电子垃圾焚烧排放的二噁英对周围大气环境的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了研究电子垃圾焚烧产生的二噁英对周围环境的影响,同时在E1和E2采样点分别采集9个大气样品.E1周围分布大量的电子垃圾焚烧点,E2则位于E1南9 km处,周围无其他明显的二噁英排放源.所采样品用同位素稀释法进行分析测定,结果表明,E1和E2大气样品中二噁英的平均质量浓度分别为127.37、22.37 pg/m3,平均毒性当量浓度分别为8.777、1.305 pg I-TEQ/m3.八氯代二苯并呋喃(OCDF)、八氯代二苯并二噁英(OCDD)、七氯代二苯并呋喃(1,2,3,4,6,7,8-HpCDF)和七氯代二苯并二噁英(1,2,3,4,6,7,8-HpCDD)对2,3,7,8位氯代的二噁英的总浓度贡献较大,而五氯代二苯并呋喃(2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF)则对总毒性当量浓度贡献最大,其贡献率超过40%.在E1和E2两个采样点,二噁英在气相中的比例均随着氯原子取代数的增加而降低.两采样点相似的二噁英分布模式和气固分配,说明E2大气中二噁英主要来自于E1电子垃圾焚烧产生的二噁英.  相似文献

利用浸渍法将纳米TiO2-Ag负载于粘胶基活性炭纤维上进行改性来处理低浓度氨气,扫描电镜观测和能量色散谱分析表明纳米TiO2和Ag均较成功地负载于VACF表面上,改性VACF对氨气脱除性能良好,最大脱除率为93.3%;当Ag+掺杂量为TiO2含量的0.5wt%时氨气脱除率达到最大值;存在最佳相对湿度为55%;在氨气浓度为13~65 mg/m3范围内,浓度越低,脱除效果越好;处理较高浓度氨气可通过增加改性VACF用量;随着反应连续进行,改性VACF稳定性受到影响,但仍具有脱除氨气能力。  相似文献

设计构建了植物-水生动物-填料生态反应器,以强化景观水体生态修复效果.实验中构建了美人蕉-组合填料-泥鳅生态反应器,以上海市绥宁河富营养化河水为实验用水.采用近自然的静态处理方式,经过120 h,TP、NH 4-N和TN去除率分别为68.5%、46.0%和53.8%,较对照1(无美人蕉和泥鳅,其他条件相同)分别提高52.3%、40.4%和43.3%.反应器中美人蕉根系生物膜中异养细菌、硝酸细菌、亚硝酸细菌数量分别为3.98E 08 CFU/g、8.20E 04 CFU/g和6.01E 03 CFU/g,较填料生物膜中相应细菌分别高出5.6倍、3.4倍和4.0倍.而根系和填料生物膜中反硝化细菌的数量水平相当,分别为1.09E 03 CFU/g和1.41E 03 CFU/g.根系泌氧能够改善根系生物膜含氧状态,使其成为硝化作用的主要场所.植物根系和填料生物膜内部存在兼性厌氧微环境,使反硝化作用得以进行,有利于总氮的去除.微生物群落的ERIC-PCR指纹图分析说明,美人蕉、泥鳅为填料生物膜微生物提供了有利的生存和作用的生态环境.  相似文献

Multivariate statistical methods, such as cluster analysis (CA), discriminant analysis (DA) and principal component analysis (PCA), were used to analyze the water quality dataset including 13 parameters at 18 sites of the Daliao River Basin from 2003-2005 (8424 observations) to obtain temporal and spatial variations and to identify potential pollution sources. Using Hierarchical CA it is classified 12 months into three periods (first, second and third period) and the 18 sampling sites into three groups (groups A, B and C). Six significant parameters (temperature, pH, DO, BOD(5), volatile phenol and E. coli) were identified by DA for distinguishing temporal or spatial groups, with close to 84.5% correct assignment for temporal variation analysis, while five parameters (DO, NH(4)(+)-N, Hg, volatile phenol and E. coli) were discovered to correctly assign about 73.61% for the spatial variation analysis. PCA is useful in identifying five latent pollution sources for group B and C (oxygen consuming organic pollution, toxic organic pollution, heavy metal pollution, fecal pollution and oil pollution). During the first period, sites received more oxygen consuming organic pollution, toxic organic pollution and heavy metal pollution than those in the other two periods. For group B, sites were mainly affected by oxygen consuming organic pollution and toxic organic pollution during the first period. The level of pollution in the second period was between the other two periods. For group C, sites were mainly affected by oil pollution during the first period and oxygen consuming organic pollution during the third period. Furthermore, source identification of each period for group B and group C provided useful information about seasonal pollution. Sites were mainly affected by fecal pollution in the third period for group B, indicating the character of non-point source pollution. In addition, all the sites were also affected by physical-chemistry pollution. In the second and third period for group B and second period for group C sites were also affected by natural pollution.  相似文献

