炼化企业气相连通罐组存在群罐重大火灾风险,需要采取系统评估、层层设防的思路进行防控。采用HALOPA技术,结合中国石化风险矩阵标准,建立基于风险的气相连通罐组重大燃爆风险控制准则、不同罐容的事故后果等级划分标准、各类保护措施的风险消减因子和燃爆事件可能性评估方法以及相关重要设计要求。案例分析表明,VOCs气相连通罐组群罐燃爆风险定量评估方法可对群罐火灾风险进行快速量化评估,可用于气相连通罐组的风险评估和工程安全设计。  相似文献

A novel La-Co-O-C (LC-C) composites were prepared via a facile co-hydrothermal route with oxides and glycerol and further optimized for methane catalytic activity and thermal stability via component regulation. It was demonstrated that Co3O4 phase was the main component in regulation. The combined results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), temperature-programmed desorption of oxygen (O2-TPD), temperature-programmed reduction of hydrogen (H2-TPR), temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia/carbon dioxide (NH3/CO2-TPD) revealed that component regulation led to more oxygen vacancies and exposure of surface Co2+, lower surface basicity and optimized acidity, which were beneficial for adsorption of active oxygen species and activation of methane molecules, resulting in the excellent catalytic oxidation performance. Especially, the (3.5)LC-C (3.5 is Co-to-La molar ratio) showed the optimum activity and the T50 and T90 (the temperature at which the CH4 conversion rate was 50% and 90%, respectively) were 318 and 367°C, respectively. Using theoretical calculations and in situ diffuse reflection infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy characterization, it was also found that the catalytic mechanism changes from the “Rideal-Eley” mechanism to the “Two-term” mechanism depending on the temperature windows in which the reaction takes place. Besides, the use of the “Flynn-Wall-Ozawa” model in thermoanalytical kinetics revealed that component regulation simultaneously optimized the decomposition activation energy, further expanding the application scope of carbon-containing composites.  相似文献

There has been growing concern over the build-up of greenhouse gase(GHGs) in the atmosphere, particularly carbon dioxide (CO2), as acause of global warming. The IPCC Third Assessment Report (2001) suggests two ways in which the choice of materials could berelevant. First, some materials, particularly wood, have the advantage thatthey continue to hold carbon (C)in their cells even after being convertedto products. The implications of this feature are well researched. Second,an area that is not well researched relates to the different energyrequirements for producing similar products made with different materials. Using the findings of recent research, this paper compares the energyrequirements and C emissions of manufacturing a product using wood withthat of other materials. The case study of utility poles demonstrates thepositive C and global warming consequences of the lower energyrequirements of wood in the U.S., compared to other materials such assteel or concrete. It demonstrates that GHG emissions associated withutility poles are a small but significant percent of total US annual emissions. Wood utility poles are associated with GHG emission reductions of 163Terragrams (Tg) of CO2 when compared with steel poles. This isabout 2.8 percent of US annual GHG emissions, which are estimated atabout 5.28 Petragrams (Pg) of CO2 annually. Thus, the use ofwooden utility poles rather than steel results in a small but significantreduction in total US emissions.  相似文献

研究了电石渣和铝土粉作为燃煤添加剂的高温脱硫特性及其微观反应机理,发现在1200℃下燃煤中同时添加电石渣和铝土粉时,低温硫析出峰与只添加电石渣时几乎一致,而高温硫析出峰则大大降低,从而使脱硫率由30.5%明显提高到45.19%.XRD和SEM分析表明:电石渣中富含的CaO以及铝土粉中富含的Al2O3,与燃煤固硫过程中生成的部分CaSO4在高温下反应生成了耐热物相“硫铝酸钙”,是钙铝基添加剂比单纯钙基具有更高脱硫率的最主要原因.另外铝土粉增强了电石渣燃煤固硫渣的熔融程度,从而使硅酸盐熔融物有更多机会将CaSO4等固硫产物包裹以抑制其高温分解,是它具有更高脱硫率的另一个原因.  相似文献

Anthropogenic acid deposition causes forest soil acidification and perturbation of the soil forming processes. The impact of soil acidification on tree growth is discussed in view of the role of mycorrhizal fungi in weathering and nutrient uptake. A review has been carried out of experiments involving treatments of forest soil by lime and wood ash, where soil properties and soil solution composition have been investigated. Results from these experiments in Europe and North America are summarized. In general, the content of C in the mor layer decreased as a result of treatment due to higher microbial activity and soil respiration as well as increased leakage of DOC. In addition, the content of N in the mor layer, in general, decreased after treatment and there are occasional peaks of high NO3concentrations in soil solution. In nearly all reviewed investigations the pH of the deep mineral soil solution decreased and Al, SO4and NO3concentrations increased after treatment. These effects are probably due to the high ionic strength and increased microbial activity as a consequence of the treatments. In the soil, pH, CEC and base saturation increased in the upper horizons, but decreases in the upper mineral soil are also reported. In general, there was no increase in tree growth as a result of these treatments. The positive effects of the treatments on soil processes and tree growth are therefore questionable. In view of these conclusions, an investigation was carried out on the soil and soil solution chemistry and the role of mycorrhizal fungi in a spruce stand treated with two doses of lime and another treated with lime/ash in southern Sweden. 应用层次分析理论,选择影响乌达煤矿采空区煤自然发火的主要因素即煤的自燃倾向性、煤层的赋存条件、开采技术水平等,进行分析计算。依据层次分析法确定了采空区煤自燃各影响因素的权重系数,并对其进行总排序,最后进行综合评定各采空区煤自燃影响因素。评定结果表明:煤自燃倾向性M、煤的硫含量L、回采工作面推进速度g、地质构造d等是影响采空区煤自燃的主要因素。为制定相应的开拓开采方案和有效的防火措施,提供了科学的理论依据和切合实际情况的评价方法。  相似文献

矿井火灾是煤矿的重大灾害之一 ,在我国造成了严重的经济损失和人员伤亡。黄泥灌浆是防止煤矿自然发火应用最广泛的技术之一 ,但存在着泥浆脱水性差、阻化效果不稳定、与民争地等不足之处。因此 ,笔者提出了一种新的改进方法 ,利用阻化剂技术 ,开展了灌浆添加剂的开发和研究工作 ,最终研制成功了以吸湿性无机盐为基料 ,以多种功能表面活性剂为辅料的新型灌浆添加剂。通过阻化实验、保水实验和堵漏风性能实验表明 :在泥浆中添加少量的该灌浆添加剂 ,可大幅度提高泥浆的阻化效果和保湿性能 ;而当泥浆中的添加剂浓度仅为 5 %时 ,泥浆的阻化率可达到 80 %以上。同时 ,含有该添加剂的泥浆 ,其堵漏风性能并无明显降低。  相似文献

山砂是我国西北部矿区地表的主要自然资源之一,但如用其直接作为煤矿注浆防灭火的原料,不仅会造成输送管路的堵塞,还会引起输送管路的严重磨损。为此,首先研究了常见增稠剂羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯酸钠等对砂粒的悬浮性能,实验结果表明它们只能延缓砂粒的沉降。进而从理论上分析了砂粒悬浮的条件,发现具有一定屈服应力的假塑性流体特性的液体才能悬浮砂粒;并且悬浮砂粒粒径越大,所需屈服应力也越大。基于理论分析,研制了具有该特性的浆液,山砂在该浆液中不仅具有良好的悬浮性能,浆液还具有输送阻力小的特性。管道输送试验表明,浆液稳定性和流动阻力符合实际要求。  相似文献
