Microbial safety control of compost material with cow dung by heat treatment

Various kinds of pathogenic bacteria derived from the intestinal tract of animals exist in compost material like cow dung.In order to sterilize the pathogenic bacteria completely in compost material,the cow dung was put into a heat treatment machine in pilot plan, and harmless condition in short time was examined.The results indicated,pathogenic indicator bacteria such as coliform bacteria, fecal coliform,Escherichia coli and salmonella were all 10~6 cfu/g dw at the beginning,died rapidly when cow dung temperature rose to above 50℃,and not detected at 54-68℃for 6-24 h heat treatment.Coliform bacteria and salmonella in heated cow dung were not detected by re-growth culture and enrichment culture examination.Moreover,it was hardly influenced on the fermentation ability of composting microbe,organic decomposition bacteria.During heat treatment,the mesophile decreased rapidly and the thermophile stabilized or increased,and the most of composting microbe were bacillus in cow dung by fluorescence microscope,this indicated that bacillus was dominator and composting microbe in composting process.     

固定化菌剂对污水和牛粪中雌二醇和己烯雌酚的去除作用

针对雌二醇(E2)和己烯雌酚(DES)易在污水和牛粪富集的问题,制备了具有去除E2和DES功能的固定化菌剂,并研究了其对污水和牛粪中E2与DES的去除作用.以E2降解菌Rhodococcus sp.JX-2与DES降解菌Serratia sp.S为供试菌,主要通过正交试验确定了固定化菌剂包埋方法,比较了固定化菌剂、游离态菌剂、空白小球对E2与DES的去除效能,并分析了菌剂用量、p H、含水量、翻堆时间对菌剂去除污水和牛粪中E2和DES的影响.结果表明,菌剂制备的最佳固定化条件为菌株JX-2与菌株S菌悬液体积比为1∶1,海藻酸钠质量分数5%,菌胶比为1∶2,Ca Cl2·2H2O质量分数4%.固定化菌剂对溶液中初始浓度为2 mg·L-1E2和DES的去除率分别达99.42%和84.59%.去除污水中E2和DES的最佳固定化菌剂用量为300g·L-1,p H值为5.0~6.0,能完全去除DES,E2去除率为95.85%;去除牛粪中E2和DES的最佳固定化菌剂用量为600g·kg-1,牛粪含水量为70%,翻堆时间间隔为12 h,能完全去除E2,DES去除率为97.41%.     

禽类屠宰加工废水处理技术

介绍了厌氧水解酸化 循环活性污泥系统在禽类屠宰加工废水中的工程应用。结果表明 ,禽类加工废水在进水SS、CODCr、BOD5分别为 75 2mg/L、16 4 7mg/L、76 4mg/L的条件下 ,经该工艺处理后 ,外排废水的SS、CODCr、BOD5分别为 5 0mg/L、6 5mg/L、10 .1mg/L。该工艺具有占地面积小 ,处理效率好 ,运行费用低等特点 ,能广泛应用于禽类屠宰加工废水的处理。
