以付老文泡湿地为研究区,在典型样带内设置具有不同环境梯度的六个观测区,研究了样带内贴地气层CO2日平均浓度的空间分异特征。结果表明,付老文泡湿地在7月份的贴地气层CO2日平均浓度较低,总平均值为264.14μmol/mol;付老文泡湿地最大CO2日平均浓度出现在近地面层,CO2日平均浓度由近地面层向上呈现下降趋势。在四个高度水平上,CO2日平均浓度的水平分异特征明显,高值区和低值区分别出现在洼地和高地。在水分梯度作用下,洼地区内CO2日平均浓度在四个高度水平上均表现为样地A<样地B<样地C,且在垂直方向上均呈现出由近地层向上呈先减后增再骤然减少的变化趋势;样地D和样地E的CO2日平均浓度在垂直方向上变化趋势一致,由近地层向上呈现逐渐减少的变化趋势;而样地F的CO2日平均浓度的垂直变化不明显。  相似文献

本方法借鉴国内外经验,采用美国环保局工业环境实验室提出的化合物的潜在危害指数来指示物质对环境的毒性,结合某流域丰、平、枯三个水期测定出的有机污染物的检出浓度和检出频次以及流域污染源的检出频次,利用分级、加权法对检出的化合物进行排序,遵循有源、可控的原则,筛选出某流域的优先控制污染物。所提出的方法具有合理性和可操作性。  相似文献

通过2003~2005年连续3 a对上海市城区非渗透性地表径流的采样与检测,获得了19个采样点56组径流水样污染物(COD、BOD5、SS、NH+4-N、TP、TN)浓度随降雨历时的变化过程线.据此分析了径流污染物浓度的变化规律及其与降雨特性之间的关系,计算了地表径流水质的事件平均浓度,分析了事件平均浓度的分布规律及其与降雨特性参数之间的相关关系.研究表明,上海市区非渗透性地面径流事件平均浓度中值(mg/L)为:COD 205,BOD5 68,SS 185,NH+4-N 3.14,TP 0.40,TN 7.23,大大高于法国巴黎同类研究的结果;BOD5与COD的比值约为0.37,明显高于发达国家相关监测的结果.结果表明,上海市城区地表径流污染严重,即使实现了理想的分流制也难以控制面源污染对城市水环境的危害.  相似文献

Salicylic acid (SA) was an essential component of the plant resistance to pathogens and also plays an important role in mediating plant response to some abiotic stress. The possible effects of SA on the growth and H2O2-metabolizing enzymes in rice seedlings under lead stress were studied. When rice seedlings grown in nutrient solution containing Pb^2+ (0, 0.05, 0.15, 0.25 mmol/L) for 18 d, the plant biomass as well as the chlorophyll content of leaves decreased with increasing Pb concentration. The pre-treatment with SA (treated with 0.1 mmol/L SA for 48 h before Pb stress) partially protected seedlings from Pb toxicity. The chlorophyll contents were significant higher in leaves of Pb-exposed with SA pre-treatment seedlings than in Pb-exposed plants at the same Pb intensity. SA pre-treated alone could significantly increase the length of shoot and root of seedlings but the vigour difference was not marked under long-term exposure to Pb toxicity. SA pre-treated influence the H2O2 level in leaves of seedlings by up-regulating the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), repressing the activity of catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) depending on the concentrations of Pb^2+ in the growth medium. The results supported the conclusion that SA played a positive role in rice seedlings against Pb toxicity.  相似文献

Anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) technology has potential technical superiority and economical efficiency for the nitrogen removal from landfill leachate, which contains high-strength ammonium nitrogen (NH4 -N) and refractory organics. To complete the ANAMMOX process, a preceding partial nitritation step to produce the appropriate ratio of nitrite/ammonium is a key stage. The objective of this study was to determine the optimal conditions to acquire constant partial nitritation for landfill leachate treatment, and a bench scale fixed bed bio-film reactor was used in this study to investigate the effects of the running factors on the partial nitritation. The results showed that both the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration and the ammonium volumetric loading rate (Nv) had effects on the partial nitritation. In the controlling conditions with a temperature of 30±1℃, Nv of 0.2-1.0 kg NH4 -N/(m3d), and DO concentration of 0.8-2.3 mg/L, the steady partial nitritation was achieved as follows: more than 94% partial nitritation efficiency (nitrite as the main product), 60%-74% NH4 -N removal efficiency, and NO2--N/NH4 -N ratio (concentration ratio) of 1.0-1.4 in the effluent. The impact of temperature was related to iVv at certain DO concentration, and the temperature range of 25-30癈 was suitable for treating high strength ammonium leachate. Ammonium-oxidizing bacteria could be acclimated to higher FA (free ammonium) in the range of 122-224 mg/L. According to the denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis result of the bio-film in the reactor, there were 25 kinds of 16S rRNA gene fragments, which indicated that abundant microbial communities existed in the bio-film, although high concentrations of ammonium and FA may inhibit the growth of the nitrite-oxidizing bacteria and other microorganisms in the reactor.  相似文献

