Watershed protection and landscape enhancement by utilization of river water

A scheme for watershed protection and landscape enhaneement(WPLE) by utilization of fiver water was proposed to renovate water resources and protect ecological environment in Qiongshan City, Hainan Province, China. Utilization of fiver water may diminish the drought and flood risks. The scheme is benefieial to solve the problems of water resources shortage, groundwater declines and saltwater intrusion in the watershed. The object of the WPLE scheme is to aehieve a sustainable integrated development of environment, ecology, economy and society.A kind of physieally beautiful and funetionally vivid landscape may exert its synthetieal funetion on the diversity of landscape and the enjoyment of inhabitants. Feasibility of the scheme will be demonstrated by more exoeriments and tests, as well as observations in a long term.

Ferron逐时络合比色法研究TEOS－PAC中AI的形态

以TEOS为原料,将其与AlCl_3溶液混合后再缓慢滴加Na0H溶液,合成出具有不同Si/Al比和B值的复合絮凝剂样品TEOS-PAC。用Ferron逐时络合比色法对其Al形态分布及转化特征进行了研究,并与以硅酸钠(Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O)为原料相同条件下制备的样品作了比较,初步得出了Si/Al比和β值对TEOS-PAC复合絮凝剂中Al形态的影响规律。     

Two different proteases produced by a deep-sea psychrotrophic bacterial strain,<Emphasis Type="Italic"> Pseudoaltermonas</Emphasis> sp. SM9913

A psychrotrophic bacterial strain, Pseudoaltermonas sp. SM9913, was isolated from deep-sea sediment collected at 1,855 m depth. Two proteases produced by Pseudoaltermonas sp. SM9913 were purified, MPC-01 and MCP-02. MCP-01 is a serine protease with a molecular weight of 60.7 kDa. It is cold-adapted with an optimum temperature of 30–35°C. Its K_m and E_a for the hydrolysis of casein were 0.18% and 39.1 kJ mol^–1, respectively. It had low thermostability, and its activity was reduced by 73% after incubation at 40°C for 10 min. MCP-02 is a mesophilic metalloprotease with a molecular weight of 36 kDa. Its optimum temperature for the hydrolysis of casein was 50–55°C. The K_m and E_a of MCP-02 for the hydrolysis of casein were 0.36% and 59.3 kJ mol^–1, respectively. MCP-02 had high thermostability, and its activity was reduced by only 30.5% after incubation at 60°C for 10 min. At low temperatures, Pseudoaltermonas sp. SM9913 mainly produced the psychrophilic protease MCP-01.Communicated by O. Kinne, Oldendorf/Luhe     

Ⅱ.尾矿砂对重金属的吸附作用

本文研究了尾矿砂颗粒对Cu,pb,Cd三种重金属离子的吸附作用,以及各种环境条件因素对颗粒表面吸附作用的影响。实验结果表明,细微尾矿砂颗粒对溶液中的重金属离子具有较强烈的吸附作用,并且强烈地依赖于溶液的pH。根据表面络合反应,对尾矿砂颗粒表面基团可能参与的表面络合反应和吸附的重金属形态进行了讨论,并应用简化络合反应模式,求取了尾矿砂颗粒与Cu,Pb,Cd的表面络合形成的条件稳定常数pK_(ad)。
