土壤理化性质、污染物的分布及赋存特征是土壤异位淋洗技术是否可行的关键依据。以西北某废弃铬盐厂铬污染场地土壤作为研究对象,测定了土壤基本理化参数及各粒径污染物的浓度,探究总铬和六价铬在不同粒径土壤中的分布特征,并通过铬的赋存形态分析确定清水作为淋洗剂,开展异位清水淋洗实验。结果表明:供试土壤粗颗粒物料(粒径分别为:>9.50 mm、2.00~9.50 mm、0.841~2.00 mm及0.25~0.841 mm)占土壤总质量的比例达到93.36%,总铬和六价铬污染物富集于土壤细颗粒(粒径-1,达到修复标准要求。 相似文献

研究了表面活性剂羧甲基纤维素钠(carboxyl methyl cellulose,CMC)对土壤中石油污染物的增溶作用。通过批实验,对比研究了CMC和十二烷基苯磺酸钠SDBS 2种表面活性剂的增溶效果,探究了CMC浓度、pH、盐度及回用次数对土壤中石油烃增溶效果的影响。研究结果表明,当CMC浓度为0.5%,增溶时间为24 h时,对TPHs浓度为17 695 mg·kg-1的污染土样,TPHs洗脱率高达60%以上。碱性环境有利于石油烃的洗脱,酸性体系会抑制石油烃的洗脱;增溶作用随盐度的增大而显著增大。在利用CMC对污染土壤进行增溶洗脱时,对于TPHs高浓度污染土壤,可以选择将其洗脱液回用1次或者2次;对于TPHs较低浓度污染土壤,可以选择将其洗脱液回用于较高浓度的污染土壤。 相似文献

AbstractMonensin (MON) is a coccidiostat used as a growth promoter that can reach the environment through fertilization with manure from farm animals. To verify whether field-relevant concentrations of this drug negatively influence the structure and activity of tropical soil bacteria, plate counts, CO2 efflux measurements, phospholipid fatty acids (PLFA) and community-level physiological profiling (CLPP) profiles were obtained for soil microcosms exposed to 1 or 10?mg kg?1 of MON across 11?days. Although 53% (1?mg kg?1) to 40% (10?mg kg?1) of the MON concentrations added to the microcosms dissipated within 5?days, a subtle concentration-dependent decrease in the number of culturable bacteria (<1 log CFU g?1), reduced (?20 to ?30%) or exacerbated (+25%) soil CO2 effluxes, a marked shift of non-bacterial fatty acids, and altered respiration of amines (1.22-fold decrease) and polymers (1.70-fold increase) were noted in some of the treatments. These results suggest that MON quickly killed some microorganisms and that the surviving populations were selected and metabolically stimulated. 落地油泥是油田产生的一类危险固体废弃物,其无害化处理是目前各大油田所面临的重大挑战之一。为了深入认识超声处理过程中油泥土壤性质与超声处理除油效果之间的关系,以不同油田典型落地油泥为研究对象,超声处理后对其土壤残留含油量、土壤颗粒级配、土壤化学组成等进行分析。结果表明:油泥中土壤颗粒粒径较大的大庆、大港落地油泥经超声处理后的除油效果均在60%以上,而土壤颗粒粒径较小的冀东落地油泥超声除油率仅为11%;同时,超声除油效果较好的大庆、大港落地油泥中的钙氧化物含量较低(分别为4.84%和5.94%),而超声除油效果差的冀东落地油泥中的钙氧化物含量较高(11.57%)。进一步的模拟实验结果表明,钙氧化物含量高的土壤对原油的吸附量大、吸附强度高、超声除油效果差,而钙氧化物含量低的土壤吸附量小、吸附强度低、超声除油效果好。以上结果可为油田落地油泥超声处理技术的开发及规模化应用提供指导。 相似文献

以关中西部某铅锌厂周边农田为对象,研究了厂区周边土壤中7种重金属含量的水平及垂直分布特征,用Lars Hakanson潜在生态危害指数对重金属的危害程度进行了评价.研究表明,厂区周围土壤中重金属在水平分布上具有局部高度富集的特征.以厂区为中心,重金属水平分布主要在西北-东南方向上,地势低的土壤中重金属含量明显较高;重金属在垂直分布上主要富集在0~ 25 cm的表层土壤中,且随着深度的进一步增加,土壤中重金属浓度变化幅度减弱,基本趋于稳定.厂区周边Cd和Hg污染水平为重度污染,Pb污染水平为中度污染,潜在生态危害程度为重度. 相似文献