A novel process, enhanced direct injection-well recharge system (EnDir), can overcome the technical difficulties during the application of conventional surface spreading and has been developed to recharge groundwater with reclaimed water. In this study, removal and transformation of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in the system were investigated in laboratory-scale experiments. Results demonstrated that dissolved organic carbon and trihalomethane formation potential values could be reduced from 6.54 +/- 1.30 mg/L and 267.9 +/- 24.3 microg/L to 1.59 +/- 0.64 mg/L and 104.5 +/- 10.2 microg/L, respectively, as a result of DOM biodegradation in the aerobic short-term vadose soil treatment. Fluorescence spectra showed that aromatic protein-like substances and soluble microbial byproducts could be removed, to a great extent, in the soil system. Despite different removal efficiencies of DOM in different molecular weight fractions, the residual DOM was composed mainly of fulvic acid-like and humic acid-like substances, with molecular weights of 500 Da to 1 kDa.  相似文献

Understanding the correlation between soil hydraulic parameters and soil physical properties is a prerequisite for the prediction of soil hydraulic properties from soil physical properties. The objective of this study was to examine the scale- and location-dependent correlation between two water retention parameters (alpha and n) in the van Genuchten (1980) function and soil physical properties (sand content, bulk density [Bd], and organic carbon content) using wavelet techniques. Soil samples were collected from a transect from Fuxin, China. Soil water retention curves were measured, and the van Genuchten parameters were obtained through curve fitting. Wavelet coherency analysis was used to elucidate the location- and scale-dependent relationships between these parameters and soil physical properties. Results showed that the wavelet coherence between alpha and sand content was significantly different from red noise at small scales (8-20 m) and from a distance of 30 to 470 m. Their wavelet phase spectrum was predominantly out of phase, indicating negative correlation between these two variables. The strong negative correlation between alpha and Bd existed mainly at medium scales (30-80 m). However, parameter n had a strong positive correlation only with Bd at scales between 20 and 80 m. Neither of the two retention parameters had significant wavelet coherency with organic carbon content. These results suggested that location-dependent scale analyses are necessary to improve the performance for soil water retention characteristic predictions.  相似文献

We used Caenorhabditis elegans to investigate whether acute exposure to TiO2-NPs at the concentration of 20 μg L−1 reflecting predicted environmental relevant concentration and 25 mg L−1 reflecting concentration in food can cause toxicity on nematodes with mutations of susceptible genes. Among examined mutants associated with oxidative stress and stress response, we found that genes of sod-2, sod-3, mtl-2, and hsp-16.48 might be susceptible for TiO2-NPs toxicity. Mutations of these genes altered functions of both possible primary and secondary targeted organs in nematodes exposed to 25 mg L−1 of TiO2-NPs for 24-h. Mutations of these genes caused similar expression patterns of genes required for oxidative stress in TiO2-NPs exposed mutant nematodes, implying their similar mechanisms to form the susceptible property. Nevertheless, acute exposure to 20 μg L−1 of TiO2-NPs for 24-h and 25 mg L−1 of TiO2-NPs for 0.48-h or 5.71-h did not influence functions of both possible primary and secondary targeted organs in sod-2, sod-3, mtl-2, and hsp-16.48 mutants. Therefore, our results suggest the relatively safe property of acute exposure to TiO2-NPs with certain durations at predicted environmental relevant concentrations or concentrations comparable to those in food in nematodes with mutations of some susceptible genes.  相似文献

A deltamethrin-imprinted polymer (MIP1) was prepared using bis(-6-O-butanediacid monoester)-β-cyclodextrin (BBA-β-CD) as the functional monomer and toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) as the cross-linker. In comparison to the molecularly imprinted polymer where β-CD was applied as the functional monomer (MIP2), MIP1 showed a higher specific binding capacity (ΔCP) and an improved imprinting factor (IF) for deltamethrin. The selective recognition experiments demonstrated that compared to MIP2, MIP1 could better recognize its template over other substrates that had similar chemical structures. The solid phase extraction (SPE) of deltamethrin using MIP1 as the adsorbent was further investigated. The recoveries of the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE) column for deltamethrin were 83.2–93.4% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.03–6.19%. The method has been successfully applied to the enrichment of trace deltamethrin from real water samples.  相似文献

The occurrence, behavior, and release of five acidic pharmaceuticals, including ibuprofen (IBP), naproxen (NPX), ketoprofen (KEP), diclofenac (DFC), and clofibric acid (CA), have been investigated along the different units in a tertiary-level domestic wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in hyper-urbanization city of China (Shanghai). IBP was the most abundant chemicals among the measured in raw wastewater. The loads of the acidic pharmaceuticals in the WWTP influent ranged from 7.5 to 414 mg/day/1,000 inh, which were lower than those reported in the developed countries suggesting a less per capita consumption of pharmaceuticals in Shanghai. IBP obtained by highest removal (87 %); NPX and KEP were also significantly removed (69–76 %). However, DFC and CA were only moderately removed by 37–53 %, respectively. Biodegradation seemed to play a key role in the elimination of the studied pharmaceuticals except for DFC and CA. An annual release of acidic pharmaceuticals was estimated at 1,499 and 61.7 kg/year through wastewater and sludge, respectively, from Shanghai. Highest pharmaceuticals concentrations were detected in the effluent discharge point of the WWTP, indicating that WWTP effluent is the main source of the acidic pharmaceuticals to its receiving river. Preliminary results indicated that only DFC in river had a high risk to aquatic organisms. Nevertheless, the joint toxicity effects of these chemicals are needed to further investigate.  相似文献
