This paper investigated the effects of β-cyclodextrins (I3-CD) and its two derivatives, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPCD) and carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CMCD), on the solubility and biodegradation of 2-nitrophenyl by an A cinetbacter sp. Results showed that β-CD, HPCD and CMCD could not be utilized by A cinetbacter sp. as sole carbon source and none of the CDs had toxic effects on the growth of the bacteria in the experiments; all the CDs could enhance the apparent solubility and accelerate the biodegradation of 2-nitrobipheny. It showed that biodegradation-accelerating effects of CDs on 2-nitrobiphenyl were correlated with their solubility-enhancing effects. Among three CDs investigated, CMCD had the most obvious effects both on the apparent solubility and the biodegradation, followed by β-CD and HPCD. 相似文献

A submicroscopic genomic duplication in Xq22.2 that contains the entire proteolipid protein 1 gene (PLP1) is responsible for the majority of Pelizaeus–Merzbacher disease (PMD) patients. We previously developed an interphase FISH assay to screen for PLP1 duplications in PMD patients using peripheral blood and lymphoblastoid cell lines. This assay has been utilized as a clinical diagnostic test in our cytogenetics laboratory. To expand usage of the interphase FISH assay to prenatal diagnosis of PLP1 duplications, we examined three PMD families with PLP1 duplications utilizing aminiotic fluid samples. In two families the FISH assay revealed fetuses with PLP1 duplications, whereas the other fetus showed a normal copy number of PLP1. Haplotype analyses, as well as an additional FISH analysis using postnatal blood samples, confirmed the results of the prenatal analyses. 目的 验证超声冲击处理(UIT)对X80钢管环缝焊接接头疲劳性能的延寿效果。方法 分别开展X80管线钢GMAW自动焊环缝超声冲击前后的疲劳试验,根据国际焊接学会(IIW)的规范处理试验数据,并对结果进行对比。结果 稳定地控制管道内壁焊根区域的显微未熔合等焊接缺陷,是保证X80管线钢环焊缝具有优异抗疲劳性能的关键延寿途径之一。采用最大应力固定为屈服强度+全厚度小尺寸试件的焊接接头疲劳试验方法能够替代足尺寸或全尺寸焊接结构疲劳试验,也适用于评价超声冲击处理焊接接头的疲劳性能。在严格控制错边量的前提下,X80管线钢GMAW环缝可以达到BS7608 D级设计曲线要求。结论 超声冲击处理可以显著提高X80管线钢环缝接头的疲劳性能,大约延长疲劳寿命4~10倍左右。 相似文献

A highly active visible light-induced BiVO4 photocatalyst was prepared by a simple co-precipitation method using ammonia solution as a pH adjustor and Triton X-100 (TX100) as a structure directing agent. The physical properties of the prepared BiVO4 photocatalyst were investigated by several techniques such as X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) surface area measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDS), Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), photoluminescence (PL), and UV–Vis diffused reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). XRD results revealed the existence of a monoclinic scheelite structure in both the unmodified and the modified samples. The TX100 played a crucial role to control the cuboid-like shape morphology of BiVO4. The DRS results showed that the as-prepared cuboid BiVO4 possessed enhanced visible light absorption range compared with that of the unmodified BiVO4. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated via indigo carmine (IC) degradation under visible light irradiation. The modified BiVO4 showed higher photocatalytic efficiency than the unmodified BiVO4 and the commercial P25-TiO2 which could be ascribed to the better charge separation efficiency. 相似文献
