Fluvalinate was applied on chickpea crop at (i) 0.056, (ii) 0.112 and (iii) 0.56 kg a.i. ha‐1 to evaluate its rate of dissipation. Two major degradation products of fluvalinate formed on the crop were identified and characterised as phenoxybenzoic acid and 2‐[2‐chloro‐4‐(trifluoromethyl)anilino]‐3‐methylbutanoic acid. They were estimated in day‐5 and day‐10 samples of chickpea crop as their methyl esters by gas liquid chromatography.  相似文献

选取我国4家电厂的6台煤粉锅炉进行现场测试,采集并分析烟气以及飞灰、底渣、脱硫石膏等燃煤副产物样品,以开展燃煤电厂Cl污染物排放特征的研究. 结果表明:燃煤中96.99%以上的Cl析出进入烟气,原烟气中ρ(Cl)范围为10.17~33.63mg/m3.除尘器和石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置对烟气中的Cl具有协同脱除作用,尤其是石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置. 除尘器对烟气中Cl脱除效率为12.29%~19.86%,石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置对烟气中Cl的平均脱除效率为95.22%. 经过燃烧和烟气污染控制装置后,燃煤中0.35%~3.01%的Cl转移到底渣中,6.46%~15.00%的Cl转移到飞灰中,68.88%~77.31%通过脱硫废水排放,9.19%~15.95%的Cl转移到脱硫石膏中;只有2.21%~5.54%的Cl排入大气中,净烟气ρ(Cl)仅为0.34~1.38mg/m3. 目前我国燃煤电厂Cl污染的主要问题是妥善处理脱硫石膏和废水,以防止Cl的二次污染.   相似文献

应用半静态双箱动力学模型在室内模拟了脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)、三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)对苯并[a]芘(benzo[a]pyrene,BaP)的生物富集实验,通过对富集与释放过程中两种海洋生物体内BaP的非线性曲线拟合,获得两种海洋生物对BaP的吸收速率常数k1、释放速率常数k2、生物富集因子BCF、平衡状态下生物体内BaP含量CAmax、生物学半衰期B1/2等动力学参数.拟合结果显示:脊尾白虾k1的平均值为18.80,k2的平均值为0.08,BCF的平均值为228.02,CAmax的平均值为46.78ng/g,B1/2的平均值为8.95d;三疣梭子蟹k1的平均值为22.55,k2的平均值为0.14,BCF的平均值为158.11,CAmax的平均值为32.70ng/g,B1/2的平均值为5.43d.两种海洋生物对BaP的k1、k2、BCF均随BaP暴露浓度的增大而减少,CAmax、B1/2随BaP暴露浓度的增大而增大.表明BaP容易在两种海洋生物体内富集,脊尾白虾对BaP的最高富集量高于三疣梭子蟹,前期富集速率高于后期,对BaP的释放主要集中在前期,后期释放速率放缓.  相似文献

Benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P) is accumulating in soils in a low-dose cumulative manner. The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of B[a]P on the extractable and available fractions of B[a]P and on soil enzymatic activity using multiple-time superimposed and one-time contamination approaches. Results showed that the contents of B[a]P rapidly decreased in the first 14?d and later decreased slowly from 14 to 56?d in both one-time and multiple-time contamination tests. The contents of B[a]P in the multiple-time contamination test were lower than those in the one-time test. Soil urease, sucrase and dehydrogenase activities were rapidly inhibited in the early stage (14?d) and stimulated during the rest of the incubation, and soil dehydrogenase activity was more sensitive to B[a]P contamination than the other enzymes. High concentrations of B[a]P in soil led to greater inhibition of enzymatic activity than that at low concentrations in the early period of culture. Soil enzyme activities were weakly inhibited in multiple-time compared with in one-time contamination tests and were lower in the subsurface layer than in the surface layer. Our results revealed that the multiple-time superimposed approach might be better than one-time contamination for evaluating B[a]P risk in soil.  相似文献

