销毁遗弃化学武器的环境风险评价方法研究

为履行《禁止化学武器公约》，各缔约国销毁化学武器的工作已启动。根据当前世界上化学武器的销毁情况，并针对二战期间在中国遗弃的化学武器的特点，给出了一套适应化学武器销毁流程的环境风险评价方法和技术。这套方法对将在我国进行的销毁遗弃化学武器风险评价工作有一定的实际意义。     

定量风险评价标准探讨

围绕定量评价标准对风险的度量和制定风险评价标准的基本原则等方面的进展和存在的问题进行了初步的探讨，分析归纳了国处有着的个人风险和社会风险标准，提出具有重大危害性的工业设施对员工或公众造成的风险，不应显著高于人们在日常生活中接触到其他风险；每年１０＾－６的死亡风险是可以忽略不计的个人风险水平等观点。     

社会服务类项目环评中的景观评价初探

叙述了思茅目前开展景观影响评价的情况和意义,提出了景观影响评价的基本概念、步骤、内容和方法,介绍了一种较为简便、实用的用于景观影响评价的定量方法。     

Climate Change Policy in European Countries and its effects on industry

In this paper we discuss the effects ofdifferent climate change policies onindustrial activity and on welfare. Wecompare the effects of carbon taxes andgrandfathered permits and the effects ofexemptions for energy-intensive industries.We survey first the insights from economictheory and from model experiments for theUS. Next we use a general equilibrium modelto assess the effect of different climatechange policies on industrial activity persector and per member country in the EU. Wepay particular attention to the effects ofpolicies where one EU member state exemptsits energy-intensive sectors from abatementefforts. The main findings are that, in theEU, the effects on industrial activity andthe welfare costs of tradable permits orcarbon taxes are small when no industrialsectors are exempted. When one membercountry exempts its energy intensivesector, this will reduce somewhat theimpact on its activity level but willgenerate an extra welfare cost for theEU.     

新疆D矿田金矿资源定量评价

本文在建立D矿田找矿信息层次模型基础上,确定矿田统计单元划分和地质变量提取的赋值原则,将该矿田划分出466个统计单元,提取25个地质变量并进行二态赋值,而后应用数量化理论Ⅲ。特征分析法及勃尔法等方法,建立了矿田金矿资源定量评价模型,定位预测了45个勘探靶区。     

环境风险评价研究综述

论述了环境风险评价研究的有关基本概念以及主要研究内容的发展，指出了风险评价存在的不足，并在此基础上提出一些合理建议。     

Software as a bridge between theory and practice in life cycle assessment

Three mutually dependent elements are required for the application of life cycle assessment: methodology, data and software. Obviously, the design of software is determined by the methodology and the type of data available. Conversely, the development of software dictates the way in which data should be collected and recorded, and improves the theoretical framework, as it forces one to state the principles clearly and unambiguously. The influence of the development of software on both data and methodology is addressed and illustrated by examples, with reference to two key terms: transparency and explicitness. Three types of influence are distinguished: the design of a protocol, the formulation in terms of recipes, and the presentation of data.     

城市工业小区噪声现状评价与防治对策研究

对上海工业街坊固定和流动噪声的主要变化和声源强度进行调查和测试，应用ＰＮＩ噪声指数和等级评价方法对该城市工业记噪声进行评价。用数学方法对典型小区和大部分工业街坊的职工和居民的职业病和健康进行分析，并提出减少噪声伤害的若干对策。     

环境影响评价中的"风险评价"实例

环境风险评价在当今环境影响评价中逐渐引起重视，通过对年产30万t磷酸及年产60万t磷铵项目中设计的磷石膏渣场进行的风险评价实例，运用风险评价方法进行了事故分析，并预测了事故发生的风险及后果，提出减缓措施，为项目安全运行提供一定理论依据，同时可为类似项目的风险评价提供参考。