新制备生物炭的特性表征及其对石油烃污染土壤的吸附效果 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
生物炭作为一种绿色环保的功能材料因其在污水处理和污染土壤修复方面具有显著效果而受到极大关注。采用红外光谱、元素分析仪及微孔分析对不同温度(200、300、400、500和600℃)条件下制备的木屑和麦秆生物炭进行特性表征,并采用制备的生物炭净化石油污染土壤,分别考察了污染物性质、生物质原料和热解温度对其净化效果的影响。结果表明,随着热解温度的增高,生物炭芳香化程度增加,极性降低,微孔结构逐渐发育,表面积增大。加入生物炭33 d后,污染土壤中总石油烃及其组分烷烃的浓度比对照略有降低,而PAHs浓度下降显著。随着热解温度升高,2种生物炭对PAHs的吸附强度均逐渐增大,芳香度增高、表面积增大是强吸附的主要原因。2种生物炭在400℃及以下温度制备时对PAHs的吸附强度为:木屑生物炭 > 麦秆生物炭;而400℃以上温度制备的生物炭吸附强度则相反,即麦秆生物炭 > 木屑生物炭,说明生物炭原料对其吸附强度也具有显著影响。 相似文献

生物碳施加到土壤中可能会影响污染物的环境归趋,而吸附作用是其关键控制因素,为此,本研究考察了400、500和600℃下制备的玉米秸秆生物碳(分别记作CS400、CS500和CS600)和土壤性质对乙草胺吸附行为的影响。结果表明,生物碳和土壤对乙草胺的吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型(R2≥0.99)。随着生物碳热解温度的升高(从CS400到CS600),生物碳吸附乙草胺的非线性指数n值减小且logKOC值增大,说明吸附非线性程度和吸附能力增强,这是因为生物碳炭化程度增强(H/C原子比减小),疏水性增强(O/C原子比减小)和比表面积增大而有利于对乙草胺的吸附,吸附机制以表面吸附为主(比如疏水作用、π-π EDA作用和孔填充作用)。然而,土壤吸附乙草胺的n值(0.95)接近1.0,说明该吸附作用几乎是线性吸附,以分配作用机制为主。3种生物碳对乙草胺的吸附能力都高于土壤,特别是CS600对乙草胺的吸附能力(logKOC)比土壤及文献报道的土壤和沉积物高一个数量及以上,说明生物碳可能会有效保留土壤中的乙草胺而降低其迁移性。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the As and Sb contents in soils from the Murcia Region of Spain and the possible relationship between the mineralogical composition, soil properties, and As and Sb concentrations. In this study, 490 samples were selected from areas with different characteristics in order to study As and Sb variability. Results show that As and Sb concentrations are positively correlated with the phyllosilicate and quartz content but negatively correlated with the calcite content. The generic reference level (GRL) for these elements was determined according to the Spanish legislation. Established GRL values vary according to the established mineralogical groups, suggesting that GRL has to be determined considering the lithological characteristics of the study area. 相似文献

Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was investigated to evaluate its potential for obtaining high quality chromatographic fingerprints from soils encountered in environmental investigations. While the volatile and semivolatile fractions of light nonaqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) samples can be “fingerprinted” in a single chromatographic run, it is commonly not possible to obtain samples of LNAPL in the locations of interest. For this and other reasons, it was desirable to develop this method (SFE) of soil extraction, which allows chromatographic fingerprinting of the same quality routinely obtained with LNAPL so that environmental forensic investigations could be extended to areas beyond those containing LNAPL in monitoring wells. In this study, SFE was compared to conventional dichloromethane extraction. Both artificially spiked soil and soil from petroleum release sites were tested. Since water can be a problem when using the SFE method, particular attention was given to handling soils with high moisture contents. The SFE extracts showed excellent retention of low molecular components, including pentanes. Gas chromatography of SFE extracts yielded molecular distributions that showed no significant bias toward either low or high molecular weight components. These results show that SFE can be used to obtain an unbiased, single-run chromatographic “fingerprint” of both volatile and semivolatile hydrocarbons in contaminated soil samples. 相似文献

Anthropogenic acid deposition causes forest soil acidification and perturbation of the soil forming processes. The impact of soil acidification on tree growth is discussed in view of the role of mycorrhizal fungi in weathering and nutrient uptake. A review has been carried out of experiments involving treatments of forest soil by lime and wood ash, where soil properties and soil solution composition have been investigated. Results from these experiments in Europe and North America are summarized. In general, the content of C in the mor layer decreased as a result of treatment due to higher microbial activity and soil respiration as well as increased leakage of DOC. In addition, the content of N in the mor layer, in general, decreased after treatment and there are occasional peaks of high NO3concentrations in soil solution. In nearly all reviewed investigations the pH of the deep mineral soil solution decreased and Al, SO4and NO3concentrations increased after treatment. These effects are probably due to the high ionic strength and increased microbial activity as a consequence of the treatments. In the soil, pH, CEC and base saturation increased in the upper horizons, but decreases in the upper mineral soil are also reported. In general, there was no increase in tree growth as a result of these treatments. The positive effects of the treatments on soil processes and tree growth are therefore questionable. In view of these conclusions, an investigation was carried out on the soil and soil solution chemistry and the role of mycorrhizal fungi in a spruce stand treated with two doses of lime and another treated with lime/ash in southern Sweden.
