本实验探究了相同剂量(5 g·L-1)的零价铁、磁铁矿和两者的混合物对半干式猪粪厌氧消化过程的影响,重点揭示了零价铁和磁铁矿对甲烷生产的协同促进效能与机理.结果表明,与无添加剂的对照组相比,零价铁、磁铁矿和混合添加剂分别使系统的甲烷产量提高了32.8%、21.8%和35.1%.与单独添加零价铁或磁铁矿相比,混合添加剂对产甲烷的提升效果更佳.零价铁与磁铁矿对厌氧消化的协同促进效应体现在以下4个方面:①能更好地维持低氢气分压环境,推动产甲烷种间电子传递;②可使反应器的总碱度维持在相对较高的水平,提高系统缓冲 能力;③能增加厌氧体系中溶解性铁离子浓度,进一步提高厌氧微生物的活性;④同时富集能够介导种间氢传递和种间直接电子传递的细菌和古菌,提高有机底物转化为甲烷的效率.  相似文献

三氯生(TCS)作为药物和个人护理品(PPCPs)中常见的抗菌剂,在水环境中存在与聚苯乙烯微塑料(PS-MPs)复合污染的生态健康风险.本研究旨在探究0.1、5、20 μm PS-MPs吸附TCS在蝌蚪体内累积情况,以及对蝌蚪毒性的作用.结果表明,PS-MPs吸附TCS在蝌蚪体内的积累能力依次为:TCS+5 μm PS组>TCS+20 μm PS组>TCS+0.1 μm PS组,累积量分别为3.27、1.8 mg·g-1、无累积效应.值得注意的是,蝌蚪经不同粒径PS-MPs(2 mg·L-1)、TCS(1 μg·L-1)单独及复合暴露7 d后,各实验组脂质代谢水平均表现出丙酮酸含量增加(p<0.05)、甘油三酯含量降低(p<0.05)的趋势.复合组中TCS+0.1 μm PS组蝌蚪体内丙酮酸(Pyruvate)含量上升水平最显著(p<0.05);TCS+20 μm PS组蝌蚪体内甘油三酯(TG)含量下降水平最显著(p<0.05),这可能与脂代谢调控基因ppar-αcpt1-β表达水平显著提升有关(p<0.05).此外,PS-MPs、TCS单一和复合暴露 还会增加蝌蚪体内CAT、SOD酶活性.与脂质代谢结果不同的是,复合组中TCS+5 μm PS组蝌蚪体内CAT、SOD酶活性上升最显著(p<0.05),这可能与调控基因cat、sod表达水平显著提升有关(p<0.05).研究表明,复合暴露组对蝌蚪生理水平的影响高于单一暴露组,而不同复合处理组对蝌蚪脂质代谢水平和抗氧化水平影响具有差异,该结果可为评估微塑料(MPs)吸附亲脂性污染物对水生动物的毒性效应和生态风险提供 信息和参考.  相似文献

运用Orbitrap高分辨质谱仪,评估了人体肝微粒体(HLM)代谢V6的转化规律.除5种已被报道过的O-脱烷基、氧化性去磷酸化和氧化脱氯产物外,首次发现了6种新型产物.基于其MS/MS质谱图,该6种代谢产物被鉴定为醛基和羧基产物.其中,5种代谢物生成量随孵育时间呈线性增加趋势,具有累积性.此外,推导的代谢途径表明,脱烷基化和羟基化代谢物进一步转化为次级代谢物,即醛和羧基代谢物.  相似文献

从农药厂污水处理系统中分离到 1株降解甲基一六O五 (O ,O-二甲基 -O- 对硝基苯基 -硫代磷酸酯 ,简称MP)的芽胞杆菌 ,初步鉴定为蜡状芽胞杆菌 (Bacilluscereus)J5。J5能够高效降解MP ,但它不能利用MP作为唯一碳源生长 ,其代谢方式可能为共代谢。在有葡萄糖作为碳源的条件下 ,J5可以高效转化MP ,其转化效率可达 95 %以上。用薄层层析、紫外扫描和液相色谱法初步研究了J5对MP的降解性能及相关降解产物  相似文献

