Coral Reefs
There is a close relationship between ports and reef areas, mainly because reefs provide protection to vessels against extreme weather events like storms and hurricanes. This historical relationship has generated severe impacts on reef ecosystems. In order to identify the main impacts from the construction of port facilities in shallow coral reef areas, we analyzed and described the effects of land reclamation and coastal structure construction associated to port growth throughout a century in the Sistema Arrecifal Veracruzano National Park, Mexico. We used aerial photographs and maps of the nineteenth and early twentieth century to assess the impacts caused by port expansion activities on shallow coral reefs. Three types of impacts were identified: (a) direct reef area loss caused by landfills and perpendicular coastal structures construction leading to the loss of nearly 50 % of the fringing reef near to the port; (b) fragmentation in short- and medium-term scale, which affects two fringing reefs, and (c) long-term modification of coastal dynamics leading to sedimentation and loss of a complete reef area. On the eve of a new expansion of Veracruz Port, we used the New Port Project Plan, long-shore net drift geomorphic indicators and the port impact typology from the 100-year period assessment to evaluate a possible future scenario. The scenario describes how the new expansion project will repeat the three types of impacts affecting a whole reef area, which is currently part of the National Park. 相似文献

A group of 26 European ports was interviewed to understand their requirements for environmental information and to establish how widespread the use of Earth Observation (EO) data was amongst them. Aspects covered by the research included port profile characterisation, environmental management activities, environmental needs and current monitoring practices. The study reflected the diversity amongst European ports and their environmental performances. Most of the ports were publicly owned and located in estuaries and rivers. General cargo was the most popular commodity handled. Practically all the ports had an environmental policy in place and half of them had been accredited by an external body. The main environmental parameters that ports required to be monitored were marine related issues (currents, waves and tide), water quality, meteorological parameters, turbidity and sediment processes. The principal driver for monitoring was maintaining key port operations, followed by legislation, and local responsibilities. Ports in general collected their own data in situ and only one-third had used remotely sensed data (data from Earth Observation satellites or from airplane mounted sensors) for environmental purposes. 港口经济对国民经济有着巨大的推动作用.应用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对辽宁省4个主要沿海港口城市大连、营口、丹东、锦州2000-2009年港口和城市经济发展水平进行有效性评价,分析其评价结果.结果表明,辽宁省港口城市经济发展,城市经济生产率退步,而港口经济略有进步;城市经济和港口经济均显现无效性,但城市经济效率略高于港口经济.在趋势方面,城市经济发展呈现暂时退步情况,港口经济则有上升趋势. 相似文献

随着经济中心的不断东移,东北亚以其独特的地缘优势和经济互补优势正逐渐成为世界经济的新增长点,依托港口优势发展腹地经济也成为各大港口研究的重要课题。引入因子分析方法,以环渤海地区港口群为研究对象,利用2009年统计数据对影响港口竞争力指标进行处理并横向比较,得出港口竞争力排名,同时进行了分析。结果表明,青岛、天津、大连三大港口竞争力最强,但大连港稍显落后。在三大子港口群中,山东子港口群综合优势显著,辽宁子港I:3群存在腹地经济落后、恶性竞争等问题,津冀港口群受行政区划限制,港口资源整合困难。 相似文献
