水处理无机混凝剂的研究进展   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
概略评述了国内外无机混凝剂的研究进展。无机混凝剂可分为铝盐类、铁盐类、铁铝复合类、活化硅酸等,聚合氯化铝(简称PAC)是目前水处理中广泛应用的无机高分子混凝剂。无机复合类混凝剂是近来年发展十分迅速的水处理剂,聚硅酸铝盐类是其中的代表。文中对无机混凝剂今后的研究工作提出了建议,认为在无机混凝剂的研制开发中,要加强应用基础性研究,产品多样化、专门化,要降低生产成本,提高产品质量,进行优化研究。  相似文献

本文就几种常用的混凝剂进行了分析对比,特别对聚铁(PFS)、复合型(CO-H)两种混凝剂进行了室内和现场的实验对比以及初步技术经济分析,说明这两种混凝剂有较好的适应性,均能满足钻井废水处理的需要,用其处理后的水质有较高的外排达标率,为最终选择优质钻井废水处理剂提供了依据。  相似文献

文章以硫酸铝、硫酸铁与聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)为原料,制备PAFS-PDM复合混凝剂并表征其结构形态,同时考察了pH值、混凝剂投加量对油田钻井废水中COD的去除率以及溶液中Zeta电位的影响,为复合混凝剂的开发及使用提供一定的参考。研究结果表明:当PAFS-PDM复合混凝剂的投加量为8 000 mg/L、pH值为5时对塔里木油田钻井废水中COD的去除率达93.05%,此时溶液中Zeta电位较低。XRD衍射及SEM表征结果显示,制备的PAFS-PDM复合混凝剂中存在铝铁—羟基聚合物,微观形态下复合混凝剂将聚合形成的扇形片状结构再相互连接成发散立体结构,从而增大了比表面积,提高了混凝剂的吸附架桥能力,结合Zeta电位分析得出PAFS-PDM复合混凝剂为阳离子型混凝剂,而且具有较强的电中和能力。  相似文献

利用混凝剂对皮革废水进行处理,包括综合废水、铬鞣液及加碱处理后铬鞣液。对三种无机混凝剂和十种有机混凝剂进行了初步筛选。结果表明,混凝处理对三种废水均有一定作用,最适用于综合废水,而铬鞣液直接混凝效果不佳。最佳混凝剂为PAM(分子量900x10^4—1200x10^4)40mg/L Al2(S04)3 1000mg/L,色度能完全去除,对SS、COD、Cr的去除率也较高。  相似文献

研究了新型混凝剂BMT对城市污水进行强化混凝处理的效果,并与常用混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行了比较。结果表明,在城市污水原水COD低于500mg/L和最佳工况下,经BMT处理后的出水能够达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)二级标准,并具备替代PAC的能力。  相似文献

An investigation of dye decolorization from synthetic dye solutions using the non-ionic, water-soluble, high molecular weight seed gums Ipomoea dasysperma and guar gum as coagulants was undertaken. The use of galactomannans derived from plants in this system presents a sustainable method of textile effluent treatment. These natural coagulants extracted from plants proved to be workable alternatives to conventional coagulants like polyaluminum chloride, as they are biodegradable, safe to human health, are cost effective when compared to imported chemicals and have a wider effective dosage range for flocculation of various colloidal suspensions. Coagulant dose and coagulation pH are important factors influencing the mechanism of coagulation. Also the type and chemical structure of the dye plays an important role in the coagulation process. The seed gums alone were found to be effective for decolorization of direct dye and in combination with PAC their coagulation efficiency was well extended even for reactive and acid dyes.  相似文献

针对铝盐系无机混凝剂(如硫酸铝、聚合铝)用于含油废水脱油净化处理而产生的含油浮渣,提出了一种使含油浮渣资源化综合利用的无机酸直接酸化处理的工艺方法。本处理工艺的特点在于:①可以充分回收原油;②循环使用铝盐混凝剂;③免除对含油浮渣饼的焚烧处理过程。铝盐混凝剂经5次循环使用,仍保持很好的除油效果。  相似文献

The evaluation of bioflocculant, in comparison with traditional inorganic coagulants, for the removal of humic acids from landfill leachates stabilized by biological treatment, was performed using conventional jar-test coagulation experiments. The optimized conditions (pH and coagulant dosage) were identified for the treatment of synthetic solutions as well as for biologically pre-treated landfill leachates. It was found that the application of bioflocculant was quite efficient in the removal of humic acids from synthetic solutions as well as in the reduction of COD content from real landfill leachates. The optimal pH value was found to be between 7 and 7.5, while a 20 mg/l bioflocculant dosage was sufficient in providing more than 85% humic acid removal. The results were comparable with those obtained by the application of conventional coagulants such as alum or polyaluminum chloride; therefore, bioflocculant can be considered as a viable alternative in the treatment of landfill leachates applying coagulation.  相似文献

通过M—BFA、PAFS和PFS三种混凝剂对出水浊度、CODcr和TP的去除效果的研究,分析了混凝强化降低上海市某污水处理厂出水CODcr的效果,给出了混凝强化CODcr减排方案。实验结果表明,采用M—BFA和PAM组合强化混凝,可控制CODcr浓度在120mg/L以内。  相似文献

Among the various technologies available to treat wastewater from sugar production, electro‐oxidation, or electrocoagulation, is considered one of the best. Moreover, it is a cost‐effective method. Although it is considered an advanced form of chemical coagulation, it does not require the addition of chemical coagulants, as the coagulant is generated through the dissolution of the sacrificial anodes that are connected to the electric current in the treatment chamber. The comparative performance of potassium ferrate(VI), ferric sulphate and aluminium sulphate for the removal of turbidity, chemical oxygen demand (COD), colour (as Vis400-abs) and bacteria in sewage treatment was evaluated. For coagulation and disinfection of sewage, potassium ferrate(VI) can remove more organic contaminants, COD and bacteria in comparison with the other two coagulants for the same doses used. Also, potassium ferrate(VI) produces less sludge volume and removes more contaminants, which should make subsequent sludge treatment easier.  相似文献

采用自制TiO2作为光催化剂,利用光催化-混凝联合处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水,研究了废水的pH值、催化剂用量、反应时间、有机物和混凝剂种类对含Cr(Ⅵ)废水中Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明,在添加EDTA,pH值为1,紫外灯120min左右,二氧化钛加入量为0.4g,采用FeCl3和PAM作为混凝剂时,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效率最好。  相似文献
