为更好地探索多相混合物的爆炸特性,以铝粉、乙醚、空气为研究对象,基于20 L球型爆炸罐建立三维计算模型,对气固两相和气液固三相混合物的分散过程进行数值模拟,以分析不同多相混合物分散过程的差异,并为测量多相混合物爆炸下限时的点火延迟时间设定提供参考。监测分析铝粉浓度粒子分布、流场内部湍流动能以及液相体积百分数等的演化过程,讨论混合物分散效果的差异,并确定测量爆炸下限的点火延迟时间。研究结果表明:实验工况下,液相的存在会降低粉尘云团的湍流动能、降低其扩散速度,并使粉尘云内部浓度更均匀。测量多相混合物爆炸下限时,三相混合物的最佳点火延迟时间早于气固两相混合物10~20 ms。  相似文献

A mixture of pyrethroids plus organophosphates was assessed for their potential effects on lipid peroxidation, the antioxidant defense system and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in rat kidney in vitro. Various insecticide concentrations were incubated with kidney homogenate at 37°C for different incubation times. Treatment with fenitothion (FNT) plus lambda-cyhalothrin (LC) caused a significant induction (P < 0.05) in thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), which might be associated to decreased levels of reduced glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione S-transferase (GST) activities and protein content in rat kidney. However, a significant induction of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity was observed. The effect was concentration and time dependent. It can be concluded that depletion of GSH might indicate that reactive oxygen species (ROS) could be involved in the toxic effects of FNT plus LC which lead to marked perturbations in antioxidant defense system.  相似文献

Low-temperature (at T < 900–950 K) ignition delays of hydrogen–air mixtures are mainly measured in rapid compression machines (RCM). This communication is aimed at numerical simulation of ignition delays of hydrogen–air mixtures in the RCM by means of a coupled three-dimensional (3D) Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier–Stokes (URANS) – Particle Method (PM) simulation of RCM operation capable of catching turbulence–chemistry interaction. The study indicates that the time history of piston motion in an RCM affects the final state of a test mixture at the end of compression stroke and therefore influences the phenomena relevant to test mixture ignition. More specifically, the calculations show that different laws of piston motion at a fixed average piston velocity (i.e., fixed piston displacement and fixed compression time) and fixed compression ratio result in different evolution of mean pressure, temperature and velocity fields in the RCM test section leading to different ignition behavior. The reasons for the arising differences lie in the fact that the local instantaneous piston velocity determines the roll-up vortex structure, strength and turbulence dissipation in it, heat transfer in test-section walls, and mass leakage through piston rings.  相似文献

Column experiments and model simulations were employed to evaluate the processes involved in multicomponent solute transport in a system with heterogeneous flow. Column experiments were performed with goethite embedded in polyacrylamide gel beads. The gel forms an immobile water region that can be accessed by diffusion. A two-region transport model with diffusion into spheres was combined with a surface complexation model to predict reactive transport in the goethite-gel bead system. Chromate and sulphate breakthrough curves were measured in a set of transport experiments, along with corresponding changes in the pH of the effluent. Sorption and transport of sulphate and chromate in separate columns were predicted from independently measured sorption parameters. The model overestimated the pH changes in the effluent, possibly because of proton buffering by the polyacrylamide gel. The effect of competitive sorption on transport was examined in experiments with both anions present. The model predicted the effect of competition very well in a system initially equilibrated with sulphate, followed by infiltration with chromate. However, when sulphate was infiltrated after equilibration with chromate, chromate desorption and sulphate adsorption were clearly overestimated by the transport model. The exchange between the more strongly bound chromate and the sulphate added subsequently may be too slow to cause a substantial chromate peak in the effluent. This suggests that the local equilibrium assumption was not applicable in this case.  相似文献

以黄土母质生土为供试土壤,采用盆栽试验,研究小麦与3种豆科牧草及油菜混作对根际土壤生物活性及土壤营养的影响.结果表明,黄土母质生土混作较单作可显著促进根际土壤微生物的繁衍、酶活性及土壤营养的提高,且在混作根土系统中,三大微生物种群数量、多种土壤酶活性以及土壤N、P、有机质营养之间均存在显著或极显著的正向相关关系.4种混作处理以豌/麦根际土壤综合效应较好,可作为生土改良的首选混播作物.结果还显示,在小麦生长期内,混作根际微生物数量与酶活性及根际土壤营养均随生育进程呈前低—中高—后低的抛物线变化.研究为混作复合群体应用于黄土母质生土地改良提供了理论参考.图3表1参23  相似文献

