生物肥料对香蕉枯萎病及土壤微生物的影响   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
香蕉枯萎病是真菌引起的一种土传病害,它的蔓延已经严重影响到香蕉产业的正常发展.将腐熟的有机肥与3种生防细菌(枯草芽胞杆菌、胶质芽胞杆菌和巨大芽胞杆菌)结合,组合成生物复混肥和生物有机肥,将它们施用在香蕉上,研究其对枯萎病病害防治效果.盆栽香蕉试验结果显示,2种肥料不仅能抑制香蕉枯萎病(防病效果分别为61.5%和53.8%),同时也引起土壤微生物群落发生变化,真菌数量明显下降,放线菌明显升高,细菌变化较小.通过相关分析发现,生物肥料中3种生防细菌总数与土壤中枯萎菌和普通真菌呈显著负相关,而与防病效果呈极显著正相关,有机肥中细菌与土壤细菌和放线菌含量也呈显著正相关.  相似文献

互花米草是河口湿地典型的入侵物种,为了探究互花米草入侵对河口湿地铁还原菌群落结构及多样性影响,以闽江口秋茄湿地、闽江口芦苇湿地和漳江口白骨壤湿地3个典型的湿地为研究对象,分别对互花米草入侵前后土壤铁还原菌群落进行测定与分析.结果表明:①互花米草入侵使白骨壤湿地和芦苇湿地土壤铁还原菌多样性升高,使秋茄湿地铁还原菌多样性降低;②互花米草入侵白骨壤湿地后拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)相对丰度显著降低,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)铁还原菌的相对丰度显著提高(p<0.05);③互花米草入侵使湿地土壤铁还原菌的优势菌属发生演替.互花米草入侵后,秋茄湿地中优势菌属除硫单胞菌(Desulfuromonas)的丰度显著降低成为非优势菌属,而厌氧粘细菌(Anaeromyxobacter)的丰度显著提高成为第三优势菌属;白骨壤湿地中互花米草入侵后拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)的丰度显著降低成为非优势菌属;④环境因子及碳组分影响湿地土壤铁还原菌的相对丰度,Geobacter的相对丰度与可溶性有机碳、土壤微生物量碳均呈显著负相关(p<0.01),Halothiobacillus的相对丰度与土壤总有机碳(SOC)呈显著正相关(p<0.05),与土壤微生物量碳(MBC)呈显著负相关(p<0.05).研究结果可为治理互花米草过程中微生物多样性的恢复提供科学依据.  相似文献

The applicability of microwave irradiation in the removal of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from the soil heavily contaminated by capacitor oil was studied. Granular activated carbon (GAC) was added into the soil as a microwave-absorbing material to rapidly increase the temperature of the reaction system. Effects of sodium hypophosphite (SHP) and iron powder (IP) as reductants on PCB removal, as well as the effects of water content in soil, microwave power and the amount of GAC added were investigated. The results indicated that in the presence of SHP and GAC, about 80% of PCBs in soil were effectively removed by 10 min microwave irradiation, and the further addition of IP could raise the average removal efficiency to a higher level, more than 95%. In the removal of PCBs with the microwave/GAC/IP/SHP system, an appropriate amount of water proved to be helpful in promoting the removal of PCBs from soil by steam distillation and in acting as a co-solvent of SHP and H-donor of IP.  相似文献

With increasing industrial activities, mercury has been largely discharged into environment and caused serious environmental problems. The growing level of mercury pollution has become a huge threat to human health due to its significant biotoxicity. Therefore, the simple and fast means for on-site monitoring discharged mercury pollution are highly necessary to protect human beings from its pernicious effects in time. Herein, a “turn off” fluorescent biosensor (mCherry L199C) for sensing Hg2+ was successfully designed based on direct modification of the chromophore environment of fluorescent protein mCherry. For rapid screening and characterization, the designed variant of mCherry (mCherry L199C) was directly expressed on outer-membrane of  Escherichia coli cells by cell surface display technique. The fluorescent biosensor was characterized to have favorable response to Hg2+ at micromole level among other metal ions and over a broad pH range. Further, the cells of the fluorescent biosensor were encapsulated in alginate hydrogel to develop the cells-alginate hydrogel-based paper. The cells-alginate hydrogel-based paper could detect mercury pollution in 5 min with simple operation process and inexpensive equipment, and it could keep fluorescence and activity stable at 4?°C for 24 hr, which would be a high-throughput screening tool in preliminarily reporting the presence of mercury pollution in natural setting.  相似文献

Batch sorption experiments were conducted to evaluate the sorption behavior of tetracycline (TC, H3L) on sediments and soils in the presence and absence of cadmium (Cd), as affected by pH and properties of sediments and soils. The results indicated stronger nonlinearity and higher capacity of TC sorption on sediments than on soils. Sorption of TC also strongly depended on environmental factors and sediment/soil properties. Lower pH facilitated TC sorption through a cation exchange mechanism, which also took place at pH values above 5.5, where TC existed as a zwitterion (H2L0) or anions (HL and L2−). When pH was above 7, however, ligand-promoted dissolution of TC might occur due to TC weakening the Al-O bond of aluminum oxide and the Fe-O bond of iron oxide. Natural organic matter (NOM) plays a more important role in TC sorption than cation exchange capacity (CEC) and clay contents. The presence of Cd (II) increased TC sorption on both sediments and soils, which resulted from the decrease of equilibrium solution pH caused by Cd2+ exchange with H+ ions of sediment/soil surfaces. The increase of TC sorption was also related to the formation of TC-Cd complexes, where Cd2+ acted as a bridge between the sediment/soil and TC.  相似文献

酸浸条件的选择是资源化利用和安全处置电镀污泥中重金属元素的关键。以盐城市某企业含铜镍电镀污泥为研究对象,考察了酸浸条件对重金属铜镍的浸出率的影响。结果发现:硫酸浸出效果优于盐酸和硝酸,其最佳浓度为1.5 mol/L;污泥粒径越小,其重金属浸出率越高;升高浸取温度可以显著提高浸出率。正交实验结果表明:固液比为1∶15及45℃条件下,1.5 mol/L的硫酸溶液对粒径为100目的电镀污泥中铜、镍2 h后的浸出率分别达到97.59%和91.60%。  相似文献

BDE-47对斑马鱼胚胎-幼鱼的急性毒性及氧化应激作用   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为研究2,2',4,4'-四溴联苯醚(BDE-47)对斑马鱼胚胎-幼鱼急性毒性、氧化应激及细胞凋亡的影响,以受精后3 h的斑马鱼胚胎为染毒对象,用概率单位法计算BDE-47对斑马鱼胚胎-幼鱼的96 h-LC50;再参照96 h-LC50按一定比例级差设置0.25、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg·L-1 4个浓度组和1个对照组(0 mg·L-1)进行96 h半静水式毒性试验,检测斑马鱼超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞凋亡情况。结果表明,BDE-47对斑马鱼96 h的急性毒性LC50为3.77 mg·L-1(95%可信区间1.93~10.27 mg·L-1);2.0 mg·L-1剂量组与对照组相比,SOD活性和MDA含量显著增加,且CAT活性与BDE-47染毒浓度之间存在明显的剂量-效应关系;0.5 mg·L-1 BDE-47染毒96 h后,即观察到斑马鱼幼鱼出现明显细胞凋亡,主要集中于神经管和脑部。研究表明,BDE-47可以影响斑马鱼体内抗氧化防御系统,并能诱导细胞凋亡;BDE-47导致神经组织的氧化损伤可能在动物神经毒性中起重要作用。  相似文献
