以黑龙江省七台河市环保局提供的1996～2000七台河市新兴工业区大气总悬浮颗粒物的监测数据作为预测的基础,采用等维灰数递补技术对七台河市新兴工业区大气总悬浮颗粒物浓度进行了预测,通过大气总悬浮颗粒物浓度的预测值和真实值的对比,较好的反映该工业区大气总悬浮颗粒物的变化趋势,同时分析了该工业区的大气污染的原因和特点,据此提出切实可行的大气污染治理对策.

降雪对大气细菌粒子的影响

本工作用 ANDERSEN 生物粒子采样器在沈阳市北陵地区观测了降雪对大气细菌粒子浓度、浓度分布、粒数中值直径和粒度分布的影响.结果表明,降雪对大气细菌粒子浓度和粒数中值直径有明显减小作用.同时表明,大气细菌粒子越大,被降雪清洗减少的作用就越强.

基于粗糙三角模糊数的邮轮建造舾装物流集配流程风险评估

针对邮轮建造舾装物流集配流程中风险评价的繁杂性、评价对象的多样性、评价信息的模糊性和不确定性等问题,通过对邮轮建造舾装物流集配流程的分析,构建了一套较为科学、全面的邮轮建造舾装物流集配流程的风险评价指标体系;为降低指标间的重复率及剔除对集配流程风险影响较小的指标,利用粗糙集理论对指标进行简化处理,得出对集配流程影响程度较高的风险指标因素;同时为了降低评价信息的模糊性、不确定性以及提高评价结果的准确性,利用三角模糊数对专家的判断意见及定性评价进行定量化处理;最后根据风险评价的结果,并结合邮轮建造舾装物流集配流程,提出了有针对性的风险管控措施,对邮轮建造舾装物流集配流程中的风险管理具有重要的参考意义。     

Population growth, management and environmental degradation in China

Environmental problems in China can be divided into two large classes: pollution and destruction of natural environment. Environmental degradation is particularly serious in areas with rapid population growth. In this paper, some of China's major environmental problems, particularly those concerned with land, forests, and continental waters are introduced in order to see how population growth and management have affected these resources over the past few decades. It is also explained how the Chinese plan to cope and eventually solve these problems.     

Concept of common interests of mankind in the global environmental protection

The concept of common interests of mankind in the environmental protec-tion spurred -by the internationalized and globalized environmental problems are discussed in this paper. While making challenges for many principles and rules of international law and the traditional conception of national security, the concept does play its role in strengthening the environmental protection. However, it cannot be neglected that diflerent national interests pose an obstacle to the realization of the common interests of mankind in the envirormental protection. The article concludes that whether the concept plays its greater role in the environmental protection will depend on many factors, such as the spread of environmental awareness, the revision of the traditional conception and the balanced development of the world economy.