The greenhouse effect has become increasingly serious globally. Nitrous oxide (N2O) is both the major ozone depleting substance and a potent greenhouse gas having a global warming potential 298 times that of CO2, and the N2O concentration is still increasing at an annual rate of about 0.8 × 10-9. Nitrous oxide reductase (N2OR) can reduce N2O to N2, and until recently, the nosZ gene was the only gene known to be able to encode N2OR. Besides the well-known nosZI, a new lineage of the N2O-reductase (nosZ clade II), which is abundant and widespread in soils, has been identified. In this paper, the main characters of nosZII-containing microbial communities and the related working mechanisms are summarized. In addition to the main differences between nosZI and nosZII, the important environmental factors that regulate the composition, abundance, and expression of nosZII-containing communities are also discussed in this paper. Studies have shown that nosZII communities are distributed among a diverse range of bacterial and archaeal phyla, such as Epsilon-proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Aquificae. Interestingly, most of the nosZII microbes lack a nitrite reductase encoding gene (nirS or nirK) and are therefore unable to denitrify, indicating the importance of these communities as N2O sinks. Soil properties such as texture, pH, C/ N ratio, temperature, and lake physical gradient could regulate nosZII microbe abundance and diversity, and the pH and C/ N ratio may be the most important influencing factors. Studies on the ecological function of nosZII microbes have advanced considerably with the development of molecular biology technology. However, further studies on the community structure of nosZII microbes, the influencing factors of nosZII microbe abundance and diversity, and characteristics of nosZII strains with strong N2O reducing ability are needed. Nitrous oxide (N2O) is one of the potent greenhouse gases (GHG) that depletes the stratospheric ozone. Nitrogen fertilizers are considered to be a major source of nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from arable soils. To investigate the characteristics of N2O emission, its influencing factors, and its response to nitrogen application in dry grassland in the Loess Plateau, one of the most intensively used agricultural regions in China, we conducted a field trial with two treatments including N0 (0 kg hm-2) and N150 (150 kg hm-2) at the Qingyang Loess Plateau grassland agricultural research station of Lanzhou University. An LGR-N2O/CO gas analyzer was used to monitor the emissions. The results showed that the N2O fluxes of the N0 and N150 treatments during the monitoring period were -0.0036 and 0.0118 mg m-2 h-1, respectively; the flux in case of the N150 treatment was significantly higher than that for the N0 treatment. The N2O emission flux has a distinct diurnal variation characteristic, which first showed the trend of decreasing and then increasing. Regression analysis indicated a significant positive correlation between the N2O flux and the surface soil water content at a depth of 10 cm. The N2O emission flux increased by 131.3%, compared with that during the non-precipitation days. At the same time, the N2O emission flux showed a trend of decreasing with the increase of the surface soil temperature at a depth of 10 cm. The daily emission characteristics indicated that there may be a significant underestimation of the N2O flux at the daily or longer time-scale, based on the N2O flux value measured at 9:00-11:00. In summary, the N2O emissions from the sown alfalfa grassland of the eastern Gansu are strongly affected by precipitation and nitrogen application and have obvious daily dynamic characteristics. It is recommended that the accuracy and representativeness of N2O emission flux data be enhanced by continuous dynamic measurement using the instrument. © 2018 Science Press. 苯并芘在土壤中难于被生物降解,其降解方式通常以共代谢方式进行.本研究考查了几种多环芳烃及2种单环芳香化合物对苯并芘降解的影响.先把几种芳香化合物投入到供试无污染土壤中进行3d的预培养,然后向土壤中加入苯并芘并使土壤在三角瓶内形成泥浆系统,放在摇床上培养.42d的实验表明,用菲对土壤进行预处Ζ理消除了苯并芘的降解滞后期,并提高了苯并芘的降解率.蒽、芘未能改变苯并芘的降解模式,而苯并蒽则相对抑制了苯并芘的降解.水杨酸和邻苯二甲酸同样消除了苯并芘降解的滞后阶段,且促进了苯并芘的降解,但质量差别未对苯并芘的降解产生影响.  相似文献

Soils initially contaminated with 36Cl in the chloride form were subjected to solid–liquid extractions using a variety of reagents including deionised water and 1 M sodium hydroxide (NaOH). 1 M NaOH was found to result in the greatest recovery of 36Cl from the soils, a result which provided initial evidence that radioactive chlorine became attached to humic substances present naturally within the soils. Deionised water and 1 M NaOH extracts were subjected to analysis involving separation by gel filtration chromatography (GFC). It was found that 36Cl in 1 M NaOH extracts associated preferentially with low molecular weight (LMW) fractions of humic substances whereas, in deionised water extracts, 36Cl appeared to be present exclusively in the chloride form. Previous literature evidence, mainly from highly organic forest soils, suggests that conversion of stable chlorine from chloride to organic forms can occur as a result of biological action. The present paper also presents good evidence for the specific attachment of stable chlorine (37Cl) to a LMW humic fraction, again demonstrated using GFC separation. Current risk assessments of the deep geological disposal of solid radioactive wastes containing 36Cl typically assume a very low degree of sorption based on the notion that the predominant environmental species of radiochlorine is chloride. This paper concludes with a brief discussion on the implications of organochlorine formation in the biosphere for assessment of the radiological impact of deep geological disposal of solid radioactive wastes.  相似文献

从土壤中筛选出一株以苯并[a]芘为唯一碳源的高效降解菌SL-1,经形态观察、生理生化分析以及16SrDNA基因序列分析,该菌株鉴定为假单胞菌(Pseudomonassp.)。28℃震荡培养10d后,菌株SL-1对5mg·L^-1苯并[a]芘的降解率为35.7%;同时测定该降解菌的生长曲线、降解率变化曲线、最佳培养条件;土壤修复试验表明,42d时,降解菌SL-1对苯并芘的降解率达到76.3%。  相似文献
