Aerobic degradation of methyl tert-butyl ether by a Proteobacteria strain in a closed culture system 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The contamination of methyl ten-butyl ether (MTBE) in underground waters has become a widely concerned problem all over the world. In this study, a novel dosed culture system with oxygen supplied by H2O2 was introduced for MTBE aerobic biodegradation. After 7 d, almost all MTBE was degraded by a pure culture, a member of β-Proteobacteria named as PMI, in a closed system with oxygen supply, while only 40% MTBE was degraded in one without oxygen supply. Dissolved oxygen (DO) levels of the broth in closed systems respectively with and without H2O2 were about 5-6 and 4 mg/L. Higher DO may improve the activity of monooxygemase, which is the key enzyme of metabolic pathway from MTBE to tert-butyl alcohol and finally to CO2, and may result in the increase of the degrading activity of PM1 cell. The purge and trap GC-MS result of the broth in closed systems showed that tea-butyl alcohol, isopronol and acetone were the main intermediate products. 相似文献

The Cr,Zn,Cu,Cd,Pb contents were determined in Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus,Carassius auratus Linnaeus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and Aristichthys nobilis,which were caught from Meiliang Bay,Taihu Lake,a large,shallow and eutrophic lake of China.The results showed that:(1)the Cr,Cu,Pb,Cd contents in the edible parts of the four fish species were much lower than Chinese Food Health Criterion(1994),but the Zn contents were higher than the Criterion;(2)Cd contents were the highest in the liver of fish,Pb contents were almost the same in all organs of fish,Cr contents mainly enriched in the skin and gonads,Zn contents were the highest in the gonad(♀),and Cu contents were the highest in the liver;(3)the total metal accumulation was the greatest in the liver and the lowest in the muscle.The total metal accumulation was the highest in C.auratus L.This investigation indicated that fish products in Taihu Lake were still safe for human consumption,but the amount consumed should be controlled under the Chinese Food Health Criterion to avoid excessive intake of Zn. 相似文献

A coagulation-flocculation process is typically employed to treat the industrial wastewater generated by the consumer products
industry manufacturing detergents, soaps, and others. The expenditure of chemicals including coagulants and chemicals for pH
adjustment is costly for treating this wastewater. The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of reusing the aluminum
sulfate (alum) sludge as a coagulant or as a coagulation aid so that the fresh alum dosage can be minimized or the removal e ciency can
be enhanced. The experiments were conducted in a jar-test apparatus simulating the coagulation-flocculation process for simultaneous
removals of organic matters, anionic surfactants, suspended solids, and turbidity. At the optimum initial pH value of 10 and the fresh
alum concentration of 400 mg/L, the total suspended solids (TSS), total chemical oxygen demand (TCOD), total anionic surfactants,
and turbidity removal e ciencies were 71.5%, 76.4%, 95.4%, and 98.2%, respectively. The addition of alum sludge as a coagulant
alone without any fresh alum addition could significantly remove the turbidity, TCOD, and anionic surfactants. The TSS was left in the
supernatants after the settling period, but would subsequently be removed by adding the fresh alum. The TSS, TCOD, and turbidity
removal e ciencies were also enhanced when both the alum sludge and the fresh alum were employed. The TCOD removal e ciency
over 80% has been accomplished, which has never fulfilled by using the fresh alum alone. It is concluded that the alum sludge could

针对目前人们对好氧脱氮中气态产物认识不清的问题,采用SBR反应器,以人工配制的NO3--N废水为处理对象,对影响好氧脱氮的COD/N进行了深入研究,测定了三种主要含氮气态产物(NO、NO2、N2O),揭示了好氧状态下生物脱氮的途径和机理。通过对COD/N分别为9、12、15、18的系统氮元素的全程跟踪测定,得到系统内各含氮化合物的变化规律。结果表明,三种气体的产生同COD/N有着密切的关系,低C/N会导致NO、NO2和N2O的积累,最多达总脱氮量的9%。研究结果还表明当进水COD/N为15时,既保证了良好的脱氮效果且抑制了NO、NO2、N2O三种有害气体的大量产生。 相似文献

The brominated products, formed in chlorination treatment of benzophenone-4 in the presence of bromide ions, were identified, and the formation pathways were proposed.Under disinfection conditions, benzophenone-4 would undertake electrophilic substitution generating mono- or di-halogenated products, which would be oxidized to esters and further hydrolyzed to phenol derivatives. The generated catechol intermediate would be transformed into furan-like heterocyclic product. The product species were p H-dependent,while benzophenone-4 elimination was chlorine dose-dependent. When the chlorination treatment was performed on ambient water spiked with benzophenone-4 and bromide ions, most of brominated byproducts could be detected, and the acute toxicity significantly increased as well. 相似文献

骆马湖表层水体中32种PPCPs类物质的污染水平、分布特征及风险评估 总被引:10,自引:9,他引:1
为评价骆马湖水体中药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)的污染水平、空间分布特征及生态风险,利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定了骆马湖水体中22个采样点的32种PPCPs.结果表明,骆马湖表层水体中共检出了23种PPCPs,总浓度范围为892~1 536 ng·L~(-1),其中浓度最高的为诺氟沙星(256~707 ng·L~(-1)),其次是酮洛芬(85~438 ng·L~(-1))、安赛蜜(101~290 ng·L~(-1))及萘普生(1.9~112 ng·L~(-1)).不同采样位点的PPCPs浓度存在一定的空间差异,呈现湖东北部地区较高,西南部地区较低的趋势.房亭河入湖口处PPCPs浓度较高,嶂山闸出湖口处浓度较低.对13种药物类PPCPs生态风险评价结果表明,诺氟沙星RQs为0.26~0.72,对于骆马湖水生生态系统表现为中风险,吉非罗齐在大部分采样点RQs0.01,表现为低风险,其余的化合物RQs0.01未表现出生态环境风险.采用简单叠加模型计算PPCPs的联合毒性风险熵范围为0.29~0.75,整体上看,骆马湖PPCPs对于水生生物表现出中风险.对6种PPCPs的人体健康风险结果表明,RQs均小于1,表明骆马湖PPCPs对人体健康无直接风险. 相似文献

This study was performed to identify the degradation products of profenofos “a phenyl organothiophosphate insecticide” in raw water (RW) collected from the entry point of Metropolitan Water Works Authority “Bangkaen, Thailand” and ultrapure water (UPW) with and without TiO2 under simulated sunlight irradiation. Degradation of profenofos was followed with ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) and follows pseudo first-order kinetic. Accordingly, high-field FTICR mass spectrometry coupled to an electrospray ionization source was used to reveal the degradation routes of profenofos and the isotopic fine structures (IFS) elucidations to approve the chemical structures of its degradation products. More degradation products were detected in UPW as compared to RW. Consequently, two main degradation pathways namely (i) interactive replacements of bromine and hydrogen by hydroxyl functional groups and (ii) rupture of PO, PS, CBr and CCl bonds were observed. None interactive replacement of chlorine by hydroxyl functional group was detected. Accordingly, mechanistical pathways of the main degradation products were established. 相似文献