采用直接均分射线设计(EquRay)构建二甲亚砜(DMSO)分别与3种常用农药乐果(DIM)、敌敌畏(DIC)和甲霜灵(MET)的二元混合物,应用微板毒性分析(MTA)测试单个物质及混合物对青海弧菌Q67(Vibrio qinghaiensis sp.-Q67)的发光抑制毒性.以浓度加和(concentration addition,CA)模型检测混合物的毒性相互作用,提出并应用多效应残差法(multi-effectresidual analysis,MERA)定量表征DMSO-农药二元混合物实验观测毒性相对于CA模型预测结果的偏离程度,即毒性相互作用强度.表征结果显示3组DMSO-农药二元混合物的毒性相互作用以拮抗作用为主,最强拮抗作用在-23%~-15%之间,发生拮抗作用的浓度范围及拮抗作用强度受混合物组成、组分浓度比和效应水平等因素的影响.综合分析比较MERA与传统等效线图及扩展毒性单位和对3组二元混合物的表征结果发现,MERA从生物效应角度表征毒性相互作用强度,受到混合物组成和效应水平的限制较少,适用于分析具有复杂相互作用的二元混合物.  相似文献

以黄土高原为例,基于Sentinel-2A影像和地表实测地物光谱与盖度数据,分别在模拟混合场景和野外实测混合场景中,评估4种NPV植被指数(NPVI):SWIR32(短波红外比值指数)、DFI(干枯燃料指数)、STI(土壤耕作指数)和NDTI(归一化差异耕作指数)估算非光合植被盖度(fNPV)的有效性,并利用优化法确定线性光谱混合模型的关键参数端元值,估算研究区光合植被盖度(fPV)和fNPV.结果表明,在模拟混合场景下,4种NPVI与模拟fNPV线性关系的R2是0.365~0.750;在野外场景中,其相关性均有一定程度的降低,R2是0.147~0.211.研究构建NDVI-SWIR32像元三分模型,并确定了最优端元值:NDVIPV=0.80,SWIR32PV=0.60, NDVINPV=0.17,SWIR32NPV=0.77,NDVIBS=0.23,SWIR32BS=0.99.模型对fPVfNPV估算精度R2分别是0.817和0.463,NSE分别是0.806和0.458.利用该模型估算全区2019年4、8和12月的平均fPVfNPV,分别为20.3%和59.2%,48.6%和33.1%,10.7%和59.0%.随时间推移,fPV从东南向西北不断增加而后减小,fNPV与之相反. NDVI-SWIR32模型可以用于Sentinel-2A影像数据来监测黄土高原地区fPVfNPV的时空动态变化.  相似文献

In this work, continuous removal of Malachite Green from aqueous solution by adsorption was investigated using a laboratory scale fixed-bed column packed with binary solid mixture of seashell powder (SSP) and eggshell powder (ESP). The effects of initial dye concentration, feed flow rate, bed height, and the SSP?:?ESP ratio in the binary solid mixture on the breakthrough characteristics were studied. The breakthrough time decreased with increase in the flow rate and the initial dye concentration. The breakthrough time also varied greatly with change in bed height. The breakthrough time increased from 17.2?h to 34.5?h with increase in bed height from 6?cm to 12?cm. The breakthrough time was significantly affected by the change in the SSP?:?ESP ratio in the binary mixture. The breakthrough time decreased with increase in the SSP ratio in the binary mixture. In order to determine the column kinetic parameters, three different column kinetic models, namely Adams–Bohart, Bed Depth Service Time (BDST), and Yoon–Nelson models were fitted to the dynamic flow experimental data. The BDST model showed good agreement with the experimental results at all the process parameters studied. Results suggest that this novel approach of simultaneous utilization of adsorbents can be adopted for the treatment of dye-bearing effluents.  相似文献