Abstract

Metabolic fate of two dichloromethyl diaryl phosphonates (32P labelled) in/on rice plants was investigated. The test compounds were found to be less persistent on the surface of rice leaves with half lives 7.4 and 6.7 days respectively. Main degradation product from both the phosphonates were dichloromethyl phosphonic acid with trace of dichloromethyl‐O‐aryl phosphonate as a transitory intermediate product.  相似文献

Fetal magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is technically feasible in utero and demonstrates similar findings to those observed in neonatal populations. MRS can provide additional information to conventional T1- and T2-weighted imaging of the fetal brain. It is of particular use when subtle changes are present on conventional fetal MRI sequences, and when imaging fetuses at risk of brain injury and metabolic abnormalities. The physiological method for estimating production based on the relationship between growth and energy metabolism has been used for calculating model growth curves for the amphipod Monoporeia affinis and comparing them with the results of field studies. Calculations demonstrated that the physiological growth curves fit the results of field observations best under certain conditions which have zoological sense: the growth curve should reflect the actual maximum body size of an animal in the given population, the duration of the life cycle, and the time required for reaching the reproductive size.  相似文献

The impacts of landfill leachate irrigation on methane oxidation activities and methane-consuming bacteria populations were studied by incubation of landfill cover soils with leachate and (NH4)2SO4 solution at different ammonium concentrations. The community structures and abundances of methane-oxidizing bacteria (MOB) and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) were examined by PCRDGGE and real-time PCR. Compared with the pure (NH4)2SO4 solution, leachate addition was found to have a positive effect on methane oxidation activity. In terms of the irrigation amount, ammonium in leachate was responsible for the actual inhibition of leachate. The extent of inhibitory effect mainly depended on its ammonium concentration. The suppression of the predominant methaneconsuming bacteria, type I MOB, was responsible for the decreased methane oxidation activity by ammonium inhibition. Methaneconsuming bacteria responded diversely in abundance to ammonium. The abundance of type I MOB decreased by fivefold; type II MOB showed stimulation response of fivefold magnification upon the first addition but lessened to be lower than the original level after the second addition; the amount of AOB was stimulated to increase for 20-30 times gradually. Accumulated nitrate from nitrification strengthened the ammonium inhibition on type I and type II MOB, as a result, repetitive irrigation was unfavorable for methane oxidation.  相似文献

A simulated landfill biocover microcosm consisting of a modifying ceramsite material and compost were investigated. Results show that the mixture can improve the material porosity and achieve a stable and highly efficient (100%) methane oxidation over an extended operating period. The diversity of the methanotrophic community in the microcosm was assessed. Type I methanotrophs were enhanced in the microcosm due to the increased air diffusion and distribution, whereas the microbial diversity and population density of type II methanotrophs were not significantly affected. Moreover, the type I methanotrophic community structure significantly varied with the reactor height, whereas that of type II methanotrophic communities did not exhibit a spatial variation. Phylogenetic analysis showed that type I methanotroph-based nested polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) resulted in the detection of eight different populations, most of which are related to Methylobacter sp., whereas that of type II resulted in the detection of nine different populations, most of which are related to Methylocystaceae. Methanotrophic community analysis also indicated that a number of new methanotrophic genera not closely related to any known methanotrophic populations were present.  相似文献

研究利用纤维素分解菌F2对玉米秸秆进行堆沤预处理,将经不同堆沤预处理时间后的秸秆与猪粪混合进行厌氧发酵产沼气试验。结果发现,堆沤15 d后秸秆的总有机碳含量降低了10.06%,VS去除率和纤维素降解率比未加菌堆沤预处理分别提高了10.74%、10.60%;加菌堆沤预处理后的秸秆厌氧发酵甲烷产气率、干物质产气率、发酵前后VS去除率均高于未加菌堆沤预处理后的秸秆,且产气效率也有明显的提高;加菌堆沤预处理10 d的秸秆比未加菌堆沤预处理15 d的秸秆提前了2 d达到产气高峰,累计产气量达到21 957 mL,比未加菌堆沤预处理15 d的秸秆增加了1 629 mL。实验结果表明:该纤维素分解菌对玉米秸秆纤维素有较强的降解能力,并在一定程度上促进了有机碳的矿化;有效地提高了秸秆的生物降解性能,缩短了预处理所需时间;同时提高了玉米秸秆的利用率和产气潜力。  相似文献