Treatment of tannery wastewater by electrocoagulation with low cell current(≤1A)and soluble electrodes(mild steel electrodes and aluminum electrodes)was studied.Compared with aluminum electrodes,mild steel electrodes were more effective for the removal of sulfide,with a removal efficiency of over 90%.But during the treatment process,black color precipitate typical to iron(Ⅱ)sulfides was produced.While aluminum electrodes were effective to eliminate the colority of the effluent,the removal efficiency of sulfide was lower than 12%.The mechanisms of the removal of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia,total organic carbon,sulfide and colority with the two soluble electrodes(mild steel and aluminum electrodes)were discussed in detail.In order to exert the predominance of diffenent types of electrodes,the tannery wastewater was treated using mild steel electrodes first followed by the filter and finally by the aluminum electrodes,the elimination rates of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia,total organic carbon,sulfide and colority were 68.0%,43.1%,55.1%,96.7% and 84.3%,respectively,with the initial concentrations 2413.1 mg/L,223.4 mg/L,1000.4 mg/L,112.3 mg/L and 256 dilution times,respectively.The absorbance spectra and energy consumption during electrocoagulation process were also discussed.  相似文献

A field experiment located in Taihu Lake Basin of China was conducted,by application of urea or a mixture of urea with manure, to elucidate the interception of nitrogen(N)export in a typical rice field through"zero-drainage water management"combined with sound irrigation,rainfall forecasting and field drying,N concentrations in floodwater rapidly declined before the first event of field drying after three split fertilizations,and subsequently tended to retum to the background level.Before the first field drying,total particulate nitrogen(TPN)was the predominant N form in floodwater of plots with no N input,dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)on plots that received urea only,and dissolved organic nitrogen(DON)on plots treated with the mixture of urea and manure.Thereafter TPN became the major form.No N export was found from the rice field,but total nitrogen(TN)of 15.8 kg/hm~2 was remained,mainly due to soil N sorption.The results recommended the zero-drainage water management for full-scale areas for minimizing N export.  相似文献

Ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) is a very fast, highly sensitive, and inexpensive technique, it permits efficient monitoring of volatile organic compounds like alcohols. In this article, positive ion mobility spectra for six alcohol organic compounds have been systematically studied for the first time using a high-resolution IMS apparatus equipped with a discharge ionization source. Utilizing protonated water cluster ions (H2O)nH^+ as the reactant ions and clean air as the drift gas, alcohol organic compounds, ethanol, 1- propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol, 1-pentanol and 2-octanol, all exhibit product ion characteristic peaks in their respective ion mobility spectrometry, that is a result of proton transfer reactions between the alcohols and reaction ions (H2O)nH^+. The mixture of these alcohols, including two isomers, has been detected, and the results showed that they could be distinguished effectively in the ion mobility spectrum. The reduced mobility values have been determined, which are in very well agreement with the traditional ^63Ni-IMS experimental values. The exponential dilution method was used to calibrate the alcohol concentrations, and a detection limit available for the alcohols is in order of magnitude of a few ng/L.  相似文献

温州城市不同下垫面径流中无机氮的含量及初期冲刷效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在温州两个采样区分别监测了4场降雨事件,选取交通干道、停车场、小区屋面、小区路面、城市排水系统汇流口、草地等6种下垫面,测定地表降雨径流中溶解铵态氮(NH+4-N)、溶解硝态氮(NO-3-N)、溶解亚硝态氮(NO-2-N)的含量及基本理化指标.结果表明,温州城市降雨径流中NH+4-N、NO-3-N和NO-2-N的降雨事件平均浓度(EMC)值分别介于0.40~5.55、0.01~4.70、0~0.87mg·L-1(以N计)之间,九山外河区域氮污染比山下河区域严重,交通干道、居民生活区是氮污染严重的地方,应加以重视.多数下垫面径流中溶解态无机氮以NH+4-N为主,比例可达50%以上,九山外河区域各下垫面径流中NH+4-N普遍超过了地表水环境V类水标准.除小区路面以外,各下垫面径流多次出现NH+4-N的初期冲刷效应,仅小区屋面和汇流口径流中出现过NO--N初期冲刷效应.  相似文献

重庆市武隆县铁矿乡鸡尾山于2009年6月5日发生了一起大规模的山体崩滑灾害性事件,约500万m3崩滑物质从高约75m的陡坎沿铁匠沟作高速远程运动,形成了平均厚度约30m、纵向长度约2 500m的堆积区。本文在对鸡尾山山体崩滑堆积区进行大量地质调查的基础上,详细研究了鸡尾山高速远程崩滑碎屑流流动堆积的各向分选特征以及碎屑流的堆积成坝特征,以为该类地质灾害的防治提供依据。  相似文献
